C
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
The
finance
committee,
I
believe,
is
meeting
this
Friday
at
11
30.,
something
like
that
and
we'll
see
how
we
stand
with
the
finances,
but
so
far
so
good
operations
committee.
Anything
on
that
one.
I
Good
evening,
Mr,
President
and
board
members
first
I'd
like
to
share
is
the
update
of
fast
facts
for
the
school
district
has
been
completed.
It's
on
a
website.
Our
enrollment
is
still
holding
steady
over
5300
students
in
the
district.
We
did
have
a
increase
in
economically
disadvantaged,
going
from
41
percent
to
44
percent.
I
The
number
of
countries
represented
in
our
district,
increased
from
41
I
believe.
Excuse
me,
43
to
46.
Now,
countries
represented
in
the
district
and
our
number
of
languages
spoken
in
the
district
is
at
34.
that
are
spoken.
We
had
a
significant
increase
in
our
English
language
Learners
from
last
year,
no
I'm,
sorry
small
increase
one
percent
from
seven
to
eight
percent.
I
On
positive
note,
SAT
scores
improved
since
the
last
reporting
and
our
percent
of
students
who
take
get
a
three
or
better
on
our
AP
exam
is
at
71
percent
of
the
students
score
three
or
better
on
their
AP
exam
scores.
I
do
want
to.
If
you
attended,
you
know,
this
I
was
at
another
event,
couldn't
be
in
two
places,
but
I
wanted
to
say
thank
you
to
the
foundation
and
to
share
with
everyone
that
Dueling
Pianos.
I
I
Throughout
the
district
schools
were
celebrating
and
recognizing
our
veterans
on
Veterans
Day
celebration.
I
had
a
chance
to
attend
the
high
school
McDonald
and
then
also
spend
time
at
Transportation
recognizing
those
veterans
that
were
there
speaking
of
coats
like
mbit.
In
the
district,
we
had
a
clothing
toys
and
lots
of
Joy
the
equity
teams
at
Davis,
Elementary
School
worked
with
their
staff
and
students
to
create
a
clothing
and
toys
drive
for
families
in
a
CSD
community.
I
I
I
would
think
in
in
Bucks
County
a
proposed
partnership
with
Liberty
urgent
care,
Primary
Care,
to
enter
into
an
agreement
as
part
of
this
is
part
of
efforts
as
a
school
district
to
provide
our
employees
with
increased
access
to
Wellness
and
occupational
health
services.
The
Urgent
Care
and
Primary
Care
Organization
has
offices
located
in
Horsham
Hatfield
and
just
up
the
street
at
Huntington
Valley.
I
This
agreement
allows
employees
who
so
choose
to
select
some
Wellness
plans
at
a
fixed
price
that
we
pre-negotiated
and
or
get
Urgent
Care
primary
care
services
at
a
fixed
price
that
we've
actually
negotiated
already
in
advance,
as
a
partnership
with
that
organization
on
on
November
7th,
our
entire
leadership
team
visited
with
the
president
and
others
at
books,
County
Community
College,
where
we
not
only
toured
the
campus
but
had
the
opportunity
to
discussing
improving
our
partnership
on
today's
agenda.
I
I
This
was
just
mentioned
to
Mr
the
board
president
Mr
Martin,
but
we
had
to
finalize
the
agreement
and
get
it
on
the
agenda
because
we
want
to
make
it
available
a
big
part
of
this
through
the
seniors
this
year
and
going
forward
if
this
will
get
automatic
admissions
if
they
meet
the
standards
to
Bucks
County
Community
College
as
part
of
this
agreement.
But
more
importantly,
what
was
impressive
that
we,
like
is
the
agreement.
Also,
as
you
know,
if
you
ever
visited
a
campus,
it's
not
just
about
going
to
college.
I
They
have
certification
programs,
career,
other
type
programs
for
people
who
want.
You
know
you
get
one
program.
They
showed
us.
It's
like
a
12-month
program,
and
you
finish,
you
come
out
making
eighty
thousand
dollars,
so
it
does
The
Best
of
Both
Worlds
and
we're
trying
to
build
a
closer
collaborative
partnership
so
that
we
not
only
get
immediate
access
to
our
students,
but
also
provide
certificate
and
certification
programs
for
our
students
when
they
leave
us
who
just
want
to
go
straight
in
the
workforce.
