8.1
recommendations
for
the
delegated
committees
so
plus
the
recommendation
is
that
the
recommendations
from
the
finance
and
ops
committee
meeting
held
on
wednesday,
the
24th
of
august
2022,
be
adopted
and
two
that
the
recommendation
from
the
planning
and
development
committee
meeting
held
wednesday,
the
31st
of
august
2022
be
adopted,
and
someone
moved
that
please
counselor
courage,
secondary
counselor,
all
those
in
favor.
Thank
you.
That's
asked
eight
8.2
assembly
of
councillors,
advisory
and
external
communities.
A
Under
council
governance
rules,
the
ceos
required
to
provide
written
records
of
assembly
of
counselors
at
scheduled
council
meetings,
so
we
have
the
ones
listed
below.
Can
I
have
someone
move
the
recommendation
that
the
report
be
noted?
Thank
you,
council
again,
I'm
at
you
secondary
councillor
davis,
all
those
in
favor
fast.
B
You
very
much
madam
chair,
it's
nice
report
brings
to
a
close.
A
process
has
started
back
on
22nd
of
june
2022
in
regards
to
updating
our
waste
services
policy
count.
The
community
has
an
opportunity
to
input.
B
B
However,
last
week's
plein
development
council
laws
did
say
that
there
was
several
good
suggestions
that
were
included
in
the
submissions,
so
the
proposal
is
that
the
waste
services
policy
be
adopted,
as
presented
tonight,
however,
that
a
waste
reduction
working
group
be
considered
to
be
formed
in
december
2022.
Consider
such
issues
as
the
second-hand
shop
secondhand
tip
shop
at
the
banana
landfill
from
the
resource
recovery
center.
Another
repair
cafe
proposal
that
was
in
the
submission
for
the
banana
sustainable
futures
group.
B
The
reason
it's
been
delayed
until
december
22
is
primarily
because
the
transfer
station
probably
won't
be
up
and
running
until
about
december
2022
and
by
then
we
should
also
have
a
point
in
our
new
managing
economic
development,
sustainable
sustainability,
environmental
sustainability.
So
I
think
they'll
play
a
key
role
in
issues
such
as
infecting
our
economy
and
other
things
associated
with
waste
reduction.
So
thank
all
those
who
have
taken
the
time
to
make
a
submission
to
tonight's
report.
B
It's
been
a
fairly
long
process,
but
I
think
that
waste
will
continue
to
be
a
very
important
thing.
That
council
undertakes.
Thank
you,
man,
I'm
sure,
happy
to
take
any
questions.
C
So
yes,
thank
you,
madam
chair.
The
reason
why
I've
asked
to
suspend
the
standing
orders
at
the
last
p
e
meeting
last
week
become
country
banner
and
they
voted
against
adopting
the
waste
services
policy
because
he
suggested
that
there
hadn't
been
enough
consideration
of
the
submission.
So
I
think
you
know,
maybe
we
should
look
at
the
submissions
and
and
have
a
good
chat
about
it
before
we
go
into
those
one.
Whether
we
accept.
D
D
Single-Use
nappies
actually
make
eight
percent
of
the
landfill
in
oecd
countries,
including
australia,
so
which
means
we
are
actively
participating
and
actively
promoting
to
reduce
eight
percent
of
our
landfill
waste,
and
last
week
we
spoke
about
our
landfill
cells
are
getting
filled
before
we
are
expecting
it
to
be.
So
I
think
we
I
wanted
a
guest
last
time,
because
there
were
some,
including
about
councillor
tyrex
product.
D
There
were
good,
there
were
good
submissions
and
good
inputs
to
reduce
rates,
and
one
of
them
is
the
land
natalie
rivets,
the
club,
metal
repair,
and
there
were
few
others
which
I
don't
have
in
front
of
me,
and
I
was
prepared
for
it.
So
those
that's
one
of
the
examples
and
other
than
that
waste,
education
and
reduction,
and
also
to
see
what
where
we
can
work
on
these
areas.
That
was
the
reason
why
I
really
like
to
consider
to
bring
the
clock.
