If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
So
we
are
going
to
resume
back
into
regular
session
I'd
like
to
ask
for
a
motion
to
adjourn
the
executive
session.
E
B
So
trustee
Corina,
could
you
please
give
us
the
information
after
listening
after.
C
Listening
to
the
information
provided
during
executive
session,
our
decision
regarding
perco
per
Idaho
code
74-2061
B
to
consider
the
evaluation,
dismissal
or
disciplining
of
or
to
hear
complaints
or
charges
brought
against
a
public
officer,
employee
staff,
member,
individual
agent
or
public
school
student.
Employee
number
2022-14-11
is
information
only
okay.
Thank.
B
G
Good
evening
Madam,
chair
and
trustees,
so
we
are
here
to
recognize
or
I
am
honored
to
be
able
to
present
one
of
our
amazing
Caldwell,
High
School,
cougar
Abigail
bear.
G
She
has
used
all
of
her
Advanced
opportunities,
fast
forward,
funding,
every
single
penny
and
then
some
and
so
we're
just
really
really
proud
of
her
and
I'd
love
to
be
able
to
break
that
down
and
how
she's
been
able
to
use
these
funds
if
I
make
so
she
has
taken
eight
Advanced
opportunities,
summer
school
classes,
she's
taken
nine
dual
credit
classes
and
two
two
AP
exams
of
those
nine
dual
credit
classes.
G
She's
earned
31
college
credits
which,
to
put
that
in
perspective,
is
about
a
full
year
of
college
that
she
has
under
her
belt.
So
that's
pretty
awesome.
Just
for
funsies
I
decided
to
do
a
little
extra
math.
Let's
just
say
she
were
too
gone
to
Boise
State
University
at
380.45,
a
credit
she
would
have
spent
as
a
first-year
freshman
11
793.95
that
she
was
able
to
afford
with
fast
forward
funding.
So
I
think
that's
pretty
pretty
awesome.
So
congratulations,
Abigail,
I
think
I
could
speak
on
behalf
of
everybody.
We're.
B
B
Great
yeah
and
we
go
with
you
constant
for
him,
and
what
have
you
got
to
say
yeah?
What
is
your?
How
about
what
advice
to
give
your
classmates
no
or
anybody?
That's
coming
up
the
ranks,
because
we,
the
students,
can
use
fast
forward
money
starting
what
year.
H
I
What's
your
advice
definitely
start
using
it
early
like
take
advantage
of
it
just
in
these
classes,
a
whole
lot
easier,
like,
especially
during
my
senior
project
and
I
started
like
the
first
High
School
class
was
help
and
I
was
one
of
the
first
few
who
passed
it
as
a
sixth
grader,
and
it
made
it
made
her
classes
as
in
high
school,
pretty
much
easier.
J
I
have
a
question
Abigail.
So
are
you
a
senior
this
year?
Yes,
and
what
do
you
hope
to
be
doing
after
graduation.
G
A
I
Used
to
go
ahead
and
make
your
own
homework
classes
to
get
ahead
before
like
a
normal
school
year
so
like
as
a
sophomore
I
was
taking
history
too.
B
Okay,
well,
thank
you
for,
for
taking
advantage
of
that.
That's
great!
That's!
Some
good
good
money,
just
financing.
J
H
B
Come
on
up
and
take
a
picture
with
us
and
are
your
parents
here,
yes,
yeah,
come
on
up
and
get
a
picture.
F
So
Madam
chair
yeah,
so
next
week
we
would
like
to
recognize
our
boys
boys,
soccer
team.
J
N
You
know,
first
of
all,
if
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
Dr
French
School
Board
couple
High,
School,
John,
Alex,
Hubble
Community
this
year,
we're
very
very
blessed.
We
were
very.
We
had
a
great
great
team
this
year,
I
mean
as
we
continue.
N
We
try
to
strive
to
be
to
be
the
best
every
year
and
and
put
all
the
efforts
in
you
know
for
the
for
the
community
not
doing
this
for
ourselves,
but
every
one
of
you,
parents
and
you
know
faculty-
it's
always
nice-
to
bring
the
blue
trophy
all
home
to
Caldwell
High
School
this
year,
we're
very
fortunate.
