From YouTube: 9.11.18 Freeholder Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).

And

and

you
adequate
notice
of
this
meeting,
the
Atlantic
County
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
was
provided
in
the
following
manner.
This
meeting
was
published
in
the
press
of
Atlantic
City
and
also
in
the
current
journal
and
Gazette
and
hammington
news
and
postings
all
bulletin
boards
and
county
office
buildings
in
Atlantic,
City
is
still
under
building
and
the
county
clerk's
office
in
Mays
Landing
will
all
rise
for
an
opening
prayer.
A
I'm
going
to
announce
the
prayer
today,
so
what
I'm
about
to
announce
to
say,
came
from
an
anonymous
prayer
published
by
the
church
in
the
Midwest,
but
I
thought
the
meeting
truly
hit.
You
know
our
Memorial
today
curb
remembrance.
9/11,
this
state
9/11
carries
a
heavy
burden
of
memory.
This
thing
does
not
pass
in
the
calendar
without
our
remembering
we
remember
images
of
death
and
destruction,
images
that
human
eyes
were
never
meant
to
see.
We
remember
words.
A
Our
ears
were
never
meant
to
hear
and
then
10
their
last
words
of
husbands
and
wives,
who
would
never
embrace
again.
We
imagine
the
feeling
of
emptiness
in
the
arms
of
children
who,
at
the
end
of
the
day,
could
not
find
mom
or
dad
for
their
welcome
home
hug.
We
remember
our
own
feelings
of
emptiness
as
our
sense
of
security
and
our
confidence
in
the
predictable
order
of
our
life
and
work
was
radically
shaken
this
date,
9/11
carries
a
heavy
burden
of
memory.
We
remember
the
heroism
of
many
that
lost
their
lives
and
saving
others.
A
Remember
all
those
who
suffered
and
died.
We
grieve
for
them
still,
friends
and
strangers
alike,
along
with
their
families
and
friends
in
Atlantic.
County
were
sadly
connected
to
9/11.
In
the
memory
of
two
of
our
own
captain,
Victor
J
sarracenia,
pile
of
United
Airlines
175,
grew
up
on
Florida
Avenue
Atlantic
City
gave
his
life
as
terrorist
forces
planned
in
the
first
Tower
and
John
O'neil,
who
grew
up
with
Ohio
Avenue
landings.
He
became
the
chief
anti-terrorism
special
agent,
the
FBI
and
the
New
York
office
gave
His
life
evacuating
individuals
from
the
collapsing
South
Tower.
A
The
state
911
carries
a
heavy
burden
of
memory,
and
it
is
right
that
it
should
not
pass
for
our
memory,
but
today
and
in
this
prayer,
along
with
our
remembrance
of
profound
loss,
it
also
seems
right
that
we
give
voice
to
our
deep
longing
for
peace
and
with
this
prayer
commit
ourselves
to
those
actions
that
will
draw
us
closer
to
our
most
ancient
and
most
holy
desire.
Peace
amongst
all
God's
children,
Lord
grant
us
peace,
amen
a
moment
of
silence.
Please.

Seconded

publicly
discussed
this
bond

and
the
previous
meeting,
and
even
though
it
has
the
words
in
it
providing
for
the
construction
of
a
central
dispatch
center.
That
was
just
to
explain
what
the
original
source
of
funds
were.
This
is
the
way
the
county
is
going
to
be
able
to
use
the
money.
That's
left
over
from
this
body
to
improve
our
emergency
call
system
in
the
western
end
of
the
county,
without
which
we
will
have
failed.
9-1-1
calls,
so
it
is
hope.

