From YouTube: Executive Session and Regular Board Meeting 9-12-22
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay,
all
right
welcome
everyone.
A
Welcome
everyone
to
our
executive
session
and
regular
board
meeting
today
is
monday
september
12
2022,
and
I
would
like
to
call
this
meeting
to
order
and
at
this
time,
if
we
could
have
the
roll
call.
Madam
chair,
madam
clerk,.
A
Here
at
this
time,
I'd
like
to
invite
everyone
to
please
stand
for
the
pledge
of
allegiance.
C
B
F
D
A
At
this
time
we
are
ready
to
go
into
executive
session,
so
I
would
like
to
ask
for
a
motion
to
enter.
G
Chair,
I
move
that
we
enter
into
executive
session
as
per
idaho
code
742061b,
to
consider
the
evaluation,
dismissal
or
disciplining
of
or
to
hear
complaints
or
charges
brought
against
a
public
officer,
employee
staff,
member,
individual
agent
or
public
school
student
student
number
dash
2022-1,
two
dash
nine,
a
great
and
both
are
just
one
and
the
second
one
will
be
student
number
two
zero.
Two
two
dash
twelve
dash
nine
b.
Okay.
A
So
yes,
I
have
a
motion.
I
would
like
to
ask
for
a
roll
call
to
enter
into
executive
session.
A
Okay,
so
good
afternoon,
thank
you
everybody
for
for
waiting
patiently
for
us.
We.
I
will
I'd
like
to
ask
for
a
motion
to
adjourn
the
executive
session.
A
A
Yes,
so
after
listening
to
information
provided
during
our
executive
session,
our
decision
regarding
priority
code
74-2061.
A
Is
instead
of
evaluation,
dismissal
or
disciplining
of
or
to
hear
complaints
or
charges
brought
against
the
public
officer,
employee
staff,
member,
individual
agent
or
public
school
student?
And
so
at
this
moment,
due
to
recent
legislation,
the
action
taken
was
provided
during
the
close
meeting.
So
we
do
not
have
to
speak
about
that.
So
what
I
do
want
to
let
y'all
know
is
that
we
apologize
tremendously
for
I'm
starting
our
regular
meeting
so
late
at
seven,
it's
supposed
to
start
at
7pm,
but
because
we
are
a
quasi
judicial
body.
A
We
we
had
two
hearings.
We
started
them
at
five
o'clock
this
afternoon,
and
so
you
know
we
just
finished
those
two
hearings
and
unfortunately
we
cannot
cut
them
short.
We
do
need
to
make
sure
that
people
have
their
say
at
the
at
the
time
of
the
hearing
and
we
just
want
to
have
everyone.
We
just
want
to
make
sure
that
we
give
enough
time
for
these
hearings,
and
we
unfortunately
did
not
predict
this
to
go
so
long.
A
So
we
apologize
thank
you
for
being
here
and
and
and
thank
you
for
waiting
for
us,
because
you
know
we
we
would
want
to
do
the
same
for
anybody
here
in
our
school
district.
Okay.
So
after
saying
that,
I
would
like
to
start
with
our
our
agenda
item
number
seven
and
it
will
be
with
information
reports
from
the
superintendent.
C
Yes,
madam
chair
and
trustees,
this
evening,
we've
invited
three
caldwell
high
school
students,
we'd
love
to
recognize
and
we'll
turn
the
time
to
ms
wilson.
I
There
you
go
now,
it's
on
green
means.
Go
madam
chair
trustees,
thanks
for
having
me
at
the
board
meeting
tonight,
and
I'm
excited
to
share
with
you
some
students
who
have
incredible
accomplishments
and
great
achievements
at
kabul
high
school
and
they
represent
the
best
of
our
students,
and
we
have
them
here.
Some
of
them
are
here,
and
some
are
here
in
spirit,
but
we'll
still
talk
about
them,
and
so
I'm
just
really
happy
to
be
able
to
share
that
with
you.
I
So
the
first,
the
first
group
that
I
would
like
to
introduce
to
you
is,
or
the
first
person
is,
our
trio
upward,
bound
teacher
mr
josh
engler.
Many
of
you
know
josh
he's
such
a
valuable
part
of
our
school,
and
he
teaches
the
upper
bound
class
at
kabul
high,
and
we
have
several
sections
of
that.
So
trio
is
upper
bound,
is
a
college
prep
program
for
students
that
are
really
typically
underserved
and
so
I'll.
I
J
Thank
you
miss
wilson.
I
am
honored
to
be
able
to
be
joined
by
two
of
a
couple
of
my
students
today.
I
would
prefer
for
them
to
share
more
about
their
experiences
and
me
too,
but.
A
You're
gonna
get
closer.
It's
fine.
J
I
I
do
want
to
take
a
moment
to
say
something
that
I
appreciate
about
both
of
them.
So
I'll
start
with
nick
and
one
of
the
things
I
appreciate
about
nick
is
every
day
in
our
trio
upward
bound
classroom.
He
takes
the
opportunity
to
address
every
single
student
in
there
by
name
and
so
as
he
is
leaving
the
room.
K
All
right,
hello,
I'm
nick
so
recently
I've
been
accepted
into
superintendent,
yabara's,
student
advisory
council
yeah
and
basically
it's
a
council
where
the
superintendent
of
the
state
invites
several
students
like
from
middle
to
high
school.
I
think
there's
like
a
little
bit
of
elementary
in
there
too,
to
go
to
the
capitol
building
and
have
quarterly
meetings
where
we
get
to
just
talk
about
our
schools
and
how
we
can
improve
them
and
support
our
students.
K
One
of
my
former
robotics
teammates
jocelyn
gutierrez.
She
was
also
on
the
council
last
year
and
she
told
me
about
it.
It
seemed
like
a
really
cool
opportunity,
because
I
saw
how
she
was
able
to
have
her
voice
heard
and
how
she
was
able
to
support
like
students
throughout
the
whole
state,
and
I
just
kind
of
thought
about.
I
was
like.
Oh,
that
would
be
kind
of
cool
and
then,
during
the
summer
josh
told
me
hey
the
applications
for
this
are
open.
K
I
think
it'd
be
a
good
opportunity
for
you,
so
I
was
like
okay
I'll
apply
for
it,
so
I
applied
for
it
in
the
summer
and
then
I
waited
until
august.
So
a
little
bit
after
school
started
and
then
they
sent
me
a
notification
saying
like
congratulations.
You've
been
accepted,
and
I
was
like
really
happy
to
hear
that
just
because
I
was
really
excited
that
I
could
like
have
my
voice
heard,
especially
because
me
being
first
generation
and
going
from
a
latino
background.
K
I
feel
like
my
voice,
like
really
matters
and
it's
different
from
a
lot
of
like
what's
the
norm
in
idol,
so
I
feel
like
I'm
able
to
bring
a
new
perspective
and
then
also,
I
know
like
through
my
support
I
received
in
tree
overbound
and
the
student
council.