We
actually
posted
a
20
20
wins
your
loss
of
the
one
tire
record,
which
is
the
best
record
ever
recorded
at
Caldwell
High
School
this.
N
This
team
also
scored
a
total
97
goals
and
only
allowed
nine.
We
were
very
fortunate.
This
year
we
didn't
even
we
didn't
Trail
the
single
game
at
all.
So
basically,
we
were
never
behind
every
one
minute
of
a
big
ball
game.
These
boys
persevered
and
brought
home
the
blue
trophy,
which
is
our
ultimate
goal
for
every
year,
but
but
no
I
was
I'm
gonna.
N
Let
some
of
these
boys
say
something
I
mean
it
was
like
I
said
it
was
a
great
year
that
we
couldn't
have
done
it
without
our
guys
to
support.
Thank
you
so
is
Sam
is
Sam
here.
Samuel
is
not
here.
B
O
B
N
He
is
actually
not
here,
but
oh,
but
we
got
another
speaker
here.
O
B
O
Think
I
could
speak
for
all
our
teammates
when
I
think
that
we
went
in
with
confidence
that
we
were
gonna
have
a
good
season
and
we
all
kind
of
knew
in
the
back
of
our
heads
that
the
estate
title
is.
A
N
So
right
now
we
have
it's
a
and
then
he's
working,
Sam
he's
actually
at
a
basketball
practice,
and
then
we
also
had
in.
N
O
That's
our
districts,
okay,.
N
N
Championships,
we
got
the
boys
at
JV,
District
Championship.
We
won
districts
for
for
our
conference
and
then
we
also
brought
in
the
same.
Q
B
H
Q
N
So
Jose
and
Charlie
were
actually
our
Defenders
okay
Axel
plate
forward
and
then
Midfield,
and
then
he
actually
played
nephew
as
well
too.
O
Q
A
B
So
we
we.
N
Have
our
like
I
said
our
JV
team
won
districts
and
we
have
some
younger
some
younger
kids
coming
up
the
pipelines.
Coach
actually
Butler
was
actually
part
of
our
coaching
staff
this
year
as
well
too.
So
so
it's
the.
H
N
C
Good.
Thank
you
all
right.
I
used
to
coach
with
Tony
coach,
the
daughter
him
and
I
co-star
doctors
and.
N
H
B
M
D
D
H
P
N
B
Let
you
know
that
each
school
has
a
has
a
liaison
representing
your
spoke,
and,
if
you
didn't
know,
it's
probably
Toriano
from
a
couple
high
school
and
we
have
ume
from
Canyon
Springs
so
and-
and
we
just
have
them
in
case-
if
there's
something
they
want
to
talk
about
student
council
what's
going
on
with
the
school,
if
there's
any
concerns
or
anything
like
that,
so
if
you
guys
ever
have-
and
you
know
something-
you
want
to
bring
up
talk
to
your
Liaisons
and
and
they
have-
we
give
them
a
little
bit.
B
B
Okay,
thank
you.
So,
at
this
time,
let's
see,
I
have
okay,
I.
Believe.
The
next
item
that
we
have
is
a
patron
input
so
work.
If
we
have
anything
as
far
as
picture
neighborhood.
B
And
so
government
students-
this
is
pictured.
Input
is
a
time
during
our
meeting
where
you
can
anybody
in
the
community
can
come
and
speak.
They
have
three
minutes
to
speak.
It
has
to
be
something
that
is
related
to
an
agenda
item,
so
they
can
come
in
and
speak.
This
is
going
to
be
on
your
quiz,
but
they
can
come
and
speak
in
three
minutes
if
they
can,
but
they
come
up
here
they
speak
their
name.
B
It
has
to
be
something
that
has
that
is
specific
to
an
agenda
item
and
also
it's
got
to
be
very
respectful.
Okay,
so
just.
B
So
I
don't
have
any
any
patreon
input
tonight.
Okay,
thank
you.