I
We
also
will
have
a
growing
partnership
that
allows
us
to
work
with
them
for
professional
learning
opportunities
for
our
staff,
so
that
is
a
part
of
the
agenda
yet
to
be
finalized,
but
still
being
worked
on
and
initiated.
Is
a
memorandum
of
understanding
and
a
partnership
with
the
YMC
of
Bucks
County
that
will
potentially
provide
some
gratuitous
opportunities
for
our
employees
with
regards
to
membership?
Is
intended
also
to
provide
some
services
to
our
students
in
our
Sentinel
virtual
Learning
Academy,
to
address
our
health
and
wellness
opportunities
for
our
employees,
our
staff.
I
As
you
know,
we
are
already
engaged
in
Esports
opportunities.
It
is
moving
to
the
Warminster
Center
so
that
it
will
be
coming,
hopefully
in
December
to
the
board
once
they
hammer
out
the
details.
That
will
also
provide
expanded
opportunities
for
our
students
and
our
staff
in
a
collaborative
partnership
that
we
will
be
signing
and
bringing
well
coming
for
approval
and
then
signing
it
for
approved
for
the
board
with
the
Bucks
YMCA
tonight.
Also
on
the
agenda.
We
are
closing
out
ending
our
three-year
contract.
It's
ending,
we
would
add
RFP
for
a
new
website.
I
The
rec,
the
recommended
vendor
that
is
being
brought
forward
to
you
is
one
that
was
chosen
to
actually
take
the
user
in
mind
and
make
them
a
priority.
What
you
will
know
is
that
people
still
go
to
websites,
but
a
decreasing
number
use.
A
website
more
people
use
their
phone
and
we're
trying
to
improve
the
user
interface
so
that
people
have
more
access
to
the
resources
associated
with
the
school
district
via
their
phone.
I
So
a
big
part
of
this
also
is
cutting
down
on
the
Manpower.
That
Nate
has
to
do
and
allowing
a
more
collaborative
effort
with
our
schools
and
employees
to
provide
good
news
that
we
can
share.
It
also
is
provides
a
more
stronger
integration
to
our
social
media
platforms,
as
opposed
to
him
having
to
go
to
all
of
them
individually
through
one
button
process.
He
can
actually
hit
all
of
our
platforms
at
once.
Women
wants
to
share
information.
I
We
were
thought
they
thought
we
were
the
first
district
in
the
area.
We
uncovered
that
our
neighboring
district
and
Upper
Dublin.
Actually,
what
would
this
company
also
so
a
native
you
could
share
a
little
bit,
so
the
board
can
understand
this
shift
that
why
this
company
was
chosen.
It
is
a
five-year
agreement
rather
than
three,
but
we
don't
get
any
escalating
costs.
It's
fixed
for
the
entire
five-year
period.
With
this
agreement,
Nate
yep.
J
So
when
we're
working
with
the
district,
we're
really
going
to
be
thinking
about
you
know:
how
can
we
leverage
mobile?
How
can
we
make
it
really
easy
on
the
back
end
for
people
to
update,
especially
at
the
campus
level,
while
still
giving
the
district
the
ability
to
maintain
oversight
and
then
really
thinking
about
an
easy
to
use
website?
So
it's
going
to
take
the
next
couple
minutes
and
walk
you
guys
through
those
tools.
So
when
we
think
about
mobile
right,
there's,
probably
a
dozen
companies
out
there
building
apps
in
K-12.
J
You
know
this
is
an
example
of
probably
one
of
the
largest
providers
out
there
and
I
think
really
indicative
of
the
standard
that's
been
said,
especially
in
K-12
when
it
comes
to
Mobile.
So
when
we
think
about
a
parent
right,
let's
think
about
that
parent
coming
in
here,
going
to
click
on
something
really
simple,
like
a
lunch
menu,
and
then
this
is
the
experience
that
they
get
on
their
phone.