A
A
Okay,
thank
you
so,
just
following
on
then
discussion
about
a
rebate
for
people
who
are
using
hot
nappies
for
their
ladies.
Would
that
then
impact
people
that
don't
want
to
use
cloth
nappies.
Would
that
mean
that
they
would
have
to
then
pay
for
the
bins
that
they're
using
for
at
the
moment?
I
understand
they
get
them
for
free
with
that.
Would
there
be
another?
E
D
Out
that
process,
thank
you.
Thank
you,
chair.
Thank
you,
councillor,
oprah,
for
the
question,
I'm
not
suggesting
to
change
anything
with
that.
The
current
process
I'm
suggesting
to
leave
it
as
it
is
and
as.
D
To
move
away
from
single
use,
nappies,
two
clock
nappies
pride
every
day
or
incentive,
some
councils
provide
fifty
dollars
for
upfront
and
counselors,
actually
have
education
sessions
or
conferences
for
expecting
parents,
only
parents,
and
when
they
attend
this
session
they
give
them
a
free
one
or
two
metrics.
They
use
the
netflix
where
they
take
home
and
that's
a
good
starting
point.
D
Something
like
that.
I'm
suggesting
and
I'm
not
suggesting
to.
E
Yeah,
like
I
wasn't
aware
that
it
was
eight
percent
actually
that'd
be
interesting,
but,
following
on
from
that,
with
regards
to
do
you
think
that's
what
your
that's
the
way
the
council
should
be
going
for
the
whole
of
the
way,
or
do
you
think
it's
the
the
rebate
is
the
one
that
sticks
in
my
mind.
E
I
think
the
ceo
suggested
and
did
some
study
on
it
and
the
cloth
nappies
can
be
anywhere
from
very
cheap
to
very
expensive
so
depending
on
which
one
you
pick
have
you
kind
of
got
any
thoughts
on
what
kind
of
the
rebate
would
be
or
how
that
would
look.
D
Thank
you.
Thank
you
councillor
for
the
question.
I
know
I've
done
a
small
calculation
on
what
we,
what
would
cost
us
to
provide
the
rest
big
for
four
years.
It
would
be
eight
hundred
and
seventy
dollars
that
would
cost
like
two
hundred
seventy
fifty
per
year.
If
we
pride
it
in
so
we
don't
charge
that
so
anything
below
870,
I
think,
is
an
incentive
anything
about
that.
D
Usually,
if
we
keep
with
the
standard
with
other
councils,
we're
doing
these
sort
of
incentives
and
promotion
for
waste
reduction,
I
think
50
to
150
dollars.
Why
not
would
be
a
great
start
and
we
can.
We
can
decide
that
my
council,
with
the
advice
of
the
staff,
I
think
somewhere
to
start
as
an
incentive,
would
be
a
great
start.
As
you
said
there,
and
at
least
one
nap
is
from
cloth
net.
D
Is
the
real
white
glock
is
about
two
dollars
and,
as
the
ceo
said,
there
are
nappies
for
35
and
they
they're
durable.
They
can
use
for
a
long
time.
I
use
some
of
their
food
both
of
my
kids,
so
that
lasts
for
a
long
time.
So
it
depends
on
what
people
choose
and
I
think
there
are
many
options.
If
you
want
to
go
that
far,
we
can
probably
work
with
the
pride
and
give
two
nephews
and
conferences
like
that.
One
of
extraduction
education
session.
D
Or
else
we
can
go
out
of
getting
a
50
cash
or
some
sort
of
an
insect
either
of
those
not
technically
probably
the
staffs
advice
or
the
sea
of
statewise
on
which
part
to
go
and
which
part
is
better
for
us,
but
what
I
want
to
say
is
principally
always
reduction,
incentives
and
encouragement
in
the
politicians.
A
Thank
you.
This
is
good
counselor
too,
just
following
on
from
discussions.
We've
had
over
the
weeks
and
months
with
this
policy.
I
remember
that
I
have
mentioned
my
concern
for
people
in
the
community
that.
