A
B
A
Okay
and-
and
I
guess
we'll
start
with
the
pledge
of.
B
Miss
cartland
you're
upset.
Yes,
thank
you
good
afternoon
everybody.
This
is
the
second
quarter
soya
report
that
compliance
with
always
16.1
and
16.2,
and
since
our
first
order
report
to
you,
we've
only
had
11
requests
in
this
last
quarter
and
right
now
we're
a
little
bit
at
a
standstill.
You
know
the
first
quarter
was
very
busy
with
41.
A
B
E
B
Thought
we
usually
charged
if
it
was
an
excessive
amount
of
time,
and
you
just
well.
This
was
this-
was
the
in
the
public
entry.
When,
when
things
when
items
are
in
the
public
interest,
then
we
don't
charge
for
that.
A
B
E
B
B
B
B
B
B
She
was
asking
for
information.
This
was
going
to
be
a
lot
of
work,
because
this
is
when
you
have
to
you
have
to
review
the
emails
right
containing
the
words.
It
takes
a
long
time
to
email
us
on
that
one.
That
was
the
estimate
time
of
how
much
we
take
to
review
that,
so
that
deposit
has
not
been
made.
D
D
To
the
full
board
acceptance,
the
acceptance
of
only
16.1
16.2
second
quarter,
quarter
four
and
place
on
consent
agenda.
That's
it
exactly!
That's.
A
A
A
Robert
and
staff,
do
you
want
me
to
jump
in
okay.
C
A
C
I'll
start
it
and
hand
it
off.
Well,
let
me
I'll
tell.
A
You,
but
we
brought
this
up
because
of
county
discussion.
I
meant
of
several
alternatives
to
the
ladies
island
corridor
project,
which
is
how
it
was
presented
to
us
in
april
of
2021.
This
meeting
was
held
on
june
20th.
It
is
now
labeled,
beaufort
high
entrance
realignment
project.
A
The
school
was
not
made
aware
of
the
meeting
other
than
through
the
public
posting
of
the
meeting,
and
no
one
from
the
school
or
the
school
board
was
there
to
comment
on
the
impact
of
the
school,
so
I
have
reached
out
to
county
council
and
to
ask
that
our
input
be
considered,
and
so
this
meeting
we're
going
to
go
over
what
they
presented.
What
was
presented
in
2021
and
kind
of
what
the
district's
thoughts
are,
what
the
school
board's
thoughts
are
as
far
as
proceeding
with
this.
D
Problem,
can
I
interrupt
right,
quick
yep,
we
had
a
chat.
Melvin
was
on
his
way
in,
but
he
got
flat.
So
he
oh.
F
E
A
With
that,
I'm
going
to
ask
robert
otti
to
discuss
what
he
sees
in
the
proposals
to
county
council
and
some
of
his
thoughts
and
we'll
have
a
discussion
about
that.
C
All
right,
well,
just
to
summarize
the
april
meeting
at
the
april
meeting
the
consultants
for
the
county
and
the
accounting
in
here
presented
three
options.
I
believe
at
that
time,
that
included
the
options,
the
similar
options
that
they
went
over
at
the
county
meeting.
E
A
So,
just
as
in
the
quick
recap,
we're
just
looking
at
what
was
presented
on
april
21st,
2021
to
the
school
board
and
revisiting
some
of
the
concerns
we
had
and
then
comparing
that
to
what
was
presented
on
june
20th
2022
to
county
council
where
they're.
Actually
they
are
actually
recommending
alternative
form.
So
we're
kind
of
trying
to
match
up
what
was
done
in
2021
with,
what's
now
being
presented
and
then
hopefully
have
a
robust
discussion
about
how
that's
going
to
impact
blueford
high.
B
C
Right
so
kind
of
where
I
left
was,
you
know
the
issues
that
we
had
were
safety
going
back
and
forth
between
the
high
school
and
the
stadium,
specifically
around
the
roundabout
area.
There
was
concerned
about
impact
to
the
parking
lot
and
how
this
roadway
would
impact
the
parking
lot.
There
was
also
a
concern
on
permitting
through
osf
and
how
that
would
occur.
They
did
say
that
they
had
already
talked
to
the
sc
dot
off
school
safety
officer
with
d.o.t.
A
C
A
C
I
think
I'm
not
sure
that's
who
the
county
referred
to,
but
they
may
have-
and
I
have
not
checked
that,
and
it
is
a
new
person
that
I'm
not
familiar
with.
So
I
do
need
to
make
my
introductions
and
follow
up
with
that.