I
know
that
a
lot
of
students
need
support
like
that
and
that's
how
you
could
really
make
them
excel
and
like
do
great
things,
that's
the
thing
I
want
to
do.
While
I'm
on
the
council.
D
I
Students
from
different
grade
levels,
backgrounds,
cultures,
school
size
and
areas
within
idaho
will
serve
on
the
council
to
share
their
opinions
and
offer
advice
about
educational
opportunities
and
policy.
In
idaho,
I
received
35
extremely
impressive
applications
from
amazing
students,
I'm
so
proud
to
have
gotten
such
a
diverse
group
of
students.
So
that's
from
sherry,
ibarra
superintendent,
great
good,
also.
I
Also,
today,
we
this
is
homecoming
week
and
today
we
had
an
incredible
assembly
outside
in
the
stadium,
and
it
was
awesome
and
lots
of
school
spirit
and
during
our
the
national
anthem
that
the
band
played
on
the
field
nick
signed
the
national
anthem
in
sign
language
in
front
of
the
entire
school.
So
that
was
very
brave
and
he
did
a
great
job
and
I
videoed
it
and
I
will
be
posting
it
on
our
social
media
pages.
Okay,
good.
J
Then
the
second
student
I
want
to
take
a
second
to
introduce
is
julissa.
One
of
the
things
I
appreciate
about
julie
was
that
I
first
met
her
right
in
the
middle
of
pandemic
during
online
learning,
and
that
was
one
of
the
most
difficult
times.
I
think
for
teachers
and
students
and
community
members.
J
She
was
in
the
best
mood
every
day
brought
a
smile
into
everything
that
we
did,
and
I
just
am
so
indebted
to
her
for
what
she
brought
every
day,
because
I
think
that
helped
me
continue
to
keep
going
as
well
too.
J
I
look
for
opportunities
for
our
students
to
be
able
to
have,
and
so
she
had
an
opportunity
this
summer,
that
I'll
let
her
share
a
little
bit
more
with
you
about.
D
L
Okay,
is
that
better?
Yes,
okay,
so
I
actually
got
to
spend
five
weeks
summer
at
princeton
university.
It
was
a
really
incredible
experience
and
but
like
the
process
to
get,
there
was
really
like
a
community
effort.
So
josh
told
me
about
the
application,
and
then
I
had
my
history
teacher
mr
wards
write
the
letter
recommendation
and
then
the
third
part
of
the
application
process
was
an
interview,
and
so
because
they
were
on
eastern
time.
The
interview
was,
like,
I
think,
seven
in
the
morning,
maybe
6
30.
yeah.
L
L
Could
you
take
him
to
the
bus
for
me
and
she
was
like
yeah,
so
she
did
it
and
then
I
had
another
churro
student
cassandra
who,
like
she
didn't,
have
to
come
in
until
second
period,
but
she
like
drove
me
to
school
super
early,
so
that
I
could
have
my
interview
yeah.
It
was
a
really
incredible
experience.
L
It
was
like
fully
funded.
I
got
to
take
classes
there.
I
got
to
like
see
a
lot
of
representation
there.
I
actually
met
one
of
my
professors
there.
He
used
to
be
a
and
a
professor
at
uchicago
and
he's
first-gen
and
latino,
and
so
for
me
that
representation,
I
think,
was
like
really
impactful
and
even
now
I'm
still
getting
a
lot
of
support
from
that
program
and,
like
I,
have
a
professor
from
colombia
who's
helping
me
out
on
my
writing.
L
I
have
like
students
who
are
like
me,
who
are
underserved
and
represented,
who
want
to
go
to
like
really
selective
institutions,
and
we
all
kind
of
like
support
each
other
to
go
there
and
I
think,
for
me,
just
being
on
campus
was
like
sorry.
I
think
it
was
just
like
like
such
a
big
accomplishment,
because
before
I
came
into
trio
and
before
I
came
to
caldwell
the
school
I
had
gone
to.
L
C
A
Yes,
I
just
wanted
to
say
really
quick.
Should
I
turn
off
my
mic.
A
A
Say
with
julissa
right
you
had,
I
remember
during
last
year
you
there
was
like
a
trip
that
you
may
have
taken
to
cape
cod
right
to
for
a
different
program,
and
then
this
came
up
and
it
was
like
one
of
the
things
that
really
impressed
me
when
mr
engler
was
telling
me
about
it
was
that
you
wanted
to
go
someplace,
where
you
knew
that
you
could
develop
leadership
skills
and
that
you
could
come
back
to
the
community,
not
that
you
couldn't,
you
know,
go
in
with
your
first
option,
but
this
was
just
really
really
great
and
what
I,
what
I
wanted
to
say
and
I'll
say
in
english
and
then
I'll
say
it
in
spanish
for
for
lisa's
mom.
A
But
you
know
we're
really
proud
of
you.
You
come
from
like
you
know,
we
say
in
a
desert,
an
unrepresented
underrepresented
community
and
for
you
to
actually
go
to
someplace
like
this,
you
know.
Coming
from,
like
the
cultural
housing
authority,
I
mean
it's
just
really
great
and
it's
great
to
to
see
the
accomplishments
that
you
have
come
to
because
of
what
you
know.
Different
people
told
you.
You
know
we.
A
We
have
amazing
things
happening
here:
we've
got
amazing
leaders,
staff
and
administration
and
mr
josh
engler
over
there,
who
is
just
amazing
with
our
students,
and
so
you
know
just
the
fact
that
you
are,
you
know
doing
what
you're
doing
without
having
a
lot
of
you
know.
You're,
like
you,
said,
you're
having
community
support.
You
know
your
friends
and
family
are
helping
you
get
to
these
places,
but
you
find
a
way
to
get
there.
E
J
Did
I
share
two
things
real
quick,
so
the
first
is
also
to
be
able
to
recognize
nick's
dad
who's
here
as
well
too.
So.
J
And
the
second
is
just
to
say
a
real
quick
thank
you
to
anita
and
caldwell
high
school
and
the
school
district,
as
well
as
providing
the
support,
the
support
for
our
program,
I've
seen
a
lot
of
trio,
upward
down
programs
and
just
appreciate
the
support
that
we've
been
provided
and
the
opportunity
and
the
space
in
the
school.
I
know
that
those
things
are
incredibly
valuable,
so
thank
you
for
for
that.
Okay,
mr.
B
A
Supporting
their
kids
because
they're,
either
working
or
or
whatever
the
reason
may
be,
but
we're
so
extremely
proud
of
your
son
that
he's
been
chosen
by
the
state
superintendent
to
represent
these
kids.
You
know
be
part
of
the
council,
so
thank
you
so
much
we
we
we're
we're
excited.
You
know
the
places
that
they
will
go
and
thank
you
for
being
here
for
him
and
supporting
him.
Thank
you,
sir.
M
E
B
I
Madam
chair
trustees,
we
have
one
more
student
that
I
would
like
to
talk
to
you
about
and
one
more
program.