D
I
was
gonna
vote.
Mr.
chairman,
this
was
just
discussed
in
a
County
Code
Committee
beauty
tip,
and
it
is
actually
one
of
the
few
in
this
state
that
are
not
currently
processing
things.
This
Pike
and
mr.
summers
is
here
that
hurts
office
yeah.
Mr.
I
Well,
this
this
page
is
gonna,
be
applied
to
anybody
who
uses
the
evie
court
system
will
tell.
The
mom
is
County
right
now
and
an
approximately
70%
of
our
documents
are
being
recorded
through
this
portal.
It's
not
going
to
be
charged
at
any
Dockins
that
are
mailed
to
our
office,
to
be
reported
only
through
the
portal
to
maintain
the
cost
of
the
portal
and
any
technology
needed
to
accomplish
that
text.
We're
out
of
ten
counties
that
use
this
mom
County
system
us
and
Burma
generate
only
two
that
do
not
have
this
in
place.
So.
A
E
I
I
A
J
E
Chairman
in
our
discussion
in
committee,
sorry
Barney
in
discussion
in
committee-
we
actually
were
we
move
to
introduce.
You
want
to
just
add
additional
wording
into
one
of
the
sections,
because
we
talked
about
the
funds
that
are
generated
from
the
$2
fee
would
go
into
the
trust
account
and
would
not
only
pay
for
the
portal
access.
The
cost
that
might
just
talk
just
talked
about,
but
additionally,
paying
for
any
computer
equipment
printing,
anything
that
we
use
to
access
or
transact
on
the
portal.
It
would
be
able
to
be
maintained
or
upgraded
or
replaced
as
Nina.
D
A
A
K
Yeah
the
the
additional
languages
so
we're
clear
and
I
I
did
discuss
this
with
with
mr.
Speidel,
in
terms
of
if
we
amend
it
now
on
introduction,
then
we
don't
have
to
if
we
were
to
pass
it
in
this
current
version.
Without
adding
that
additional
language
and
they
came
back
in
two
weeks,
we
would
force
to
go
back
and
riad
ver
ties
it
again.
So
I
talked
to
Roger
about
it.
He
was
okay
with
it.
K
K
Be
honest:
if
we
go
to
section
five,
you
have
that
in
front
of
you.
The
first
sentence
that
currently
reads
the
fees
collected
under
this
procedure
shall
be
deposited
into
a
dedicated
trust
fund
and
shall
be
used
to
pay
the
cost
of
the
DSM
s
portal.
We
will
keep
all
of
that
language
and,
after
the
word
portal
ad
and
for
the
technology
needed
to
access
and
transact
on
the
portal,
so
that
would
be
the
that
would
be
the
additional
language
great.
A
H
H
B
H
B
F
F
L
Chairman,
yes,
real
looker
Tino.
Thank
you.
This
is
just
because
you're
reading
it
you
see
it's.
The
same
project
is
to
stay
at
the
state
of
New
Jersey
required
some
language
changes,
and
then
we
had
to
amend
the
original
resolution
after
they
had
a
chance
to
review
it
system.
We
would
have
the
same
project
same
information
just
as
I
mentioned.
Thank.

Agreement
with
the
Atlantic
County
approved
with
authority
concerning
funding
for
the
Atlantic
County
Economic
Development
redevelopment
initiative
extending
the
term
date
additional
amount.
Seven
hundred.
Seventy
seven
thousand
excuse
me,
seven
hundred
seventy
seven
thousand
seven
hundred
and
seventy
five
dollars.
N
A
C
This
is
not
new
money.
In
2014,
the
utility
authority
provided
2.8
million
dollars
to
the
county
to
fund
economic
development
activities.
The
county
in
China
entered
into
an
agreement
with
the
improvement
authority
to
utilize
2
million
dollars
of
those
funds
for
Economic
Development
purposes
and
had
the
excess
in
reserve.
In
the
events
this
one,
we
need
to
buy
the
county
to
cover
it
and
cost
the
county
incurred
for
that
purpose.
The
first
year
of
the
agreement,
the
county
did
use
$33,000
of
that
of
that
money,
but
consultation
with
the
county
treasurer.
C
A
A
A
H
A
A
B
A
A
O
Yes,
so
every
every
year
for
facilities
we
go
out
and
get
financial
services
contracts,
so
they
have
a
list
of
jobs
every
single
year.
Then
we
can
put
in
our
capital
plan
so
for
this
for
this
year,
which
are
reading
here,
which
is
the
six
hundred
thousand
in
oil,
any
new
projects
I
think
they're
listed
in
your
your
in
your
package.
O
O
M
O
Have
the
existing
contracts
that
we
had
during
that
time
period
and
as
you
go
as
you
go
from
the
older
ones,
and
no
one
shall
see
the
projects
that
are
still
in
existence,
so
I
think
in
the
4000
or
2010
to
11
I.
Think
there's
one
project
left
and,
as
you
come
forward
into
the
1617
you'll,
see,
there's
a
problem.
Accelerate
project
still
left
the
issue.
Why
we
come
every
year
again,
so
you
understand
it
is
that
you
do
an
RFP,
don't
allowed
to
go
for
one
year
most
of
our
contracts,
other
than
professional.
O
A
H
A
A
O
Would
happen
yet?
What
happens
if
you
go
and
look,
there's
probably
50
to
60
individual
professionals
that
apply
and
are
accepted,
they
won't
meet,
they
all
meet
the
conditions
or
the
painfully
requirements.
They
meet
all
those
conditions
and,
as
we
develop
a
project,
we
do
specifications
and
what
happens
is
to
the
group
of
people.
They
know
who
specializes
in
that
particular
project,
for
example,
so
they'll
send
out
their
specifications
at
every
profession
and
then
they
think
then
on
it
just
like.
Can
we
do
Mormon
reason
why
we
do
it?
O