J
Pretty
frustrating
right,
and
the
main
thing
that's
going
to
happen
is
all
this
is
doing
is
redirecting
us
back
to
the
website.
So
where
we're
really
trying
to
think
about
a
mobile
strategy
differently
is
how
can
we
keep
everybody
within
the
brand
of
the
district
and
access
those
things
in
one
clinic?
So
in
this
case,
a
district
now
that
we
do
work
with
same
scenario
here,
I
go
to
click
on
the
lunch
menu
boom.
J
One
click
I've
got
what's
on
the
menu
for
the
rest
of
the
month,
right
so
pretty
basic
in
the
grand
scheme
of
things.
But
the
idea
here
is:
how
can
we
make
the
mobile
app
now
one
place
where
that
parent
can
go
to
call,
they
can
send
an
email
right?
You
know
you
think
about
a
Community
member
coming
in
and
checking
out
the
events
right.
You
know
maybe
I
want
to
add
something
to
my
own
personal
calendar.
J
Maybe
I
want
to
share
this
with
you
know,
you
know,
Grandpa
keep
them
in
the
loop
about
what's
going
on,
or
even
you
know,
wanting
to
add
multiple
events
to
my
own
personal
calendar
right
much
more
likely
to
check
that
and
then
scramble
around
to
find
the
calendar
first
thing
in
the
morning,
and
so
the
other
piece
here
we're
trying
to
think
about
this
is
how
can
we
make
it
now
we're
the
mobile
app
also
allows
us
to
share
the
good
things
that
are
going
on
right.
J
J
J
J
J
J
We
could
then
push
that
out
to
Facebook
to
Twitter
to
Instagram
update
the
live
feed
that
we
were
just
looking
at
within
the
app
that's
also
going
to
update
the
website
at
the
same
time,
send
out
a
push
notification
to
anybody
that
has
the
app
downloaded
and
then
also
right
from
here.
You
could
send
out
a
text
message
along
with
a
voice
call
we
go
to
click,
publish
now,
that's
going
to
go
to
all
of
those
channels.
At
the
same
time.
J
The
other
piece
here
is
that
you
know
if
Dr
Betten
in
this
case
needed
to
share
this
to
all
of
the
campuses.
We
could
click
select
all
and
that's
going
to
go
to
every
single
campus
or
the
reverse
of
this.
If
I'm
the
high
school
principal
I
come
in
here
and
make
an
update
I'm
only
going
to
have
access
to
my
specific
campus
okay
and
then
when
we
work.
J
Also
going
to
build
out
a
new
website
for
The
District,
so
a
really
clean,
modern
design,
you'll
start
to
see
the
same
things
that
we
saw
in
the
app
right.
The
live
feed,
for
example,
the
news
stories.
The
events
right
really
easy
for
someone
to
navigate
to.
If
you
know
this
is
their
first
interaction
with
the
district
when
they
go
to
apply
for
a
job
or
they
move
to
the
area,
we
would
work
with
you
guys
to
establish
the
overall
look
and
feel
of
the
site
and
then
I
know
super
super
important
to
the
team.
J
J
Each
district
we
work
with
has
an
onboarding
representative
working
with
them
during
the
transition
and
then
ongoing.
Every
client
of
ours
has
a
dedicated
client
success,
manager,
who's,
one
point
of
contact
for
the
district
and
then
also
unlimited
training
and
support
throughout
the
duration
of
you.
Guys's
time
with
that,
did
you
so
again
I'm
really
excited
about
the
potential
here,
based
on
my
conversations
with
the
team,
please,
let
me
know
if
anyone
has
any
questions.
Bye.
I
So
that
last
part
was
a
big
part
that
narrowed
it
down
to
the
two
finalists,
because
for
those
of
you
that
were
here
and
Mr
Martin
picked
up
on
this
going
on
the
agenda
and
he
said
please
make
sure
that
it
doesn't
take
a
long
time.
It
took
a
year
and
a
half
to
get
the
last
website
up
and
running,
and
that
was
only
three
year
agreement.
I
C
For
it's
as
easy
as
it
sounds:
I
don't
know
it
never
is,
but
hopefully
it
will
be,
but
thank
you
very
much
and
the
agreement
with
the
community
college
is
really
exciting.
