A
number
of
different
improvements
that
can
be
anything
from
raised
medians
to
restriping,
to
some
new
signal
heads
going
in
the
only
piece
of
that's
changing
from
what
was
advertised
there
is
hilton
head.
National
drive
is
obviously
no
longer
a
road.
A
lot
of
y'all
heard
that
discussion
at
the
retreat
and
so
right
now,
I'm
working
with
district
and
headquarters
right
now
to
see
how
we're
going
to
also
mitigate
the
turn
lanes
that
are
on
278,
going
to
hilton
head
national.
A
E
E
All
right
next
slide:
zero,
seven,
six,
one,
six
one
zero!
This
just
got
let
in
the
last
week
and
right
now,
they're
they
have
not
awarded
yet
the
completion
date
for
this
is
november
2022.
E
This
one
is
a
long-standing
project.
At
this
point,
the
only
thing
remaining
here
over
by
the
walmart
intersection
on
170
by
paris,
island
gateway,
is
there's
two
additional
detectable
warning
services
being
installed
inside
of
that
raised
concrete
median
once
we
finish
that
with
the
contractor,
we'll
be
closing
that
job
out,
but
otherwise
it's
been
inspected
by
headquarters,
traffic
safety
group
and
overall
they
they,
like
the
turnout
of
the
crosswalk.
So.
E
E
H
E
About
from
their
citizens
is
out
on
sea,
island,
parkway
and
hunting
island.
This
one
has
a
completion
date
for
the
end
of
july
of
2022,
and
it's
got
two
pieces
to
it.
Currently,
one
is
on
sea
allen.
Parkway
they've
done
all
the
milling,
the
full
depth
patching
the
leveling,
the
shoulder
widening.
The
only
thing
left
in
this
initial
contract
is
the
final
surface
being
pulled
and
that
will
be
performed
once
we
go
out
on
a
late
on
the
contract.
That's
at
the
end
of
the
list.
E
E
E
E
Next
slide
5660410:
this
is
reconstruction
and
rehabilitation
across
beaufort
and
jasper
counties.
The
one
to
note
here
is
salem
parkway.
This
includes
the
last
half
mile
leading
to
the
frit
bridge.
It
was
awarded
to
blythe
the
same
contractor.
That's
on
hunting
island,
currently
same
road
application
as
the
rest
of
the
parkway
and
again
coordinating
to
pull
the
final
surface
at
once.
E
E
Next
slide,
please
other
projects
to
note
here
is
the
u.s
278
toll
road
conversion.
The
contractor
has
gotten
the
notice
to
proceed
on
this
one.
It
is
being
coordinated
by
the
special
projects
rc
out
of
charleston
same
one
that
did
harbor
river
bridge.
E
I
spoke
with
her
yesterday
about
it.
They
again
they've
got
their
ntp
to
go.
They're
laying
out
survey
now
they're
getting
ready
to
start
demolition,
probably
in
the
next
week,
and
then
once
they
start,
they
have
90
days
roughly
to
finish
demolition
of
any
obstructions
to
free
flow
traffic
across
that
section
of
what
was
a
toll
road
well.
E
A
E
E
That
that
indicates
that
it's
going
to
be
design
build,
which
is
what
harbor
bridge
was,
which
is
what
this
the
toll
road
is.
Yes,
sir,
that's
good.
E
If
there's
no
questions
on
toll
road
that
all
like
about
all
I
can
say
on
the
278
corridor
improvement
project
is
the
last
public
meeting
was
held
through
march
2022
from
what
I
saw
it
was
it
was.
It
was
a
more
optimistic
turnout
than
the
last
one.
So.
A
That's
kind
of
the
take
I've
heard
back
the
other
direction
as
well.
The
things
are
quite
favorable,
since
they
got
the
extra
lanes
that
they
wanted,
and
so
it's
no
longer
again,
just
as
a
general
point
for
everybody,
it's
been
great,
having
greg
on
board
and
to
give
us
updates,
because
the
projects
are
across
all
our
districts
and
that
way
you
have.
You
have
an
idea.
What's
going
on
you're
up
to
date
with
what's
going
on
every
you,
anybody
asks
you,
you
can
speak
with
some
clarity
and
intelligence
on
it.
E
G
All
right,
if
I
could
take
on
items
b,
paving
contract,
52
and
53
update
d,
the
sc-170
update
e,
the
status
of
resurfacing
and
the
treasurer's
report
all
at
once.