So
I
think
you
know
that
at
kabul,
high
school
we
have
a
strong
well,
not
just
at
caldwell
high,
but
in
our
district
we
have
a
strong,
advanced
opportunities
program
where
students
take
classes
in
the
summer
or
overload
classes
during
the
year
so
that
they
can
get
ahead.
They
also
use
their
advanced
opportunity,
money
for
to
pay
for
ap
tests
or
dual
credit
classes.
I
So
those
are
some
of
the
things
that
they
can
use
their
money
for
or
also
they
can
use
it
for
cte
certification.
So
there's
a
wide
range
of
things
that
they
can
use
it
for
that
are
opportunities
for
them
that
can
help
them
advance
through
high
school
or
come
out
with
an
even
better
experience
and
more
credentialing
when
they
finish
high
school.
I
So
we
have
a
student
here
keegan
farrow
who
we've
recognized
students
for
this
before,
but
it's
only
been
a
very
few
students
who
have
used
up
all
of
their
money
that
the
state
gives
them
4,
125
ish-
and
you
know
we
used
to
have
said
this
before,
but
we
used
to
think
no
one
will
ever
use
up
all
of
that
money.
They
can
take
all
the
classes
we
offer
and
all
the
tests
and
all
the
things,
and
they
would
never
use
up
all
that
money.
I
But
here
we
are
again
with
the
student
who
has
utilized
that
to
the
full
potential
and
his
mom's
probably
going
to
come
up
with
some
money
this
year
to
pay
for
stuff.
So,
and
so
we
have
jessie
stockdale.
Who
is
our
college
and
career
counselor
this
year?
And
so
you
remember
scott
nelson
used
to
be
our
college
and
career
counselor
and
now
he's
transitioned
that
to
jesse
he's
still,
volunteering
sometimes
to
help
guide
us.
I
But
I'll
have
jesse
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
program
and
some
stats
and
then
talk
about
keegan
and
some
of
the
things
that
he's
done.
And
then
you
can
ask
questions
of
him.
N
All
right,
so
some
of
the
stats
that
we
have
that
I'm
just
so
very
proud
to
report
is
he
has
had
24
credits,
approved
and
seven
exams
approved
through
advanced
opportunities,
fast
forward,
funding
broken
down,
that
is,
nine
overload
classes.
Four:
dual
credit
courses
which
equals
15
college
credits,
he's
also
signed
up
to
do
english,
101
175
and
a
robotics
course
as
well.
So
that
will
end
up
totaling
about
24
college
credits.
N
When
he's
finished,
two
ap
exams,
five
certificate
exams
of
those
exams
for
his
certifications
he's
getting
his
or
he
has
his
engineering
technical
skills
assessment
completed.
He
has
his
national
workforce
readiness
assessment.
He
has
a
solidworks
certificate,
associate
his
aws
s
m
a
w
three
g
up,
which
is
a
welding
certificate.
N
H
So,
on
top
of
the
smaw
3g
I
also
have
gmaw
1g
and
3g.
So.
H
So
you're
just
welding
like
on
like
right
on
a
paper
and
then
2g
means
that
you're
horizontal,
so
you're
like
this
and
then
3g
is
vertical.
So
it's
either
vertical
up,
which
is
what
both
of
my
three
g's
are:
we're
vertical
down
and
then
past
that
you
get
into
like
pipe
welding
and
that
kind
of
stuff.
Okay.
But
the
question
is:
have
you
beat
your
older
sister.
H
H
What
do
you
want
to
be
when
you
grow
up?
I
haven't
decided,
that's
why.
I
O
H
N
Another
dr
pharaoh,
yeah
yeah.
I
think
it's
just
such
a
great
illustration
of
advanced
opportunities
and
all
the
amazing.
You
know
options
that
we
have
at
cobble
high
school
too,
so
those
coming
together.
I
think
it's
it's
just
a
wonderful,
wonderful
thing
that
we're
getting
to
see
that
you
know
he's
going
to
walk
away
from
high
school,
having
all
these
awesome
certifications
and
these
dual
credits,
and
almost
one
full
year
of
college
completed
so.
D
B
M
Well,
that's
actually
one
of
the
things
he's
really
appreciated
about
it.
Is
it's
really
opened
up
opportunities
for
him
to
take
other
electives
he's
he
lives
in
the
cte
building
this
year
as
a
senior
which
is
you
know
his
dream
of
being
able
to
just
be
out
there
because
he's
been
able
to
use
summer
opportunities
to
take
care
of
some
of
those
other
credit
requirements
that
he
needed
to
graduate,
which
freed
up
lots
of
opportunities
for
him
to
live
in
the
cte
building.
I
Yeah
we'll
do
a
picture
with
pharaoh
in
it.
Yeah.
G
C
Yeah,
madam
chair
interested,
so,
as
you
know,
last
time
we
met,
we
visited
with
paul
victoriano
about
being
a
student
representative
for
the
board
and
paul
is
here
this
evening
and
not
not
that
he's
been
prepared,
but
I
would
just
wonder
if
paul
would
you
speak
momentarily
to
a
homecoming
and
just
to
update
the
board
on
those
activities.
O
So
yeah,
it
is
homecoming
week
a
lot
of
different
events
happening
like
all
at
once
because
of
like
fire.
As
we
all
know,
we
are
not
able
to
have
our
bonfire
this
year,
but
we,
the
sophomore
class,
has
switched
it
to
like
a
movie
night,
where
we
still
want
to
get
kids
involved
and
have
fun
playing
games
and
enjoying
the
movie
of
their
class,
which
is,
I
believe,
nightmare
before
christmas
is
one
of
the
themes.
So
our
homecoming
theme
is
tim
burton.
O
O
A
A
Okay,
great
great
so
tell
us
you
you're
on
this
on
student
council
right,
yes,
okay,
and
what
tell
me
again
what
position
you
serve
on.
I.
O
Serve
as
the
asb
or
like
associated
student
body
secretary
secretary,
okay,.
A
A
A
B
A
A
Okay,
all
right,
so
the
rules
and
protocol
for
public
input,
let's
see
names
will
be
called
and
the
order
appearing.
We
just
have
one
and
when
you
come
up
here,
just
go
ahead
and
state
your
name
and
address
for
the
record.
Each
person
will
have
the
floor
for
a
maximum
of
three
minutes
and
we'll
give
you
a
two
minute
warning,
then
a
one
minute
warning.
Then
the
time
is
up.
A
If
you
would
like
to
give
the
board
more
information
than
time
permits,
please
reduce
your
concerns
to
written
form
and
send
them
to
the
board
clerk.
So
and
then
again,
we
always
specify
that
written
comments
must
include
your
name
address
and
telephone
number.
If
anyone
chooses
not
to
follow
this
protocol,
we
will
give
a
warning
if
it
continues,
we
will
end
the
public
input.
Okay.
So
at
this
time,
I'd
like
to
call
nicole
trickle
up
to
the
podium.
