If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Thank
you
very
much.
Dusty
welcome
everybody,
Mary
Wu,
Captain,
commander
and
other
dignitaries,
we're
so
so
proud
to
have
you
here.
Hospitality
is
the
third
largest
industry
in
our
state,
and
it's
events
like
this
sale
Boston
that
are
so
important
to
filling
our
restaurants
and
filling
our
hotels,
and
we
at
the
Boston
Harbor
Hotel
are
so
proud
to
be
part
of
this
event,
and
obviously
our
location
here,
where
I'm
sure
we'll
see
a
few
tall
ships
in
a
couple
of
years
from
now,
is
that
the
perfect
spot?
B
A
Yes,
it
actually
started
here
35
years
ago
when
we
were
announcing
sale
boss
in
1992,
so
we're
home
again
and
we've
been
here
in
92,
2000,
2009,
2017
and
now
2026.,
the
semi-quence
Centennial
of
the
United
States.
It's
going
to
be
wonderfully
exciting.
At
this
point,
I'd
like
to
introduce
the
chair
of
our
Board
of
sale,
Boston
Mr,
Mike
Mooney.
C
Thank
you,
Dusty
I'm
not
going
to
be
very
credible
if
I
say
I
was
in
high
school
in
1992
when
that
was
a
kickoff,
but
on
behalf
of
sale.
Boston
I
want
to
thank
you
for
coming
to
the
kickoff
celebration
for
sale,
Boston
2026.
in
July
of
2026
we're
going
to
welcome
a
return
of
the
tall
ships
to
Boston
to
help
celebrate.
As
Dusty
said,
the
semi
Quinn
Centennial.
C
Michelle
Boston
is
going
to
be
very
active
in
this
obviously,
but
we're
not
going
to
act
alone
we're
going
to
work
with
many
of
our
long-term
partners
that
mean
so
much
such
as
massport,
the
Massachusetts
office
of
travel
and
tourism,
the
U.S
Coast
Guard
and
most
important
mayor
Wu
and
the
City
of
Boston
mayor
Wu's
been
very
enthusiastic
about
sale,
Boston
since
the
beginning
of
her
term.
So
we
look
forward
to
that
quickly.
I
want
to
recognize
the
my
fellow
directors
of
sale
Boston.
C
And
also
I
want
to
mention
one
other
person.
David
Choate
of
conventures
David
for
the
last
12
to
24
months,
has
been
dealing
with
all
the
tall
ships
and
the
ports
in
the
world
coordinating
for
this
visit,
so
he
deserve
special
credit
at
all
David.
Where
are
you
there
he's
over
there?
Thank
you
and
with
that
I
have
the
pleasure
of
introducing
the
captain
of
our
ship
I.
Couldn't
help
that
the
honorable
Michelle
Wu
mayor
of
Boston.
D
Good
morning,
oh
and
thank
you
so
much
for
all
that
you
have
been
doing
to
make
this
moment
possible,
it's
quite
exciting,
to
to
think
about
the
site
that
we
that
will
be
right
behind
us
just
a
few
years
from
now,
and
not
only
the
awe-inspiring
experience
that
will
provide
for
every
generation
of
residents
and
and
guests
across
the
Commonwealth,
but
also
the
the
international
visitors
and
and
the
booths
for
tourism,
that
that
will
mean
for
our
city.
I.
D
Remember
last
time
that
that
came
to
Boston
I
had
one
little
one
at
that
moment,
and
there
was
nothing
like
watching
his
eyes
pop
so
wide
to
see
all
all
of
the
incredible
ships
and
and
to
be
able
to
see
and
touch
and
feel
it's
a
reminder
for
all
of
us
that
Boston
at
our
heart
has
always
been
about
providing
Safe
Harbor
to
all
it's
why
we
came
into
existence
as
a
community
nearly
400
years
ago,
and
it's
what
we
strive
for
today
to
be
that
City,
where,
across
the
country
we
are
known
as
being
the
first
for
families
to
take
care
of
everyone
who
comes
our
way
and
to
ensure
that
we
continue
to
gather
around
the
big
ideas
that
change
the
world.
D
So
it's
truly
an
honor
to
to
be
here
in
this
role
to
be
speaking
alongside
so
many
incredible
guests.
I
know
you'll
hear
soon
from
my
good
friend
and
an
important
leader
for
the
state
chairman
Aaron
Michael
witz,
as
well
as
the
representatives
from
the
state
and
director
Fox
Cindy,
who
does
so
much
as
on
the
bus
and
Duck
Tours
for
tourism
in
this
community
Captain
Benson
Commander,
Farrell,
Professor
Allison.