I
have
another
engagement,
so
starting
with
our
dirt
roads
contract.
Just
a
reminder:
it's
harrison
island
david,
green
wade,
cliff
in
right
place.
All
the
permits
have
been
submitted
at
this
point:
we've
only
gotten
the
approval
for
wycliffe
and
that's
going
to
start
construction
in
two
weeks
for
contract,
53,
twickingham,
northview
and
rainbow
roads.
G
Once
for
those
who
aren't
familiar
our
dirt
road
paving
contract
is
being
expended
using
our
road
use
fee,
also
known
as
our
tag
fees.
G
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
skip
to
sc
170
update.
We
are
working
throughout
the
design
of
the
six
projects
along
the
corridor
from
462
to
the
28
us
28
or
sc
us
us
28,
278.
C
H
A
G
A
All
that
is
pretty
much
in
play
at
this
point
in
time
with
aecom
doing
the
design
and
they
did
the
they
did
the
original
study
as
well.
That's
correct,
I
will
basically
say
I
can.
I
can
handle
the
treasures
report
tonight.
Okay
and
I'll.
Let
you
go
to
your
meeting
and
I
say
that
only
for
one
reason
is:
I
have
other
things
I
need
to
tie
in
with
not.
G
A
problem,
if
there's
any
questions,
anyone
can
email
me
on
the
treasurer's
report.
Moving
on
to
item
e,
the
status
of
our
resurfacing
contracts.
B
G
A
C
Excuse
me
people
on
on
twickingham
road.
We
are
very
pleased
to
hear
the
good
news.
G
We
are
currently
just
for
everybody's
edification
and
the
dirt
road
program.
We
are
reaching
out
to
vendors
to
propose
on
the
new
dirt
road
evaluation.
As
you
know,
jmt
did
their
evaluation,
which
gave
us
our
five-year
fiscally
constrained
list.
So
we're
looking
at
putting
that
back
out
for
the
year
2022
to
come
up
with
the
next
five-year
list
for
those
dirt
roads.
A
Miles
is
left
the
thing
that
we're
finding
is
the
majority
of
the
roads
that
are
left
are
number
one
legacy
roads
and
number
two
roads.
We
don't
have
right
away
on,
and
so
it
keeps
getting
brought
up
at
county
council
questioning.
What
are
you
going
to
pay?
My
dirk
road
was
going
to
be
dirt.
Roads,
they're
never
going
to
be
paid.
A
That's
that's
the
reality
of
it
number
one
and
number
two,
the
other
side
light
to
it
really
is:
does
it
make
fiscal
sense
to
be
paving
routes
with
one,
maybe
one,
two
houses
on
it
number
one
and
second
of
all,
paving
dirt
roads
where
we
have
to
take
the
right
of
way
by
imminent
domain
and
that
doesn't
necessarily
sit
well
with
many
people.
It
actually
infuriates
most
people
if
you
start
taking
their
land
to
build
a
road
on
it
so
and.
G
The
goal
of
beaver
county
and
regardless
of
the
dirt
road,
is
to
keep
it
maintained
so
that
it's
safe,
especially
for
ems
and
fire
and
police
to
access
residents.
But
we
something
that's
in
this
five-year
plan
for
the
dirt
red
paving
is.
We
are
looking
at
alternatives
for
rocking
certain
roads,
so
on
the
fescue
island,
we've
grouped
all
the
dawsky
island
roads
onto
one
contract
for
for
rocking.
C
G
Maintenance
requests,
so
beaufort
county
has
a
app
where
you
can
go,
take
photos
and
submit
any
type
of
problems
that
you
have
with
any
beaufort
county
infrastructure.
It's
called
beaufort
county
connects
it's
an
application
that
you
can
download
to
both
android
and
apple
phones.
A
G
Called
beaufort
county
connects.
If
you
go
to
your
app
store,
you'll
see
the
beaufort
county
logo,
it's
very
user
friendly.
You
can
submit,
as
I
believe
you
can
submit
as
just
a
guest
or
you
can
create
your
own
profile
and
they'll
message.
You
back
you'll
under
you'll,
get
the
status
update
of
the
submissions
that
you
put
in
it's
a
really
good
tool.
Not
a
lot
of
people
know
about.
Please
tell
your
constituents
sure.
A
Very
much
appreciate
the
update.
Let
me
look
at
my
list
here
to
get
my
heads
back
in
place.