C
That's
a
that's
a
wonderful
place
for
students
to
go,
and
they
also
have
a
foundation
at
the
college
which
raises
money
to
help
students
that
can't
need
a
little
extra

and
they

so
forth

If

might
Ms,
Kirks
I
just
have
two
quick
questions
on
6.7
a
which
is
a
website
which
I
think
is
great.
How
does
that
cost
compare
with
what
we're
currently
paying
for
the
website.
J
I
Three
years
ago
we
paid
the
last
quote:
I
see
here
that
a
bill
that
we
received
was
seventeen
thousand
three
hundred
and
seven
dollars
renewal
fee.
So
this
is
about
a
four
thousand
and
some
change
difference
per
year.
C
Very
good
and
the
second
question
I
had
on
on
6.9
C
and
bear
with
me,
did
I
read
that
this
was
piloted
with
20
some
teachers,
21
22.
Some
number
like
that
and
now
15
want
to
continue
with
it
and
seven
do
not
what
happened?
Why?
Why
don't
we
tell
the
other
seven
they
have
to
do
it
too.
I
mean
why?
Why
are
we?
Why
are
we
doing
15
one
way
in
seven,
a
different
way.
N
Thank
you
for
your
question.
Mr
Martin.
We
wanted
to
allow
for
teacher
Choice.
Originally
the
soft
launch
was
for
the
first
trimester
only
and
that
was
agreed
upon
by
the
cohort,
as
we
discussed
at
the
education
committee
meeting
last
time.
We
spoke
of
the
22
that
originally
signed
up
for
the
first
trimester,
only
they're,
seeing
such
great
things
happening
in
the
classroom
that
13
of
those
want
to
continue
for
the
rest
of
school
year.
H
H
H
K
Do
have
a
question
on
6.9
b
and
then
actually
a
lot
of
them.
Why
are
we
seeing
a
lot
of
retractive
requests
here?
Why
is
there
not
a
chance
for
this
to
be
presented
prior
to
it
being
approved,
particularly
with
the
6.9
B
retroactive?
You
know:
approval
of
a
contract
with
this
PA
School
for
the
Deaf
I
am
almost
sure
that
this
is
a
student.
That's
returning
and
also
looking
at
the
cost
of
Personal
Care
Systems
on
The
Daily
on
a
daily
basis
is
pretty
high.
O
I
I
can
speak
to
that,
so
we
were
there.
We
were
working
with
our
attorney
and
the
Pennsylvania
school
for
the
deaf's
attorney
about
finalizing
the
contract.
The
student
has
been
there.
We
just
now
that
after
covet,
there
have
been
some
changes
in
understanding
with
contracts.
So
it
was
just
the
time
for
us
to
take
care
of
some
contract
language.
O
K
All
right,
thank
you.
Any
other
discussions
seeing
none
I
just
wanted
to
announce.
You
know
right
up.
I
gonna
have
to
abstain
from
6.1
a
and
6.1
B
since
I
was
not
here
for
either
of
these
meetings
but
the
rest
of
the
agenda.
All
in
favor.
L
I
L
K
Right,
let
me
just
read
them
then.
First,
okay,
conferences
and
travel
be
resolved
at
the
Centennial
School
District
School,
Board,
District,
Board
of
school
directors,
6.5
6.6,
a
approves
the
request
for
the
assistant
to
the
superintendent
for
schools
and
student
services.
The
assistant
to
the
superintendent
for
teaching
and
learning
is
social,
emotional,
academic
learning,
coordinator
to
literacy,
coaches,
the
executive
director
of
the
student
services
and
the
director
of
the
teaching
and
learning
to
present
at
and
attend
the
Pennsylvania
Department
of
education's
standard
alignment
systems.
K
Okay,
no
no
problem
I
do
have
a
question
in
this
regard.
I
assume
that
there
are
some
reimbursements
from
pde
as
well
on
top
of
the
1800.