D
You
again
councillor
opera
for
the
question
there.
There
are
families
like
that.
My
my
painting
and
my
answer
last
week
was
based
on
the
community
submissions.
One
was
the
council
plan.
When
we
engaged
with
the
community.
There
was
a
big
demand
for
top
medicaid
and
the
based
services
policy.
We.
D
It's
also
effective
because
we
are
actually
in
a
way,
subsidizing
newborn
children
when
the
parents
choose
to
usable
networks
and
to
manage
the
waste
for
four
weeks
if
they
choose
to
go
in
that
part,
we
give
them
a
clean
if
they
want
again
and
we
won't
charge
it.
A
D
One
is
natural
products,
there
are
councils,
providing
subsidies
with
all
sort
of
things
as
well,
some
councils,
but
I
actually
didn't
come
across
a
council
providing
an
athlete's
way
of
like
sort
of
things.
D
G
Thank
you.
Well,
I'm
catching
another
thing.
First
of
all,
I
like
the
use
of
cloth
nappies.
We
chose
them
and
I'm
still
using
them
to
to
polish
my
cars
with.
So
they
obviously
we
didn't
buy
the
two
dollar
ones
and
I
hope
we
didn't
pay
35.
For
it
look
a
couple
of
questions.
One
is:
there
are
there's
a
percentage
of
people
out
there
that
would
be
using
cloth
nappies,
the
percentage
of
people
that
use
disposables,
how?
How
would
you
change
them
over?
G
I
don't
believe
50
or
a
rebate
will
change
people
over,
and
my
second
question
is
how
how
do
we
place
it
like
we
go
and
give
give
them
fifty
dollars
and
they
start
on
clock
nappies
and
then
and
then
they're
back
on
disposables,
because,
let's
be
honest,
we
live
in
the
disposable
world
and
if
you're
traveling
on
traveling
up
the
road
and
you're
in
your
car,
disposable
ones
are
easy
to
get
rid
of.
G
I
don't
think
I'd
like
to
have
a
newborn
child
at
the
moment,
I'm
looking
at
counselor
king
and
go
up
the
road
and
have
to
put
them
and
put
my
my
cloth
nappy
somewhere
until
I
get
the
end
of
my
destination,
so
I
mean
clop.
Nappies
are
good.
I
agree
with
you.
What
percentage
of
people
do
you
think
are
going
to
change
over
and
how
does
council
going
to
to
police
it?
Because
we
give
the
money
out?
D
Thank
you
councillor.
There
is
a
thank
you
chair
number
one
is,
I
don't
have
a
number
to
say
these
percentages
would
change,
but
I
have
actually
come
across
people
from
ksc
council
and
especially
many
migrants
who
came
here
and
they
lived
in
there.
They
actually
did
one
of
those
sessions
and
they
got
an
app
here
to
go
and
try
and
they
tried
it
and
they
had
the
opportunity
to
try
them
and
actually
they
thought
it
was
easy
and
it
was
not
hard
as
it
was
so.
D
Therefore,
they
actually
that
helped
them
to
move
over
it
just
incentive,
and
it's
not
that
it's
a
switch.
D
It's
helped
to
switch
from
the
thinking
not
just
to
look
after
the
whole
napping
process,
because
another
thing
people
need
to
understand
is
the
settings
they
make
over
life
if
they
actually
know
families,
young
families,
this
well
disposable
habits
are
very
expensive
and
that's
that's.
I
think
the
other
things
that
talk
in
the
education
sessions.
D
The
other
question
you
had
was:
how
do
we
know
whether
they
actually
switched
one
of
the
ways?
I
think
we
can,
as
a
council,
we
can
keep
a
trap
was
because
if
they
don't
come
back
to
us
and
ask
you
for
a
big
extra
thing,
then
probably
that's
that's
a
good
way
of
measuring,
because
the
number
of
new
babies
born
and
the
number
of
requests
for
the
best
collections,
weekly
additional
voice
collections.
C
Look,
I
know
it's
not
a
very
big
cross-section.
