A
Hi
everybody,
it's
good
to
see
you
again.
My
name
is
Rebecca.
If
you
haven't
met
me
yet
before
today,
I
am
gonna
be
doing
a
little
bit
of
a
lot
of
different
kinds
of
movements
with
you
in
the
past.
We
have
gotten
to
do
ballet
exercises
together
and
modern
dance
exercises,
and
then
one
week
we
got
to
learn
the
story
of
the
Nutcracker.
A
Now
this
week,
I
wanted
to
talk
to
you
guys
a
little
bit
about
what
it's
like
to
be
a
professional
real
dancer
when
you
grow
up
okay,
so
the
first
thing
that
I'm
going
to
talk
to
you
guys
about
is
how
important
it
is
to
see
yourself
when
you
are
a
dancer.
You
are
actually
an
athlete
now
wonder.
If
any
of
you
guys
know
what
an
athlete
means.
A
An
athlete
is
someone
you
might
think
that
does
sports,
only
like
play
soccer
or
basketball
or
football,
or
maybe
what
are
the
other
sports
that
you
know,
maybe
hockey
or
badminton
or
volleyball
any
of
the
sports
right.
You
think
that
an
athlete
is
someone
that
does
a
sport.
Well,
how
can
an
athlete
also
be
a
dancer
because
dance
isn't
a
sport?
A
Does
it
make
sense
right
well,
I'm,
here
to
tell
you
that
dancers
are
definitely
athletes
and
here's?
Why?
Because
not
only
do
we
do
our
dancing
exercises
in
perform
on
stage,
but
it's
really
important
for
us
to
stay
in
really
really
good
shape,
and
sometimes
during
times
like
these,
when
we've
had
to
stay
home
a
lot
more,
we've
had
to
stay
inside
a
lot
more.
It's
a
lot
harder
to
stay
in
shape,
so
we
find
very
creative
ways
during
these
times
to
stay
in
shape.
Now
what
does
staying
and
shape
me?
A
Does
anybody
know
well,
I
know
what
it
means
to
me.
Staying
in
shape
means
a
few
different
things.
It
means
taking
care
of
your
brain
and
taking
care
of
your
heart,
taking
care
of
your
muscles,
taking
care
of
your
bones
and
taking
care
of
your
feelings
and
eating
lots
of
really
good
healthy
foods
and
then,
of
course,
drinking
lots
and
lots
of
really
good
water,
maybe
Gatorade
two
things
that
are
really
really
good
for
our
bodies,
so
all
the
different
ways
that
we
can
stay
in
shape
right.
A
A
A
That's
my
first
thing
that
I
love
about
myself.
The
second
thing
is
I
believe
that
I
have
lots
of
really
good
friends.
That's
what
I
love
about
myself.
The
third
thing
that
I
love
about
myself
is
that
it's
a
lot
of
fun
for
me
to
play
and
dance
with
kids
like
you,
so
now
that
I've
taken
care
of
my
brain
I'm
gonna,
take
care
of
my
heart
and
I'm
gonna.
Think
of
three
things
that
I
love
about
the
world.
I
just
didn't
think
about
three
things
that
we
love
about
the
world
I.
A
Love
my
family,
that's
one
too
I
love
when
I
can
eat
yummy
food,
including
lots
of
good
desserts
and
candy
number
three
I
love
the
earth.
I
love
that
there
is
beautiful,
Sun
and
birds
and
green
grass
around
me.
Now
you
might
have
lots
of
different
other
things
that
you
love
about
your
life
and
all
around
you
and
I
think
that
you
should
think
about
those
things
all
day
long,
because
that
takes
care
of
our
heart.
A
Now,
one
of
the
other
things
that
I
talked
about
to
take
care
of
ourselves
as
athletes
and
as
dancers
is
to
make
sure
that
we're
drinking
lots
of
water
or
Gatorade,
or
something
like
that
so
I
brought
my
Gatorade
with
me
and
I'm
gonna
be
drinking
a
lot
of
this.
While
we
do
our
work
out,
okay,
so
I
want
you
to
make
sure
that
you
have
your
water
or
whatever.
A
A
So
the
next
thing
boys
and
girls
is
to
take
care
of
our
muscles
and
our
bones
and
when
I
am
dancing
and
working
out
and
being
my
best
athlete
self
I
try
to
make
a
list
of
things
that
I
need
to
do.
For
my
body,
number
I
try
to
do
a
little
bit
of
that
every
day.
So
I
want
to
share
my
list
with
you
and
then
we're
gonna
do
some
of
that
too.
