Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
And
applies
with
the
open
public
meetings.
Act,
the
state
of
the
jury
had
acquitted
owners
of
this
meeting,
Lindy
County
border
to
the
freeholders,
we're
finding
the
following
manner.
It
was
published
in
the
present
the
landing
city,
the
current
daily
journal,
consent
to
having
the
news
and
it's
been
posted
on
holding
boards
in
Atlantic
City
here
at
Stillwater
and
at
the
county
clerk's
office.
All
please
rise
for
opening
prayer.
B
B
A
All
right,
grillers
you're,
going
to
take
two
separate
actions,
because
we
have
two
sets
in
minutes.
We
have
to
adopt,
so
we
all
received
a
copy
of
our
minutes
from
eleven
thirteen
and
if
you
were
president
had
a
chance
to
review
them
wish
to
make
comments.
Addition
episode
now
or
I'll
take
the
motion
to
adopt
those
call.
The
roll
please
Bennett.
D
A
Yeah
basically
yeah
and
for
makeup,
yes
and
three
others.
We've
also
received
a
copy
of
our
minutes
from
November
the
20th.
If
you
were
president
and
a
chance
to
review
them
and
care
to
make
a
comment,
correction
or
addition,
please
do
so
now
or
I'll-
take
a
motion
to
adopt
those
in
Sag
to
call
the
roll.
Please
Bennett.
C
E
A
F
C
Had
an
application
and
acceptance
from
the
New
Jersey
Department
of
Law
and
Public
Safety,
but
the
sexual
assault
response
team
forensic
nurse
examiner
program
grant
funding
in
the
amount
of
eighty
six
thousand
nine
hundred
and
two
dollars
county
in
kind
match.
Twenty
one
thousand:
seven
hundred
twenty
six
dollars.
A
C
J
D

C
C
A
H
C
J
C
D
D
D
C
J
C
E
C
D
E
C
C
I
G
I
have
the
figures
here:
the
calendar
year
2017,
we
spent
a
total
of
three
hundred
one
thousand
one
hundred
$26.67
2018.
Thus
far,
we've
spent
forty
one
thousand
seven
hundred
thirty
six
dollars
fifty
nine
cents
and
we're
probably
not
going
to
have
anything
appreciably
more
on
that
battle
battle.
Committee,
probably.
A
I
A
A
good
question:
I
asked
it
and
I'll
tell
you
what
was
talking
about
okay,
so
we
have
that
in
behind
out
of
there,
and
we
never
know
whether
it's
going
to
be
here
when
we
spent
450
or
500
thousand.
So
it's
good
to
have
it
in
there
if
it's
Dave,
if
we
can
keep
our
budget
flat
or
reduce
it
and
then
whatever
we
don't
spend,
goes
into
our
reserves
and
that's
how
we
have
15
million
every
year
in
reserve
to
offset
the
budget
with.
A
So
it's
sort
of
like
strategy
planning
on
the
possibility
and
I
don't
know
if
they
use
a
graph
or
they
use
I've
been
here.
We
spend
half
a
million
on
legal
fees
this
year
we
got
lucky.
So
you
know,
and
I
would
just
say
this.
In
the
previous
previous
years,
we
took
a
look
at
the
fact
that
you
know
gas
dragged
down
I,
think
from
something
like
about
$3,
a
gallon
to
maybe
250
at
the
time
or
260,
and
they
suggest
was
paid
by
the
fielder
to
drop
that
down.
A
The
millions
of
dollars
was
yet
we
had
appropriate
in
2.1
million
and
the
course
tour.
The
year
went
back
up
to
270,
so
they
have
to
do
with
adjustment
out
of
there.
So
we're
not
giving
anything
away,
but
it
does
look
good
if
you
say
overall,
I
spent
fifty
thousand,
but
it
doesn't
bid.
We
gotta
do
a
budget
transfer
out
of
these
nerves
going
here.
This
is
just
a
style,
the
administration
and
it
seems
to
work.
A
K
If
I
make
him
yeah
by
all
means,
at
least
when
you
talk
about
that
kind
of
money,
something
about
these,
they
know
something's,
coming
down,
we've
gotta
be
in
a
position
to
be
able
to
pay
outside
interest.
I
think
we
should
make
it
clear:
let's
not
use
those
back
to
general
funds
anyway,
it
goes
back
30
min
years.
So
in
this
situation
we've
budgeted
600
thousand
last
year
objective.
It
won't
go
pay
45
down,
oh
the
hell
with
all
of
us.
Percy
actually
is
it's
the
old
saying,
Cameron
better
than.
K
G
Mostly
the
expenditure
here,
mr.
chairman,
just
so
you
know,
of
a
large
large
percentage
of
it-
was
the
Makah
language
firm
on
the
pilot
litigation
which,
as
you
know,
I
think
as
I
explained
to
the
board
before.
We
believe
that
the
ultimate
resolution
of
that
was
a
very
good
result
for
the
cattle
without
a
death
I
mean
you
know,
we
we.
E
J
C
Two:
a
no
competitive
contract
with
CFG
else
in
the
systems;
limited
liability
company
for
division
of
medical
dough
and
mental
health
services
to
inmates
of
the
Atlantic
County
Justice
facility
in
the
amount
of
five
million
one
hundred,
seventy
four
thousand
five
hundred
and
seventy
three
dollars
and
18
cents
and
harbour
fields.
Juvenile