The
community
goes
back
to
two
people
during
two
mothers
during
the
week
who
have
newborn
or
fairly
young
babies.
They
don't
have
an
extra
bin
they're
using
the
current
red
bin,
which
they
said
is
pretty
well
full
every
week,
but
they
don't.
They
don't
expect
another
bin
and
they
said
there's
no
way
that
they
would
go
back
to
cloth
nappies
as
much
as
they
liked
the
idea.
C
E
C
C
You
know
we
could
trial
it,
but
it
could
be
a
costly
way
of
trying
it
and
unfortunately
adrian's
not
here,
but
I
took
his
advice
when
I
voted
on
this
and
adrian
considered
that
it
wasn't
a
good
option
to
go
down
the
rebate
path.
A
Are
there
any
other?
Does
anyone
else
want
to
speak
just
like
to
say
I
like
the
idea
of
of
education?
It's
it's
what
we
have
to
do
with
every
thing:
that's
new
that
comes
along.
I
don't
like
the
idea
of
a
rebate,
because
why
should
you
have
to
pay
someone
to
go
green?
They
either
want
to
do
it
or
they
don't
want
to
do
it
and
that's
not
going
to
change
if
you
give
them
money.
A
So
I
don't
don't
think
that's
an
option,
but
I
really
do
like
the
idea
that
of
educating
or
having
some
form
of
education
for
new
parents
and
give
them
an
option
but
yeah.
I
still
don't
believe
that
it's
giving
somebody
a
hundred
dollars
or
giving
somebody
two
hundred
dollars
is
not
going
to
change
what
they
do
with
their
children
being
with
nappies.
H
Good
debate
councillors,
so
this
is
an
interesting
topic.
What
the
thing
I
probably
would
say
is
obviously
the
working
group
that
has
been
proposed
to
be
put
together.
We
could
actually
just
incorporate
this
into
that
and
let
the
working
group
come
back
with
a
recommendation
of
the
council
also
councils.
You
may
be
aware
that
we
have
a
captive
audience
because,
through
our
mch
nurses,
they
deal
with
mothers
and
newborns
all
the
time.
So
I
think,
from
my
perspective
of
council
staff
perspective,
we
have
that
direct.
C
And
integrate
that
in
with
the
waste
reduction
working
party
at
councils
are
of
that
mind,
but
you
know
voting
that
we
ask
them
to
stand
up
suspension
of
standards
as
well.
Thank
you.
D
This
is
one
of
the
highlights
because
it
was
a
big
topic
around
the
council
plan
and
also
quite
a
lot
of
community
the
cards
presentation
coming
through
that
and
was
highlighted
and
other
thing
was
actually
the
best
education
part
and
the
reduction
strategies,
how
we're
going
to
reduce
the
risk.
D
But
now
I
think
most
of
some
of
them
is
addressed
and
I
think
forming
a
committee
as
for
the
0.3
would
would
have
a
good
impact
on
that
and,
as
you
suggest,
if
you
can
include
this
community
consultation,
whatever
came
through
this
process
into
that
opportunity
to
handle
from
december
onwards,
I
think
you
will
see.
A
C
F
Services
policy
be
adopted
that
the
waste
service
policy
be
reviewed
in
september,
2026
that
a
report
on
the
establishment
of
a
waste
reduction
working
group
be
presented
to
the
december
22
planning
and
development
committee
meeting.
And
I'm
going
to
add
a
point
for
a
possible.
Madam
chair
that
council,
through
the
working
reduction,
waste
reduction,
working
group,
investigate
the
clock,
clock,
nappy,
rebate,
initiative
and
report
back
to
council
in
december.
F
And
some
great
discussion
with
regards
to
this
policy
as
someone
who
uses
both
disposable
and
cloth
nappies
at
home,
I
know
that
it
is
something
that
it
varies
from
household
household
and
in
how
families
use
them,
and
it's
certainly,
I
believe,
something
that
this
council
need
to
consider.