Next,
on
the
agenda
is
our
consent
agenda
so
for
this
portion
we
may
take
action
to
approve,
deny
amend,
modify
or
postpone
action
on
any
of
the
items
listed
below.
B
So
this
time,
I'd
like
to
ask
the
board
if
I
can
get
a
motion
to
approve
all
of
the
items
by
a
single
boat
unless
there's
a
member
up
here
of
the
board,
who
would
like
to
ask
for
an
item
to
be
removed
from
the
consent
agenda
and
be
considered
and
discussed
at
a
later
time
during
this
meeting
so
trustees?
Do
you
have
anything
that
you'd
like
to
have
discussed
it
later.
B
Okay,
so
duly
noted
item
I
benefit
contract
documents,
we're
going
to
pull
it
for
a
discussion
for
a
little
bit
later
here,
so
trustees,
any
other
items
you
like
to
pull
okay.
So
if
I
can
ask
for
a
motion
to
approve
the
content
agenda,
minus
itemized.
C
Madam
chair
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
approve
the
consent
agenda,
excluding
item
I.
B
B
A
Yeah,
thank
you,
temperature,
but
I.
Just
I
just
wanted
to
pull
this
specific
and
we
talked
a
lot
about
our
facilities
and
what's
going
on
with
our
facilities-
and
this
was
a
large
contract,
almost
three
quarters
of
a
million
dollars
and
so
I
thought
it
would
be
good
for
us
to
pull
it
and
have
a
little
bit
of
discussion
then
and
input
for
the
patrons.
So
they
can
understand
what
this
Monday
is
being
used
for
and
why
it's
necessary.
So
I
had
asked
Dr
brunch
after
she
did
elaborate
a
little
bit
more
so.
E
Well
trustee
Butler
mentioned
this
is
a
significant
project.
It
is
adding
Computing
and
air
conditioning
to
the
gym
at
ceremia.
This
wasn't
easy
fix
based
on
the
construction
of
the
existing
building.
E
And
removed
to
put
the
new
units
in
then
or
the
the
ductwork,
the
rafters
and
the
way
the
design
is
of
the
Dome.
We've
had
to
put
that
both
units
on
the
ground
outside
and
duck
them
up
the
wall
into
the
into
the
space,
and
so
up
above
where
the
work
for
the
ductwork
is
it's
requiring
catwalks
and
safety
parts
of
the
such.
So
that's
an
additional
cost.
E
E
Going
back
to
all
this
stuff
themselves:
okay,
because
the
space
Also
we've
had
to
through
that
powerful
and
do
some
things
to
make
space
for
down
on
the
ground
where
we're
going
to
have
to
go
ahead
and
make
use
of
the
space
it
is
bringing
outside
air.
In
the
past,
there
was
only
very
very
small
exhaust
fans,
I.
E
B
E
Here
to
come
in
also,
it's
never
had
going
before
so
that'll
be
a
bad
feature.
That
being
said,
that
the
heat
is
just
for
the
gym,
we're
still
addressing
the
boiler
himself
and
the
heat
throughout
the
rest
of
school.
But
this
is
a
good
way
to
start
the
project
and
he
has
to
just
the
timing,
the
cost
of
construction
everything.
So
it's
unfortunate
that
it's
that
much,
but
that's.
P
Know
anything
you
want
to
add.
No,
no
I
think
the
only
comment
I
would
say
is
it's
really
important,
I
think
from
an
air
quality
standpoint,
as
we
all
know
that
gymnasium
is
used
for
quite
a
few
classes,
and
so
not
only
do
we
want
to
protect
the
floor
from
further
damage
and
leaking,
but
also
to
expand
the
use
of
that
gymnasium
throughout
the
school
day.
So
I
think
this
will
be
a
huge
Improvement
to
the
facility.
B
E
E
A
I
think
that,
just
as
a
final
thought,
I
think
it's
good
for
us
to.
You
know
to
educate
ourselves
on
what
these
numbers
look.
At
again,
we
talked
a
lot
about
facilities.
