A
A
The
council
meeting
are
conducted
in
accordance
with
the
Local
Government
Act
2020
and
the
vanilla
rule
City
governance
rules.
2020.,
were
you
record
and
live
stream
all
our
meetings
they
can
be
found
on
our
website.
Behavior
at
meetings
is
to
be
exemplary
and
any
clothes.
Any
disclosures
of
conflicts
of
interest,
Freedom,
general
or
material
should
be
told.
Now.
A
B
You
like
to
take
it,
so
thank
you
very
much,
Madam
chair
tonight's,
meaning
the
process
of
updating
our
government
for
all
of
2020.
What
you
needed
to
do
in
particular
to.
B
Treatment
of
electronic
meetings-
it's
it
has
become
all
the
northern
the
past
two
years
after
being
never
held
before.
For
the
past
two
years,
they've
become
quite
common.
Look
if
it's
under
the
instructions
of
the
local
government
Victoria,
who
have
put
together
a
minister
of
good
practice
guideline
for
us
to
use
when
we
produce
these
government
schools
and
the
government.
Schools
have
gone
through
a
quite
a
comprehensive
process
of
development,
including
public
consultation.
B
Madam
chair
these
rules,
I
presented,
as
is
an
attachment
one
I've
got
a
second
recommendation
that
the
rules
we
reviewed
in
July
in
2024,
which
will
just
be
prior
to
the
general
election
Council
included
in
November
that
year,
that
will
allow
us
to
iron
out
any
space
that
may
be
in
it
from
these
another
chance,
for
this
particular
Council
have
been
put
into
the
rules,
but
have.
A
D
Council.
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
just
to
support
the
governance
rules
document
in
front
of
us
tonight.
It's
certainly
very
detailed
with
quite
a
lot
of
information
around
the
compliance
all
of
us
around
the
table
and
out
of
the
council,
so
now
I'm
happy
to
support
it,
and
it's
great
to
see
that
we
are
doing
that
within
a
quarters.
D
C
You
like
to
speak,
yes,
I,
concur
with
what
councilor
King
has
said.
This
is
our
Bible.
Basically,
that
I
think
every
Council
should
be
reading
carefully
before
they
come
to
meetings,
because
it's
it
it
is.
Our
environment
tells
us
exactly
what
we
can
and
can't
do
and
how
we
should
run
meetings
and
if
we
stick
to
these
governance
rules,
I'm
sure
that
we'll
continue
to
have
a
great
well.
A
A
A
Yes,
on
last
Friday,
here
it
was
the
26th
I've,
always
I,
attended.
The
opening
of
the
vanilla,
Art
Gallery
I
was
an
exhibition
called
Bush
deworm,
which
you
saved
us
on
the
story
of
Siva
scene,
who
was
in
early
20th
century
with
an
hour
resident
and
a
Sikh
Community
leader,
a
civil
rights
campaigner
Representatives
at
banalis
presidency
Community
participated
actively
in
the
opening.
A
It
was
really
interesting
to
have
the
opportunity
to
speak
to
some
of
them,
and
it
was
also
interesting
just
to
speak
to
a
few
people
that
had
traveled
from
Melbourne
and
other
surrounding
areas
that
were
seeks,
and
this
is
really
an
important
part
of
the
vanilla's
history.
A
E
A
B
A
Meeting
that
I
went
to
was
yesterday,
which
was
a
presentation
to
different
Community
groups
and
councilors
of
given
to
us
by
NBN
updating
us
on
Indian's
involvement
in
increasing
connectivity,
awareness
in
benalla
for
our
community
and
Indian's
intention
to
offer
some
really
fabulous
education
programs
and
they're
pretty
well
willing
to
go
to
you
really
and
answer
the
question
so
I
found
it
was
really
a
very.
A
Lots
of
people
were
there
from
different
groups
and
it
was
very
open
and
they
had
three
representatives
there
and
they
all
wanted
to
help
an
hour
achieve
our
goals
as
far
as
nbm
goes
so
well
done,
then,
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Councilor
O'brien.
Is
it
yes,
Council
first.
F
In
my
capacity
as
chair
of
the
dollar
Festival
this
year,
I've
had
reasons
obviously
to
deal
with
lots
of
people
and
ask
for
help
with
running
certain
events
and
I,
just
like
to
report
to
the
council
that
one
of
those
things
has
been
having
reaching
out
to
Winton
Raceway
and
seeing
they
can
help
us
with
some
one
of
the
projects.
F
The
the
air
show
and
specifically
car
parking
for
that
and
I
would
just
like
to
commend
the
help
that,
in
the
openness
that
the
the
management
there
has
given
it
given
us
and
without
their
help
and
gracious,
unless
we
wouldn't
be
down
the
track
as
far
as
we
are
and
so
I
do
appreciate
the
help
and
management
of
we
don't
know.
The
Raceway,
oh
and
I
I
have.
E
Thank
you,
chair
I
had
two
reports.
One
is
I
left
it
to
community
members
22nd
of
August.
E
This
is
Desmond
and
Mr
Joe
Masjid,
so
they
have
spoken
in
the
interest
of
starting
a
live,
Care
Group!
That's
why
they
contacted
me.
They
wanted
to
start
a
land,
Care
Group
in
Brennan
and
get
volunteers
to
do
land
here
and
tree
planting,
and
there
are
opportunities
in
terms
of
Grants
and
Parks
Victoria,
and
also
thanks
for
the
support
we
manage
reserves
and
to
work
with
the
council.
So
I
thought
this
was
a
great
idea
and
a
opportunity
for
us
to
know
the
community
and
the
volunteers.
E
So
I
asked
them
always
there
will
be
an
opportunity
to
speak
to
the
council
and
see
where
we
can
get
that
idea,
how
we
can
support
that
idea
and
they
will
be
attached
with
the
council
right
market
and
to
get
in
touch
with
officers.
Regarding
that
the
serious
thing
was
a
great
event:
I
attended,
opening
ceremony
and
as
the
counselor
and
also
as
so
as
a
representative
from
federal
migrants.
E
Association
there
was
a
big
Community
South
Asian
Community
were
really
excited
about
this
event
and
some
of
the
community
members,
the
one
community
members
talk
everywhere,
representing
the
South
Asian
Community
they're,
very
proud
of
the
artillery,
and
the
community
involvement
part,
especially
of
that
it
was
amazing.
I
need
to
thank
Mr
Nash
for
that
and
a
personal
experience
firsthand.
How
well
that's
been
that
invested.
E
A
C
A
D
A
We
have
land
cables
in
our
rural
areas.
I
just
want
to
Council
again
right
now
is
this:
are
these
people
wanting
to
start
a
land?
Can
you
group,
within
banana
City,.