D
F
Explore
this,
it's
not
a
no
it's,
let's
look
at
it,
and
and
and
certainly
we
need
to
put
the
horse
before
the
top
four
making
many
big
decisions,
particularly
when
there's
costs
involved
and
administrative
time
of
council
staff
and
and
a
host
of
other
things.
So
I
think
it's
a
great
initiative
that
we
should
certainly
look
into,
and
I
acknowledge
council
gunnery's
encouragement
in
this
matter.
So
it's
it's,
certainly
something
which
I'm
very
much
in
favor.
E
F
And
overall,
I'm
very
happy
with
the
the
policy
that's
being
presented
tonight
and
to
thank
the
community
for
their
engagement
and
feedback
with
regards
to
the
policy,
and
hopefully
we
can
get
our
transfer
station
up
and
running
and
look
at
what
our
airwave
services
community
can
do
in
that
space
to
encourage
more
recycling,
to
encourage
more
people,
yeah
doing
the
right
thing
and
and
yeah.
Overall,
it's
a
very
good
policy
and
I'm
happy
to
support
it.
C
Thank
madam
chair
I'd
like
to
thank
the
three
submissions
that
came
in
and
we
as
council
listen
carefully
to
these
submissions
because
they
sometimes
have
a
point
of
view
that
we
as
councils,
so
it's
great
to
have
the
community,
and
I
hope
they
continue
to
do
that.
And
I
think
it's
fairly
clear
from
the
submissions
that
people
are
keen
to
minimize
waste
generally
and
encourage
recycling.
C
And
I
think
you
know
they
also
recommended
the
establishment
of
the
waste
reduction
working
group.
So
with
the.
C
As
some
accounts
that
mr
barber
said,
it'll
be
a
great
time
for
us
to
be
able
to
pre-sort
waste
and
look
at
what
we
can,
how
we
can
listen
the
amount
of
waste
that
goes
into
landfill
and
also
to
look
at
the
merits
of
a
of
a
repair
cafe,
which
will
hopefully
reduce
the
amount
of
waste
again
by
being
able
to
reuse
and
reinvent
stuff.
That
normally
would
go
to
a
landfill.
C
So
I
think
it's
some
exciting
times,
and
I
think
we
all
need
to
embrace
the
circular
economy,
which
the
state
cabinet
is
pushing
very
keenly
for
us
to
to
get
on
board
with.
And
I
think
vanilla
is.
D
Thank
you,
chair,
I'd
like
to
thank
councillor
clarence,
first
for
bringing
and
opening
the
conversation
and
the
debate
in
the
council
first,
and
thank
you
for
that.
I
appreciate
that
opportunity.
Now
it's
good
policy.
Overall,
it's
good
waste
management.
There
you
know
causing
it
no
problems
with
it.
Everything
is
perfect.
D
We
have
added
the
worst
reduction
working
group
and
bringing
more
strategies
into
reducing
the
waste.
So
I
think,
as
a
council,
that's
the
first
thing.
We've
got
to
do
because
the
way
we're
going
and
the
way
the
community
is
going
in
the
consumer
economy.
We.
D
So
we
got
to
encourage
that
and
we
can
find
the
ways
to
do
that,
but
this
is
the
one
thing,
but
there
will
be
more,
I
think
when
they
go
to
it
and
good,
to
see
the
opportunities
coming
and
explore
what
we
can
do
and
work
as
a
community
and
council
together,
and
thank
you
very
much,
I'm
really
feeling
good
about
the
debate
today.
Thank
you.
A
H
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
Our
council
is
usually
aware
that
our
previous
manager,
adam
sadler,
finished
with
the
council
at
the
end
of
july,
early
august.
So
for
the
time
being,
that
department
is
actually
reporting
directly
to
myself
and
robert
robert
has
one
of
the
functions
and
I
have
all
the
other
ones.
Thank
you.
H
Just
some
highlights
from
the
report
councillors.
The
work
on
the
local
development
strategy
has
commenced
that
it's
the
forest
transition
fund
we'll
continue
to
brief
the
council
on
that
particular
project
throughout
the
life
of
the
the
project
which
will
go
for
approximately
two
years.
