A
G
The
council,
we
were
very
fortunate
to
have
the
parkway
high
school
team.
The
parkways
always
have
a
great
wrestling
team
and
they
recently
completed
in
the
Louisiana
High
School
Athletic
Association
conference
and
did
exceptionally
well,
and
three
of
them
were
state
champions.
So,
as
you
know,
this
is
the
killer
here.
He
was
a
wrestler
way
back
when,
for
our
guests,
you,
young
gentleman,
Calvin
Williams,.
G
Boza
city
has
been
represented,
with
distinction
by
standout
team
of
Bossier
Parish
students
and
their
outstanding
coach
Emmitt
days.
The
group
of
athletes
the
first
place
as
a
team
in
Division
two
at
the
LH
s,
a
state
wrestling
championship
tournament
and
aware,
is
the
members
of
the
2019
LA
a
division
to
wrestling
championship.
Teams
are.
F
G
I
It's
being
a
part
of
this
program,
it's
something
special
for
all
Theriot
who
today's
mini
assistant
coaches,
being
over
to
coach.
These
boys
is
a
lot
of
fun
and
be
able
to
have
those
guys.
Helping
me
out
makes
my
job
a
lot
easier.
These
guys
put
forth
a
lot
of
effort.
We
travel
almost
every
weekend.
We
didn't
go
to
the
day
of
school
on
Fridays
from
two
months,
it's
kind
of
apart
next
year
we
plan
on
going
back
to
Florida,
Tennessee
and
Alabama.

located
at
the
LaCrosse
apartment,
complex,
the
existing
irrigation
meter
being
reconfigured,
as
required
by
ordinance
63
of
2017.
The
total
cost
of
this
project
is
$30,000
to
come
from
the
water

final

Council,
this
is
city-owned
property.
It's
a
demolition
of
the
structure
is
required
to
clear
right-of-way
for
the
water
treatment,
plant
transmission,
main
project
and
the
Walter
OBB
carriageway
project.
There
were
two
addendums,
the
first
one
was
the
day
to
the
mandatory
meeting
at
the
demo
site
and
the
second
one
was
questions
and
answers
in
a
list
of
the
attendees
to
the
non
mandatory
meeting.
Excuse
me,
it
was
not
mandatory.

E
Will
Council
I
know
there's
a
couple
of
you
who
haven't
introduced
myself.
My
name
is
Dale
Keeler
I'm,
a
Superintendent
of
Public,
Works
and
I'm
over
mosquito
and
herbicide
control
along
with
animal
control,
and
it
doesn't
appear
that
I
was
mr.
Harper's
here
today.
There's
anything
you'd
like
me
to.
E
E
The
actual
owner
of
the
house
was
inside
did
not
want
to
come
outside
because
there
was
dogs
running
loose,
the
mailman
backed
into
his
yard.
It
was
driveway
got
out
when
he
was
trying
to
turn
to
his
truck
dog
approached
him.
It
came
between
him
and
the
mail
truck
and
bit
him
on
the
foot
bit
him
on
the
shoe.
Luckily,
he
had
still
judge
you
on
it
took
him
to
the
ground
lucky
he
didn't
the
dog
in
a
continuous
attack,
as
he
could
have
got
to
his
neck
or
head
area
zap
it
as
a
pitbull.
E
After
that
he
left.
The
dog
went
back
to
his
owners
house,
which
is
next
door.
24
22,
24,
22,
River
Street
excuse
me
and
they
call
it
animal
control.
We
came
out
when
our
animal
control
officer
got
there.
She
approached
the
house
and
was
approached
my
two
dogs
from
the
backyard
and
she
called
for
backup.
Since
there
were
two
animals,
we
amped
him
to
the
animals
and
then
took
him
to
Animal
Control
and
then
did
an
investigation
from
there.
F
E
C
E
E
E
They
have
not
done
so
so.
Therefore,
my
law,
the
dog,
was
running
at
large.
We
have
it
in
our
possession
for
three
days
the
dog
becomes
ours
just
recently,
we've
had
it
for,
like
citizens
favor
with
the
first,
we
have
a
lot
of
animals
and
animal
control
overcrowded,
but
we
can't
house
people's
animals
for
them,
so
we
ended
up
putting
up
for
adoption
I
believe
we
got
adopted
Saturday
a
little
small
Chihuahua.
The
big
dogs,
since
I
knew
it
was
going
to
the
meeting.
Today
we
held
off
on
anything
until
that
its
meeting.
What.
E
Sir
we've
actually
put
notices
on
their
door,
told
him
to
come
by.
She
actually
called
me.
I
told
her.
Listen
come
get
the
dog
we're
on
that.
The
feed
was
at
one
time
is
like
$127.
At
the
time
we
told
her
just
come,
pay
$50
just
come,
get
your
dog
out.
It
doesn't
need
to
be
here.
It
can
get
sick
here
that
you
know
he
stays
in
them.
The
shelter
is
not
a
good
place
for
healthy
animals
to
be
there's
a
lot
of
Noakes
coming
in
and
out
and
there's
don't
know
where
they
come
from.
E
There
could
be
a
lot
of
illnesses
that
we
don't
know
about,
and
in
parvo
and
those
type
of
diseases
can
run
rampant
rampant.
So
we
call
and
try
to
ask
her
left
her
note.
She
did
call
me
back
and
I
called
her.
I
told
her
to
just
come.
Get
your
dog
get
at
least
the
little
one
and
nothing
the
fact
they
haven't
even
been
back
to
see
the
animals
at
all.