in
the
amount
of
one

thirty

three

at
five,
seven.

A
A
We've
got
a
lot
of
land
right,
so
we
got
set
aside
and
I
got
people
knocking
on
our
door
every
day
telling
me
that
there's
a
deadline
coming
up
that
you
could
actually
you
know,
take
advantage
of
the
SRX
or
whatever
the
particular
subsidy
is,
and
maybe
the
county
should
look
on
their
open
space
as
to
what
spaces
could
qualify
for
a
solar
contract
and
I.
Think
South.
A
C
The
roll
Bennett
for
Tina,
yes,
horsey,
yes,
Fitzpatrick,
yes,
Gatto,
yes,
curd,
yes,
Risley,
yes,
and
for
me,
that's
649
change
order.
Number
one
and
final
contract
with
Arawak
paving
company
in
for
2017,
highway
improvement
program
that
increased
seventeen
thousand
four
hundred,
fifty
seven
dollars
and
37.
D
C
H
H
A
Think
they
should
provide,
doesn't
matter
right.
The
interests
aside,
oh
the
one
that
is
over
here
me
and
next,
a
metal
view
between
metal
view
in
the
voting
machine
storage
place
right,
nice
crap.
What's
that
called
bronies
and
we
can
provide
the
address
for
residents
in
the
Galloway
Township
on
Jimmy
leaves
so
that
our
streamers
and
our
reporting
can
get
that
to
the
public.
C
B
C
Yes,
miss
Lee,
you
know
answer
me.
Yes,
six,
five,
six
resolution
approving
the