P
P
For
the
amount
we're
bringing
to
celebrate
the
work,
we're
bringing
teams
of
people
that
have
been
doing
the
work,
so
we've
kind
of
cobbled
together
a
combination
of
day
trips,
one
of
us
taking
one
overnight,
passing
a
hotel
Key
on
to
somebody
else.
So
we've
been
very
strategic
in
order
to
save
the
district
money
in
terms
of
just
doing
the
bare
minimum,
but
also
getting
the
most
out
of
the
conference
and
being
able
to
celebrate
Centennial.
C
I
have
one
question
I'm
just
curious:
it's
a
good
thing
good
deal,
but
I
was
saying
that
there
were.
There
were
seven
seven
I
think
separate
Turnpike
fees
and
seven
separate
mileage
fees.
Is
it
possible
any
of
those
folks
can
get
to
know
each
other
and
go
together
or
they
all
have
to
go
separately?
Well,.
P
Wellesley
Mr
Martin
because
of
the
way
in
which
we
broke
up
the
days
and
then
trying
to
be
more
economical
and
not
getting
hotel
rooms
for
everybody
and
staying
the
full
time.
We
do
have
people
going
up
at
vastly
different
times,
because
we're
actually
splitting
rooms
and
and
sharing
you
know,
rooms
that
way.
But
if
there
are
people
going
at
the
same
times,
we
can
we
can
certainly
look
into
it.
We
will
check
on
it.
We
will
check
on
it.
Yes,.
K
I,
don't
know
why
I
want
to
be
five.

second,

Mrs

any
discussion.
H
This
has
been
going

for
the
last
15

Those

that

by
Mrs
Clausen
any
discussions.
One.
C
C
K
C
R
Go
on
unless
you
want
to
do
it:
Mr,
godox
and
you're
on
a
roll.
Oh
I'm
done
no
okay
policies
presented
for
initial
distribution
and
discussion;
8.1
a
policy
122
extracurricular
activities.
L
H
C
R
B
Q
R
R
Any
discussion
I
have
discussion
on
that.
Each
section
of
that
that
covers
the
solicitor
Mr
contact
of
solicitor
item
number
five:
no
board
member
shall
contact
a
solicitor
in
any
matter
of
school,
Business,
Without
authorization
by
official
board
action
or
approval
from
the
superintendent
I
think
it's
important
that
board
members
have
as
much
information
as
they
can
to
make
decisions
and
consultations
with
the
solicitors
critical
to
that
so
I'd
like
to
either
withdraw
that
get
it
stricken
or
if
anybody
thinks
there
should
be
any
alterations
to
it,
but
I
think
board.
Q
If,
if
I
may,
that
that's
a
cost
every
time,
if
one
of
us
would
reach
out
that's
why
usually
the
board
president
like,
if
you
have
an
issue
you
just
reach
out
to
Mr,
Martin
and
Mr
Martin-
would
relay
your
concerns
just
to
lessen
the
cost
for
the
community?
Okay,
usually
how
it
goes.
R
But
yeah
I
mean
I
actually
check
with
the
solicitor
and
for
General
discussions.
General
information,
General
directional
things,
there's
no
charge,
there's
a
finite
list
of
items
that
he
that
he
charges
for,
but
most
things
there's
no
charge.
So
if
you
know
and
I
understand,
you
know
the
cost
savings.
R
So
if
we
wanted
to
maybe
look
at
this
as
a
list
of
things,
we
could
not
call
for
that
would
cost
it
cost
something
anything
else
we
could
call
for
and
as
a
matter
of
point
of
information,
no
other
District
that
I'm
aware
of
has
any
limitations
whatsoever.
I've
checked
around
and
I'm,
not
aware
of
any
that
have
any
limitations.
I
So
I
would
not
give
it
an
opinion,
but
Clarity
there
are
some
who
do
and
some
who
don't
if
they
do,
they
have
a
process
because
of
the
cost
factor.
I
would
like
to
recommend
that
if
you're
going
to
do
that,
put
that
in
writing,
because
none
of
you
all
see
the
bill
and
if
you
call
them
and
we
get
a
bill,
we
still
pay
the
bill
because
it
shows
your
name
on
it.
Right,
yeah,.