What
the
needs
are-
and
this
is
just
one
gym
of
one
one
school
of
the
many
schools
and
buildings
that
we
have,
and
here
it
is,
you
know,
almost
a
million
dollars
just
just
for
that.
A
E
To
be
addressed
as
well
as
the
west
side
of
the
building
on
the
east
side,
we
have
to
replace
some
of
the
routines,
but
we're
trying
to
coordinate
that
with
the
replacement
units
trying
to
do
the
roof
at
the
same
time.
So
we
are
so
you
know
each
trip
I'm
not
going
to
redo
anything
so
I'm
going
to
put
it
together
as
one
one
package.
B
Okay,
that's
great
it's
good
to
see
this
we're
getting
some
maintenance
done
on
our
on
our
old
school.
Okay.
H
B
So
then
we
have
that
item
I
on
our
consent,
agenda
or
approval.
If
I
could
ask
for
a
motion
to
approve
item
I.
B
P
E
Is
at
the
high
school
and
we're
still
working
on
the
auditorium
right
now
is
a
difficult
time
to
schedule
anything.
It's
all
the
events
and
everything
going
on,
but
we
are
waiting
for
the
Hoist
to
be
replaced.
The
curtain
will
be
replaced
and
the
front
portion
of
the
orchestra
pit.
The
stage
has
been
finished
in
between
it,
but
we're
still
addressing
the
front
portion
of
the
pet
itself.
E
The
radio
closet
for
the
Emergency
Services
has
been
complete
and
we're
waiting
for
a
fire
to
do
a
final
inspection.
The
clearance
on
that
during
the
Middle
School.
We
talked
about
the
gym
project,
Jefferson,
Middle,
School.
The
carpet
has
been
put
into
the
computer
room
and
the
lighting
has
been
put
to
the
rear
of
the
building.
E
We're
also
looking
at
some
other
projects
over
there,
which
we'll
be
bringing
to
the
so
Lord
shortland
secondary
elementary
still
waiting
to
schedule
a
week
with
golf.
So
we
can
discuss
the
funds
that
he
sets
them
aside.
We're
still
taught
if
he
wants
to
be
decided
or
not
so
we'll
move
on
and
there's
a
decision
that's
been
made.
H
E
That
project
that
we'll
be
looking
at
and
we'll
be
looking
to
put
that
under
Easter
funds
when
the
time
comes
to
that
Mr
Clark
to
play
with
grounds.
E
E
Some
of
the
older
bathrooms
were
that
were
designated
at
the
beginning
when
the
schools
were
built
required
to
sensor
the
batteries
and
so
we're
trying
to
go
back
to
traditional
sinks
that
are
that's
maintenance
and
more
maintenance
friendly.
So
we're
trying
to
phase
those
out
as
we
go
down
the
road
attach
the
first
one
and
now
we're
just
working
with
Cody
making
sure
we
have
enough
what
else
hand
Springs.
We
just
wait
for
the
schedule,
the
fence
repairs.
We
got
the
quotes
from
yeah,
so
we'll
be
moving
forward.
B
Okay
and
then
information
items,
let's
say
we
have
the
cfbo
financial
update.
That
is
just
information.
Only
like
I
said
before
you
can
go
on
to
cfbo.org
and
get
get
those
reports.
You
can
also
find
them
in
in
your
boardroom
packet,
and
then
we
have
the
Caldwell
School
District
calendar
an
important
days.
That
is
also.
B
M
Okay,
good
evening,
Madam,
chair
and
trustees
tonight
we
just
wanted
to
present
you
really
quickly
about
Latinos
in
Action
what
it
is,
and
then
the
students
also
have
a
short
presentation.
Latinos
are
now.
Actually
can
you
guys
hear
me?
Okay,
look.
Hands,
In
Action
is
a
leadership
program
for
secondary
students.
The
program
takes
an
asset
based
approach
to
focus
on
self-development,
College
and
Career,
Readiness,
community
service
and
Leadership.
The
structure
of
the
program
has
four
components.