of
a

between
the

authorizing
a
formal,

incorporating
the

of
the

where
four

J
K
K
A
team
has
been
in
the
forefront
of
keeping
us
abreast
of
what's
happening,
whether
we
like
the
film
did
not
and
I.
Think
she's
been
very
forthcoming
since
I've
been
here,
but
I
want
to
commend
you
before
I
voted,
because
even
if
I
wanted
to
vote,
no
I
would
have
to
vote
yes
because
your
work
speaks
for
itself.
Congratulations.
K
I
I
D
A
C
Where,
as
a
lifelong
resident
of
South
Jersey
Congressman
Frank
LoBiondo
received
a
BA
in
Business
Administration
from
st.
Joseph's,
University
became
a
successful
small
businessman
working
at
his
family
owned
and
operated
trucking
company
for
over
26
years
and
where,
as
an
active
participant
in
numerous
Civic
and
charitable
efforts,
I
wish
macwrite
will
be
under
joined.
The
Cumberland
County
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
in
1984.
C
Thus
minimizing
the
need
for
South
Jersey
fetters
to
commute
outside
the
state
for
VA
approved
services
and
his
unwavering
efforts
resulted
in
establishing
and
expanding
outpatient
clinics
in
Cape,
May,
violin
and
Northfield,
and
were
extra
throughout
his
tenure
in
office.
Congressman,
Frank
LoBiondo
work
to
protect
wildlife
and
wetlands
areas
and
preserve
and
restore
the
New
Jersey
coastline,
and
where
is
congressman,
Trent
LoBiondo
received
a
distinguished
public
service
award
from
the
United
States
Coast,
Guard
and
honor
of
his
dedication
and
support
to
the
US
Coast
Guard.
During
this
22
years.
C
As
a
member
of
the
Coast
Guard
and
maritime
transportation
of
comity
and
where's
congressman
Frank
LoBiondo
was
honored
by
congressional
and
presidential
approval
of
Senate
bill.
140.
The
Frank
LoBiondo
Coast
Guard
Authorization
Act
of
2018,
which
will
authorize
a
two-year
ten
million
dollar
budget
for
the
Coast
Guard
and
whereas
congressman
Frank
LoBiondo
were
retired
in
January
2019
from
the
United
States
after
Representatives
followed.
My
distinguished
career
applied
their
35
years
of
public
service.
Now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
on
this
11th
day
of
December
2018
by
the
Atlantic
County
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders.
C
A
F
Original
Thank
You
chairman
I,
certainly
appreciate
my
colleague
bringing
this
resolution
forward.
The
ones
a
couple
unique
things
about
Frank
LoBiondo
service
is
that
you
never
would
see
very,
very
definite,
all
those
years
chasing
cameras
in
d.c,
getting
one
of
the
nightly
news
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff
that
he
promised
he
focused
on
his
district
and
that's,
what's
important,
didn't
get
involved
with
a
lot
of
the
other
noise.
That's
out
there
in
the
political
world,
he
focused
on
what
he
could
effectively
change.
Just
like
we
here
in
Atlantic
County,
we
as
free
tours.
F
F
He
was
always
looked
out
for
the
the
average
person
and
all
persons
logical,
rational,
reasonable
and
was
one
heck
of
a
good
congressman
for
this
area
did
a
lot
of
good
and
was
able
to
do
a
lot
of
good
things
for
this
area.
So
I
certainly
appreciate
you
bringing
that
resolution
forward.
We
lost
it
loves
a
good
one.
There
thank.
D
A
I
They
did
a
countywide
needs
assessment,
people
55
and
older,
which
makes
up
a
third
32%
of
our
county's
population.
No
surprise
yet,
but
they're
going
to
be
bringing
their
plan
before
us
to
gain
approval
for
funding
for
the
things
that
people
said
that
they
need
and
it's
a
well-rounded
plan,
taking
into
account
that
younger
and
of
that
demographic,
physical
activity
was
the
number
one
thing
that
people
were
looking
forward
to
able
to
be
provided
for
them,
followed
by.
A
E
Business,
but
you
know
recently,
we've
read
the
paper
and
much
congressman
little
Biondo
and
others
really
been
bipartisan.
Efforts
to
oppose
the
seismic
testing
off
our
shores
here
and
they've
been
very
strong
