think
most
of
the
time
kristin
will
reach
the
general
agreement.
What
we
generally
do
is
make
them
follow
whatever
procedure
they
have
to
to
make
sure
that
they're
not
permanently
staking
anything
in
the
property,
because
we
don't
need
damage
done
to
the
property.

don't
think
that
there's
going
to
be
any
specific
requirement
as
to
what
they
can
have
they
come
to
us.

us

they're
going
to

Yes,
commissioner
conan
the
department,
heads
and
myself
have
been
talking
about
some
of
the
things
that
we
would
consider
priorities.
However,
we
would
defer
to
the
board
as
well
in
terms
of
it
would
be
nice
if
we
could
look
at
a
package
spread
over
two
years
that
we
could
all
be
in
agreement
with
on
the
spending
of
those
federal
dollars.

it's
our
hope
that
we
would
be
engaged
fully
from
this
date
forward
to
see
what
makes
the
most
sense.
You
know,
prioritizing
capital
improvements
for
some
of
the
county
government
that
we
might
be
able
to
address
and
then
also
looking
at
how
we
can
impact
you
know
all
bay
county
residents
with
with
this
opportunity
that
we
have
to
to
have
a
significant
amount
of
resources
to
accomplish
some
things.

Yep,
so
we've
already
met
together
a
week
ago
with
administration
and
two
commissioners
at
a
time
to
kind
of
come
up
with
our
wish
list,
but
we
need
to
make
sure
that
the
projects
that
we're
looking
at
conform
to,
what's
required
by
the
cares
act
to
make
sure
that
what
we're
doing
is
going
to
be
appropriate.
Once
we've
gotten
our
our
list
together,
then
my
understanding
is
the
next
thing.
We
need
to
take
it
to
the
public
to
make
sure
that
there's
public
input
on
it
so
that
we
can
then
move
forward.

involves
everything
from
our
infrastructure
to
looking
at
our
businesses
that
we
have
in
bay
county
that
have
paid
for
their
their
fees
to
be
able
to
operate,
even
though
they
weren't
able
to
operate
so
that
we
could
look
at
either
a
reimbursement
or
their
ability
not
to
pay
for,
let's
say
2022,
so
they're
not
penalized
and
we
can
accommodate
them.
So
there
were
a
lot.

that
together
and
then
come
back
to
the
board
to
look
if
there's
anything
else
that
has
come
up
and
then
we'll
move
forward
through
the
process
to
make
sure
that
we
get
this
thing
done.
We
do
have
four
years
to
be
able
to
use
the
funds
which
gives
us
some
time,
but
we
want
to
make
sure
that
everything
is
is,
is
accounted
for
because
there's
a
lot
of
paperwork,
a
lot
of
feedback.
That's
going
to
go
back
to
the
feds
to
make
sure
that
we're
accountable
for
every
dollar.

close
contact
with
the
u.s
department
of
treasury
and
I
know
jan
and
I've
spoken
with
rochelle
imanez,
who
has
extensive
experience
in
working
with
federal
grants,
but
we
want
to
make
sure
that
each
expenditure
we
make
on
behalf
of
our
bay
county
residents
is
cleared,
hopefully
so
that
we
don't
have
to
explain
later
or
have
a
clawback
on
federal
funds
and
we'd
like
to
avoid
that
by
being
very
cautious
and
making
sure
elizabeth
congressman.

can't
remember
her
last
name
but
reached
out
to
us
and
said
anytime.

have
a
question
to
they
will
they
will
take
it
to
treasury
and
we'll
get
a
written
response
so
that
we
can
avoid
any
any
potential
conflicts
down
the
line?
Hopefully
other
local
governments
across
the
country
are
going
to
do
that
because
I
know
the
city
of
detroit.
It
was
amazing
800
million
they're
receiving
over
two
years
and
they
and
the
gov
excuse
me,
mayor
dugan
outlined
you'd
like
to
try
to
attempt
to
reduce
the
poverty
rate
and
an
array
of
programs
that
they'll
be
offering
in
the
city
of
detroit.

The
response
back
from
noaa
was
a
positive
one
on
us
being
able
to
establish
a
dog
park
on
the
west
side
of
bay
county,
so
we're
in
the
very
early
stages
of
working
out
what
the
expense
will
be,
but
our
hope
is
to
have
one
of
the
best
dog
parks
that
you
could
have
in
our
area
established
next
to
the
park.
So
we're
now
beyond
the
point
of
calling
and
hoping
the
rest
is
now
to
work
out
the
details.
But
it's
exciting
news.

In
the
early
stages
after
we
acquired
the
property,
we
could
never
work
out
a
relationship
with
our
our
dnr
folks
at
the
state
park.
There
was
always
issues
on
wetlands
and
just
like
the
dog
park
that
we
tried
to
get
established
in
the
park
for
the
last
five
plus.
It
all
fell
on
deaf
ears
and
lansing.
So,
unfortunately,
we
didn't
get
a
dog
park
in
the
state
park
and
we
never
got
a
disc
golf
course
established
in
that
state
park
region.

the
one
short
coming,
the
one
shortcoming
I
think
about
the
current
property
that's
proposed
to
be
the
dog
park,
doesn't
have
a
lot
of
trees
in
the
center
and
the
hoops
have
to
be
affixed
to
something
and
the
terrain,
I
don't
think
appealed.
I
I
talked
with
craig
prime
who's,
a
banger
township
resident
extensively
and
he's
excited
about
williams,
township
and
auburn,
working
with
them,
some
more
suitable
terrain
in
terms
of
what
they
like.

one
I
believe
the
cornfest
design
in
auburn.
As
far
as
I
know
the
left
I
heard
so
I'm
thinking
that's
right
after
the
fourth
of
july,
so
it's
usually
a
thursday
through
sunday.
So
I
think
it's
like
the
eighth,
ninth,
tenth
and
eleven.
I
haven't
seen
a
flyer
on
it
yet,
but
so
that's
supposedly
a
goal.
