A
A
So
we're
just
coming
on
to
the
last
bit
now
before
we
go
on
to
the
work
program.
I'll
just
try
and
do
a
little
summary
of
some
of
the
comments
that
we
made
earlier
on
in
the
meeting
so
that
we
can
feedback
to
the
executive
committee.
A
So
we
heard
about
concerns
about
the
management
plan
of
the
country,
Park,
obviously
that
it
will
come
forward
very
early
on
in
the
program
and
the
ultimate
responsibility.
A
A
But
we
are
sure
that
they're
lysing
a
lot
with
planning
arrangements
to
ensure
that
land
doesn't
become
unsightly,
ensure
that
there's
good
PR
around
this,
so
that
around
the
possibility
of
the
short-term
farming
agricultural
prospects,
so
that
when
people
see
the
tractors
back
on
the
land
and
the
sheep
and
all
the
rest
of
it
they're,
not
thinking,
that's,
that's
it
so,
and
Rebecca
obviously
will
do
quite
a
lot
around
that
as
well
for
UNC
and
obviously
then
there's
the
the
ongoing
concern
about
traffic
controls.
A
A
To
compromise
the
public
rights
away,
but
those
I
think
were
the
main
concerns
that
were
raised
during
the
meeting.
Think
of
anything
else
or
Bernie
might
have
thought
of
some
more
okay.
So
can
we
confirm
the
recommendation
of
the
report,
which
was
that
we
know
the
progress
made
on
the
many
Dam
program
and
reviews
and
provide
comments
on
the
content
of
this
report
for
consideration
by
the
many
done
executive
committee
agreed?
Okay,
thank
you.
So,
finally,
item
number
six
on
the
agenda
is
to
review
the
committee's
work
program
and
that's
over
to
Andrew.
C
So
a
fairly
standard
item
in
terms
of
just
looking
forward,
which
obviously
we
continue
to
provide
the
updates
unless
there
is
anything
specific
that
the
committee
would
like
brought
back
on
a
particular
item.
D
Don't
know
I
don't
know
who's
up
for
election
I
mean
I,
might
I'm
hoping
not
to
come
back
to
this
committee
next
year.
Really
I
should
get
reelected
but
I
just
fancy.
A
different
committee
have
been
on
it
since
it
started,
but
obviously,
if
there
are
new
members,
I
think
you'll
be
really
good.
Obviously
we
normally
have
an
update
and
there's
a
little
bit
about
you
know
the
devco,
etc,
etc.
There's
quite
a
lot
of
stuff
in
there.
D
So
I
think
it's
about
being
mindful
that
if
there
are
new
members,
a
good
agenda
item
for
the
21st
of
June
meeting
23rd
21st
June,
it
would
be
a
sort
of
15-minute
briefing
on
where
we
are
how
we
got
here,
Etc
very
much
along
the
lines
of
the
questions
that
I'll
ask
because
I
think
it'd
be
really
good
for
people
to
come
in
with
that
knowledge,
because
it
is
such
a
long
story
and
a
long
history
and
it
might
have
to
be
behind
closed
doors
potentially
I,
don't
know,
is
it
sort
of
a
private
session,
but
it
would
be
good
for
members
to
have
that
grounding
a
trailer
for
the
movie.
D
You
always
wanted
to
make,
but
if
we
could
have
that'd
be
really
good.
C
Thank
you,
Council
James,
I,
think
I
mean
what
what
we
always
Endeavor
to
do
is
to
meet
the
new
committee
members
before
the
meeting
as
well.
So
we
can
do
a
briefing
and-
and
then
yes,
as
you
say
at
the
beginning
of
the
meeting,
we
can
do
a
bit
more
of
a
summary
to
bring
things
together.
So
we
can
certainly
look
at
how
we
make
sure
new
new
members
are
briefed.
E
Sorry
I
was
just
just
going
to
ask
that
you
know:
should
anything
change
with
regards
to
draw
down.
Are
we
able
to
get
an
update
via
email
to
just
to
keep
abreast
of
that?
I
know
that
for
some
people
they
might
want
to
disappear,
but
I'm
still
got
a
few
more
years
left
and
we'll
be
keeping
track
of
it
over
the
election
time.
So.
B
The
point
at
which
we
would
be
in
a
position
to
confirm
whether
we've
managed
to
reach
a
negotiated
position.
We
would
be
bringing
the
report
to
Cabinet
anyway
in
terms
of
that
update,
and
that
will
be
fully
disclosing,
then
that
information.
A
Excellent,
thank
you.
So
if
there's
nothing
else,
I'll
conclude
this
meeting.
Thank
you.
Everyone.
Thank
you.