about
they're.
Still
writing
letters
and
reason
why
go
on
finish
those
we
also
did
a
resolution
to
Jack
opposing
that
and
I
commend
them.
Staying
on
top
of
that
taken
care
of
thank.
A
You
anything
else
under
unfinished
business
stain
on
new
business.
We
wish
to
bring
any
new
business
to
this
meeting
today
the
or
receives
correspondence
written
or
electronic
anybody
wish
to
discuss
correspondence
today,
staying
on
I'll
open
up
to
the
public,
any
one
of
the
public
wish
to
speak
with
any
matters
today.
The.
A
D
K
One
wish
everybody
a
happy
holiday
all
the
good
substances
out
there
sweetie
this
week.
We
had
the
opportunity
a
couple
of
freeholders
attended.
The
ribbon-cutting
of
the
veteran
swinging
at
better
view
very
well
attended
and
all
caught
up
in
this
weather
is
like
a
lot
of
heat
in
it,
and
it
was
perfect.
They
got
new.
K
Department
was
there,
and
all
of
us
know
that
there's
a
big
crisis
and
a
problem
in
Atlantic
City
with
the
needle
exchange,
prostitution,
the
sex,
the
whole
nine
yard
and
the
big
focus
was
to
try
to
find
a
location
and
to
get
them
out
of
the
tour.
Just
just,
and
he
knows
the
old
st.
I
don't
want
it.
In
my
name,
everything
gets
dropped
on
the
Atlantic
City
of
all
the
county,
not
just
in
the
Vatican
focus
in
people
took
manic
city
for
various
reasons,
and
then
we
wind
up
always
getting
the
bad
headlines.
K
All
of
that
necessary
traffic
off
of
Pacific
Avenue
I
have
the
tendency
of
patrolling
sometimes
early
in
the
morning,
just
to
see
what's
happening
around
black
city,
when
this
Atlantic
and
Pacific
Avenue
and
in
the
neighborhood
justice,
see
who's
walking
the
streets.
Late
nights,
early
mornings
and
you'd
be
surprised
of
the
number
of
pimps
prostitutes
drug
deal
with
this
up
and
down
and
as
the
lieutenant
said
of
the
sick.
Today,
if
you're
coming
to
Atlantic
City
and
the
Atlantic
City
is
the
economic
they
rise
to
state
of
New
Jersey
and
people
spending
their
their
money.
K
They
don't
want
to
see
that
stuff
I'll
bring
him
eight
kids,
she
don't
bend
sex
all
up
and
down
the
streets.
So
I
thought
it
was
a
good
meet
to
take
from
that.
What
was
alarming
to
me
was
to
find
that
it
was
over
six
hundred
people
infected
in
Atlantic
City
with
HIV
they
not
all
that
from
Atlantic,
City
and
I.
Think
what
happens
is
when
you
see
in
Lansing
all
of
people
actually
not
from
the
legs.
They
come
from
that
the
market,
some
point
on
Porter,
etc,
and
they
wind
up
in
Atlantic
City.
K
We
could
agree,
it
is
a
you
know,
problem
and
it
needs
to
be
addressed.
I
remember
in
2004,
under
the
Lincoln
administration,
then
direct
the
cash
wanted
to
bring
the
needle
exchange
program
set
by
the
city,
and
we
all
put
them
with
a
good
idea.
Maybe
we
are
in
2018
you
gotta
move
with
the
times
they
gotta
move
to
the
next
level.
We
should
know
long
as
the
lieutenant
doctor
said.
K
Just
me,
they're
gonna
lead
me
to
the
truth
process
in
place,
so
that
was
a
good
meeting
in
Atlantic
City
today
and
we
put
home
that
it
moves
forward
and
it
seems
like
everybody
around
the
table
is
committed
to
trying
to
find
a
neutral
location
because
again
nobody
wants
get
in
their
neighborhood,
but
we
have
an
in
Atlantic
City.
It's
a
service
that
you
have
to
perform
and
it
all
came
about.
Chairman
was
one
of
the
council.
Persons
wanted
to
abolish
the
need
exchange'
program.
K
But
it
began
the
dialogue,
we
started
the
conversation
and
you
got
people's
attention
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey
and
the
county
of
assent
was
ran
into
payton
and
it's
need
from
that's
ready
to
move
forward
to
come
up
with
recommendation
back
to
the
lieutenant
dominating
those
around
the
table,
so
I
think
moving
forward.
That's
something
that
probably
a
few
on
the
front
burner
and
short-lived
in
terms
of
trying
to
move
to
a
location.
The
third
thing
is,
as
I'm
sure
most
of
you
have
not
all
you
heard.