I
So
so,
if,
if
that
is
the
case,
I
would
encourage
the
board
to
get
that
in
writing
and
what
those
things
are
so
that
when
we
review
the
bill,
we
know
that
if
something's
there.
So
that's
my
only
comment
too.
If
you
take
it
out
that
we
asked
for,
to
put
it
right
in
be
clear
about
what
that
is,
that
we
want
to
charge
for.
C
I
would
make
a
motion
Michigan
heart,
to
table
policy
005
for
further
study
of
that
one
provision
I
could
see
both
sides
of
that
frankly
and
I.
Think
if
we're
good,
if
you're
going
to
say
anybody
could
call
at
any
time
right,
you'd
have
to
have
some
discipline,
something
from
the
where
whoever
the
solicitor
is
saying
that
that's
that's,
okay,
I,
I
I
could
just
see
heaven
forbid
a
rogue
board
or
somebody
with
with
an
inquisitive
mind
who
would
be
calling
a
solicitor
four
times
a.
C
C
Okay,
so
if
one
that
was
tabled,
the
Mr,
goodheart
and-
and
perhaps
everybody
just
take
a
look
at
that
one
policy
and
see
what
their
thoughts
would
be-
that
maybe
it
could
be
a
Middle
Road
between
the
two
I.
Don't
know,
I
haven't
thought
about
it,
but
we
could
bring
that
back.
When
your
committee
has
a
chance
to
look
at
people's
ideas,
all
right.
H
H
H
Actually,
it's
been
tabled
and
it
goes
forward
in
that
way,
but
I
think
it's
I.
Don't
think
that
we
should
be
doing
things
in
this
fashion,
because
I
don't
think
most
of
the
board
members
who
were
not
at
the
administrative
policy
knew
how
much
time
and
effort
we
put
in
and
study
and
prep
to
bring
this
policy
forward.
H
C
Make
a
very
good
point,
however:
I
would
just
point
out
that
I,
don't
think
I
delay
of
two
weeks
is
going
to
make
a
great
difference.
So
we
we
do
have
a
current
policy.
That's
served
us!
We
have
well
or
not.
It's
served
us
for
for
quite
some
time,
so
we'll
we'll
try
to
get
it
resolved
as
soon
as
possible.
So.
I
C
I
H
C
I
I
Do
not
believe
this,
but
what
I
will
say
that
is
something
that
will
make
it
better.
Is
it
these
questions
were
posed
in
advance,
like
good
governance,
we
would
not
have
made
this
mistake.
We
could
have
said
that
you
could
have
just
pulled
this
item,
so
that's
the
benefit
of.
If
it
comes
up
and
not
presented
in
prevails,
we
could
have
prepared
for
it
and
found
a
way
to
address
the
issue
and
I.
Just
I
want
to
point
that
out
this.
I
Think
that's
right.
My
comment
is
not
about
this.
This
is
just
an
example.
My
comment
is
about
process
and
I.
Don't
disagree
with
you
two
weeks.
Yes,
we
can
handle
it.
I'm,
saying
that
if
questions
are
asked
in
advance,
we
could
have
came
and
just
did
what
we
suggested
and
table
this
coming
at
the
meeting
and
not
bringing
things
up
in
advance.
I
D
I
C
Will
move
along
to
financials?
Is
anybody
there's
four
of
those
any
anybody
want
any
of
those
taking
off
for
the
moment?
If
not,
we
will
move
ahead
to
9.1,
be
it
resolved.

October
22,
as
per
the
attached
9.2,
approves
the
2022
budget
transfers
for
October
that
were
attached.
C
C
H
All
right
we
had
the
initial
distribution
of
policies
tonight
and
I
might
add
to
that.
The
November
meeting
was
the
first
citizen
policy
committee
meeting
for
the
school
year.
Administrative
policy
committee
reviewed
policies
when
they
met
in
September
that
didn't
go
to
the
citizens
policy
committee.
H
Only
policies
in
section
100
programs,
section
200
pupils,
section,
700,
property
and
section
900
Community
go
to
the
citizens
policy
committee
for
review
and
discussion.