P
All
right
guys,
I
always
have
things
so:
nicole,
traegel
2019,
fairview
avenue
and
caldwell
eight
three,
six,
zero,
five,
okay,
okay,
madam
chair
trustee,
is
dr
french.
I
just
wanted
to
revisit
one
thing
on
the
con
con
sorry
controversial
issues,
code
2340.
last
time
when
I
had
mentioned
some
a
concern
I
had
with
it.
Dr
french
had
mentioned
that
sex
ed
classes
were
opt-in,
but
on
the
new
one
that
was
on
there,
everything
was
only
opt
out,
so
it
only
mentioned.
P
If
you
don't
want
them
to
participate,
here's
what
you
do
and
the
only
form
mentioned
was
an
opt
out
form.
So
I
just
wanted
to
have
clarification
on
that,
because
that's
a
big
difference
than
what
was
mentioned
last
time
that
parents
had
to
give
permission
to
attend,
not
have
permission
to
not
have
to
go.
So
that
was
something
I
just
wanted
to
clarify
on
that
and
also
on
that
same
code,
but
section
9.4
where
it
talked
about
controversial
speakers.
P
It
said
principal
had
to
give
permission
for
the
speaker
to
come,
but
nowhere
did
it
mention
notifying
the
parents
or
getting
permission
from
the
parents
or
an
opt-out.
Anything
to
do
with
the
speakers,
so
I
just
like,
if
it's
a
controversial
enough
speaker,
that
it
falls
in
that
category,
that
you
need
principal
permission,
then
parents
should
be
notified
and
have
the
option
to
also
opt
out
from
a
controversial
speaker
and
then
my
other
thing
was
on
the
school
success.
The
improvement
program.
P
I
like
all
these
good
stories
that
we
hear
from
all
the
cool
things
that
are
happening,
but
I
also
had
concern.
It
said
our
stats
was
only
77
graduation
rate,
which
doesn't
seem
too
bad,
but
it's
still
not
great,
but
then
it
said
only
16
percent
met
the
college-ready
benchmark
on
a
college
entrance
exam
and
to
me
that's
way
more
telling
of
what
we're
doing
in
the
class
than
the
graduation
rate
and
I'm
afraid
that
I
don't
know
if
the
curriculum
is
being
dumbed
down
or
simplified
that
so
many
can
graduate.
P
But
only
16
percent
are
passing
what
should
be
acceptable
for
entering
college
if
they
choose
to
go
to
college
and
when
it
talked
about
the
in
idaho
reading
indicators,
it
said
kindergarten
70,
past
first
grade,
56
percent
were
proficient
then
70
and
30
percent.
For
second
and
third
grade,
but
when
we
got
to
fourth
grade
and
they
did
the
istat
review,
only
44
percent
were
proficient,
so
I'm
not
sure
I
mean.
Obviously
the
iri
is
only
for
a
reading.
P
P
Was
this
document
is
on
the
agenda
under
the
school
improvement
plan?
It
had
the
state
standards
and
it
had
last
year's
and
our
goals
for
this
year,
and
it
said
caldwell
school
district
was
the
person
that
the
document
was
about.
So
it's
on
the
agenda
for
there
and
and
only
28
of
fourth
graders
made
adequate
growth.
It
said
so
I'm
not
sure
what's
happening
in
upper
grades
or
what
we
need
to
do
that.
P
But,
as
I
mentioned
last
time,
I
spoke,
I'm
concerned
with
all
the
other
things
that
are
taking
up
time
during
the
day
with
social
emotional,
which
I
know
is
important.
You
know,
but
in
different
things,
but
if
we're
taking
time
away
from
the
academic
portion
to
where
that
goes,
that's
just
my
concern
as
a
parent
is.
If
my
child
is
oh,
I
kept
looking
but
okay,
okay.
I
A
Is
our
it's
our
consent
agenda,
so
the
board
will
be
asked
to
approve
all
the
following
items
by
a
single
vote
unless
any
member
of
the
board
asks
that
an
item
be
removed
from
the
consent
agenda
and
considered
and
discussed
at
a
later
time.
So
at
this
time
I
would
like
to
ask
for
the
approval
of
the
consent
agenda
unless
we
need
to
pull
something
trustees.
A
So
at
this
time
I
would
like
to
ask
for
a
motion
to
approve
the
items
listed
below,
except
for
item
e
and
item
h.
A
D
A
G
Madam
chair,
so
the
question
on
the
we
were
surplusing.
I
think,
for
example,
from
lewis
and
clark
some
chairs-
and
I
don't
know
if
just
just
wanted
to
triple
check
to
make
sure
that
another
part
of
the
district
couldn't
use
these
chairs
if
they
were
not
working
in
working
order,
or
maybe
the
indian
creek
academy.
You
know
with
our
partnership
with
boys
and
girls
club
if
they
could
use
some
chairs,
like
this.
Q
Thank
you,
sir.
I'm
chair
of
trustees,
christy
manning
all
the
chairs
are
and
and
are
given
that
the
opportunity
to
each
of
the
schools
to
be
put
out.
We
ask
around.
We
send
emails
out
saying
here.
These
chairs
are
available.
Q
Multiple
chairs
are
taken
at
any
given
time
to
go
to
district
office,
boys
and
girls
club
we've
many
times
you
use
chairs
over
there
that
we
we
bring
back
and
the
ones
that
are
no
longer
wanted
by
anybody
in
the
district.
That's
when
they're
they're,
given
out
so
these
chairs
specifically
have
been
given
out.
They
have
been
either
deemed
not
enough
to
make
a
match
whether
they
have
tears
or
stains
in
them.
Q
A
Okay,
thank
you
and
then
student
handbooks.
G
So,
madam
chair,
I
know
we
had
last
the
last
regular
board
meeting
in
august.
We
had
talked
about,
we
tabled
the
hand,
the
student
handbook,
and
so
we
we
had
some
questions
about.
You
know.
Did
the
handbooks
have
the
updated
mission
vision
values
did
they
have?
You
know
updated
policies,
and
that
kind
of
thing,
and
so
I
guess
I
guess
my
question
is-
is
just
for
the
district
as
far
as
processes,
you
know
the
approval
and
printing
process
of
handbooks.
G
A
B
B
A
Okay,
so
do
we
have
a
process
for
like
for
say
for
next
year?
You
know
if
there's
any
changes
just
so
that
those
student
handbooks
are
up
to
date
on
the
first
day
that
school
starts,
we'll
have
a
process
in
place.
Okay,.
A
A
Can
I
get
a
motion
to
approve
item
sure?
Yes,.
G
I
move
that
we
approve
items
e
surplus
and
item
h,
student
handbooks.
A
A
Q
I'm
chair
trustees,
update
caldwell
high
school,
we're
moving
forward
with
auditorium
repairs
in
the
radio
closet,
serena
we've
completed
the
science
classroom,
remodel
and
we're
discussing
the
jim
hvac
and
waiting
for
district
approval.
Jefferson,
middle
school
we've
ordered
the
new
carpet
for
the
tudor
room
and
we've
repaired.