M
A
D
M
Of
the
road
students-
or
they
call
them
the
invisible
students
who
participate
in
school
without
necessarily
being
fully
engaged
and
then
30
percent
are
kind
of
your
lower
Achievers
or
they
call
them
the
untapped
potential.
These
are
the
most
at-risk
students
who
have
valuable
assets
but
are
not
perhaps
applying
them.
M
M
The
third
component
is
a
partnership
with
an
elementary
school
where
the
Latinos
in
Action
students
go
once
or
twice
a
week
to
mentor
and
tutor
Elementary
students,
and
then
the
fourth
component
is
the
curriculum
itself.
Latinos
in
Action
curriculum
standards
cover
Community,
Development,
personal
development,
professional
development
and
Multicultural
development,
so
in
other
words,
the
intent
is
that
these
students,
in
the
program
in
the
class
that
they
become
ambassadors
in
our
community
and
out
so
are
you
finding
the
presentation,
kiwi.
B
So,
let's
see
who
wants
to
talk
first,
tell
me
your
name:
what
what
school
you
go
to
and.
S
What
grade
you're
in
sure
actually
I'm
the
teacher.
S
How
did
you
anime
I'm,
the
teacher
of
Rushford
for
Latinos
in
Action,
yeah
I
work
with
I
mean
she's,
my
supervisor
I'm
an
ell
teacher
as
well
after
high
school
at
the
high
school?
Okay?
Yes,
okay-
and
these
are
my
students
here
they
all
have
leadership
positions
and
we
were
hoping
to
have
their
power
points,
so
we
could
speak
more
eloquently,
but.
S
Off
the
cuff
as
well,
this
is
good
practice
for
them.
Let
me
introduce
Gillette,
she
is
our
president
currently
and
then
we
have
parents
she's
our
historian
and
Araceli
is
the
secretary
we're.
S
I
D
B
B
G
K
B
S
B
S
Okay,
we
wanted
Karen
to
talk
more
firsthand
about
her,
the
tutoring
experience,
because
that's
really
a
big
component
of
a
program.
Every
Thursday
students
go
from
CHS
over
to
Washington
on
a
bus,
tutor
designated
students
at
the
elementary
and
then
come
back
over
within
the
you
know,
the
57
minute
walk.
B
R
Didn't
get
one
either
worker
or
fifth
grader
or
second
grade.
It
depends.
H
R
I
currently
have
a
fourth
grader
and
we
I'm
currently
teaching
him
reading,
and
then
we
help
them
like
and
because
some
of
them
originally
only
talk
Spanish,
okay,.
Q
H
I
K
R
H
B
That's
good,
and
you
know
it's
it's
great-
that
you're
showing
them
leadership
qualities.
You
know,
because
they
don't
know
who
you
are
for
how
they
know
you
could
be.
You
know,
do
my
hair's
daughter
or
something
they
don't
know,
but
the
fact
that
you're
coming
in
there
and
being
a
mentor,
that's
so
what.
S
S
With
we
have
the
ushers,
we
had
a
sponsor
to
Bonnie
donate
to
seven
thousand
dollars
so
part
of
the
money
it
went
to
shirts
so
that
the
students
have
them
to
tutor
every
Thursday
with
and.
H
S
B
That's
awesome,
I
know,
I,
think
I
saw
those
when
Dr
Greece
was
in
in
town
and
and
I
thought
who
'd
you
get.
So
let's
get
those
shirts.
That's.
I
S
Currently,
we
have
about
I
would
say:
17
students
and
Dr
Enriquez
came
on
Friday
he's
the
founder
from
Salt
Lake
and
he
congratulated
us.
He
said
we
have
a
good
group
of
students
and
he's
encouraging.
You
think
that
we're
only
going
to
be
able
to
grow
and
maybe.
H
S
Like
two
class
periods
next
year,
we'll
see
if
students
do
need
to
apply,
and
that
shows
that
it's
it's
a
pretty
rigorous
process.
So
we
have
to
see
where
we
are
with.
