plan,
the
project
is
proposing
new
vertical
granite,
curb
tree
pits,
street
lights,
bike
racks,
a
four

a
half
foot

pavers
trip,

well

seven

concrete
sidewalk
along
the
property
frontage
in
the
public
way
of
Boylston
Street.
The
project
has
coordinated
the
design
with
all
city
agencies
to
include
design
review
and
approval
with
the
VRA
for
the
request
of
mr.

the
new
business
hearing,
the
project
has
reached
out
to
the
hackney
carriage
division
to
modify

existing
taxi,
stand
on
Boylston
Street.

have
touched

with
them
and
we
will
be
meeting

that
is
resolved,

the

of

restaurant
location

in
the

of

Boston.
It
is
bounded

athens
street
at
the
rear
and
broadway
at
the
front.

As
part
of
our
article
lady
process,
we
had
a
very
extensive
and
positive
community
outreach
with
the
neighborhood
organization
and
abutters,
and
we
enjoyed
unanimous
support
for
this
development
based
on
a
lot
of
the
programming,
some
of
which
is
part
of
the
application
for
the
specific
repairs,
the
street
trees,
the
curb
cut,
as
well
as
the
easement
back
at
the
rear
of
the
site
on
Athens
Street,
David
O'sullivan,
who
is
here
to
answer.
Questions
has
made
some
of
the
requested
changes
or
the
requested
changes
to
the
earth
retention
system
and
the
street
tree
component.

brought

hearing
was
making
sure
we
had
sufficient
distance
between

light,

existing
light
poles
in
the
street
trees,
so
we've
adjusted
those
locations
there
that
had
a
slightly
adjust

now
we
have
two

free
here
that
are
far
enough
away
from
the
street
lights.

issue
is
on
the
specific
repairs

it

from
the
Belle

bridge
to

a
response
to
community
request
to
further
enhance
the
gateway
between
East,
Boston,
Winthrop
and
essentially
the
entire
city
of
Boston,
which
reach
recently
saw
improvements
over
the
past
few
years,
with
the
completion
of
the
bridge,
the
relocation
of
belle-isle
seafood
and
the
demolition
of
a
gas
station.
The

further
describe
the

the

project
is
primarily
to
install
eight
new
street
lights
along
the
south
side
of
saratoga
Street,
starting
just
inside
the
the
property
line
going
all
the
way
over
to
the
to
the
bridge.
These
will
be
the
same
style
of
lights
that
currently
start
on
the
bridge
and
head
into
a
Winthrop
about
18
feet,
tall
and
and
detailed
is
shown.

Power
from
the
lights
will
come
from
an
existing
line
that
goes
into
the
property
will
come
down
an
existing
pole
to
a
new
controller
that
will
be
on
Massport
property
that
will
control
the
lights.
Some
of
the
other
work
that's
going
on

part

the
project,
there's
going
to
be
some
brush
removal
on
site
and
also
the
light,
the
lights
that
the
existing
lights
and
utility
poles
currently
start
on
the
south
side
of
saratoga
street,

they
go
three
poles
in
before
the
line
crosses
over.

we
have
asked
verizon
who's
the
pole
owner
to
relocate
two
of
those
existing
holes
across
the
street,
and
they
are
currently
in
that
process
and
they'll
be
petitioning
you
in
the
not-too-distant
future,
and
the
only
thing
so
as
part
of
this.
What
we're
requesting
from
you
is
because
the
property
line
does
not
follow
the
curve
of
the
street.
It's
on.

a
straight
line
comes
to
an
angle
point
where,
at
the
back
of
right
at
the
face
of
the
fence
kind
of
midway
along
the
face
of
the
property,
three
of
the
proposed
poles,
the
associated
hand,
holes
and
some
of
the
conduit

be
within
the

right
away.
So
we're
asking
for
a
specific
repairs
to
perform
that
action,
and
the
only
other
thing
I
know
it's
contingent
on
we're
coming
up
with
an
agreement.

buildings

conduit

roof

temporary
solution
and

sale

about
to
end.

were
also
aware
that
summer
street
is
in
design
and

likely

go
out

construction,

year

next

opportunity

issue