The
exhaust
van
over
the
vice
principal's
office
and
completed
the
the
new
stairs
on
the
west
side
of
the
building
lincoln
elementary.
Q
The
exterior
ladder
to
go
on
the
roof
has
been
ordered
and
we're
just
waiting
for
the
installation.
Sacajawea
the
it's
waiting
administrator
approval.
We've
received
the
beds
back
and
we're
just
waiting
for
a
indian
creek
academy,
we're
looking
into
the
heating
options.
We've
completed
the
gym
the
floor,
painting
we're
just
looking
at
what
type
of
heat
source
we're
going
to
move
forward
with
lewis
and
clark
the
playground
exten
equipment's
been
installed.
Q
Wilson,
elementary,
the
furniture
has
been
installed
and
at
canyon
springs,
we're
still
working
on
the
fence,
damage
that
was
there
and
we're
putting
in
the
new
rooftop
units.
Q
Based
on
or
last
we
took
andrew
and
presentation
last
meeting
and
the
result
the
top
result
was
training.
Was
the
number
one
item
that
we
are
looking
to
do
so
we'll
be
moving
forward
with
presenting
a
tr
agenda
as
far
as
training,
how
we
want
to
put
it
out
and
what
topics
that
we'll
be
looking
to
do
and
that
will
be
presented
on
the
next
meeting.
Q
We
also
just
recently
wasn't
able
to
get
put
on
there,
but
we
were
given
the
latest
baseball
project
from
the
new,
the
baseball
coach
that
we'll
be
looking
into
and
that's
adding
false
turf
around
the
home
plate
and
the
mound
and
some
other
areas
on
the
the
baseball
field,
and
that
will
be
a
phased
out
project
and
that
will
be
able
to
get
more
details
as
we
go
forward.
Just
want
to
give
you
a
heads
up
on
that's
what
we're
looking
to
to
proceed
with.
A
A
You
can
always
go
on
cfeo.org
as
well
to
retrieve
it
and
I
don't
think,
there's
anything
else.
We
need
to
add
to
that
right,
dr
french,
okay
and
then
we
do
have
our
cultural
school
district
calendar
and
important
dates
online
and
those
are
all
marked
of
all
the
I'm
gonna
say
some
important
dates
for
for
us
trustees,
but
you
know
there's
also
a
lot
of
different
dates
that
we
we
need
to
be
aware
about.
A
We
be
aware
of
so
check
that
out
and
that'll
be
on
on
every
board
dock
as
well
or
on
every
agenda,
and
now
we
are
going
into
our
regular
agenda.
So
it
is
item
number
12,
and
so
the
first
item
that
we
have
here-
and
this
is
the
2022
2023
player
and
parent
activities
athletic
manual-
and
we
have
mr
helicare
to
present
on
that.
So
you
are
up,
sir.
A
On
on
the
little
video
thing,
but
not
live
so
welcome,
I
notice
your
beard.
R
All
right
well,
thank
you
for
having
me
dr
french,
asked
me
to
come
in
and
address
any
questions
or
changes
that
we
had
to
the
player
parent
manual
for
athletics.
R
This
year
we
didn't
have
a
ton
of
changes,
so
I
hope
you
guys
had
a
chance
to
look
it
over
if
there
were
any
questions
you
had
about
the
manual.
R
No,
there
were
some
logistical
things
in
here:
some
some
people
changed,
but
in
terms
of
our
policies
we
didn't,
we
haven't
changed
any
of
our
policies.
Those
all
stayed
the
same.
A
C
D
R
So
so
we
implemented
this
as
the
this
will
be
the
fourth
year
that
we've
had
the
same
policies
regarding
grades
and
attendance.
R
R
My
first
year
at
caldwell,
when
I
took
over
there
were
21
of
our
athletes
that
were
ineligible
by
the
ihsa
standard
which,
in
idaho
the
ihsa
standard
for
us,
would
mean
that
they
had
to
pass
five
out
of
seven
classes.
So
there
were
21
kids
that
didn't
didn't
meet
that
standard
from
the
most
previous
grading.
So
that
means
in
the
spring
they
either
failed
three
or
more
classes
this
year,
when
we
ran
the
same
so
in
within
that
right,
so
the
five
of
seven.
R
There
is
no
seven
of
seven
at
that
time,
so
we
weren't
even
addressing
how
many
kids
were
passing
all
their
classes.
We
were
simply
looking
at
the
ihsaa
standard
so
three
years
ago
the
standard
we
passed
was
that
ours
is.
They
have
to
pass
every
class,
there's
no
507,
but
the
ihsa
still
requires
them
to
pass
the
507,
which,
for
us
is
great
as
long
as
they
meet
our
standard,
but
there's
a
window
there
right.
R
So
if
they
passed
five
or
six
of
their
classes,
they
can
petition
with
us
where
I
sit
down
with
them
and
their
vice
principal,
and
we
talk
to
the
teacher
class
that
they
missed
or
that
they
failed,
and
we
look
at
what
caused
them
to
fail
that
class
and
then
it's
kind
of
like
let's
work
through
the
reasons
and
then
let's
work
forward,
so
that
you
don't
fail
those
same
classes
and
some
of
the
things
that
go
along
with
that
are,
if
they're
on
probation,
because
of
that
at
any
point
in
time,
if
they're
failing
in
class
they're
ineligible
immediately,
whereas
everybody
else
has
a
week
to
get
that
grade
up.
R
R
R
Four
of
those
were
transfers
from
out
of
our
district,
so
only
three
of
those
kids
were
actually
from
caldwell
coming
up
through
knowing
our
standards
and
didn't
reach
the
seven
of
or
didn't
reach
the
507..
There
were
23
total
kids
that
petitioned
they
were
in
that
window.
They
passed
five,
six
or
seven
and
all
23
of
those
we
moved.
Actually
there
were
22
of
one
of
them.
We
didn't
wasn't
able
to
pass
through.
R
R
How
do
I
paint
a
bigger,
better
picture
of
this
in
the
past?
Those
kids,
those
20,
those
23
kids-
that
petitioned
with
us
wouldn't
even
have
had
to
petition
they
already
meet
the
ihsaa
standard,
every
one
of
our
kids,
except
for
three
meet
the
ihsa
standard
that
came
out
for
fall
sports
this
year
compared
to
the
21
that
didn't
four
years
ago,
and
they
didn't
even
reach
the
ihsa
standard.
R
So
there's
this
window
that
we're
not
even
we're
not
even
addressing
right,
because
we're
not
looking
at
the
kids
who
are
passing
all
seven,
because
those
don't
even
show
up
on
the
radar.
It's
just
the
ones
who
are
in
that
window,
and
so
our
grades
have
come
just
a
long
ways
in
those
three
years.
A
good
example
is
boys
soccer.
When
we
first
four
years
ago,
their
team
cumulative
gpa
was
below
a
2.0.
It
was
a
1.78
somewhere
in
there
and
now
we're
almost
we're
sporting
like
a
2.4
2.5,
which
is
a
big
deal.
