the

in
the
following
manner
published
in
the
press
in
Atlantic
City
and
now
to
the
current,
the
Darryl

because
I
the
haven't
in
news
and
have
been
posted
on
the

in
the
county
office,

at

in

in

And
if
we
could
first
but
all
rise
and
where
we
have
the
opening
prayer.

Yes,

Yeah

Fifty

thousand
one

forty

A
A
I
Remember
they
were
supposed
to
be
the
hydraulic
portion
of
the
report
they
submitted
at
approximately
two
weeks
early,
but
the
next
steps,
what
they're
doing
in
here
they're
going
out
of
order.
They
were
actually
going
and
doing
the
is
the
testing
of
the
volumes
of
water
with
the
louver.
So
there's
there
about
two
weeks
behind
now
on
the
world.
I
Even
next
report,
so
I
think
send
an
email
through
the
other
guys
saying
without
two
weeks
behind,
but
as
far
as
reports
concern
reports
in
this
baby
union,
when
they
finish
the
testing
on
the
company,
you
know
they
have
these
calculations,
so
submit
them
to
DB.
Matheny
people
will
make
their
comments
and.

I
Actually,
this
is
just
the
the
contract
it's
put
together
with
me:
it's
done
every
7
years
and
you're
approving
the
contractual
language,
but
there
are
generally
four
towns
that
had
expressed
interest
with
Brookings
and
our
way
I
think
one
is
unit
and
I'm,
not
sure
if
I'm
sure
the
other
two
I
think
North
Field,
usually
Duke
involved
and
there's
probably
one
I
know
as
Dale
Valerie's
ass
I
mean
I'm,
not
sure
who's
when
actually
signed.
Is
that
or
name
saying
that
ok.