Q
Build

I've
been
at
a
number
of
events
with
the
ones
that
I
in
Atlantic
County
throughout
the
summer
and
prior
to
and
I
just
want
to
commend
that
summer
programs
that
they
put
on
for
the
families
and
the
initiatives
and
the
resources
that
they
have
there.
You
know
for
our
families
throughout
that
account.

B
Q
Again,
I,
it's
very
important
that
we
put
awareness
out
there,
there's
mental
illness.
You
know
that's,
you
know
we
have
to
get
rid
of
these
stigmas
attached
to
things
like
suicide
I
attend
today,
of
course,
this
summer.
That
is
the
mental
health
first
date.
It
was
extremely
interesting.
I
keep
that
book,
I've
gone
to
that
both
numerous
times
for
individuals
that
I
encounter.
You
know
as
I'm
out
there
engaging
you
throughout
the
community,
but
you
know:
there's
warning
signs,
there's
risk
factors,
there's
imminent
danger
that
you
can.
Q
H
H
A
R
For
as
the
person
who
works
with
people
who
are
suicidal
every
day
for
the
last
eight
years,
it's
very
important.
There
are
resources
out
there
and
I
just
want
to
highlight,
within
our
only
counting
Atlanta
care
that
operates
our
County's
communal
apartment.
That
is
available,
24/7
365
for
anyone
who
is
in
need,
you
can
call
them.
They
are
located
at
the
psychiatric
intervention
Center
in
Atlantic
City,
and
they
are
available
to
do
outreach
us
to
your
home
or
school.
If
we
is.
S