R
G
I'm
sure
I
think
that's
phenomenal
phenomenal
growth
and
improvement
as
we
continue
to
search
for
ways
to
raise
the
academic
issues
to
help
encourage.
A
Absolutely
I'm
glad
to
have
this
implemented,
and
this
was
what
a
work
of
four
years
you
say,
five
years.
R
This
is
the
fourth
year
of
the
new
policy,
and
just
so
we're
100,
clear,
there's
only
there's
only
a
few
reasons.
This
has
all
been
successful.
Honestly,
the
teachers
at
kabul
high
school.
When
we
first
talked
about
this,
they
were
incredibly
happy.
They
were
glad
that
we
were,
you
know,
addressing
the
issue
and
and
don't
get
me
wrong,
there's
times
where
they
don't
want
to
hear
from
that
kid.
R
On
tuesday
afternoon,
when
they've
got
an
email
from
me
or
from
their
coach
says
hey
by
the
way
you
fail
you're
in
biology,
and
you
need
to
go.
Take
care
of
this
and
they're
right
up
there
talking
to
their
biology
teacher
and
they're,
like
oh
wait,
yeah
welcome
yeah,
but
to
their
credit,
our
teachers
are
sticking
around
they're,
taking
the
extra
time
to
work
with
those
kids
because
the
kids
are
putting
in
the
extra
time.
So
it
goes
a
long
ways
and.
A
The
nice
thing
is
that
we
have
stuck
by
this
rule,
and
I
know
that
you
know
during
pandemic.
I
had
lots
of
different
parents
from
different
schools,
would
call
me
and
say:
why'd.
You
guys
cancel,
and
I
said
because
we
have
an
expectation
that
the
kids
didn't
meet
and
they're
like
we
don't
it's
the
pandemic,
we
don't
care
like,
but
we
do.
A
And
so
you
know,
I'm
I'm
proud
that
you
know
we're
keeping
up
with
this
and
and
we
just
didn't
let
it
slide,
because
we
needed
to
make
sure
those
kids
knew
and
knew
that
we
were
sticking
to
our
our
guns
and
and
and
making
sure
that
they
had
to
meet
their
the
expectations
of
this
program.
Absolutely.
R
Well,
in
our
credits,
there's
also
some
credits
that
need
to
go
out
to
like
our
coaches.
It's
it's
a
very
difficult
thing.
When
you're
told
hey,
the
policy
has
changed,
and
now
you
get
a
list
of
30
kids
that
hey
they
might
not
be
playing
tomorrow,
because
they
didn't
take
care
of
things
in
the
classroom
and
three
years
ago.
That
was
really
tough.
F
Yeah
so
yeah,
I
think
as
well
to
the
students
who
rose
up
to
the
challenge.
F
R
There's
some
I
mean
there's
some
incredible
stories
out
there.
A
couple
years
ago
we
had
a
kid
chewie
gonzalez,
I'm
sure
you
guys
remember
him.
He
his
sophomore
year
in
november,
let's
just
say,
he's
done
a
really
good
job
of
getting
himself
into
a
situation
where
it
could
have
gone
really
poorly
and
he
made
really
good
decisions
and
it
ended
up
working
out
really
well
for
him,
and
we've
got
a
lot
of
examples
of
kids
doing
that
kind
of
stuff.
D
R
R
Of
fundraising
and
they're
doing
all
the
stuff
that's
required
of
that.
It's
going
to
make
a
big
difference
on
that
field
and
I
think
next
month
we'll
try
to
get
it
on
the
action
agenda
item
for
you
guys
to
vote
on,
but,
okay,
it
is
going
to
make
a
big
difference
out
there
in
our
facilities.
Slowly
and
surely,
our
facilities
are
looking
better
and
better.
A
A
A
Okay.
So,
dr
french,
oh!
Yes,
oh
action
item!
So
yes
to
approve
it.
Okay,
so
trustees,
I'd
like
to
ask
for
a
motion
to
approve
the
2022-2023
player
and
parent
activities,
athletics
manual.
A
Okay,
to
prove
and
accept
okay
and
second
I'd
like
to
ask
for
a
second
a
second
okay.
I
have
a
motion
and
a
second
trustees,
any
further
discussion.
A
C
C
So
what
you
have
before
you
is
the
continuous
improvement
plan
and
goals
and
metrics
that
we
have
set
as
a
district.
In
our
last
meeting,
we
reviewed
with
you
the
our
goal
to
improve
student
achievement
and
also
recognize
achievement.
I
think
it's
important
that
we
don't
discount
where
our
students
have
been.
There
is
a
lapse
in
data
from
the
state
because
of
the
pandemic.
C
There
were
there's
a
year
with
no
testing,
and
then
there
is
a
bit
of
a
skew
in
data,
but
what
you
see
is
what
the
state
has
provided
on
their
metric
on
their
side
for
our
district
growth
and
then
as
for
the
staff
performance
report,
that
is
a
reflection.
We
submitted
the
same
type
of
staff
performance
report
last
year.
This
and
this
one
is
updated
based
on
the
information
teachers
have
entered
into
their
evaluation
goals.
C
So
if
we
look
at
that,
that's
very
similar
to
how
that
was
reported
last
year.
So
this
is
an
action
item.
If
you
have
questions
we
do,
it
must
be
submitted
by
october
1.,
but
this
gives
us
a
chance.
If
you
have
concerns,
we
can
meet
again
at
the
work
session,
but
I
just
need
to
make
sure
it's
before
you
early.
A
All
right
trustees,
any
questions
for
dr
french.
G
Madam
chair,
I'm
thinking
about
an
article
that
I
read
a
couple
articles
the
last
couple
weeks
about
the
nationwide.
How
test
scores
have
dropped
significantly
and
you
know.
G
That
in
superintendent,
french
and
her
staff
are
working
on
that,
and
so
we
are
aware
of
that.
Well
aware
of
that,
so
I
just
wanted
to
make
that
point.
Okay,.
C
Trustees,
madam
chair
and
trustees,
so
I
just
to
speak
briefly
about
the
cohort,
the
graduation
rate,
that's
for
the
district,
so
that's
a
four-year
cohort
rate.
That's
combination
of
canyon
springs
and
caldwell,
and
there
is
a
reason
we
have
canyon
springs
and
they
serve
students.
Well,
but
not
all
students
graduate
in
four
years.
C
We
know
the
students
at
canyon
springs.
There
are
some
personal
struggles
that
they
may
be
dealing
with
and
but
their
graduation
rate
is
still
considered
in
that
four-year
cohort.
So
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
they
know
how
much
we
appreciate
the
work
they
do
and
that
that
total
cohort
or
that
whole
group
is
considered
so.
A
And
I
know
that
we
have
a
new
program.
Called
canyon
springs
that
you
know
we're
we're
trying
to.
You
know
we're
we're
looking
at
different
ways
that
we
can.