The
reason
I
bring
this
up
is
that
we
do
have
residents
of
our
community
who
are
part
of
this
policy
and
it's
very
nice
to
see
the
participation
of
our
citizens
and
I
will
let
you
know
when
the
citizens
policy
committee
he's
reading
once
again.
I
also
have
a
second
point.
H
H
Q
I
did
want
to
talk
about
the
conference.
Just
real,
quick,
the
p-a-s-p-a-s-a-p-s-b-a,
the
school
leadership
conference,
I,
have
to
say
everything
that
they
discussed.
We
were
at
a
creating
a
secure
mindset
and
they
had
questions
like
do.
The
police
have
access
to
the
cameras
and
I
thought
to
myself.
I'm
looking
around
I
don't
know,
and
I
did
find
out
that
2018,
the
police
do.
They
were
signed
at
mou,
password
protected
access,
so
the
police
do
have
access
to
our
cameras,
which
is
is
pretty
impressive.
Q
I
thought
like
I,
had
no
idea
and
I
thought
well,
isn't
that
nice
to
share
along
there's
a
couple
other
things
that
they
wanted
to
know
like.
If
we
have
substitute
teachers,
if
there's
an
emergency
drill,
are
we
prepared
and
there's
things
that
you're
listening
to
that
other
I?
Guess
other
districts
don't
really
have
in
place
but
and
I
thought
well?
Do
we
have
that
in
place
and
we
do
it's?
It
was
so
reassuring
to
know
that
our
Administration
already
has
that
in
place.
They
have
information
packets
for
substitutes,
it's
I
mean
it
was.
Q
It
was
was
well
done.
We
went
to
see
one
about
students,
experience
experiencing
homelessness,
and
you
think
is
that
here
it
is
here
like
it's
amazing
that
we
have
everything
in
place
and
I
thought
well,
do
we
have
that
in
place
and
we
do
I
looked
into
it.
We
have
that
in
place
for
our
students
who
are
experiencing
homelessness
and
one
of
the
best
ones
that
we
were
at
and
I
thought.
Let
me
go
to
the
end.
There
was
a
couple,
many
of
them
when
public
meetings
go
off
the
rails
and
I
thought.
Q
Well,
let
me
let
me
let
me
go
to
this
one
and
it
was
about
procedures
and
how
things
are
done
and
everything
that
they
stated.
We
do
so
I
just
want
people
to
understand
that
we
really
do
have
it
together.
I
mean
sometimes
it
may
not
seem
that
way,
but
our
Administration
and
our
board.
We
really
do
a
thorough
job.
Q
I
just
wanted
to
share
that
I
mean
just
some
of
the
just
some
of
the
things
that
they
do
like
the
sunshine
act
and
all
that
we
we
do
follow
those
rules,
and
it
was
nice
to
see
that.
Oh,
we
do
that
we
do
that
and
I
just
wanted
to.
You
know
give
kudos
to
our
Administration
and
our
board.
It
was
well
done,
but
we
do
most
of
this
stuff.
None
of
this
stuff
was
new
or
so
we're
right
with
the
rest
of
the
I
guess
guidelines
you
would
put
it.
It
was
a.
Q
C
M
Else
that
I
have
to
say
to
piggyback
on
what
Miss
Carlson
said
attending
the
monthly
policy
Institute
meetings
through
pspa,
one
was
in
person,
then
they've
been
online
for
a
bit
we'll
meet
again
in
April
for
Harrisburg
for
advocacy
day,
just
exchanging
concerns
and
thoughts
and
issues
with
other
directors
it
is.
It
does
feel
good
to
know
that
we
have
a
lot
of
things
going
well
here,
and
a
lot
of
folks
are
struggling
with
stuff
that
we
do
have
our
act
together
on.
M
So
you
know
it's
nice
to
Pat
ourselves
in
the
back
a
little
bit,
but
you
know
we're
functioning
well,
we
have
a
great
Administration,
as
you
said,
Patty,
and
you
know
we
all
seem
to
get
along
together
nicely
and
get
things
done
most
of
the
time.
So
it's
all
well-intentioned.