A
report

or

Tina
Thank
You
mr.
chair,
we
just
won
bridges
and
roads
committee
recently
recently
met,
and
we
provided
all
three
older
void.
With
the
minutes
of
that
meeting.
They
gave
us
the
status
and
progress
on
some
of
our
projects
that
we're
doing
now
in
the
Lana
County,
and
also
some
future
projects.
I
just
want
to
put
that
on.
Thank.
N
A
Q
Health
Advisory
Committee
started
back;
they
they
don't
meet
during
July
and
August.
However,
they
are
out
there
in
the
community
still
do
we.
You
know
many
many
things,
there's
wellness
programs
that
we
offered
throughout
the
community
and
they
she
gave
a
calendar
of
events
today,
everything
from
depression
and
anxiety
too
much
stuff.
That's
for
basically
the
quarters
under
under
eating
overeating,
but
there's
a
lot
that's
offered
throughout
the
county
for
people
again,
that's
a
NJ
org
and
also
during
their
meeting.
Q
They
had
somebody
to
speak
about
talk
therapy
and
coaching,
which
is
you
know,
it's
getting
they're,
calling
it
the
global
group
where
children
and
adults
are
there,
they're
more
in
tune
to
react
to
things
they
on
a
computer
or
on
a
phone
or
on
an
app
so
they're
trying
to
work
closely.
You
know
to
to
address
it
in
that
way
and
the
disaster
response
crisis
counselors.
They
had
some
information
on
August
15th.
This
is
because
we
didn't
meet
during
that
time,
but
they
had
an
active
shooter
community
HT.
A
B
A
We
could
feature
that
on
our
website,
so
that
people
would
have
access
to
the
resources
anything
else.
Any
other
special
committee
reports
seeing
none
any
unfinished
business
saying
none.
Any
new
business
I
have
a
little
new
business.
I
spoke
with
our
County
Administrator
Jerry
and
I
had
a
lot
of
calls
this
week.
A
But
we
literally
had
people
bottling
that
there,
without
a
way
to
get
almost
almost
couldn't
get
through
a
detour.
Jerry
said
it
only
took
an
extra
four
to
eight
minutes
and
he
was
probably
right
but
and
then
clear
up
in
about
seven
days,
but
I
just
wish
that
we
could
coordinate
this
a
little
bit
better
and
you
know
maybe
we'll
work
on
that.
O
We're
choices,
the
county
engineer,
more
I,
admit
with
all
the
utilities
at
one
time
on
our
own
projects.
You
know
that
I
want
to
go
through.
You
know
he's
putting
team
quality
means
over
a
year
later
you
get
a
response,
you
know,
that's
that
that's
what
was
happening
so
I
mean
in
this
particular
case.
You
know
in
every
one
of
them
and
they
respond
a
little
bit
better.
Now
that
we
saw
whining
to
the
fact
that
you
know
they're
independent
from
Austin.
A
They
have
to
have
the
halfway
of
our
sign-off
to
do
the
project
they
need
opening
permits,
so
maybe
we
can
get
them
nip
them
in
the
bud.
Just
a
suggestion.
That's
all
any
other
new
business
say
none
you've
all
received
correspondence,
written
emails.
Anybody
wish
to
discuss
correspondence
today,
saying
none
meeting
and
a
load
into
the
public.
Anyone
wish
to
speak.
Please
come
forward.
Yes,
ma'am.
S
Hello
welcome
to
the
Buettner
on
the
button
resident.
My
name
is
Maureen
lady
and
see
that
you
have
a
lot
of
little
projects.
I
noticed
there
chuckling
about
Wellington,
Avenue
and
I
can
assure
you,
if
you
have
to
leave
here
when
it's
outside
people
will
not
be
chuckling,
because
you
can't
get
multi
Island.
That
road
was
paid
right
here
at
night,
but
something
has
to
be
done
and
you
know
we
have
all
this
growth
in
Atlantic
City.
What
good
is
good,
though
people
can't
get
here
well.
A
A
So
if
you
read,
if
you're
ready
yesterday
in
the
press,
it
took
Seattle
City
for
years
to
get
there
one
road
raised
up
to
four
feet
while
they
had
their
other
access
to
the
island,
completely
blocked
off,
so
they
had
a
bridge
over
there
in
townsends
inlet
there
and
then
to
us,
but
we're
aware
of
it.
The
limit
of
our
ability
is
that
this
is
state
controlled.
You
know
with
the
funding
and
we're
working
on
it,
but
I
couldn't
prove
any
more
now.
That's
also
true.
L
I
was
gonna,
say
to
either
lumber
team
Thank
You,
chairman
I,
was
out
