✨WHAT YOU MISSED AT COUNCIL✨
✔️ There was a public hearing about 25 structures deemed unsafe. Owners were ordered to raze the buildings within 10 days or enter into a work program to make the necessary repairs. If the owner fails to comply, the city will proceed with demolition. All property owners who appeared before council requesting to enter into the work program were granted the extensions they requested, the remaining structures will proceed to be demolished.