A
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
dial
up
and
I'll
come
back
to
the
retreat
workshop
and
talk
about
it,
but
I'd
like
to
have
richard
turner
richard
there.
He
is
how
about
our
state
secondary
lesson.
500
adt
update!
Let's
try
it.
A
D
Thank
you,
god,
okay,
perfect,
thank
you
for
bearing
with
me,
sir.
There
we
go.
We
got
you
all
right,
very
good,
well,
chairman
gordon
and
members
of
the
committee.
Thank
you
for
indulging
me
and
and
allowing
me
to
do
this
remotely.
D
I
apologize
that
I
wasn't
able
to
be
there
today
in
person,
but
I
am
happy
to
happy
to
be
here
nonetheless
and
provide
you
guys
an
update
on
the
on
the
pavement,
maintenance
and
preservation
evaluation
of
the
state
secondary
erosion,
the
low
volume
less
than
500
adt
roads
that
that
amt
was
happily
to
be
part
of,
and
so
my
name
is
richard
turner.
He
said
I
am
the
south
carolina
program,
services
lead
for
amt
and
the
project
manager
on
this
on
this
project.
D
Now,
dive
in
I've
got
just
a
couple
of
slides,
just
kind
of
show
you
what
we've
done
and
and
path
forward.
So
we
get
that
notice
proceed
on
february
the
7th
and
then
february
23rd.
We
held
a
project
kickoff
meeting
with
mr
gordon,
as
well
as
andrea
atkinson,
with
the
engineering
staff
and
to
kind
of
walk
through
what
we're
going
to
do
really
level
set
on
what
type
of
treatment
types
you
would
want
to
use
for
these
types
of
roads
and
also
what
type
of
characteristics
did
we
need
to
do.
D
Survey
throughout
these
roads
and
what
we
landed
on
were
for
things
such
as
homes,
businesses,
schools,
churches
and
industries,
really
to
show
the
importance
of
that
road
to
the
community.
We
wanted
that
to
be
a
factor
in
prioritizing
these
roads
and
their
as
part
of
really
a
ranking
game
from
from
one
to
100
or
whatever.
The
number
ends
ends
up
being
that's
a
piece
of
it.
The
other
piece
of
it
and
really
the
larger
piece,
is
what
you
see
kind
of
the
bottom
left.
D
There's
the
condition
75
of
what
this
will
ultimately
be
a
score
for
each
of
these
loads
is
75
that'll,
be
based
on
the
condition
of
the
pavement
itself,
and
then
25
will
be
based
on
those
land
use
characteristics
that
we'll
be
surveying
throughout
the
county
and
what
you
see
on
the
screen.
There
is
what
our
our
field
technicians
have
with
them
on
their
ipads
when
they
have
one
gentleman,
that's
driving
and
one
is
collecting
the
data
and
we're
actually
doing
a
payment
commission
survey
ourselves
to
give
us
a
side-by-side
comparison
with
the
scpot
data.
D
We
started
that
work
so
march.
4Th
was
we
completed
kind
of
the
configuration
of
what
you
see
there
on
the
screen
and
what
this
would
all
look
like
from
our
technicians
and
and
what
we'll
ultimately
be
providing
to
you
all
march
7th.
We
began
again
collecting
data
in
the
field,
so
we
went
about
two
weeks
into
that
and
we
and
at
the
time
that
I
made
this
slide,
we're
about
50
50,
complete
we're
a
little
bit
further
than
that
probably
60
to
65.
D
What
I
have
here
on
the
screen
is
is
a
active
map.
This
is
in
real
time.
This
is
a
screenshot
code,
but
in
real
time
this
is
what
I
see
what
our
technicians
are
doing
as
they
move
along
through
the
county,
collecting
the
data,
and
you
can
see
the
color
coding
there
is
based
on
the
condition
of
the
road
red
being
bad,
dark,
green,
being
the
best
conditions,
and
I
can
see
the
progress
they're
making
as
they
they
make
their
way
through
each
of
their
streets
roads
throughout
the
county.
D
So
you
can
see
this
time
we're
about
50
from
a
mile
standpoint
at
this
point
when
I
took
this
screenshot-
and
I
can
share
that
with
you-
if
any
of
you
are
interested
in
seeing
the
progress
as
we
move
along
with
the
website
that
I
can
definitely
send
to
you.
A
D
She
has
a
copy
of
the
slideshow
and
and
I'll
and
I'll
follow
that
up
with
the
with
the
website.