Thank
you
for
all
that
you
do
200
years
ago.
D
It
was
right
here
in
this
Harbor
that
General
George
Washington
forced
General
Howe
and
the
British
from
Boston
on
the
day
we
now
celebrate
as
evacuation
day
and
to
be
able
to
connect
that
Legacy
and
that
story
of
our
Revolution
to
the
many
many
important
conversations
that
we
continue
to
have
today
about
how
to
build
a
better
democracy
for
all.
We
are
looking
forward
to
welcoming
tall
ships
back
to
Boston
and
I'm,
so
grateful
to
all
our
partners
here
today
for
getting
us
to
this
point,
but
also
for
the
much
work
and
coordination
ahead.
D
A
Thank
you
mayor
that
was
lovely
and
I
I,
like
the
words
that
you
use
partners,
because
I
look
at
all
of
you
and
it's
like
we.
Many
of
us
have
done
this
before,
could
not
have
done
it
without
you
and
speaking
of
supporters
of
the
the
Commonwealth
has
been
so
very
helpful
in
helping
us
build
sales
Boston
over
the
years.
E
Good
morning,
everyone
thank
you.
Dusty
I
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
be
here
to
celebrate
what
is
a
obviously
a
big
day,
a
big
moment
and
the
beginnings
of
some
big
steps
that
we're
having
here
in
the
city.
I
will
say
you
know:
2026
is
going
to
be
some
kind
of
year
here
in
Boston,
we've
got
a
lot
going
on
whether
it's
with
the
tall
ships,
the
World
Cup
a
lot
of
things
going
on
there.
E
We
gotta
we're
gonna,
have
a
lot
to
do
a
lot
of
places
to
be
so
I'm
very
excited
about
that.
But
you
know
as
the
as
someone
who
grew
up
here
and
remembers
the
tall
ships
as
a
child.
You
know
I,
remember
the
pageantry.
That
was
like
a
big
deal.
E
E
E
I'm
also
excited
because
it's
going
to
show
by
2020,
especially
in
by
2026,
you
know
what
our
downtown,
what
are
not
just
this
side
of
the
the
harbor
which
obviously
I
care
about
since
I
represent,
but,
more
importantly,
just
all
the
the
factions
of
of
the
of
the
harbor
that
we
have
here
over
in
East
Boston
the
development
that's
taking
place
over
there
over
in
the
seaport
Charlestown.
E
You
know
it's
very
much
more
connected
connected
than
it
ever
was
you
know,
early
on
in
the
years
of
doing
the
tall
ships
and
I
think
that
2026
is
really
going
to
highlight
that
and
that's
going
to
show
how
much
we
really
thrived
over
over
these
last
couple.
Decades
of
building
these
things
up.
So
that's
what
I'm
very
excited
for.
So
thank
you
for
having
me
here
today
and
congratulations.
Everyone
I
know
we
got
a
lot
of
work
to
do
ahead
of
us.
E
We
are
here
as
a
partner
in
the
legislature
to
be
to
be
of
support
and
to
be
working
with
all
you
looking
forward
to
it,
and
then
you
know
three
years
will
come
very
fast.
I
know
it
will.
So
we
got
a
lot
of
work
to
do
so.
Thank
you
very
much.
A
Thank
you,
chairman
I,
put
your
attention
to
the
step
and
repeat
Banner
over
there,
and
if
you
notice,
you
see
the
sale
250.,
we
are
so
very
excited
to
be
working
with
America,
250
and
hosting
the
tall
ships
here
on
July
11th,
the
16th,
as
we
said,
but
most
importantly,
we're
part
of
a
Regatta,
including
the
cities
of
New
Orleans
Norfolk
Baltimore,
big
Naval
review
in
New
York
and
sell
Boston
enjoy
again
July
parade
of
sale
on
July,
11th
2026..
A
The
the
emphasis
here
on
the
East
Coast
will
probably
be
the
Regatta
will
probably
be
the
highlight
of
the
American
250,
the
semiquin
Centennial
much
the
way
the
tall
ships
were
here
in
Boston
at
the
bicentennial
and
again
we're
hoping
to
invite.
You
know:
tourists
and
visitors
from
all
over
the
country
to
come
to
Boston
upon
that
very
special
year
and
and
helping
work
towards
that
I
invite
to
the
podium,
Kate
Fox,
a
chair
of
mass
office
of
travel
and
tourism,
whose
initiative
and
whose
job
will
be
to
generate
that
kind
of
traffic.