of
a
friend's
house
and
been
there
Heights
Saturday
night,
so
I
know
exactly
when
you're
speaking
up
it's
an
issue
that
we
discussed
at
the
free
overboard.
Pre-Order.
Of
course
he
was
strong
advocate,
as
we
all
were,
that
we
have
to
try
to
do
something
with
the
state
to
get
that
area,
because
we
knew
it
was
going
to
be
low.
N
What
you
I
agree
with
me,
please
keep
in
mind
the
there
was
a
couple
of
meetings
and
lowered
Chelsea
Heights
a
believe
it
was
councilman,
Ben,
coos
and
some
other
people
about
two
three
years
ago,
with
the
core
engineers
they've
been
talked
about,
this
ball
kick
going
up.
It's
been
a
long.
Long
process
seems
like
it's
going
to
be
a
long
process
from
here
on
out,
but
just
yesterday,
all
that
flooding
we
had
to
close
Western
Avenue
off
again
and
it's
always
a
problem.
N
Last
night,
you
wonder
if
you're
gonna
get
grounded
out
ready,
hit
the
track
by
the
Mustang
and
the
pykrete,
and
so
it's
not
going
on
notice.
It's
unfortunate.
We
don't
have
that
type
of
money
to
do
what
needs
to
be
done
on
on
Western
Avenue
and
if
you
notice,
when
you
come
off
your
Black
Horse
Pike,
and
you
make
them
right
on
the
Western
Avenue.
That
seems
always
bad,
but
that
one
of
bills
are
real,
quick
that
they
can
start
the
process
of
some
type
of
marketing
and
then
I
think
that
helps
the
businesses
there.
S
N
H
S
P
Good
afternoon
plants
Lane
record-
you
said
mr.
chairman,
on
the
Commissioner
here
inventor
on
and
welcome
to
three
over
here.
Thank
you
guys
for
coming
love
to
have
you
over
to
City
Hall
for
Tuesday's.
Our
court
beds
just
want
to
come
out
again.
Thank
you
for
coming
to
address
some
of
the
concerns.
There
is
a
meeting
tomorrow
night
about
back
bay,
flooding
at
the
vendor
education
and
community
complex
is
it's
six
to
eight
pm
about
back
leg,
flooding,
gonna.
P
There
I've
got
to
get
into
the
Lafayette,
our
should
be
fine,
Wellington
and
then
West
End
is
a
problem
getting
in
and
out
of
the
island.
It
was
closed.
Saturday
night
Sunday
night
last
night
was
closed.
Again,
it's
a
problem.
It's
something
that
we're
well
aware
of,
as
you
guys
are,
that's
a
project
that
is
probably
ten
to
fifteen
twenty
million
dollars
just
to
do
something
with
that
is
that
stretch
of
road
and
it
doesn't
start.
P
There
starts
on
the
Black
Horse
Pike
out
in
West,
Atlantic
City,
so
you've
got
to
fix
that
to
bring
it
all
the
way
in.
So
it's
not
just
these
guys.
Having
to
do
it
well
also
want
to
thank
you
guys
for
the
shared
services
that
we've
been
recipients
up
here
in
Inventor
City.
Our
IT
department
is
now
shared.
If
you
guys
would
love
that
working
when
they
see
I.
Have
you
on
some
foreclosure
issues,
because
you
were
doing
with
a
lot
of
other
communities,
because
you
won
the
thank
you
for
that
as
well.
A
T
Gentlemen,
here
we
go
all
right,
I'll
come
up,
my
name
is
Justin
abate,
I'm,
Margate
and
I
am
a
teacher
of
history
teacher
at
a
CIT.
We've
recently
had
new
elections
through
our
Lana
County
Education
Land
County
Vocational
Technical,
Education,
Association
Union,
and
that
is
our
newly
elected
president.
Mr.
T
H
H
A
N
50
personal
things,
I
could
be
much
yeah
I,
don't
support
recognition.
Marijuana
I,
do
support
for
medical
use,
okay,
I'm,
not
comfortable.
With
this
time
we
got
enough
problems
in
our
neighborhoods
and
communities
with
recreation.
That's
just
my
opinion.
I,
don't
speak
for
anybody
else,
but
I
certainly
support
the
use
of
for
medical,
no
question
about
it.
They
haven't
been
able
to
sell
me
on
the
open
up
right.
There's
got
some
money,
a
whole
lot
of
unanswered
questions
of
me.
First
of
all
that
I
don't
believe
at
this
point
out.
Support.
L
Driller
producing
same
thing,
because
I
did
not
get
out
for
the
recreational
side,
I
see
them
some
issues
and
concerns,
and
especially
when
you
deal
with
the
state
of
New
Jersey
when
we're
talking
about
legislation
for
something
like
that,
you
really
don't
want
to
make
comments
on
anything
until
you
see
actually
what
the
state
of
New