So
you
all
can
take
a
look
at
that
too
great
good.
So
thank
you
task
ahead
for
us
now.
D
For
you
all
this
fiscal
constraint
budget
that
we
had
talked
about
previously
and
then
we'll
really
then
begin
preparing
our
comprehensive
report
for
each
of
the
roads
and
each
of
the
five-year
plan
as
a
whole
and
then
we'll
be
prepared
by
june
7th
to
provide
a
an
update
or
and
provide
this
final
plan
to
you
all
for
the
review,
along
the
way
that
we
expect
to
have
some
touch
points
with
andrea
and
mr
gordon
as
well
to
make
sure
that
what
we're
what
we're
thinking,
what
you're
thinking,
make
sure
we're
aligned
with
what
your
priorities
are.
D
We
want
to
make
sure
that
we,
when
we
come
to
you
at
the
end,
that
we're
hitting
we're,
checking
all
the
boxes
for
you.
So
there
will
be
some
opportunities
there
that
we'll
we'll
seek
some
feedback
from
you
all,
but
everything
seems
to
be
moving
forward
pretty
well.
At
this
point,.
A
I'll
probably
invite
elizabeth
penn
sanders
into
that
meeting
as
well
when
we
hold
that,
and
before,
are
you
going
to
have
a
few
minutes
to
hang
around
because
my
topic
under
item
a
of
new
business
will
have
effect
upon
what
we're
doing
a
great
deal
of
what
we're
doing.
So,
if
you
can
hang
in
here
for
just
a
few
minutes,
I
very
much
appreciate
it.
I
Chairman,
yes,
this
is
luana.
I
have
a
question:
okay,
going
back
to
the
map
where
you
had
the
color
coding
in
the
red,
yellow
and
green.
What?
What
does
the
white
areas
indicate.
D
A
I
am
going
to
skip
down
to
new
business
I'll,
come
back
and
pick
up
the
retreat
workshop
in
just
a
minute
in
your
packet,
I
included
a
hypothetical
distribution
of
funds
and
that
hypothetical
distribution
of
funds
came
from
two
two
fridays
ago,
eric
greenway
and
joe
passionate
were
in
the
state
house
chamber
and
lo
and
behold,
a
conversation
developed
concerning
250
million
dollars
that
was
going
to
be
distributed
to
ctcs
and
that
250
million
dollars
that
they're
going
to
distribute
to
ctcs
basically
involves
around
the
very
thing.
A
The
very
programs
that
we're
working
on
we're
the
only
the
only
ctc
in
the
state
that
started
at
less
than
500
adt,
and
I
give
all
you
guys
credit
for
that
in
gallows.
But
now
they're
saying
well.
We
want
you
to
use
this
250
million
dollars
on
roads
that
will
never
meet
the
criteria
of
the
dot
directly
64,
65
and
66,
which
establishes
the
pavement
guidelines
that
they
that
elizabeth
uses
and
all
the
counties
use
in
determining
what
roads
are
going
to
pay.
A
A
Given
at
this
point
in
time-
and
I
said
I
sure,
as
the
devil
would
hate,
to
have
a
slug-
a
5.8
million
dollars
dropped
on
us
and
us
expected
to
be
able
to
come
up
with,
even
though
we've
done
analysis
for
all
the
roads
to
be
able
to
spend
that
all
in
one
slug
and
number
one.
If
you
look
at
250
million
dollars
across
46
counties
in
the
state
of
south
carolina,
there's
no
way
under
the
sun
that
there's
enough
paving
contractors
to
be
able
to
do
that,
work
of
which
he
said.
A
You
know,
I
never
thought
about
it,
you're
right,
there's,
not
enough
painting
contractors
to
do
it,
and
I
said
this
ought
to
be
spread
out
over
a
two
or
three
year
period.
So
richard
I'm
bringing
this
up.
As
what
might
happen
is
that
five
year
plan
we
might
be
coming
back
to
you
to
have
an
adoption
done
to
it,
where
we
take
and
use
up
that
5.8
million,
as
well
as
our
funds
over
maybe
a
three
year
period,
so
there
might
be
a
change
where
we
might
have
to
develop
for
your
your
contract.
D
A
A
So
again,
I
feel
I
felt
from
the
time
I
became
chairman
that
my
job
as
much
as
everything
is
to
keep
you
all
informed
of
things
that
are
going
on
behind
the
scenes
that
you
don't
get
necessarily
addressed
directly
in
this
way.