D
S
Showed
a
video
like
in
Miami
and
New
York
get
California
it's
all
over,
but
he
said
that
we're
one
of
the
first
ones
here
in
our
area,
so
he
was
hoping
that
through
us
we
can
grow
to
other
schools.
Okay,.
C
B
M
M
R
B
A
I
was
curious
about
the
the
students
that
you've
got
a
mentor.
You
know
how
are
they
selectives?
What's
that
process,
look
like.
K
M
J
B
H
J
B
B
H
M
K
J
J
B
E
Yeah,
like
you
said,
I'm
Patrick,
correct
school
counselor
at
Caldwell,
High
School,
but
I'm
gonna.
Let
the
students
go
ahead
and
talk.
That's:
okay,
okay,.
R
I'm,
a
sophomore
I
attended
the
color
you
from
the
September
I
believe
and.
R
R
We
also
got
to
speak
with
a
CSI
student.
She
was
an
international
student,
so
when
I
remember,
she
had
questions
to
be
answered.
Answer
us
during
that
session
and
try
to
make
our
voice
turn
because
as
leaders
and
then
we
also
got
to
connect
from
students
from
other
schools
like
elevates.
K
E
J
R
R
R
And
the
next
part
is
about
individual
takeaways.
We
also
were
going
to
have
Hector
Ramirez
Ramirez
and
he
couldn't
make
it
today.
I
believe
11th
grade
he's
in
11th
grade
during
he
said
during
the
ice
papers.
It
had
a
big
impact
on
me
to
see
that
other
people
felt
the
same
way
about
problems
they
have
at
their
school.
R
It
supports
for
students
to
have
their
own
voice
heard,
and
the
uniform
is
a
good
opportunity
for
that
to
happen,
and
then
we
also
had
another
student
who
couldn't
help
me
come,
and
her
name
was
Marissa
Molina
she's
in
the
11th
grade
as
well.
We
and
then
she
said
we
all
relate
to
something
tomorrow
in
our
community,
and
it
is
our
job
to
make
a
difference.
B
I
Go
ahead:
okay,
so
our
Cheyenne
berza
I
also
attended
the
Youth
Forum.
So
for
my
personal,
take
away
from
Youth
Forum
was
that
we
were
nominated
from
Administration
from
our
school
and
so
I
thought
that
was
really
important,
and
that
was
like
really
like
special
to
me,
because
it
made
me
notice
that
others
saw
that
I
was
a
leader
and
it
actually
wanted
makes
me
want
to
like
be
more
and
do
more
like
to
help
out
with
that
that
they
believed
that
we
could
make
changes.
I
R
I
Okay
so
so
the
problem
was,
our
problem
was
the
the
mood
I?
Guess
it's
when
students
first
get
to
school,
it's
very
early
in
the
morning
and
as
teenagers
don't
like
waking
up
early
so.
T
I
It's
Austin:
where
is
your
ID,
or
do
you
have
an
ID?
Can
you
get
a
sticker
and
that's
not
how
anyone
wants
to
start
their
day,
even
though
that's
on
them,
but
so
that
would
impact
some
students
negative
in
a
negative
way
and
and
make
the
students
feeling
welcome.
So
we
decided
to
do
a
good
morning
project
so
more
about
our
project.
Is
we
want
to
greet
our
students
at
both
of
our
main
entrances?
H
H
R
It's
going
to
be
positive,
upbeat
school,
appropriate
music.
It's
going
to
help
everyone
help.
Everyone
walk
in
through
the
door
feel
welcome
at
CHS
and
start
their
day
in
a
pop
me.
H
R
B
C
Because
I
would
have
hard
nowadays
and
it's
sometimes
those
parents
are
adults,
don't
see
that
all
the
time
and
I
think
what
you're
doing
is
is
very
positive
for
our
kids
or
my
kids
anyway,
and
anybody
else
who
has
kids
here
yeah,
because
I
think
I
think
every
all
the
kids
need
that
they
need
that
social
interaction
that
you
missed
for
a
couple
years
and
I
think
you're
doing
a
good
job.
B
You
know
and
then
also
just
teaching
us
how
to
be
better
people
and
and
because,
when
you
grow
up
and
you
go
to
work,
you're
gonna
have
to
follow
rules
and
there's
going
to
be.