F
Thank
you
good
morning,
I
want
to
thank
mayor,
Wu,
chairman
mikowitz,
the
meat
Boston
Vice,
chair,
Cindy,
Brown,
Captain,
Cali,
Benson
of
the
U.S
Coast
Guard
sailboston,
chairman
Michael,
Mooney
and,
of
course,
Dusty
Rhodes.
For
all
the
work
that's
gone
into
making
sailboston
2026
a
reality.
It
is
extremely
exciting
to
know
that
tall
ships
will
return
to
Boston
and
Massachusetts
in
2026.,
I
love,
hearing
everybody's
memories.
F
Ship
and
military
ship
Gatherings
have
been
a
beloved
Massachusetts
tradition
since
the
bicentennial
in
1976,
the
visiting
ships
and
their
Crews
will
be
a
fitting
addition
to
the
Celebration
and
commemoration
of
the
250th
anniversary
of
the
American
Revolution
in
2026.
I'm.
Still
working
on
semi-ces
quintenil
I'll
get
it.
F
The
parade
of
sale
will
provide
direct
spending
in
Boston
and
Beyond,
as
residents
and
visitors
travel
to
see
the
ships
in
Port
visitors
will
generate
hotel
stays,
restaurant
visits,
Museum
and
attraction
ticket
sales
and
retail
sales,
and
that
this
direct
spending
will
be
a
boost
to
our
economy.
It
will
support
jobs
and
will
ensure
Boston
is
even
more
vibrant
than
normal
during
the
summer
of
2026..
F
Thank
you
so
much
to
the
organizers
of
cell
Boston
for
your
hard
work
to
bring
sailboston
to
sale,
20,
sorry,
sale,
250
to
Boston
all
of
us
at
the
Massachusetts
office
of
travel
and
tourism
are
looking
forward
to
working
with
you
to
tell
the
stories
of
the
visiting
vessels
and
invite
the
world
to
come
and
enjoy
the
event.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you
so
much
Kate.
Thank
you
Kate!
We
couldn't
do
it
without
the
vital
Partners
such
as
meet
Boston
and
massport,
and
the
other
agencies
that
work
with
us
to
again
Drive
the
traffic,
the
visitors,
the
hotel
rooms,
the
restaurant
and
all
the
retail
opportunities
that
will
benefit
from
hopefully,
five
million
people.
We
had
7
million
in
92
and
many
millions
in
subsequent
years.
So
hopefully
we
can
hit
those
High
marks
again
and
working
with
the
tourism
industry.
I'd
like
to
invite
Cindy
Brown
to
the
dice
Cindy
is
the
CEO
of
Boston
death
course.
G
Good
morning,
everyone
I'm
happy
to
be
here
on
behalf
of
meet
Boston
I'm,
not
sure
if
you
notice
it
or
not,
but
Boston
is
on
fire.
We've
seen
it
all
summer.
The
city's
been
crazy
with
the
implementation
of
the
tdmd,
the
term
destination
marketing
District.
We
now
have
money
to
be
able
to
compete
with
other
cities
around
the
country
that
have
been
attracting
these
amazing
events
to
their
cities
and
it's
all
because
we've
worked
so
hard
to
get
that
done
so
meet
Boston.
G
Tdmd
has
a
lot
to
to
thank
for
for
getting
us
to
this
point.
We
have
World
Cup,
Army,
Navy
game
and,
of
course,
Tall
Ships
coming.
The
magnitude
of
these
events
could
not
happen
without
the
amazing
work
of
Dusty,
Rhodes
or
Staffing
conventions,
the
city
of
Boston
and
obviously
the
Commonwealth,
and,
as
these
events
continue
to
happen,
it's
immense
Boston
as
a
world-class
destination.
The
world-class
exposure
that
we
get
not
only
in
the
United
States
but
around
the
world
will
only
help
further
tourism
in
the
future.
G
I've
been
doing
this
for
almost
30
years
next
year
is
our
30th
anniversary
and
I
can
tell
you
the
economic
impact
we've
heard
about
it.
It's
Hotel
stays
its
restaurants,
but
it's
attractions.
It's
coffee
shops.
It's
parking
lots,
it's
not
just
the
big
people
that
we
know
are
getting
the
visitors
it
trickles
down
to
a
level
that
the
the
businesses
need.
G
They
see
they
value
and
they
appreciate
it
will
be
really
huge
for
my
company
to
be
able
to
be
a
part
of
enjoying
the
benefit
of
this
event
coming
to
Boston,
showing
the
city
and
the
state
during
the
summer
from
the
western
Mass
to
the
to
the
beaches
and
the
shoreline.