You
know,
create
success
for
our
students-
and
maybe
I
don't
know,
maybe
october
or
maybe
in
november.
A
We
could
have
the
principal
come
in
and
and
see
how
they're
doing
with
that
new
program,
because
you
know
it's
not
like
we're
just
throwing
our
hands
in
the
air
and
thinking
okay,
you
know
this
is
the
way
it
is,
but
no
we're
trying
to
make
improvements
in
those
numbers
and
trying
to
to
work
and-
and
I'm
excited
to
see
what
this
new
program
is
is
happening.
I
think
we
have
one
of
the
on
the
representatives
here
and.
C
C
C
And
you
know
there
was
a
pandemic.
C
C
The
trustees
even
said
that
last
meeting,
yeah,
miss
langen
and
I
miss
langenstein-
is
doing
a
lot
of
work
with
our
instructional
coaches
and
principals,
and
then
we
meet
quite
often
and
of
course,
we'll
give
you
an
update
at
the
work
session
to
let
you
know
where
we're
at
and
we're
seeing
some
really
stronger
numbers
with
the
iri
than
we
have
seen
in
the
past,
which
is
it's
very
it's.
It
makes
you
like,
okay,
it
it's
so
much
nicer
when
you
can
start
here
to
grow
students
right
and.
D
A
That's
great
and-
and
we
knew
during
the
pandemic
too,
I
mean
we
spoke
about
it
when
we
were
meeting
here
night
after
night
after
night.
You
know,
one
of
that
was
one
of
our
biggest
worries
is
that
there
was
going
to
be
some
loss
of
learning
and
you
know,
but
we
had
to
also
make
sure
that
everyone
was
safe
and
so-
and
I
think
that
was
on
the
minds
of
everybody-
you
know
the
districts,
the
school
districts
all
over
the
nation
and
all
over
the
world.
C
Was
reading
a
report
today
that
across
the
nation,
math
is
down
everywhere
the
math?
Yes,
I
think.
C
Read
we're
working
on
that.
We
have
some,
I
feel
like
strong,
professional
development
k-8,
and
then
we
were
we'll
work
with
the
high
school.
We
they
just
met
last
wednesday,
as
a
department
teams
on
one
to
discuss
where
they're
at
their
their
learning
intentions,
success
criteria
so
that
they're
working
on
those
essentials
across
the
the.
What
do
I
say
the
teachers
and
that
are
teaching
math,
one
math,
two
and
math
three
so
well
anyway.
I
just
I
want
to
share
this
is
what
we
have
the
the
stats
that
you
are
the
data.
A
Okay,
yes,
and
then
I'm
also
very
grateful
for
the
opportunities
that
our
our
staff,
our
teachers,
administrators,
were
able
to
take
these
professional
development
courses
that
were
provided
this
last
year
and
to
learn.
You
know
just
the
different
ways
of
how
we
can
beat
this
and
and
you
know,
and
and
that
there's
active
education
of
our
admin
of
our
teachers
and
in
helping
them
be
professionally
developed.
I
think
that's
great
okay,
any
questions.
A
A
C
A
C
Madam
chair
and
trustees,
this
is
the
contract
that
we
have
worked
with
sergeant
peltier
and
I
appreciate
cheryl
sanderson's
help
in
this.
We
we
are.
He
is
assuring
us
that
that
we
will
have
coverage,
but
you'll
see,
there's
a
change
in
it's
a
four
day
week
with
so
it'll,
be
a
four
day
work
week
with
an
officer
covering
on
the
off
day
of
the
sro.
C
C
Madam
chair
vice
chairman
trustees
that
re
recruiting
most
officers
work
a
four-day
work
week,
and
so
they
were
having
a
difficult
time
recruiting
sros
and
we
needed
to
replace
through
two
of
them
two
in
our
district,
and
they
felt
that
that
would
help
in
recruiting
so
that
those
officers
were
working
the
same
four
day
on
type
of
shift.
C
B
D
K
G
C
G
Okay,
so
does
that
I
mean
I
didn't
compare
the
last
contracts
last
year's
contract
with
the
city
of
caldwell
in
this
year's
contract,
and
you
know
the
cost
of
that
and
if
they're,
providing
less
service,
fewer
services
or
less
coverage,
are
we
still
paying
the
same
amount
of
money.
B
G
So
I
guess
I'm
thinking
about,
can
you
maybe
talk
about
the
overlap?
What
do
you
mean
exactly
on
that?
How
that's
going
to
work.
B
B
You
know
they
don't
work
monday
through
thursday,
so
they
overlap
tuesday
friday.
You
know
their
days
because
of
their
own
their
work
week,
number
of
hours
they
can
work
within
their
time
period,
so
they
do
overlap.
And
that's
what
I'm
saying
is
it's
not
like
we're
always
supposed
to
be
one
short
on
fridays
or
mondays.
B
G
Amount
of
money-
and
I
know
that
you
know
we
pay
for
sros-
I
believe
through
levy
levy
monies-
is
that
correct.
C
Yeah,
madam
chair,
and
vice
chairman.
Yes,
that
is
correct:
supplemental
levy
funds,
pay
for
sros.
G
So
that's
critical,
you
know
it's
the
levy
that
we
run
every
couple
of
years,
and
so
we
have
to
think
about
passing
that
levy
again
this
next
spring,
and
so
you
know,
I
think,
about
the
value
of
sros,
and
I
think
there
is
a
huge
value
to
what
they
do
and
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
that
they're
providing
the
services
that
they've
agreed
to
provide
for
many
different
reasons
for
our
kids
for
our
staff
and
because
our
patrons
are
also
paying
for
that
and
and
so
that
answers
my
question.
A
Okay,
all
right,
so
is
this
one
action
also,
okay,
all
right,
so
I
would
like
to
ask
for
a
for
a
motion
to
accept
the
sro
contract
for
2022
to
2023.
A
Okay,
I
have
a
motion
I
like
to
ask
for
a
second
okay.
I
have
a
motion
in
a
second
any
further
discussion.
Hearing,
none
we'll
take
a
vote.
All
those
in
favor,
please
say:
aye,
any
opposed,
nay,
okay,
motion
passes
and
then
next
on
our
agenda
is
the
l-2
tax
levy
and
dr
french.
Or
do
we
we're
going
to
pass
it
to
miss
anderson,
okay,.
E
S
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
in
your
packet,
you'll
see
our
l2,
which
is
the
levy
documentation
that
is
submitted
to
canyon
county,
which
they
then
certify
and
submit
to
the
state
tax
commission
to
be
included
in
the
levies
applied
for
the
22
year,
which
we
will
receive
on
our
tax
notices
that
you
receive
in
december.
S
What
I
would
like
to
point
out,
though,
that
I
think
is,
is
really
beneficial
to
our
patrons
that
we
are
not
allowing
for
the
bond
payments
this
year,
which
is
a
reduction
of
2.3
million,
and
that
is
due
to
the
fact
that
we
have
sufficient
fund
balance
to
meet
the
obligations,
because
the
bonds
are
maturing
they're,
getting
close
to
pay
being
paid
off.