You
know
if
you.
H
B
O
B
You
know,
sometimes
being
there
by
eight,
is
going
to
be
a
definite
whether
you
have
a
job
or
not,
but
you
know
always
being
kind.
It's
it's
really
important,
and
even
as
a
57
year
old,
lady
old
old
lady,
you
know
sometimes
like
when
I
went
to
work
today
and
somebody
said
hey,
you
know
what
you're
this,
this
adventure
that
you've
been
on
this
experience
that
you've
been
on,
even
though
it
wasn't
the
best.
B
You
know
outcome,
but
I'm,
just
really
proud
of
you
and
I
was
like
Wow
and
the
fact
that
she
was
kind
it
just
really
made
my
day
and
and
it
and
it
affects
people
that
are
older,
that
we
should
be
harder.
You
know
our
should
say
already
be
sad,
but
it
does
affect
us.
So
you
know
for
a
young
kid,
that's
going
through
a
lot
and
teenager
you
know.
Emotionally,
you
know
your
hormones
are
raging
or
whatever
it's
it's
good.
B
It's
it's
a
really
good
thing
and
I
think
that
you
guys
can
make
a
positive
impact.
So
that's
awesome.
P
J
It
after
I'm
really
impressed
because
I
think
that
all
it
takes
sometimes
is
that
one
moment
of
kind
words
or
the
uplifting
music,
the
positiveness,
that
you
want
to
project
to
the
students
as
they
enter
the
building
can
change
the
entire
day.
For
that
particular
student,
who
might
have
come
in
in
a
really
bad
place,
and
you
are
the
change
agents
and
you
can
make
a
change
in
that.
One
person
that
one
class
that
one
group
and
it's
an
extremely
powerful
thing
and
I
really
applaud
you
for
what
you've
come
up
with
as
a
solution.
H
H
L
I
interact
with
students.
I
got
this,
my
son
went
with
them,
so
I
was
asking
him
that
day.
You
know
how'd
it
go
Isaac
and
he
was
Mom.
It's
you.
H
L
A
little
leather
at
work
behind
it
and
I
said
what
do
you
mean?
So
he
explained
everything
to
me
and
like
I,
really
like,
took
that
to
heart
and
I'm,
like
I,
can't
be
making
people's
day
horrible
like
I'm,
just
trying
to
eat
across,
like
you
have
to
have
this,
and
that
and
sure
you
know
everybody,
but
at
the
same
time
it
was
Stephanie,
look
at
look
at
what
they
knew
and
can
you
make
their
day
good
before
you
start
nagging
on
them
in.
L
Anyway,
every
day,
I
think
I
I
walk
into
work
and
I.
Thank
you.
Guys.
I
really
do
because
I
needed
to
know
that
and
I
look
at
how
I
can
become
a
better
person
not
only
to
my
students
as
they
walk
in,
but
also
to
everyone
that
I'm
meeting
and
just
being
conscious
of
like
yeah.
Just
what
I'm
saying
and
what
I'm
doing.
H
L
B
H
B
H
F
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
So,
as
per
Idaho
code,
it's
the
board.
Has
the
board
is
required
to
approve
the
measures
of
student
academic
success,
as
you
can
see,
listed
in
board
docs,
it's
taken
directly
out
of
code.
The
board
approved
this
last
year
and
I'm
asked
Keely
to
put
it
on
again
this
year,
just
to
be
sure
that
if
there's
ever
a
question,
the
board
has
approved
these.
F
These
assessment
tools
that
may
be
used
for
measuring
student
achievement
and
growth
and
I
will
let
you
know
that
teachers
are
using
these
measurements.
We
have
not
had
anyone
submit
a
personal
or
a
sorry,
an
iplp
teachers
goals.
No
teachers
have
submitted
a
goal
that
did
not
meet
this
requirement.
H
F
Thank
you,
madam
chair
and
trustees.
So
we,
this
is
as
an
agenda
item
every
month
for
every
meeting
there
is
they
I
did
not
receive
any
updates
from
Southwest
District
Health.