The
vanilla
gigabyte
project
councils
would
be
very
pleased
that
will
be
commencing
shortly,
so
we've
signed
off
on
that
formerly
just
last
week,
so
the
ducks
have
nearly
lined
up
and
just
going
through
the
final
legal
agreements
to
kickstart
that
the.
H
H
And
fifty
thousand
dollars
is
made
available
to
the
our
particular
community
as
long
as
as
well
as
all
other
councils
throughout
victoria.
So
there's
a
list
of
projects
that
we.
H
And
some
of
that
work
is
continuing
on
for
probably
the
remainder
of
this
year
as
well.
Communications
and
engagement
grant
has
been
with
us
now
for
about
two
and
a
half
months
and
he's
really
starting
to
find
his
speech
in
the
role.
So
a
lot
more
positive
stories
about
what
the
council
goes
through
to
start
to
move
forward
on.
F
H
A
lot
of
planning
has
actually
gone
into
that
event
looks
like
it's
been
a
great
great
program
of
events
over
that
period
of
time.
Real
art
gallery
has
continued
on
with
their
great
exhibitions
and
had
19
580
people
through
the
yeah
sustainability.
H
They've
continued
on
a
lot
of
work
with
the
gmca,
the
golden
married
climate
alliance,
so
nate
that
has
been
with
us
for
that
I'll
say:
four
months:
five
flights
when
you're
having
fun
so
he's
actually
starting
to
find
his
feet
also
on
page
20,
some
positive
news
there,
contrary
to
some
of
the
stories
that
I've
heard
today
by
not
closing
in
vanilla,
they
will
be
continuing
their
presence
in
our
town,
which
is
which
is
fantastic
news
for
a
growing
community
and
looking
to
keep
people
educated
in
that
town.
H
On
page
21,
eb
networks
has
selected
canelo
for
one
of
the
sites
for
high
speed
metric
vehicle
charging
stations.
So
more
of
that
to
come
in
the
next
few
weeks
and
another
initiative
there,
which
was
actually
discussed
through
the
budget,
his
council
officers
are
working
with
the
royal
melbourne
institute
of
technology
to
investigate
the
feasibility
of
an
energy
micro
grid
system
connecting
all
the
key
main
buildings
in
the.
H
H
H
H
There
are
some
higher
tables
with
some
stools
going
in
in
a
couple
of
dollars.
We
are
putting
a
water
bubbler
in
next
door
to
the
pergola
out
front
of
the
old
sole
step
store.
There
are
some
some
additional
lighting
projects
down
the
alleyway,
the
piccadilly
lane,
there's
some
tables
and
chairs,
or
stools
and
tables
going
up
against
the
walls
and
we're
also
doing
some
work
at
thirty
street
car
park,
mainly
around
mainly
around
planet
boxes
and
some
subtle
seating,
as
opposed
to
the
grand
plans
that
we
were
hoping
to
do
down
there.
H
G
Just
following
on
from
that
question,
thank
you.
Cancer
clearance,
don't
look
shocked,
it's
an
easy
question.
Is
there
much
money
left
in
that
fund
and
will
you
haven't
spent
by
christmas?
H
Madam
chair,
thank
you,
council
davis.
All
the
money
has
been
assigned
and,
yes,
it
will
need
to
be
completed
by
december.
Thank
you.
We
have
a
couple
of
extensions,
but
I'm
quite
confident
that
we're
just
waiting
for
that
for
the
remaining
items
that
have
been
on
order.
A
H
Thank
you
it's
through
the
chair.
Thank
you
councillor.
That
multi-pronged
attack
is
probably
the
best
way
to
answer
that
facebook
alone,
it
doesn't
work.
Instagram
alone
doesn't
work.
The
paper
doesn't
work.
Direct
mail
outs,
don't
work
because
you
have
a
growing
community
that
accesses
information
in
many
different
ways.
H
D
On
all
that
news,
as
we
possibly
can
great,
thank
you.
Thank
you,
council
gunner
at
me.
Thank
you,
chair.
