A
trip
hazard
for
somebody
stepping
off
there
like
a
v
0.
We
have
cafe
tables
or
something
like
that,
and
somebody
gets
up,
not
thinking
about
it
and
just
falls.
You
know
me
mean.
I
know
I
know
that
it's
not
high
enough
to
require
a
guardrail,
but
I
would
also
recommend
recommend
that
you
keep
in
mind
that
that
you
know
something
that
isn't
required
by
code
is
sometimes
a
good
idea.
Like
you
know,
center
handrails
are
monumental
stairs
things
like
that.
D
D
D
D
D
D
Makes
their
of
us
yeah,
I'm
just
I'm
just
saying
I'm
pretty
sure
you're
going
to
have
to
have
a
handrail
between
the
sidewalk
and
the
steps
and
that's
going
to
change
everything
you
have
to
have
in
you
know
where
leanne
up
you
have
this
really
great
metal,
that
metal
mesh
that
you're
using?
That
could
be
another
variation
on
that
and
use
it
as
a
guard
rail
here,
but
but
then
it
really
cuts
down
on
what
you're
trying
to
do
with
it.
D
In
the
first
place,
right
yeah
I
mean
we
didn't
want
to
reduce
kind
of
the
railing,
certainly
kind
of
separated
even
more
more
so
I
guess
I
think
about
that.
Little
corner
of
the
arras
facing
southwest
it
has
now
he's
her
like
three
years
it
seemed
like
there
was
this
elevated,
concrete
podium
them.
D
Thank
you
for
going
back
and
looking
at
the
street,
it's
working
in
the
pavement
changes
and
adding
a
little
bit
more
thought
for
having
a
little
bit
more
thought
into
that
realm.
I
think
I
like
I
like
what
you've
done
the
green
walls.
I
think
that's
a
nice
gesture,
but
I
feel
like
a
planter.
If
you're
going
to
do
any
sort
of
green
element
there,
I
think
a
planter
is
more
affordable
and.
D
Probably
in
the
long
run
will
perform
better,
have
deeper
soil
depths
and
you
could
you
just
have
more
fully
and
what
plants
you
can
put
in
there
because
there
are
going
to
be
microclimate,
so
I
think,
that's
more
affordable
and
probably
more
flexible
for
the
long
term
yeah.
I
appreciate
that
I
think
that's
kind
of
why
we
left
it
as
yeah,
either
or
just
so.
We
could
make
sure
we
were
providing
the
right
to
make
sense
and
I
definitely
appreciate
the
extra
street
trees.
D
B
D
E
Beyond
yet
they're
suspended
walk,
so
it's
extends
beyond
that
walk
is,
I
think,
the
standard
d
we're
actually
proposing
the
modify
that
detail
a
little
bit
will,
and
I
have
talked
about
that,
but
it's
right
now.
I
think
it's
supported
by
a
layer
of
crushed
stone
and
we're
proposing
to
use
expanded,
polystyrene
sheets
as
an
alternative.
Okay.
Okay,
thank
you.
E
E
E
Process
with
the
with
the
architecture
has
been
a
good
example
of
how
even
our
design
guidelines
are
a
couple
decades
old.
They
are
recommendations,
you
know,
design
is
very
subjective
and
there
have
been
recommendations
made
by
the
architects
on
this
committee
that
have
helped
as
a
team.
I
think
work
together
to
produce
a
better.
E
Product
that
in
the
end,
is
going
to
command
our
room
rates
and
better
favorability
within
the
community.
My
concern
there's
two
landscape
architects
on
this
committing.
My
concern
is
the
comments
that
are
being
made
by
the
landscape,
architects
and
those
that
are
trained
in
site
design
or
being
seen,
as
you
know,
as
long
as
they
meet
trc
requirements
and
technical
specifications
they're
good
to
go.
E
E
Measurable
difference
know
I
do
have
to
say
that,
in
terms
of
the
initial
design
steps
being
made
on
the
streetscape,
I
really
appreciate
the
effort,
especially
with
the
one
thing
that
I
see,
that
is
the
most
successful
as
pulling
the
paving
at
the
entrances.
We
don't
really
know
what
that
pain,
but
at
that
you
know
that
love
is
this
area
for
us.
I
think
that
the
you
know
the
planters
that
are
shown
on
the
one
street.
E
E
Were
agreed,
but
the
most
important
part
about
this
aesthetically
as
the
handrails
are
going
to
be
required
and
it's
going
to
change
the
entire
look.
I
think
it's
gonna
be
a
dead
space.
There's
no
doorway
openings
on
any
of
those
there's,
so
many
other
things
that
be
done
to
make
that
engaging
space.
Yes,
design
suggestions,
yes,
they're
subjective!
All
the
suggestions
you
guys
made
were
the
same
and.
E
G
G
Professionals
back
here
we're
on
your
side.
Trust
me.
We
sit
back
on
your
side
where
other
volunteers,
like
yourself
in
the
community,
sit
back
here.
We
do
it
all
the
time,
hrc,
planning
and
zoning.
I
mean
we're
not
being
unrealistic,
unrealistic
at
all.
I
would
you
know
it.
I
know
you
probably
would
love
to
see
some
of
these
features
on
your
project
as
tony
I'm
not
going
to
speak
for
you,
but
as.
E
G
G
Y'all
heard
me
enough
talk
this
on
this
committee,
but
I
just
you
know
we
can
set
the
site
to
a
different
standard.
If
that's
how
this
committee
wants
to
treat
it,
but
you
know
yes,
our
design
guidelines
need
work
and
that's
in
process,
but
we
have
the
ability
to
require
as
a
part
of
our
approval
and
acceptance.
G
H
E
H
J
Along
the
pedestrian,
at
least
a
few,
what
you
said:
three
street
trees
trees
through
three
street
trees.
Maybe
I
thought
they
said
they
had
a
little
bit
more,
maybe
even
maybe
those
other
areas
of
the
site
native,
none
invasive
landscaping,
succeed,
60
urban
landscape
plantings
should
incorporate
opportunities
for
irrigation
and
drainage
systems
to
maintain
plant
vitality.
So
those
are,
I
think,
examples
rifle
that
I
would
go
to
of
things
and
then
they
talked
about
sidewalks
again.