C
So
with
that,
I
think
I
want
to
stop
and
answer
any
questions
you
have
about
what
they
reported.
So
let
me
I
guess
you
started
miss
fiddler's,
I
mean
miss
boatwright
and
said
they
recommended
option
four,
which
is
just
a
variation
of
option
three
that
they
presented
to
us
in
april
of
2021..
C
It's
just
a
change
in
how
they
go
through
the
crystal
lake
area.
So
all
our
same
questions
remain.
How
do
they
plan
on
doing
this
without
impacting
the
school
drives?
How
are
they
going
to
protect
for
school
safety?
At
that
roundabout,
and
also,
I
guess
we
should
say
what
is
the
increased
traffic
that
you're
talking
about
going
through
the
front
parking
lot
of
beaufort
high
high
school,
so
those
have
not
come
back,
and
so
I
have.
I
would
say
on
a
staff
level,
we
would
not
recommend.
C
E
E
C
Is
some
question
that
I've
researched
that
they
may
be
some
old
access
with
each
road
I've
seen
on
some
maps
where
there's
a
small
dirt
road
access,
but
it's
primarily
on
the
old
theater
property
or
now
the
storage
property?
On
the
other
side,
I
don't
know
if
the
county
has
other
information
and
if
they
do
it'd
be
great
to
hear
what
they
believe.
The
access
is
that
it's
part
of.
A
B
A
Report
so
that
was
in
2019
and
then
it
went
january,
8th
2020
they
had
that
public
meeting,
and
you
said
that
I
didn't
go
to
that
public
meeting.
You
were
at
that
public
meeting
when
I
look
at
what
they
presented
in
county
council
alternative
one
is
the
first
alternative,
but
there
was,
I
think,
an
alternative
zero
which
there
was
ground
zero
right.
There
was
a
proposal
that
involved
meridian
meridians.
C
That
option
two
option:
two:
is
the
meridian
there's
one
of
the
alternatives
to
it
right
then,
alternative
two
is
the
meridian
road
option?
Okay,
now
they
do
keep
talking
about
homeowners,
referencing,
an
agreement
yeah
that
the
school
district
had
at
the
time,
the
construction
that
they
would
go
out
to.
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
we
have
not
been
able
to
find.
A
B
A
F
A
Involve
already,
this
is
just
turning
people
high
into
a
ride
in
right
out
and
then
going
through
the
shopping
center.
But
it's
confusing
to
me
because
the
purple
tail
ends
in
the
parking
lot
of
deeper
highs.
I'm
not
sure
if.
C
A
A
C
B
Right
it
was,
this:
was
the
number
one
option
they
took
it
back.
I
guess
they
parsed
it
and
they
said
we
don't
have
the
money
to
buy
the
right-of-way
through
the
shopping
center,
because
I
guess
they'd
have
to
buy
parts
of
it
or
whatever.
So
they
basically
just
not
even
this
is
non-existent
now
this
original
one,
which
is
what
most
of
the
people
at
that
first
public.
B
F
A
F
C
C
F
Yeah
yeah
all
right,
well
yeah.
If
we,
if
we
hold
the
power
of
having
to
grant
an
easement,
then
we
can
have
a
little
more
leverage
on
what
we
want
and
beaver.
You
know
the
county
council
may
not
understand
that
and
the
only
other
question
is:
can
they
just
pull
an
eminent
domain
on
us
and
disregard
that.
C
That's
a
windy
question:
I'm
going
to
give
you
what
I
know
of
it
and
when
you
can
shoot
me
down,
they
have
the
ability
to
do
imminent
domain
over
a
school
district,
but
that
is
something
that
most
counties
would
stay
away
from
like.
If
we
say
we
aren't
going
to
give
it
to
them
because
of
student
safety
and
they're
going
to
imminent
domain
and
take
it
from
us.
A
Oh
okay,
I
I
will
say
I
talked
to
my
counterpart
in
the
county
council
who
is
on
is
the
chair
of
the
public
facilities
committee.
I
think
they
were
pres.
They
were
shown
what
the
consultant
wanted
them
to
see
as
much
as
anything.
So
I
think
that
they
are
open
to
our
feedback.
At
least
that
is
the
impression
I
have
at
this
point
so.
A
It's
more,
my
takeaway
from
this
is
the
consultant
came
talked
to
us,
didn't,
like
the
feedback
went
to
county
council
kind
of
you
know
just
sort
of
presented
part
of
the
argument,
and
we
just
need
to
make
county
council
aware
of
the
ramifications
of
some
of
these
alternatives,
but
they,
when
I
have
talked
to
them,
they
seem
very.