It's
when
we
shine
and
I
think
it's
going
to
be
an
opportunity
for
us
to
really
show
the
best
of
Boston
and
Massachusetts
I
also
get
to
attend
a
lot
of
Industry
trade
shows
and
a
trade
associations
throughout
the
country
and
I
can
tell
you.
G
Events
like
this
are
so
impactful
tour
operators
want
to
bring
busloads
of
people
to
our
region.
They'll
see
the
tall
ships
but
they'll
also
visit
our
regional
areas.
They'll,
do
the
tractions
a
tour
operator
having
an
opportunity
to
build
an
itinerary
around
an
event
like
this
will
be
so
impactful
for
the
group
tour
industry,
which
is
really
important
for
a
lot
of
businesses
in
Boston,
such
as
my
own
and
I,
will
end
echoing
what
the
mayor
said.
My
son
back
in
27
or
the
27
2017
was
seven
years
old.
G
I
mean
he
would
get
happy
when
a
garage
you
know
walking
by
a
garage
site
or
walking
by
a
garbage
truck
or
a
dump
truck
like
that
made
him
so
excited
as
a
seven-year-old.
So
when
I
took
him
to
see
tall
ships,
he
was
blown
away
to
be
able
to
see
the
ships
to
go
on
a
landing
vessel.
The
amphibious
vehicles,
helicopters
talking
to
service
members.
G
It
really
is
such
an
amazing
opportunity
for
our
youth
and
I'm,
hoping
that
we
can
do
a
lot
to
encourage
students
and
kids
to
come
in
Boston
to
see
something
that,
for
many
will
be
a
once
in
a
lifetime
opportunity.
So
with
that
on
behalf
of
meet
Boston
I
can't.
Thank
you
all
enough
for
bringing
this
to
Boston
we're
here
to
partner
we're
here
to
do
everything
we
can
to
make
this
the
event
that
I
know
it
will
be.
So.
Thank
you.
A
H
Ship
events
leave
Lasting
Impressions
on
people
who
are
fortunate
enough
to
witness
them
and
I
know
this,
as
I
saw
my
first
tall
ships
event
in
Halifax,
Nova
Scotia
in
the
1980s,
how
I
marveled
over
those
beautiful
vessels
parading
into
Halifax
Harbor
with
their
met,
Majestic
sales
and
their
Crews
lining
the
rail.
It
was
a
magical
experience
to
witness
and
then
to
be
able
to
witness
the
ship's
Dockside
along
the
Waterfront
was
extra
spectacular.
H
I
do
actually
believe
that
it
was
at
that
event
a
formidable
moment,
implanted
on
my
brain,
that
was
the
first
seed
planted
to
lead
me
to
ultimately
seek
a
maritime
career
and
fast
forward.
15
years
to
Boston
in
2000.,
I
got
to
see
them
again,
but
this
time
as
Lieutenant
Benson,
a
member
of
the
U.S
Coast
Guard
planning
team
that
was
responsible
for
the
Safety
and
Security
of
the
parade
of
sale.
H
So
suffice
it
to
say
that
this
Captain
Benson
is
thrilled
to
be
here
today
to
congratulate
the
planners
and
the
City
of
Boston
on
being
selected
to
host.
Yet
another
tall
ships
event
I
know
that
these
vessels
and
these
Crews
really
look
forward
to
returning
to
this
beautiful
and
hospitable
city.
As
much
as
we
look
forward
to
welcoming
them
back
to
Boston.

The
Coast
Guard
is
the
lead,
Federal
Agency
for
coordinating
Maritime,
Safety
and
Security
operations
during
these
types
of
events,
and
we
look
forward
to
being
a
part
of
the
sale,
Boston
2026
planning
team
over
the
next
two
years,
as
we
get
ready
to
make
this
event
memorable
and
potentially
play
a
small
role
in
growing
the
next
generation
of
Maritime
professionals.
Thank
you.
A
A
It's
all
about
the
ships
and
David
Choate
who
was
being
held
out
here,
has
been
working
for
about
two
or
three
years
meeting
with
foreign
navies
embassies,
ship
owners
and
because
without
the
ships
you
don't
have
a
spectacular,
and
we
are
very
fortunate
that
we're
doing
very
well
in
our
Recruitment
and,
most
importantly,
working
with
the
U.S
Navy
and
David
and
I
have
spent
many
many
a
year
meeting
with
the
naval
officials.
But,
most
importantly,
we've
got
the
jewel
of
them
all.
I
I
Well,
USS
Constitution
did
not
yet
exist
during
the
Revolutionary
War.
