opportunity

We

our

Our
first
order
of
business
is
a
presentation
to
in
tribute
to
the
garber
girls,
softball
team,
so
we'll
read
that
and
then
we'll
bring
some
of
these
wonderful.
Ladies

ahead
and

we
go
so,
whereas
the
bay
county
board
of
commissioners
and
bay
county
executive
wish
to
take
this
opportunity
to
honor
the
essexville
garber
girls,
softball
team,
on
their
winning
performances
in
the
2022
softball
season.

whereas,
with
an
extraordinary
season
of
35,
wins
and
nine
losses.
The
team
went
on
to
become
district
champions
for
a
second
year
in
a
row
beating
freeland
and
bullet
creek
to
secure
the
championship
and
whereas
moving
on
to
the
regionals,
the
garber
varsity
dukes
secured
the
regional
championship.
Besting
lyndon
and
frankenmuth
regaining
the
title
for
the
first
time
since
1997.

and
whereas,
throughout
their
entire
season,
the
essex
bill,
garber
girls,
softball
team,
garnered
impressive
victories,
which
were
the
result
of
hard
work,
team
spirit
and
focus
on
a
goal
they
knew
was
achievable
and
whereas
coaches
cheryl
kotenko
jennifer
hammond,
lauren,
booby,
megan,
curtrell
and
katie
ratajak,
along
with
manager,
chris
coakley,
instilled
in
their
team,
a
sense
of
fair
play
and
commitment
to
strive
to
be
the
very
best
they
could
be
and
they
succeeded.

whereas
team

dufresne.

bay
county
board
of
commissioners

offer
congratulations
to
the
essexville
garber
girls,
softball
team
and
their
coaches
for
their
softball
achievements
and
extend
best
wishes
to
the
team
members
and
coaches
for
continued
success
in
all
endeavors.

athletic
accomplishments

brought
great
recognition
to

residents

grown
up
in
hampton
township,

garber,

center

essexville,
hampton
school
district
and
the
students
over
the
years

administration

shining
examples
of
our