So
it's
just.
There
is
no,
it's
just
information
only
and
it
has
there's
been
no
update
since
last
month.
F
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
So
first
proposed
policies.
That's
just
to
let
you
know
the
policies
that
have
are
coming
before
the
policy
committee
Part
B
request
to
rescind
we
have
three
policies
here:
we'd
like
to
Res,
ask
to
the
board
to
rescind
policy:
360.
superintendents,
exceptional
staff
service
recognition
fund,
I,
inquired
of
Miss
Sanderson.
If
she
was
aware
of
this
exceptional
staff
service
recognition
fund,
she
was
not
aware
of
that.
F
I
have
we
came
across
the
policy
and
I
can
say
that
I
have
never
I've,
never
used
a
fund
like
this,
and
she
was.
She
could
not
see
it
in
the
history.
So
when
we
do
recognize
staff,
we
recognize
everyone
when
it
comes
to
a
monetary
recognition.
So
that
is
the
reason
for
the
ask
for
to
resend
it.
The
next
one
is.
The
policy
is
policy
407,
family
medical
leave.
It
was
replaced
by
policy
5410
in
June
of
this
year
and
then
policy
608.5,
awarding
high
school
credit
for
courses
taken
before
ninth
grade.
F
Okay
yeah.
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
for
first
reading
we
have
before
the
trustees
policy
1105
the
Caldwell
Caldwell
School
District
trustee
zones.
It
is
to
replace
policy
240,
the
previous
School
District
trustee
zones.
Miss
Cheney,
has
contacted
the
county
and
City
to
make
with
when
we've
rezoned.
F
F
The
next
policy
we
have
is
1420
trustee
expenses,
it's
to
replace
policy
to
226
compensation
for
expenses,
and
this
is
in
reimbursing
trustees
when
they
have
an
expense
policy,
2340,
controversial
issues
and
academic
freedom.
It
was
a
revision
policy,
2700,
High,
School,
graduation
reviewed
and
then
we
policy,
2700p
High
School,
graduation
requirements.
It's
a
revision!
F
We
if
you'll
recall
the
board,
increase
the
high
school
graduation
by
including
an
another
year
of
U.S
history,
and
so
we
need
to
update
the
policy
to
reflect
the
changes
in
graduation
requirements
and
also
to
reflect
that
the
ISAT
is
no
longer
required
to
graduate.
H
H
O
F
Yes,
I
I
I
can
see
with
the
recent
changes
in
the
law
that
this
sentence
would
would
read
better.
This
does
not
preclude
giving
impartial
viewpoints
on
both
sides
of
the
issues
to
an
abortion
or
use
a
birth
control
methods.
Would
you
agree
with
that?
Trustee
Butler?
Just
so
we
just
need
to
strike
out
such
as
the
right
to
this
I
think
I
would
agree
with
him.
The
law
those
law
has
changed
and
I
appreciate
that
he
attended
the
conference
the
sessions
on
school
law.
F
H
F
B
B
Okay
sounds
good,
so
when
we
do
the
approval
just
make
sure
that
we,
when
we
do
the
motion,
add
that
do
you
want
to
do
you
want
to
do
when
you
do
the
motion?
Sure,
okay,
so
then
I
just
had
one
one
other
little
thing:
let's
see
because
I
was
reading
my
zone
property
and
you
know
okay.
H
B
It's
just
a
misspelling,
but
on
the
second
page,
section
e
trustee
Zone
number
five.
That
would
be
me
line
number
15.
If
you
go
down
two-thirds
of
the
way
there's
it
says
part
of
the
let's
see,
Avenue
two
blink
Street
Blaine
doesn't
have
a
knee
on
it,
but
do.
J
B
Okay,
so
any
other,
are
we
ready?
Are
we
ready
for
a
motion?
Okay,
do
you
want
to
do
the
motion
sure,
okay,.
T
Madam,
chair
I
moved
to
approve
policies
as
listed
for
first
reading
with
the
correction
or
strikeout
