►
From YouTube: Multifactor Authentication
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Cyber
security
threats
are
everywhere,
so
bsd
needs
your
help
to
protect
our
district's
data
starting
june
22nd.
The
district
is
requiring
multi-factor
authentication
or
mfa
to
access
online
resources
if
you're
not
using
a
district
device
and
network.
For
example,
if
you're
trying
to
access
your
district
email
account
on
your
own
laptop
or
cell
phone
you'll
need
a
code
every
60
days.
You
can
get
this
code
from
an
app
on
your
phone,
a
text
message,
a
phone
call
or
an
extension
on
your
browser.
A
This
extra
step
ensures
that
if
your
password
is
stolen,
the
bad
guys
can't
use
it.
Please
click
on
the
mfa.
Instructions
icon
on
the
staff
intranet
page
to
get
set
up.
The
entire
process
should
only
take
about
five
minutes
as
an
added
bonus.
When
you
sign
up
for
mfa,
your
password
will
not
expire
for
an
entire
year.
Again,
all
staff
need
to
complete
this
process
no
later
than
june
22nd,
or
else
you
won't
be
able
to
access
resources
outside
the
district.
Thank
you
for
helping
to
keep
our
systems
and
student
data
safe.
