the
legislative
session
started,
Monday
to
play
with
local
official
day
we
went
up
met
with
full
senator
occurs
in
representative
westwood.
We
did
bring
up
again
the
alcohol
dabc
issue
either.
One
of
them
will
then
the
bill
or
they're
going
to
put
it
on
with
another
related
babc
bill
and
other
than
that
it
was
great
met
with
some
leadership.

Stewart
economic
development,
mayor
and
council,
it's
been
quite
a
while,
since
we've
had
business
introductions
of
companies
in
the
city
for
a
while,
we
were
bringing
some
of
these
businesses
here
to
introduce
themselves
to
you
and
tell
you
about
themselves.
We're
going
to
pick
that
up
again.
Have
them
come
to
the
action
meetings
for
a
few
minutes.

addition
to
that,
myself
and
Cameron,
along
with
Councilman
isomer
representing
the
Business
Resource
Center
and
represented
from
the
Chamber
of
Commerce,
are
going
to
those
businesses
to
introduce
ourselves
talk
about
some
of
the
resources
in
the
community
to
help
them
succeed
here
and
introduce
to
you
tonight,
David
Whitmore
of
cedar
sports.
We've
asked
him
to
come
up
and
talk
about
his
company
for
about
five
minutes,
and
if
you
have
any
questions
for
him,
that
does
something
we're
looking
forward
to
so
David.

that

So
I
guess
I'm
just
want
to
tell
you
a
little
bit
about
our
business
I
own
cedar
sports
I'm,
one
of
the
owners
there's
another
owner
named
Jackson
had
early.
It's
just
100
yards
down
the
street
from
here,
and
we
opened
about
two
and
a
half
months
ago,
almost
three
months
ago,
and
we
do
mostly
ski
rentals
and
snowboard
rentals
and
and
then
we
also
do
outdoor
retail,
mostly
skiing
and
snowboarding
equipment,
geared
coats.

Hats
gloves
and
things
like
that
right
now,
I
guess
what
may
be
of
most
interest
to
you
is
where
we're
trying
to
go
with
our
plans
with
the
business
and
where
we
want
ahead
as
move
in
the
summer.
Will
trade
over
to
more
summer
outdoor
gear
and
rental
we'll
be
doing
capping
climbing
hiking,
backpacking
canyoneering
stuff,
like
that
and
along
with
that,
will
also
be
running
scenic
day,
tours
mostly
focused
on
participants
to
the
Etosha
experience
festival.

In
the
three
months
that
we've
been
open,
Cedar
City
has
been
very
supportive,
as
you
has
been
very
supportive
and
we've
actually
tripled
the
projections
that
we
had
made
going
into
it.
So
we're
very
pleased
with
with
how
serious
we
had
received
us
and
we
look
forward
to
to
doing
our
best
for
buying
a
good
service
for
Cedar
City.

And
it's
in
and
so
in,
in
in
rock
climbing
and
in
canyoneering,
where
we'd
rent
things
like
harnesses
and
shoes,
we
don't
rent
things
like
ropes,
because
we
can't
know
what
happens
so
then
we
can't
read
those
out.
So
there
are
things,
though,
like
shoes
that
are
that
we
can
rent
and
we
can
expect
a
shoe,
and
it's
not
you
know
if
a
shoe
brakes
on
somebody,
it
won't
kill
them.
You
know
so
things
like
that
are
things
we
can
write
down
anything
else.

We
were
very
interested
in
doing
that,
but
the
problem
that
we
ran
into
is
that
with
the
online
industry
taking
up
so
much
of
upsells
people
like
nike
and
under
armour
and
Reebok
and
adidas,
they
don't
want
to
work
with
the
store
as
small
as
ours.
So
we
actually
that
was
actually
the
first
route
we
went
and
we
apply
for
applications
to
work
with
them
and
they
said
sorry
you're
too
small
I'll.

So
hopefully
you'll
find
that,
if
not
when
the
Mantis
finally
money
to
pay
so
pay
for
that.
So
just
to
let
you
know
on
that
also
a
couple
weeks
ago
we
started
the
recharge
at
south
ozone,
water
recharge
with
a
project
out
of
the
airport
and
a
lot
of
water
coming
off
the
mountain.
Even
with
this
cold
weather
we're
getting
a
lot
of
water
out
there,
we're
putting
in
about
15
acre
feet
a
day
into
there
and
the
ponds
are
almost
full,
so
we're
gonna
have
to
start
coming
back
a
little
bit.

Coal
creek
is,
you
know,
I
think
everybody
sees
what's
going
on
out.
There
got
a
very
good
contractor
working
on
it,
he's
pushing
really
hard
to
get
it
done
by
the
15th
March.
That's
the
deadline
when
the
irrigator
swamped,
their
water
and
I-
think
he's
going
to
make
it
this
next
week,
he's
probably
going
to
be
starting
on
putting
in
the
new
wood
very
split.

directly
onto
north
cedar,
Boulevard,
but
part
of
the
trail
will
get
tore
out
right
by
the
wood
fairy
split
in
order
to
accommodate
the
new
or
very
split,
but
it's
in
the
contract
to
put
that
back
in
and
then
there
will
be
a
sidewalk
going
in
on
the
north
side
of
the
channel
above
the
wood
very
split
that'll
connect.
This
two
ends
of
the
sidewalk
that
we're
putting
a
little
creek
road
project
to.

with
the

and
so
we're
definitely
getting
our
money's
worth
from
the
Schmidt.

to
four

can,
you
make
an
agreement
for
a
lease
with
the
school
district
will
only
have
a
tower
on
a
city
park
if
they
can
agree
with
the
city
on
the
lease,
but
with
commercial
zones
there
you
can
put
a
100-foot
Tower
in
commercial
zone
as
long
as
the
setback
is
appropriate,
which
would
be
a
hunter
shoot.
So
I
I,
don't
I,
didn't
go
out
and
try
to
measure
where
some
commercial
zones
could
be
eligible
for
a
tower.