Jersey
thoughts
are
on
every
place.
You
kind
of
limit
in
your
opinion
on
it,
I,
don't
know
what
they're
doing.
Basically,
though,
I
don't
see
any
advantage
to
recreational
use
in
New
Jersey,
as
it
is
medical
of
course.
F
Well,
well,
the
reason
I
would
like
that
there's
some
of
the
comments
or
the
main
here
by
my
freeholders.
Both
sides
here
I
feel
the
same
way
where
thank
you,
medical
marijuana.
It's
fine
and
I'm
fully
support
that
in
every
way,
shape
or
form
you
haven't
seen
any
bill
yet
and
I.
Just
don't
see
a
plus.
With
this.
D
E
My
perspective
I
would
gather
personally
I,
don't
really
care
if
anybody
smokes
that
are
dogs
and
recreationally,
certainly
not
from
a
medical
perspective.
I'm
from
a
government
perspective,
though
I
have
a
lot
of
unanswered
questions
as
well.
I
haven't
seen
any
lessons
learned
or
kind
of
follow-ups
from
any
of
the
states
that
have
legalized
it
from
the
recreational
perspective
and
I
really
love
to
kind
of
look
at
an
analysis
of
those
states
to
see
what
has
worked,
what
hasn't
and
what
we
could
potentially
burn
from
that
before.
We
venture
into
that.
E
A
Talk
to
members
in
the
state
legislature
about
this
this
past
summer,
as
you
read
reports,
the
legislature
in
Colorado
said
that
if
he
had
to
do
it
over
again,
he
would
definitely
not
put
the
legislation
forward.
You're
aware
that
right
angry
and
what
what
they
cannot
get
their
arms
around
out.
There
is
the
the
impact
and
overloaded
it's
put
on
law
enforcement
right.
A
It's
funny.
You
make
one
thing:
legal,
ten,
the
illegal
things
happen
so
I
think
for
me
you
know
we
don't
have
the
jurisdiction
in
making
legislation.
We,
you
know
we're
here
in
the
county,
but
it's
going
to
be
important
where
they
limit
the
uses.
You
know.
Certainly
I
am
totally
in
agreement.
My
colleague
three
other
Corsi.
We
have
enough
problems
in
neighborhoods
right
now,
but
if
there
was
an
area
designated,
if
you
were,
you
know,
recreational
use
like
there
are
areas
that
then
for
casinos.
A
You
know
there's
possibly
a
way
can
do
it,
but
the
you
know
the
New
Jersey
can't
manage
New
Jersey's
administrations.
Historically,
to
proven
they
can't
manage
money.
How
do
I
know
that
we
got
a
thirty
five
or
seven
billion
dollar
deficit?
Pensioners
are
going
to
hope
that
they
die
before
they
have
to
collect
right.
H
A
Can't
do
the
road
system
right
and
apparently
the
new
cash
callous
kill
everybody
with
with
the
gas
tax
I,
don't
know
how
they're
going
to
manage
about
recreational
marijuana
and
that's
any
I'm,
not
picking
on
any
party
any
administration
there.
So
the
fact
that
the
state's
going
to
be
in
control
of
it
scares
all
of
us.
D
I
think
they're
not
a
bad
one,
more
thing
if
I
can
about
waiting
for
it
for
the
law
and
I
and
a
griever
gadot's
who's,
just
trying
to
learn
as
much
as
some
kid
from
the
states.
I
think
I,
just
read
an
article
today
was
in
California
believe
where
they
said
a
lot
of
I
believe
the
edibles
that
are
legal
or
not
passing
the
health
requirements
are
put
into
the
legislation.
D
U
See
them
doing
right
now,
I
want
to
push
for
heavier
regulations,
especially
for
all
of
the
concerns
that
people
have
with
communities,
especially
we
have
been
there.
You
know
everybody
has
issues
with
drugs
in
the
past,
so
we
want
to
make
sure
that's
done
right,
but
hearing
these
kinds
of
feedback
special
or
addressing
to
the
legislators
from
a
business
side.
N
If
you
notice
that
someone-
a
miss
apologies,
are
supporting
legislation
for
medical
use
of
marijuana,
but
coming
out
against
recreations
last
week
and
just
the
other
day
a
plethora
go.
They
went
for
a
final
approval
to
put
a
facility
appealing
press
ability,
but
it
was
very
clear
there
with
the
mayor
in
the
members
of
City
Council.
At
this
point
they
only
supporting
medical
use
only
and
not
recreational,
and
that
was
one
of
the
reason
everything
passed
unanimously
over
there
in
the
city
of
Fargo
in
Atlantic
City,
there's
something
similar
to
that.
N
They
don't
want
