People
will
have
kids
to
count
even
recognize
and
write
their
name
and
they
come
into
kindergarten
and
they
learn
how
to
do
it
by
the
end
of
the
year.
You
can
read
their
name
and
if
you
look
back
at
their
writing
from
the
beginning,
you
think
what
paper
is
this?
You
don't
know
whose
paper
it
is
suspense
because
of
the
way
they
wrote
their
name
at
the
beginning.
It's
not
just.
D
Through
play,
it's
not
just
focused
on
academics,
they
learn
sharing,
they
learn
sharing
with
other
students.
There
are
times
in
kindergarten
where
kids
have
building
blocks
of
puzzles.
Crayons
coloring
a
variety
of
things
that,
to
an
average
person
coming
in
and
seeing
those
kids
participating
in
that
they
would
think
that
it's
just
dedicated
to
a
pond,
but
kids
are
actually
learning
skills
that
will
benefit
them
to
become
good
citizens.
B
I
think
of
rigor
and
what
I'm
looking
at
doing
in
my
classroom
is
having
kids
being
able
to
express
themselves
to
verbalize
what
it
is
that
they're
doing
really
becoming
a
thinker
and
a
communicator
in
the
past.
I
know:
we've
had
the
vision
of
you
know
a
nice
quiet
country
with
the
kids
working
on
a
worksheet
in
the
wonderful
classroom,
there's
lots
of
learning
but
I.
Don't
think
that's
necessarily
the
case,
and
especially
when
children
are
five
in
six
years
old,
they
need
to
be
able
to
get
up.

F
Want
kids
that
come
to
school
excited
to
learn
and
they
do
we
want
to
make
sure
kids
have
an
opportunity
to
fill
the
kit
we
plan
for
full-day
kindergarten
anytime,
knowing
that
we
have
still
very
young
children
for
a
long
time
in
a
day,
so
we
intentionally
want
to
make
that
day
a
play.
Some
joyful
learning.
A
C
D
Child's
first
teacher-
and
we
try
to
make
sure
that
our
parents
know
that
I
think
equity
piece.
If
you
have
kids
that
are
in
a
half
day
program
and
a
full
day
program,
they
aren't
being
exposed
to
the
daily
ins
and
outs
of
a
regular
school
day.
Well-Roundedness
is
not
just
in
the
classroom,
but
it's
also
in
the
art,
so
we
provide
for
our
full
day
students
pe
art
literacy.
There
are
several
levels
of
intervention
that
happens
within
a
full
day.
There'll.