You
know
what's
coming
up
and
what
you
might
be
dealing
with
in
the
future
questions
comments.
H
Craig
craig
this
is
jim,
and
maybe
it
was
in
some
of
the
details.
I
may
have
missed
it.
What
is
the
what's
the
origin
of
the
250
million
dollars
that
will
be
distributed?
H
A
No,
it's
from
the
state
house
collected
a
bunch.
I
think
it's
something
of
the
tune
of
a
billion
dollars,
excess
in
taxes
this
past
year
too,
and
so
they're
sitting
on
a
pot
of
gold
and
so
they're
using
it
and
giving
it
up.
I
know
one
source
of
funding.
Is
prisons
like
something
to
the
tune
of
60
million
dollars
to
prisons?
I
know
they're
also
putting
funding
into
teachers.
I
know
they're
doing
it
in
the
first
responders.
A
Slash
nurses,
as
well
as
the
road
program,
so
they're
looking
at,
is
also
giving
us
back
a
rebate
in
taxes.
So,
whether
all
these,
whatever
what
comes
into
play,
I
don't
know
jim,
but
these
are
the
documents
that
are
in
play
and
that
it'll
become
the
funny
thing
of
it
is
when
I
saw
the
slide,
the
house
and
sentence
were
exactly
the
same,
except
for
I
think
what
they
were
giving
to
schools.
A
The
250
million
dollars
was
the
same
in
the
house
and
senate.
It
was
different
than
what
they
were
providing
school
school
systems
as
well,
where
I
think
they
were
having
issues.
So
my
memory
is
pretty
correct.
Most
of
the
time,
I
I
think
it's
that's
absolutely
correct,
but
they
have
a
billion
dollar
windfall.
A
F
Can
you
see
my
screen
now
yep
all
right,
all
right,
I'll,
try
and
go
really
quick,
so
craig
asked
me
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
what
the
long-range
transportation
planning
process
is
also
going
on.
This
is
coming
here
doing
both
a
rural
long-range
transportation
plan
for
the
four
county
area,
which
is
hampton
county,
beaufort
and
jasper
and
along
at
the
same
time,
we're
also
doing
the
long-range
transportation
plan
for
the
lats.
F
The
low
country
area,
transportation
city,
which
is
beaufort
partyville
portions
of
jasper
that
include
partyville
and
then
you
for
fashion,
is
all
the
urban
areas.
So
hilton
head,
bluffton
city
of
beef,
heard.
F
F
If
you're
receiving
federal
funds
you
have
to
be
in
this
long-range
transportation
plan,
it's
updated
every
five
years
and
then
it
always
has
this
20-year
horizon.
So
right
now
we're
updating
on
our
five-year
cycle
of
updating
and
our
horizon
here
is
20
45.,
just
a
project
timeline
going
on
now
for
several
several
months
and
right
now
this
is
probably
difficult
to
see
maybe
on
your
screens,
but
elizabeth
has
a
copy
she
can
send
out,
but
we're
nearing
kind
of
the
home
stretch
here.
F
So
this
is
important
just
to
get
you
all
aware
of
this
going
on,
but
we're
in
the
financial.
I
just
received
a
financial
analysis
and
funding
strategy
from
our
consultant
team
and
I'm
expecting
a
draft
document
at
the
beginning
of
april.
That
will
go
out
for
public
comment
for
30
days,
so
that'll
be
coming
soon
and
we'd
love
for
all
of
you
to
be
able
to
take
a
moment
to
look
through
the
plan
and
provide
your
comments
and
adoption
is
going
to
be.
F
May
13th
just
a
little
background
on
what
the
process
has
been
up
to
this
point,
we
did
do
a
public
involvement
process
which
involved
having
stakeholder
interviews
talking
to
folks
like
jared
one
on
one
talking
to
other
folks
and
technical
folks
at
from
their
different
municipalities,
we
did
an
online
survey.
F
We've
also
had
a
website
and
we
did
a
public
workshop
as
well
back
a
few
months
ago,
so
part
of
the
process,
the
consultant
team
looked
at.
We
don't
just
start
from
scratch.
We
look
at
everything.
That's
already
been
done
in
the
area,
so
we
looked
at
all
the
other
regional
plans
taking
place
comprehensive
plans
done
by
the
different
municipalities,
bicycle
pedestrian
and
small
area
plans,
and
that
is
incorporated
into
this
process.