They
want
to
work
with
us
and
they
very
much
want
our
input.
A
A
C
C
Well,
because
they're
going
to
add
a
light
at
sunset
and
add
a
light
down
here
at
meridian,
and
they
don't
have
the
ability
to
do
the
spacing
to
place
another
light
on
that
road.
So
if
our
light
remains,
they
can't
put
the
light
on
sunset
or
in
that
general
area
right
in
there.
So,
in
order
for
that
to
happen,
our
light
has
to
go
away
and
that's
the
reason
for
all
of
this.
Once
our
light
goes
away,
it
becomes
much
more
difficult
to
get
in
and
out
of
our
entrance.
A
C
C
Yeah,
so
it
takes
up,
it
goes
along
our
property
line.
The
beauty
of
this
is
that
for
the
most
part,
they
only
have
to
deal
with
us
as
a
property
owner
and
this
one
piece
of
property
down
here
off-
meridian,
that's
not
built
on
so,
but
this
is
the
one
that
the
meridian
property
owners
were
against
and
also
where
they
stated
that
when
beaufort
high
was
originally
built,
we
promised
the
school
board
promised
or
whoever
promised
that
we
would
not
use
marine
now.
C
Right
now
we
have
not
been
able
to
find
any
proof
of
that.
That
may
have
been
a
conversation
at
what
point
I
do
not
know,
but
we
do
not
have
not
found
any
legal
documentation
of
that
anywhere.
C
B
B
C
B
And
then
also
the
roundabouts
on
carolyn
drive
yeah
well.
The
only
comment
I
wanted
to
make
about
this
is
that
listening
to
the
county
council
meeting,
there
were
significant
questions
by
the
county
council
members
and
also
by
staff.
Even
though
the
engineers
are
recommending
number
four
rob.
Marchant
merchant
from
the
staff
said
three
and
four
will
have
a
significant
impact
on
the
boardwalk
of
crystal
lake.
The
forested
wetlands,
then,
even
like
jessie
white
from
conservation
league
got
up.
B
That
you
know
why
are
we
using
our
existing
roads?
Why
are
we
building
new
roads
through
crystal
lake
instead
of
using
meridian
and
rudolph
and
yeomans,
and
everything
that
we
already
have
so
county
council
is
not
sold
on
any
one
of
these
options
yet,
and
I
think
you're
exactly
right,
ingrid
they're,
very
open
to
gathering
new
information
about
this.
A
A
Okay
does
are
there
any
questions
about
where
we've?
How
we've
gotten
to
this
point,
because
I
feel
like
I
have
a
little
bit
better
understanding.
Now
I
get
confused
because
we
didn't
have
they
weren't
numbered.
A
We
had
kind
of
color
coded
right
and
so
there's
sort
of
a
zero,
which
is
just
our
stuff
going
through
to
sunset
and
there's
one
two,
three
four
five
and
they
presented
three
they're
recommending
four
and
they
also
are
offering
up
five
at
this
point
as
a
potential
and
from
what
I
heard
from
county
council,
they've
kind
of
they're
sort
of
looking
at
four
and
five
side
by
side,
because
what
they
heard
at
that
county
council
meeting
correct
me.
A
If
I'm
wrong,
was
that
to
try
and
minimize
the
impact
of
crystal
lake.
But
it
doesn't
really
make
any
difference
as
far
as
the
impact
of
buffer
high
and
the
traffic
right
does.
A
So
the
one
that
we're
what
we
are
potentially
the
most
interested
in
from
a
school
district
standpoint.
Let's
talk
about
that,
I
mean
I
guess
robert,
do
you
have
a
recommendation
at
this
moment
to
discuss
or
where
you
think
we
should
be
looking.
C
I
mean
even
from
day
one
our
recommendation
was
either
alternate
zero,
the
original
or
alternate
two,
because
they
have
the
least
impact
on
the
front
of
the
school
alternate.
Zero
has
no
impact
on
us.
It
keeps
our
drives
exactly
as
they
are
today,
so
that.
H
C
That
would
be
our
recommendation
by
far
well.
They
have
to
do
things
to
the
adjacent
property
owner,
which
is
their
concern.
Right
alternate
two,
of
course,
goes
to
meridian
that
had
pushed
back
from
the
meridian
property
owners,
but
that,
as
far
as
the
school
impact
would
and
school
safety
is
a.
