Description
Bossier City Council Meeting August 2, 2016
A
B
Heavenly
Father,
we
thank
you
for
this
beautiful
day
that
you've,
given
us
Lord.
We
thank
you
for
each
person
at
the
City
Council
meeting
today
know
we
just
pray
for
for
Bossier
City
Lord
that
it
continues
to
grow
and
that
remains
peaceful
and
ideal
place
to
raise
a
family
Lord.
We
pray
for
especially
one
to
pray
for
David
Montgomery
and
his
new
grandchild,
who
was
born
with
complications
recently
Lord.
B
Well,
we
understand
that
the
child
is
getting
better,
but
just
ask
you
Lord
to
keep
your
hand
on
the
baby
and
give
the
doctors
wisdom
and
the
family
peace.
Well,
we
pray
for
our
nation
Lord
and
for
those
serving
to
protect
us
Lord,
we
pray
for
wisdom
Lord
for
our
state
and
for
the
City
Council
meeting
today
in
Jesus
name,
Amen
amen
a
flag.

an

to

for
the
proposed
pinnacle

and
to
appropriate
a
hundred
and
ten
thousand
dollars
to
come
from
the

fund
to
be
used
to
pay
the
difference
to
the
development
for
what
the
water
main
size
the
subdivision
requires,
and
what
water

the
city
requires
for
a
future
expansion.

necessary

G
Mr.
Darwin,
the
address
account
yes,
sir,
on
item
3
on
on
the
old
business.
I
wasn't
looking
at
the
board
at
the
time,
but
as
I
understand
it,
the
vote
was
3
to
2,
which
effectively
kills
the
project
as
far
as
acquisition
of
the
product.
Maybe
that's
the
intent
of
the
council,
but
since
mr.
Larkin
arrived
I
mean
that
that
is
the
vehicle
by
which
we
are
acquiring
the
school
board
property
and
if
it's
decision
of
the
council
to
do
that,
so
be
it.
G
But
but
you
know
it,
we
don't
have
a
full
quorum
of
the
council.
Now
we
have
at
least
an
additional
member,
and
so
if
the
council
would
consider
allowing
that
to
be
rebooted,
it
takes
a
minimum
of
four
people
to
pass
any
ordinance
or
resolution,
no
matter
how
many,
our
president
still
takes
a
majority
of
the
council
to
pass
it.
So
I
just
wanted
the
council
to
know
what
the
impact
of
that
decision
is.
G
We've
got
a
twelve
million
dollar
investment
going
down
there
right
now,
and
one
of
the
key
components
is
acquisition
of
the
two
pieces
of
property
that
are
there.
I
realize
there's
some
disagreement
about
the
concepts
of
it,
but
anyway,
I
just
wanted
to
call
that
to
the
council's
of
kitchen.
Before
we
adjourn
to
me.

more

as
a
matter
of
interest,
the

appropriate.