She
remains
today,
a
living
symbol
of
our
Maritime
Heritage
and
a
Navy
whose
Sailors
throughout
history
have
shown
their
strength,
dedication
and
perseverance
over
and
over
again
to
celebrate.
250
years
as
a
maritime
Nation,
the
U.S
Navy
looks
forward
to
highlighting
our
Partnerships
with
sea
services
from
around
the
world,
and
especially
here
at
home,
with
constitution
in
Boston.
A
The
USS
Constitution
will
now
and
forever
lead
the
parade
of
sale
in
the
city
of
Boston.
So
thank
you
with
that.
Speaking
of
History,
again
semi-con
Centennial
250
years,
all
of
the
wonderful
events
that
we
have
between
now
and
then
leading
up
to
it.
As
we
tell
the
nation
it
All
Began
here
and
with
that
I
didn't
like
to
invite
Bob
Allison
history,
Professor
Dr
Allison
from
Suffolk
University.
J
J
Thinking
back
to
1976,
when
the
bicentennial
and
the
tall
ships
coincided,
it
was
a
much
different
Boston.
The
harbor
itself
was
the
dirtiest
in
the
country.
The
city
was
driven
by
racial
tension.
The
Commonwealth
in
the
nation
were
in
a
period
of
it,
seemed
well
one
president
called
it
a
malaise.
One
president
resigned
the
end
of
a
difficult
war
in
Southeast
Asia
other
things
troubling
the
country
and
the
bicentennial,
and
the
tall
ships
were
a
moment
that
changed
that
thinking
about
the
positive
things
we
had.
J
It
was
actually
mayor,
Kevin
White,
who
saw
the
importance
of
the
bicentennial
for
changing
the
city's
spirit
and
letting
us
reflect
on
the
things
that
hold
us
together.
The
history
we
share,
whether
your
ancestors
were
at
Lexington
and
Concord,
or
whether
they
arrived
last
week.
This
was
your
story.
We
heard
from
chairman
Mick
Lewis,
seeing
the
tall
ships
and
we
heard
from
others
whose
children
saw
them
and,
as
we've
been
working
with
Revolution
250
Consortium
of
groups,
thinking
about
our
history
with
Partners,
including
the
park
service
and
others
who
are
here
today.
J
While
our
Focus
has
been
commemorating
events
and
in
2025
we
have
a
number,
we
like
to
say.
The
American
Revolution
happened
in
Boston,
and
then
they
went
to
Philadelphia
to
fill
out
the
paperwork.
It
was
a
change
in
the
way
people
thought
about
the
relationship
with
government
and
about
who
governed.
So
in
2025
we
have
yes,
Dorchester
Heights
is
2026
and
the
monument
will
be
reopened
in
2026
and
South.
J
Boston
knows
how
to
commemorate
March
17th
and
in
June
Charlestown
does
Bunker
Hill,
but
in
May
we'll
have
the
Battle
of
Chelsea
Creek
East,
Boston,
Chelsea
Revere,
all
part
of
the
first
Maritime
capture
in
the
American
Revolution,
the
first
time
Americans
used
artillery
and
the
first
time
American
soldiers
from
different
states
fought
together
on
the
same
side,
so
Senator
travolini.
We
want
to
talk
about
Chelsea
Creek
when
we're
done
here,
and
we
also
want
to
talk
to
the
Coast
Guard
about
how
we
get
permission
to
burn
a
ship
in
Boston
Harbor.
J
But
these
are
the
events.
We're
planning
and
the
tall
ships
are
important
for
it,
not
because
we're
commemorating
the
past,
but
because
we're
thinking
about
the
future
we're
thinking
about
the
kids
who
will
see
these
and
in
2076
they
will
be
the
ones
organizing
the
commemorations
of
this
story.
They
will
be
the
ones
cheering
the
house
Ways
and
Means
Committee
presiding
over
the
city
of
Boston,
ensuring
that
the
story
that
began
then
continues
into
another
century,
and
they
won't
have
to
learn
how
to
say
tricentennial.
We
hope
they
will
know
it.
J
A
Lovely
lovely
Bob,
thank
you,
so
much
so
I
know
you've
all
been
practicing
semi-quincentennial
right.
We
want
to
thank
you
for
all
being
here
today,
our
wonderful
speakers
and
support
of
the
Coast
Guard,
the
Navy
The
Good,
the
good
Senators.
Thank
you,
representative,
chairman
vikovitz.
We
certainly
appreciated
mayor
Wu
This
is
Our
Moment
to
shine,
and
thank
you
so
much
I'd
like
to
thank
you
all
for
coming
today.