So
the
first
thing
that
I
have
on
my
list.
A
I
brought
my
list
with
you
and
you
can't
really
read
it
coz
it's
backwards
because
we're
on
a
screen
but
I'll
tell
you.
The
first
thing
that
I
have
on
my
list
is
warm
up
now.
Warm
up
means
that
we're
gonna
get
our
heart
pumping
and
our
blood
flowing
inside
of
our
body
and
our
breath
going,
and
we
might
get
a
little
bit
sweaty
and
a
little
bit
hot
and
a
little
tired,
but
it's
gonna
get
us
energized
for
the
rest
of
our
workout
and
the
rest
of
our
athletic
training.
A
A
That
was
so
much
fun.
Oh
good,
warm-up,
everybody
that
is
the
first
part
of
our
athlete
training,
a
dancer
athletes,
we're
gonna
turn
my
music
off
there
Oh
after
a
good
warm-up.
You
guys
I
like
to
make
sure
take
a
sip
of
water.
Oh
that
was
good.
You
guys,
breathing
as
hard
as
I
am
I
hope
so
breath
is
so
good.
It's
like
what
keeps
us
alive
so
is
water,
even
though
this
isn't
water.
A
A
A
A
A
I
want
to
make
sure
my
wife
stays
up
right,
nice
and
tall
instead
of
going
forward,
it's
good,
because
that
would
be
like
silly
play.
No
I
wouldn't
be
strong
muscles.
All
the
way
push
okay,
so
we're
gonna
go
back
and
forth
right
and
then
right
left
right
left
mainly
about
hmm
eight
times
and
then
we'll
take
a
breath.
We
might
do
it
again,
we'll
see
I,
don't
let's
try
it
ready
for
the
pump
it
up
music.
Here
we
go.
A
Everybody
good
job.
We
pause
my
music
okay
guys
we
did
the
lunges
in
our
in
our
workout.
Remember
that
next
on
my
list,
where's
push-ups
again,
you
could
probably
can't
see
it's
a
little
dark
in
here
about
push-ups
is
next
guys.
I
got
to
be
honest
with
you.
These
are
my
least
favorite
and
it's
true
they're
really
hard,
but
I
know
it's
something
that
I
need
to
work
on.
So
I'm
gonna
do
just
a
little
bit
as
much
as
I
can
and
then,
when
I
get
tired,
I'm
gonna,
rest.
A
Okay,
that's
the
best
way
for
us
to
do
it,
there's
just
when
you
get
tired
rest
a
little
bit
and
then
come
back
to
it.
Alright,
so
I
know
that
I
have
strong
legs,
but
my
arms,
not
as
strong
yeah,
so
I
need
to
do
my
push-ups
for
sure
so
come
on
down
here
with
me
now
I'm
going
to
show
you
how
to
do
push-ups.
A
Okay,
so
here's
the
best
way
to
get
push-ups
if
you've
never
done
it
before.
Okay,
I'm
gonna,
stick
here:
I'm
gonna
sit
back
on
my
feet:
okay,
first,
to
start
out
we're
gonna
do
eight.
Just
like
this:
okay,
I'm
gonna
put
my
hands
down
on
the
ground.
Okay
and
put
my
knees
on
the
ground
like
yeah,
yeah,
yeah
yeah,
we're
gonna
be
like
a
dog
okay.
So
first
step
is
to
do
one
like
this,
where
we
spend
many
tops
or
elbows
out
to
the
side.
One!
A
So
you
good
time
we
do
them
both
we're
gonna,
flatten,
our
body
out
and
we're
gonna
put
let
our
elbows
go
out
and
go
down
eight
times
warm
and
you,
and
just
like
that,
okay
and
then,
after
that,
we're
just
gonna
strain
your
knees.
Just
like
this,
like
a
long
plank
place
like
pirate
plank
we're
going
to
try
to
hold
it
for
eight
counts,
so
hard,
oh,
my
goodness.
A
A
You
guys
that
was
amazing.
I
am
so
so
impressed.
Everybody
is
such
good
athletes.
You
guys
are
strong
all
right,
strong
muscles,
okay,
guys
so
make
sure
that
after
every
exercise,
drink
a
little
bit
of
water
or
Gatorade
or
juice,
whatever
you
have
cuz
I
know
that
you
got
this
next
to
you,
okay,
mmm
so
good,
so
good
good.
For
my
muscles
good
for
my
heart,
but
from
my
brain,
take
care
of
ourselves
so
important
mmm
all
right.