Thank
you,
love,
it's
a
good
report
and
so
many
exciting
stories,
and
yet
I
like
the
most
exciting
efforts
for
me
the
evening
titles
coming
to
town,
there
are
two
high-speed
electric
charges
that
have
two
separate
units:
I've
I
like
the
specifics
as
much
as
as
many
as
you
have,
and
then
what's
the
time
plan
and
what
sort
of
information
can
you
share
with
me?
Thank
you.
H
It's
one
year
with
two
charging
points:
time
frame
we
haven't
signed
the
agreement,
yet
we're
just
finalizing
those,
but
I
would
think
first
quarter
calendar
year
would
probably
be
the
timeline
and
with
regard
to
charging
stations,
there
is
a
report
coming
to
the
council,
like
the
next
assembly,
about
an
additional
one
as
well.
So
it's
it
is
good
news,
but
yeah.
A
G
Just
following
on
from
the
charging
point,
I
don't
ask
the
question
now,
but
we'll
we'll
be
given
all
the
cost
and
so
forth
costs
where
locations
and
everything
later
date
while
to
operate
the
system.
Thank
you.
I
don't
expect
an
answer
to
him.
H
Foster
council
is
zero
cost
to
operate
the
system
going
forward
to
council
the
commercial
operators,
so
they'll
install,
upgrade
and
run
the
systems
going
forward
and
they'll
be
responsible
for
all
maintenance
and
breakdowns
as
well.
The
council
will
not
be
operating
any
ev
charging
stations
under
this
particular
program
or
the
one
we'll
bring
to
the
council
in
two
weeks
time.
A
E
As
we
can
see-
and
I
can't
wait
that
we
find
out
some
way
to
get
it
across
to
the
community
at
large,
but
anyway,
they
are
definitely
being
able
to
see
some
things
happening
on
the
ground,
such
as
the
activation
in
the
main
street,
and
these
things
are
fantastic
for
the
community
for
them
to
actually
touch
and
feel
and
see
things
happening
in
our
community,
which
we
all
know
that
there
are
many
many
and
plans
and
already
have
been
done,
but
it
is
hard
to
get
it
across
to
them.
E
Are
thought
of
sometimes
waiting
15
months
for
registration,
for
something
that
should
happen
like
that
for
a
community
that
is
screaming
out
for
better
communications
is
deplorable
and
it's
shameful
to
whoever
makes
us
wait.
Thank
you
man.
Thank
you.
G
You
thank
you.
Madam
chair,
look
a
great
report.
I
don't
want
to
dwell
on
too
many
things,
because
a
lot
of
those
things
bleed
around
the
table
know
from
a
day
to
day
that
that's
happening,
it's
good,
to
be
able
to
put
it
out
to
the
to
the
public,
and
the
good
thing
is
now
that
we've
we're
nearly
fully
resourceful
for
staff
in
those
areas
tonight
that
have
been
discussed
that
we
haven't
had
in
the
past
meetings
meeting
the
new
staff
they're
they're,
going
to
be
good
operators.
I'm
well
assured
of
that.
I
do.
G
Out
the
the
art
gallery,
out
of
it
all,
because
that's
a
sensational
result
running
running
all
these
programs
and
getting
actually
20
000
people
through
when
we're
coming
straight
out
of
covert
and
we're
getting
them
and
we're
in
the
middle
and
we're
in
the
middle
of
winter,
so
so
to
eric
and
his
team.
It's
been
an
extraordinarily
good
job.
Thank
you.
A
C
A
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
My
apologies
yes
22nd
of
august
the
tomorrow
today,
but
now
the
whole
of
community
over
the
years.
G
G
A
A
If
there's
no
questions
counselor
king's
happy
to
move
the
recommendation
in
council,
gonna
rap
me
in
a
second,
would
you
like
to
speak?
No,
thank
you.
Do
you
like
to
speak
counsel,
anyone
else
like
to
speak
all
those
in
favor.
Thank
you.
That's
fast
item
10
reports
of
counselling.
Is
there
any
reports.