A
S
Correct
we
we
levy
a
fixed
dollar
amount
and
due
to
the
property,
taxing
or
the
property
value
increases
that
the
county
has
experienced
this
year.
The
levy
rate
will
actually
be
considerably
less,
but
due
to
the
increase
of
people's
property
values,
they
may
or
may
not
see
an
actual
reduction
in
the
amount
of
tax,
but
due
to
the
bond
the
fact
that
we
are
not
levying
the
bond
of
2.3
million,
I
do
believe
most
homeowners
in
canyon
county
will
see
a
reduction
in
their
levy.
Total
levy
amount
for
the
school
district
this
year.
A
A
A
D
C
C
We're
just
we're
just
we're
following
our
plan,
and
there
is.
There
are
some
community
events
for
vaccine
clinics
which
the
southwest
district
is
holding,
and
that
is
also
on
the
information
information.
A
A
A
And
the
only
thing
I
had
is
maybe
in
october
or
november,
is
to
have
our
principal
christy
if
she
could
come
in
and
speak
to
on
how
our
new
program
is
going.
Okay
sounds
good.
C
D
B
C
Session
we
have
a
discussion,
there's
more
of
a
interaction
between
the
presenter
and
the
board.
It's
not
just
information,
it's
a
question
answer
and
they
can
run
through.
They
can
take
more
time
and
run
through
the
maybe
some
power
points
or
some
we
can
see
what
kids
are
seeing.
That's
why
I'm
work
session.
C
October
work
session:
what's
this
month's
well,
I
guess
I'm
looking
at.
I
was
just.
C
C
C
Good
yeah,
I
would
also
propose
madam
chair
that
kenny
springs
brings
students.
A
couple
students
who've
experienced
this
just
to
give
to
gave
their
share.
What's
happened,
I
did
I
had
that.
Would.
C
C
Yes,
madam
chair,
first,
the
proposed
policies.
Those
are
policies
that
the
policy
committee
is
looking
at
and
it
grows
ever
longer
because
there's
there's
always
a
request.
Please
review
the
policy,
so
they
are
looking
at
those,
and
I
want
you
to
know
that
they
do
meet
on
the
fourth
wednesday
of
the
month
in
the
after
school.
But
I
also
they
are
they
email
me
throughout
that
time.
C
Look
at
a
policy.
They
may
review
it
during
the
whole
month
and
give
feedback
so
that
they're
ready
for
that.
Oh
yeah
yeah.
That's
really!
I
appreciate
them.
We
did
have.
We
do
have
a
policy
we're
requesting
to
rescind
based
on
isba
updates
policy,
206
charter
schools
they
that
it's
governed
by
state
code,
title
iii,
title
33,
sorry,
chapter
52,
public
charter,
schools
and
our
policy.
C
C
A
C
A
C
C
However,
we
have
seen
that
has
changed
to
where
they
are.
Many
are
authorized
by
the
charter
school
computer
school
commission.
Then
it
goes
on
to
talk
about
timeline
for
establishing
the
charter,
school
and
state
funding.
C
A
C
Elevate
came
and
I'm
trying
to
think
orange
or
what
wasn't
it
for
ford?
I,
the
last
one
I'm
trying
one
in
middleton
pathways
at
a
nampa
that
ended
up
going
to.
A
D
G
C
A
D
D
F
Madam
chair,
I
move
to
rescind
policy
206
charter
schools.
D
A
G
I'm
sure
yes,
I
just
want
to
make
the
point
that
it
doesn't
mean
that
you
know
this
district
would
never
consider
a
charter
school
or
the
charter
school
wouldn't
approach
us.
It
just
means
that
this
is
sort
of
an
antiquated
mechanism
like
it's
it's
redundant
like
it's,
that
state
law
already
requires
these
things,
and
this
is
just
sort
of
like
a
reminder.
Policy
like
oh
by
the
way
in
case
you
haven't,
read
the
state
law.
This
is
kind
of
what
you
need
to
do.
C
Madam
chair
and
trustees,
the
policies
for
first
reading
policy,
1303
policies
and
procedures
to
review
annually,
which
we
these
are
policies
that
actually
say
that
we
should
review
with
the
board
annually.
Okay,
so
we
bring
them
before
you
end
or
well.
Yes,
so
that
you
are,
you
know
if
there
have
been
any
changes
or
if
there's
any
suggestions,
suggested
changes
but
you're
to
review
them
and
you'll
know.
C
I
think,
mrs
burton
I
actually
do
know
that
miss
burton
brought
several
of
the
yes
federal
program
policies
for
you
to
approve
which
they
have
to
be
approved
every
year,
so
that
policy
just
is
addressing
those
that
those
re
that
policies
and
procedures
that
need
to
be
reviewed
annually
and
then
policy,
3255
student
address.
The
policy
committee
is
putting
this
before
you
for
an
update
for
an
up
for
a
revision.
There
have
been
some
changes
that
they
have
recommended
and
you'll
see
those
changes
with
a
strikethrough
or
in
red
additions.
There's
it.
D
C
C
A
C
C
And
then,
as
for
the
tank
tops,
they
were
concerned
that
you
know
they're
not
talking
the
spaghetti
straps,
but
there
are
a
lot
of
young
tops
made
for
young.
Ladies,
that
would
be
some
people
would
say:
well
those
that's
a
tank
top.
C
C
B
D
A
A
A
F
G
F
C
C
G
Yes,
questions
tonight,
dr
french,
do
you
get
the
sense
that
the
staff
would
would
want
to
have
a
dress
code.
C
Thank
you,
madam
chair
vice
chairman
and
trustees.
Yes,
the
com,
the
committee,
I
I
believe
it's
under
the
proposed
policies.
They
are
looking
at
a.
Let
me
see
they
are
looking
at
a
dress
code
for
our
professionals.
So
I'm
looking
to
see
if
that's
on
there.
G
Was
your
sense
that
staff,
or
I
mean
we
had
uniforms,
we
were
sending
that
policy
six
or
seven
years
ago
we
had
student
uniforms,
you
know
a
specific
dress
code
for
schools.
G
You
know,
I
just
wonder
what
would
a
dress
code
enhance
somehow
our
academic
efforts?
I
don't
know.
F
D
B
A
Okay,
all
right,
so
I
would
like
to
to
ask
for
a
motion
to
accept
and
approve
the
first
reading
policies.
A
A
Okay,
and
it
looks
like
we've
gotten
to
our
information
only
october
1st
is
our
is
when
our
sip
is
due.
Continuous
improvement
plan
is
due,
so
we've
approved
it
and
it
will
be
sent
into
the
state
and
then
october
10th
is
indigenous
people's
day
october
13
end
of
the
first
quarter
and
then
parent-teacher
conference
week
october,
24
to
the
27th
and
october
28th
is
no
school
and
just
a
reminder.
Isba
convention
in
coeur
d'alene
will
be
november
9th
through
the
11th.