A
Viable
option,
so
what
they
put
is
the
cons
of
that
right
away:
acquisition,
the
shopping
center.
That's
one
of
the
big
issues
right
school
traffic
on
sea,
island
parkway.
So
there
was
some
discussion
that
some
entities
would
like
to
see
school
traffic
out
onto
ladies
island
drive
and
then
no
connectivity
to
other
access
roads.
So
I'm
a
little
bit
unclear
on
how
important
that
is
like
because
when
they
say
no
connectivity
to
other
access
roads,
basically
they're
saying
we
can't
run
other
traffic
through
there.
C
They're,
looking
at
that,
as
a
big
picture
on
how
the
whole
ladies
island
air
area
they're
creating
flow
and
places
go,
which,
let
me
remind
you,
one
of
their
areas
of
flow
is
through
the
middle
of
beaufort
high.
So
they
see
that
as
a
area
of
connectivity
which
to
them
is
very
good
to
us,
is
very
bad
right.
E
C
C
A
B
A
G
A
Then
what
they
would
have
to
do
if
you're
coming
from
st
helena
or
cusa
you
would
basically
you
could
either
take
his
ladies
hazel
farm
road,
but
you
could
in
theory,
connect
onto
this
and
then
to
get
to
beaufort
high
you'd
have
to
go
down
to
rub
over
meridian
and
back
in
right
right.
I
don't
see
any
other
way
for
people,
because
anyone
coming
from
above
us
or
lays
on
drive
or
what
is
it.
C
A
C
E
A
A
A
A
E
A
D
A
B
E
E
B
E
A
F
A
G
A
B
A
Yeah
school
traffic
shifted,
I
mean,
I
think
it's
fine.
If
their
goal
is
to
shift
school
traffic,
it's
one
conversation,
but
the
quiet
part
they're
not
saying
it
out
loud
is
how
do
we
take
a
lot
of
traffic
off
of
this
really
busy
roadway
and
basically
they're,
suggesting
we
dump
it
across
the
wetlands
through
a
school?
C
E
A
D
A
C
F
All
schrierbinger,
thank
you.
So
what's
our
bottom
line
here,
that's
what
we're
working
on!
What
are
we
going
to
tell
county
council
I
mean
I
hear
robert
seems
seems
pretty
straightforward.
A
A
Yeah
that
came
up
with
I
met
with
them
on
the
21st,
because
you
thought
they
might
need
easement
with
osf
even
on
yeoman's,
and
she
said
no,
no,
they
had
looked
into
it.
It
was
outside
of
the
school
envelope.
Do
you
remember
that
discussion?
That's
why
I
got
that
term.
A
So
basically,
what
we
should
do
is
write
a
letter
to
county
council
saying
that
we
want
to
reduce
traffic
or
you
know
not
increase
traffic
around
the
school
property
that
we
think
that
the
traffic
plans
we
do
need
to
find
out
for
sure
if
we
have
used
it
that
needs
to
be
granted,
because
county
council
will
definitely
pay
attention.
If
we
say
look,
you
guys
proceed
with
number
four
and
we'll
be
in
court.
You
know.
A
B
C
G
C
C
H
Yes,
I
was
just
gonna
say
that
I
attended
several
of
those
meetings
and
county
council
is
going
to
take
the
recommendation
from
the
consultant
and
whatever
the
consultant
says.
That's
what
carnegie
is
going
to
go
with.
G
Right
last
time
we
met
with
him
in
everywhere,
sometimes
carol
myself
and
robert,
and
they
were
explaining
this
to
us.
We
wanted
to
see
it,
give
us
a
visual
of
how
this
is
going
to
work
and
not
impede
our
parking
lot
for
one,
because
if
they
have
to
take
three
feet
that
whole
side
of
the
parking
lot
is
gone,
it's
wiped
out.
I.
C
A
C
So
I
yeah
I
mean
I
think
we
want
them
to
come
back
with
more
information,
so
we
have
a
comfort
level
before
they
proceed
on
and
get
too
far
down
the
road.
And
then
we
look
bad
for
objectives
right.
A
C
Know
I
don't
no
one's
going
to
find
that
I
don't
think
that's
an.
D
D
C
B
Any
decisions,
because
there's
still
so
many
unanswered.
A
A
Basically,
yeomans
the
impact
is
more
because
students
mean
walking
type
of
thing
if
we
were
to
direct
a
lot
of
traffic,
but.
C
A
And
we
want
to
show
the
impact
on
the
parking
lot.