F
We've
also
done
an
existing
conditions
report
in
there.
This
is
just
these
maps
up
here.
I
don't
expect
you
to
read
them
just
some
examples,
but
we
looked
at
population
density,
no
vehicle,
households,
traffic,
current
traffic,
effective
suggestion
in
different
locations,
looking
at
crash
locations,
pavement
quality
and
bridge
conditions,
and
all
this
is
compiled
and
will
be
compiled
in
the
final
report
and
part
of
the
public
input
I
mentioned,
we
did
a
survey,
we
had
about
827
participants
and
collected
about
12
000,
plus
data
points
and
comments
from
folks
around
the
region.
F
F
Then
we
also
did
what
we
called
a
call
for
projects.
This
is
where
we
reached
out
to
all
the
municipalities
and
asked
for
them
to
provide
what
projects
were.
You
know
important
on
their
cips
and
then
their
local
plans
to
make
sure
that
these
were
incorporated
into
the
planning
process
and
that
we
weren't
missing
something.
F
So,
taking
all
that
information,
we
then
came
up
with
a
list
of
recommendations,
and
so
we
provided
the
second
list
of
recommendations
and
showed
this
to
the
rats
technical
committee
and
the
policy
committee
at
our
last
meeting
cycle
in
february
and
generally
was
got
by
off
on
that.
These
recommendations
were
then
skipping
ahead
of
myself.
Part
of
the
recommendations
also
included
incorporating
other
modes
as
well,
and
instead
of
recreating
the
wheel
there,
we
were
just
incorporating
the
plans
already
done
by
the
transit
agency
and
the
beaufort
county.
F
Connects
plan
is
also
a
great
bicycle.
Pedestrian
plan
and
hardyville
also
has
a
recent
bicycle
plan,
so
those
recommendations
were
taken
straight
from
those
documents
and
we
also
had
a
list
of
studies
that
were
recommended
jared
provided
some
of
this
input.
Some
of
it
was
from
other
stakeholders
looking
at
possibly
doing
some
access
management
studies
in
the
region,
a
freight
plan
looking
at
some
transit
for
the
north
north
of
the
broad
or
northern
beaufort
county,
and
then
taking
all
that
information.
F
We
then
prioritized
it
and
I'll
just
go
through
this
really
quick,
but
part
of
the
monterey
transportation.
Proceeding
process
in
the
state
of
south
carolina
requires
that
we
follow
act,
114
which
provides
us
with
a
pretty
stringent
process
for
prioritizing
cost
projects,
so
they
provide
the
criteria
and
then
your
consultant
went
back
and
calculated
all
the
numbers
into
this
process.
The
criteria
included
traffic
volume
and
congestion
looking
at
the
project
was
on
a
priority
network,
public
safety,
economic
development,
truck
traffic,
financial
viability,
payment
quality
and
environmental
impacts.
F
Those
were
all
part
of
the
prioritization
process,
and
then
we
came
out
with
the
results
on
this
final
map
here,
and
these
prioritized
results
are
how
we
then
entered
into
the
financial
constraint
part
of
the
plan.
So
that's
the
piece
that
I'll
be
revealing.
F
And
again,
as
I
mentioned,
we
want
to
have
adoption
on
may
13th.
The
financial
scenario
that
I
just
mentioned.
We're
going
to
have
two
financial
scenarios.
One
is
what
we
are
going
to
call
sort
of
the
official
scenario,
and
that
is
lane
has
to
be
financially
constrained
and
we're
looking
at
what
are
based
on
our
revenue,
our
state
and
subtle,
anticipated
revenues
that
we'll
have
over
the
next
20
years.
So
we're
projected
144
million
dollars
so
that
initial
official
scenario
will
be
based
on
that
dollar
amount.
We
also
did
sort
of
a
sit.
F
You
know
with
having
that
tax
that
one
cent
tax,
how
much
more
your
dollar
is
going
to
go
through
our
next
steps.
As
I
said
a
few
times
and
hinted
at
that
public
public
comment
period,
you
really
do
want
folks
to
take
a
look
at
this
and
that'll
be
coming
out
within
the
next
couple
weeks.
I'll
make
sure
to
have
drag
help
me
out
with
that.
A
Okay,
I
want
to
fill
in
just
a
couple
blanks
that
goes
with
what
you
said.