I
A
J
J
J
J
So,
on
a
Thursday
evening,
really
organic
and
I
a
meeting
quite
and
local
people,
legislators,
faith
leaders
to
talk
about
school
segregation
and
I
had
some
information
about.
There
is
a
lawsuit
against
the
state
regarding
situation
and
rather
than
the
judiciary
come
up
with
a
remedy
that
is
forced
on
what
people
are
trying
to
do
is
come
up
with
a
remedy
created
by
the
community
legislators
so
that
we
get
say
in
how
we're
going
to
handle
and
we're
going
to
different.
E
J
L
M
There
has
been
a
forest
in
North
Jersey.
There
was
one
we
had
there's
a
number
of
different
school
leaders,
legislators,
community
leaders,
its
prime
overall
in
the
state
that
they've
been
talking
about
this
particular
issue.
There
are
certain
districts
that
have
a
said,
no
receipt
that
are
currently
looking
to
break
away
trade
symbolism,
particularly
with
more
urban
high
schools,
and
so
that
is
an
issue
that
collectively
people
are
looking
at
across
the
state.
A
F
Go
in
the
lead
at
the
leaders
conference,
which
I
believe
senator
Sweeney,
Bramnick,
senator
Kaine
and
the
Assembly
Speaker,
the
house
again
sustained
drag
right.
They
had
a
discussion
as
to
the
actual
distinction
of
what
they're
talking
about
is
segregation,
and
it
really
goes
deeper
than
just
numbers
and
schools
by
race
or
by
ethnic
origins.
Right.
It
goes
to
the
KOA.
The
TOA
housing
legislation
right
now
allows
elisa
palette
EES
to
opt
out
of
their
mandated
cost,
lower
cost
housing
by
donating
money
to
other
other
municipalities.
F
So
the
logic
here,
it's
very
it's
a
very
deep
profit.
It's
a
it's
a
problem
because
you
cannot
get
you
know
a
fair
representation
because
there's
less
affordable,
housing
and
more
affluent
areas,
so
it
doesn't
just
affect
the
educational
system.
This
is
going
to
take
a
revamping
of
how
and
somebody
can
give
you
the
acronym
for
it
voluntary
payments,
whatever
it
is,
to
reduce
half
of
a
municipality
spell
requirement.
F
You
can
donate
money
to
a
miss
pouty
that
is
of
no
lower
demographic
income,
so
it
would
take
I
mean
I,
applaud
the
effort
to
try
to
take
a
look
at
this
here.
But
in
this
going
to
take
a
coordinated
effort
with
our
legislators
and
I
would
start
with
Senate
president
because
he's
workable
and
it's
something
that
you
know
we'd
have
to
look
at
with
a
significant
amount
of
what
I
would
call
data
that
would
show
where
the
23,
municipalities
and
land
accountable
could
have
to
actually
move
the
needle
by
changing
the
formulas.
F
Ation
of
how
they're
allowed
to
offset
their
low-income
housing
department
future
miss
palette.
It's
just
not
a
matter
of
getting
super-intense
the
other
to
say.
We
need
to
move
students
around
because
that
it
because
there
is
by
the
old
segregation,
was
illegal
in
1965,
so
and
that's
been
abolished
in
New
Jersey,
but
it's
by
the
mere
fact
of
how
they
how
they
allow
the
legislation
to
deal
with
the
color
laws
that
have
created
this
unintended
consequence.
J
H
H
H
L
Just
adjust
the
that's,
had
a
flipper
button.
First
one
went
free
over
saying
to
any
of
the
information
you
look
for
I,
always
look
for
details
issue,
so
any
recommendations
that
you
see
that
you
had
make
sure
they're
kinda
find
something
that
we
can
all
look
at
and
email
all
this
prior
to
sitting
give
you
our
feedback,
some
of
them
in
particular,
I'm,
just
concerned.
L
L
That
works
for
alien
County
and
may
not
work
for
Mars.
It
may
not
work
and
I.
Think
that's
where
you
know
the
forms
are
great,
because
everyone
locally
gets
a
chance
to
get
their
input
in
in
the
discussion,
but
every
a
lot
of
the
counties.
The
school
systems
can
be
radically
different
across
the
state
and
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
information.
A
M
Does
but
I
think
the
purpose
of
it
was
to
not
wait
for
to
start
making
the
adjustments
that
we
need
to
meet
and
start
to
move
and
look
at
things
to
move
in
the
right
direction.
To
make
some
adjustments
on
our
own
rather
than
just
waiting
for
the
judicial
remedy.
And
then
we
have
to
start
the
process.
But
while
looking
to
find
ways
and
solutions
on
our
own
of
how
we
can
address
this.
A
B
You
I
just
went
along
for
make
Jerry,
there
are
engineers
and
it
works,
or
some
major
road
projects
having
me
Alex
out
to
right
now:
Pomona
Road,
assuming
these
roads,
sixth
Avenue
and
I've,
received
several
phone
calls
people
concerned
about
having
access
to
the
driveways
and
have
been
more
than
traffic
in
Tibet
and
everyone's
been
very
responsive
with
me,
getting
back
eight
nine
o'clock
at
night
to
address
those
concerns,
I
sort
of
express
my
appreciation
of
Public,
Works
and
engineering
and,
of
course,
Jerry
as
well.
For
that
I
wish
everyone
happen.
Thanksgiving.
A
A
G
To
reiterate,
the
amount
of
communication
from
the
county
regarding
the
road
project
to
schools
has
been
absolutely
outstanding,
with
a
white
spread
meeting
and
email
communications,
the
updates
are
outstanding
and
I
could
not
thank
them
more
for
including
the
schools
which
has
all
the
bus
routes
and
things
involved.
So.
A
H
Kelsey
restaurant
in
Atlantic
City,
Atlantic
City.
They
did
outpour
of
the
community.
Today,
no
questions
asked
not
for
Thanksgiving.
Well,
the
downside
to
it
was.
It
was
a
scheduling
problem
because
the
powerbuilt
and
they
were
given
up
turkeys
and
all
the
trim
units
etc.
So
they
will
prepare
it
for
five
suits
on
people
and
unfortunately,
it's
the
same
exact
time.
So
if
you
pick
between
those
two,
the
hot
meal
or
salmon,
but
the
gesture
that
they
want
to
continue
with
insistence
kitchen
is
no
exactly
banked.
He
had
this
whole
entire
staff.
H
E
H
A
A
Right
now,
Pleasantville
certainly
has
been
through
a
lot
in
the
last
several
weeks
and
I
just
want
to
commend
the
community,
the
leaders,
the
police
department
for
responders
firefighters,
school
superintendent
there.
They
just
all
have
done
such
a
phenomenal
job.
Our
prosecutor
and
our
prosecutor's
office
has
just
all
just
done
a
phenomenal
job
in
a
very
hard
and
hectic
time
in
our
area
as
sad
as
it
was,
and
as
hard
as
it
has
been
to
rush
it
on
hold,
see.
A
A
A
My
Eagles
gave
up
the
stadium.
That
is
great.
That's
about
the
best
thing
that
they're
doing
these
days.
I
just
wanted
to
I.
Don't
want
the
meeting
to
go
by
without
finding
it
before
they
have.
You
think
Thanksgiving
sort
of
mentioned
I'm
sure
we
all
saw
that
the
AC
Moors
are
going
to
be
closing.
This
is
just
another
sign
of
the
times
of
online
shopping,
and
things
like
that.
So
please,
before
you
click
online
purchase,
please
go
to
all
of
our
retail
centers
here
in
Wayne
County
and
do
your
shopping
first.
A
A
Friends
and
to
our
County
stamps
that
are
here
I.
Thank
you
for
all
that
you
do
I
know
we
badger
you
a
lot
and
I'm
looking
at
Jerry,
because
I've
really
badgered
them
a
lot
on
lb,
Carver
completely
and
a
lot
of
other
things,
but
we
really
do
appreciate
you
request
to
have
you
and
the
work
that
you
do
for
the
county.
So
thank
you
so
much
and.
H
We
also
recognize
the
Atlantic
City
Convention
Center
The
Tragically
hosted
the
repast
after
the
Saturday
service
for
mr.
Tennant
and
then
he
said,
our
court
has
been
old
well
and
just
rehab
again
when
they
visit
on
Sunday.
It
between
seem
to
have
been
gone
good
because
folks
are
round
there.
We
put
down
a
month
for
a
man
that
all
changes
but
we're
correct,
and
you.
H
Small
and
remote
they
made
tweedle,
where
you
said
it's
been
to
the
hospital
with
the
families
first
responders.
You
can't
say
enough
about.
It
was
just
unfortunate,
but
as
we
continue
to
create
for
defending,
we
also
pray
for
those
who
incarcerated
they
still
somebody's
children.
Well,
we
agree
what
they
did.
I
disagree
and
they
still
somebody's
children
and
it's
just
an
unfortunate
situation.