Do
we
want
to
ask
them
osf
we
wanted
to
find
out
if
they
had
talked
to
osf.
Yes,.
A
All
right
what
else,
what
other
questions
do
we
have
a
way
whether
or
not
there's
an
is
there
actually
any
kind
of
agreement
that
would
prevent
meridian
from
being
considered,
because
it
seems.
E
C
B
A
E
E
I
A
I
It's
going
to
be
very
important
to
your
constituents
right,
yeah
yeah,
and
I
think
I
I
do
need
to
hear
my
conceptions
on
this
and
see
what
their
views
are
on
this
I'm.
I
am.
I've
heard
a
lot
of
things
and
I'm
kind
of
concerned
about
some
things
and
before
I
even
say
them
that
I
think
I
need
to
reach
out
to
my
constituents
and
see
how
they
feel
as
well
and
get
something
input
on
this,
because
it's
not
just
about
a
me
situation
this
this
or
this
affects
the
whole.
I
The
whole
area
and
lays
out
in
certain
areas
are
really
growing
and
they
are
being
permits
putting
every
day
to
even
even
put
up
different
complexes
and
stuff
and
all
throughout
the
doctor's
area.
So
that's
kind
of
concerning-
and
I
want
to
know
where
all
that
well,
where
will
all
this
fall
at
up
under
all?
This
is
what
that
is.
What's
going
on.
A
As
I'm
thinking
about
this
letter,
I
don't
think
we
want
to
necessarily
rope
in
any
of
the
concerns
that
were
shared
by
the
crystal
eight
conservation
groups
that
were
there,
because
we
just
really
want
to
focus
on
the
school
right
school
safety.
A
B
E
C
C
C
B
A
G
E
A
C
Condition
consider
it
well,
you
may
say
all
options
are
still
on
the
table
for
us,
including
the
original
options,
but
at
this
point
these
things
haven't
been
answered,
yeah,
you
know,
or
we
still
have
concerns
over
all
of
them.
J
Miss
robin
yes,
I
don't
know
that
we
want
to
say
that
we're
okay
with
all
of
them,
based
on
what
I've
just
heard.
I
think
the
some
of
them
have
major
impacts
around
our
school
that
we
would
not
be
able
to
embrace.
So
I
would
just
be
careful
with
that.
Basically,
I
think
the
letter
should
say:
hey,
look
the
safety
and
security
of
our
schools
and
our
students
is
paramount
to
us.
That's
what
we
care
about
so,
and
I
I
just
so
those
are
my
two.
C
A
A
A
Then
I
guess
that's
it
I
mean
so
basically
I
don't
think
there's
any
action
that
needs
to
come
out
now,
except
we'll
present
a
board
a
letter
at
the
meeting.
As
part
of
the
committee
report
and
mrs
I'm
not
going
to
be
at
the
meeting,
can
you
present
the
letter?
Sure,
okay.
A
D
So
right
now
we're
tentatively
set
for
august
10
for
regular
operations,
because
that
would
be
our
second
wednesday
and
then
my
next
question
was
going
to
be
then,
are
you
going
to
reschedule
another
meaning
for
just
hr
in
august?
So
we.
A
B
C
We
have
we
have
she
has
I.
I
think
we
have
a
full
means
agenda
and
we
are
going
to
provide
just
think
of
that
construction
update
for
this
month
to
everybody,
we'll
just
send
it
out
to
the
committee
members
via
email,
since
we
didn't
have
it
here,
but
we
will
have
the
construction
update.
We
will,
I
think,
battery
creek
high
school
has
a
request,
a
naming
request
for
their
gym
and
wrestling
room
so
we'll
be
bringing.
C
B
B
C
A
Of
people
asking
about
whether
it's
being
raised
for
teachers
and
what's
going
to
happen
with
the
classified
staff,
and
then
I
heard
kind
of
here
say
that
it's
not
quite
ready
yet.
But.
B
We
were
disappointed
because
it
was
past
the
bonus.
I
mean
yeah
past
the
budget
conversation
and.
A
D
No,
so
I
sent
you
all
email
asking
if
you
all
were
available
for
september
night,.
B
D
So
we
will
not
be
having
a
work
session
in
august,
because
the
school
law
conference
is
the
26th
and
the
27th.
A
Yesterday
yesterday
sounds
like
a
plan
and
hopefully
smalling
can
give
us
a
timeline.
I
just
really
want
to
get
that
compensation
study
out
in
the
public.
E
D
A
Okay,
so
then,
now
we're
ready
to
adjourn
the
scripture
now
you're
ready.