them
in
Margate
and
long
Port
and
all
those
type
of
neighborhoods
but
they'll
put
them
and
president
go
in
Atlantic,
City
and
stuff
like
that
and
I
got
a
real,
serious
problem.
Yo.
Just
the
other
day,
chairman
I,
don't
want
the
lady.
They
want
to
see
our
da
residents
and
over
in
the
third
one,
which
is
when
the
Elliott
house
is
I,
had
to
go
to
see
our
da
the
tradition
that
they
did
not
want
to
facility
open
up
next
Seth
Elliot
house.
N
Now
we've
got
to
be
careful
when
they
wanna
put
them.
You
want
to
build
it,
build
it
on
route,
30
and
Grandma,
see.
We've
got
an
empty
lot
next
to
the
AC
you
a
but
don't
put
them
into
neighborhoods,
and
so
again
it
raises
a
lot
of
questions.
When
you
talk
about
recreational,
because
you
open
up
this
College
up
the
street
here,
they're
good
to
go
ahead
up
in
the
courtyard
or
open
entry
open
factory
right
there,
I
mean
there's
been
no
real
boundaries.
E
E
Main
concern
was
around
security
and
you
know
how
that
how
it
was
going
to
be
managed
and
making
sure
that
the
even
the
what
was
being
disposed
of
was
being
handled
properly
and
not
you
know
accessible
but
making
sure
as
people
kind
of
come
out,
the
dispensary
there
they're
not
like
selling
it.
You.
E
Was
a
lot
of
really
good
discussion?
There
were
really
good
concerns,
but
I
think
they're
planning,
for
it
did
a
very
thorough
job
and
considering
those
things
as
they're
moving
forward
with
the
approval
but
I
think
you're
you're,
absolutely
right.
You
know
300
or
korzy,
there's
a
lot
of
questions
and
a
lot
of
things
that
to
be
considered
and
they
made
it
very
clear,
fine
with
the
medical,
but
you
know
from
a
recreational
perspective,
we're
not
going
there
so
I
think
there
is
a
lot
out
there.
Just
thank.
A
F
N
The
corset
that's
meeting
we
discussed
via
dr.
Gabbe
at
the
meeting
from
a
Medicaid,
Community
College,
and
but
she
did
a
standard
job
updating
the
board
of
freeholders
of
what's
going
on
at
the
college,
I
just
wanted
before
she
also
attended
the
followed
weekend
wench
for
our
union
and
that
outstanding
job
once
again
representing
the
county
representing
the
college
outstanding
remarks
and
that
you
know
there
was
some
for
the
members
day
apparently,
but
they
went
there
with
the
capes
and
escapes
this
kick
landed.
N
R
So
I
officially
got
my
nomination
for
the
National
Association
of
counties,
Human
Services
and
educational
policy
steering
committee.
So
I
wanted
to
thank
you
for
your
assistance
and
the
nomination
as
well
as
and
Jack,
and
our
wonderful
you're
out.
So
we
had
our
first
meeting
and
I'm
excited
to
all
the
things
that'll
be
coming
down.
The
pike
you.
A
H
E
Yeah
just
to
two
items,
first
of
all,
just
wanted
to
congratulate
the
CR
da
and
all
involved
with
Venus
America
project
has
the
opportunity
to
attend
that
on
Sunday
night,
and
it
was
very
nice
very
exciting
event
in
the
city
and
I
thought
the
Miss
America
2.0
format.
You
know
it
was
different,
but
I
thought
they
honored
tradition
appropriately
and
kind
of
honored
assuring
into
the
new
a
new
era
very
well.
So
I
thought
it
was
really
good
and
very
very
a
student
and
an
intelligent
women
on
the
stage
so
excited
to
see.
E
And
I
just
wanted
to
extend
my
appreciation
to
everyone
for
their
comments,
my
grandma
two
weeks
ago,
and
the
board
was
very
supportive
of
that
and
I
really
appreciate
that
and
I
wanted
to
also
just
hydrate
another
loss
in
the
county.
Last
week,
rich
DeFeo
lost
his
life
or
passed
away
and
rich
was
a
huge
advocate,
not
only
for
our
veterans.
He
was
a
public
servant
on
many
of
the
boards
and
commissions
in
Hamilton
Township.
E
Many
was
a
major
passion
of
his,
so
the
lost
to
our
community,
the
rate
of
people
like
rich.
You
know
it's,
it's
very
sad.
It's
been.
It's
been
sad
week
between
rich
another
gentleman,
rich
Hendrickson,
who
was
a
state
police
retiree
from
Molokai
who
who
passed
his
services
or
the
other
day
and
with
him
like
my
grandma.
We,
we
lost
some
really
good
people
in
the
county
this
week,
so.