First
of
all,
as
as
she
has
said
in
the
previous
videos
to
us,
if
we
do
not
have
on
what
we're
putting
together
the
tip
which
goes
to
the
stip,
which
is
a
stated
transportation
improvement
plan,
it
will
not
get
federal
dollars
when
it
comes
to
federal,
highway
administration.
So
the
development
of
this
list
is
extremely
important
for
funding
trying
to
get
federal
funding
for
projects.
A
That
is
doing
the
work
on
the
sales
tax,
the
one-cent
sales
tax
in
their
talking
projecting
after
a
10-year
period,
and
they
did
that
with
the
idea
that
you
have
individuals
that
are
coming
from
11
different
districts
and
really
don't
have
a
picture.
What
maybe
the
district's
needs
are-
and
this
is
in
some
ways
help
to
supplement
them.
We
meet.
I
I
said
on
the
technical
committee
with
the
stephanie
runs
and
we're
meeting
one
april
for
our
next
meeting.
Is
that
correct.
F
A
F
Yeah,
so
the
I'm
hoping
we'll
have
adoption
on
may
13th
our
deadline
to
the
federal
highway
is
may
31st
all
right.
I
would
like
a
little
question
in
there
but
yeah.
So
we
will.
Our
goal
is
to
have
the
lats.
That's
policy
committee
vote
on
that
on
may
13th.
A
H
F
Well,
it's
not
a
random
list
and
not
in
specific
order.
I
can
get
the
more
detailed
version.
I
was
trying
to
do
this
really
fast,
but
there's
actually
three
categories:
that
projects
are
grouped
into
and
the
waiting
very
slightly
based
on
if
it's
like
an
intersection
project,
a
whitening
project
or
like
a
completely
new
road
project.
So
I
can
get
that
detail
to
you.
I
just
the
version
I
sent
elizabeth
is
condensed
stephanie.
A
A
H
No,
I
I
thought
it
was
very
informative,
particularly
not
having
any
background
at
all
on
how
we
interact
with
scdot
and
what
some
of
the
different
functional
groups
and
scto
scdot
do
yeah.
It
was
very
informative
and
productive.
A
Great,
I
certainly
will
hold
them
anytime.
Anybody
desires
the
community
desires.
If
you
have
other
topics,
you'd
like
to
have
brought
up,
I'm
certainly
open
to
it.
So,
but
I
do
appreciate
everybody's
attendance,
I'm
going
to
tie
item
c
and
the
treasures
report
together
at
this
point
in
time.
If
there's
no
objections,
we've
all
heard
the
rumors.
A
It's
been
on
the
news
and
the
concern
is
that
because
of
the
tax,
the
taxes
on
gasoline
and
the
effects
it's
having
on
not
only
residents
of
south
carolina
but
georgia
as
well
they're
talking
about
it,
they've
talked
at
length
about
eliminating
the
gasoline
tax
and
lo
and
behold
d.o.t.
A
I
has
taken
a
very,
very
strong
position
on
it.
At
least
that's
what
I've
been
told
and
the
commission
is
taking
the
same
strong
position
on
it,
but
is
ill-advised
to
do
away
with
the
gasoline
tax.
A
A
Our
contract
commitment
is
forty,
two
or
four
million
two
hundred
thousand.
That
means
we're
roughly
around
numbers.
Eight
hundred
thousand
dollars
ahead,
but
also
remember
not
only
eight
hundred
thousand
dollars
ahead.
A
So
if
you
had
the
800
and
500
000
worth
1.3
million,
so
I'm
sharing
that
with
you
with
the
idea
that
if
something
goes
in
the
right
term,
as
hell
in
a
handbasket
we're
still
going
to
be
okay,
we
financially
managed
our
funds
appropriately.
We've
done
a
good
job
of
looking
after
the
funds
that
we're
given.
H
Comments,
the
only
the
only
comment
is
that
the
the
projections
that
you
just
noted
does
include
the
funding
that
we
approved
in
our
january
meeting
of
year,
five
resurfacing
and
the
50
000
for
golf
road
and
rejuvenation
for
year
five,
so
it
that
good
news
includes
things
that
we
did
approved
last
january
in
january.
Correct.
C
A
A
A
Again,
I
see
nobody
here
for
public
comment,
chairman's
comments,
and
my
chairman's
comments
are
very:
I
very
much
want
to
apologize
for
moving
the
meeting
back
a
day.
It
was
a
forced
heir
that
occurred
administratively.