R
C
Q
As
many
as
you
would
like,
I
I
forgot
I
just
took
a
thing
that
this
Saturday
November
19th
at
the
Warminster
giant
they're
doing
a
Thanksgiving
food
drive
meat
gobbler
from
9
A.M
to
noon.
So
the
Warminster
giant,
9
A.M
to
noon
this
Saturday
they're
collecting
donations
for
our
community
members
in
need,
so
whatever
you
could
bring
over
would
be
helpful
foreign.
C
Going
back
to
you
one
other
comment:
you
know
disagreement
among
board
members
on
issues
and
so
is
actually
a
healthy
thing.
That's
a
good
thing
and
and
discussion
is
a
good
thing
and
I.
Don't
you
don't
expect
nine
people
to
agree
on
everything
all
the
time
it's
just
when
there
is
disagreement
and
discussion
that
it's
done
as
best
as
possible,
and
someone
of
a
civil,
minor
and
I
think
that
that's
pretty
much
been
the
case
and
even
with
the
public.
C
Recently
at
least
there's
been
no
real
disagreement.
There
are
times
when
it
can
get
a
little
heated,
as
has
happened
in
the
past,
but
the
by
and
large
I
think
we're
doing
pretty
well
in
his
new
Sunshine
laws
regarding
what
people
can
say
at
public
meetings
and
what
what
very
little
you
can
do
about
it.
But
it's
good
to
hear
that
we're
doing
pretty
well
in
most
of
the
categories
that
you
mentioned.
So
thank
you
for
going
to
that.
Mr
Martin
District
be
represented.
H
I
say
this
with
all
humility:
I'm
extremely
excited,
my
granddaughter
will
be
in
the
powder
puff
Derby
tomorrow,
night
and
I'm.
Sorry,
it's
going
to
be
so
chilly,
but
a
proud
grandmother
will
be
there
and
I'm
going
to
test
our
railing
to
see
how
that
is
for
handicapped
and
old
people
to
get
down
to
the
stadium.
So
at
in
our
meeting
on
our
meeting
on
November
28th
I
will
give
a
report
on
the
status
of
the
railing
and
hopefully
be
very,
very
happy
with
the
Powder
Puff
Derby
pressure.
H
L
H
C
Formula:
it's
going
to
be
cold.
That's
all!
Okay!
We
can
move
on
anything
else
when
we
want
to
reports
Mr
gentard,
anything
on
District
policy
report,
yeah
Mrs
eilenberg
is
not
here
for
the
Bucks
County
Intermediate
Unit,
we'll
catch
up
next
time
with
that
Mr
Sadowski
you
already
did,
but
any
further
psba.
M
Yes,
psba
so
early
in
the
morning
on
Saturday
November,
5th,
Miss,
Mrs
cross
and
Mrs
eilenberg
and
I
drove
to
psba
headquarters
in
Mechanicsburg
for
the
2022
pspa
delegate,
assembly
attendees,
both
in
person
and
virtually
voted
to
approve,
proposed
legislative
priorities
for
the
year
ahead.
There
was
robust
debate
amongst
directors
from
all
across
the
state
on
some
issues,
but
in
the
end
we
adopted
these
four
priorities
provide
significant
continued
state
and
federal
financial
investments
for
school
districts.
M
Some
light
updates
to
core
principles
and
supporting
Concepts
were
also
made,
notably
the
freedom
for
psba
to
select
a
national
advocacy
group
to
work
with
to
affect
change
on
a
federal
level.
Psba
prefers
the
Consortium
of
State
School
boards,
Association
a
new
group
of
which
they
were
a
founding
member
earlier
this
year,
if
I
may
say
a
brief
word
about
Centennial,
Education,
Foundation,
Mr
Martin
sure
please,
CEF
has
adopted
a
new
strategic
plan.
It's
been
in
the
works
for
about
a
year
under
the
care
of
executive
director
alcatera.
M
The
new
plan
will
make
some
changes
to
position
the
group
well
to
continue
supporting
Centennial
students
for
years
to
come.
We
spent
a
bit
of
time
in
this
morning's
CEF
monthly
meeting,
talking
about
the
hard
work
and
time
and
generosity
that
went
into
the
Dueling
Pianos
fundraiser,
which
happened
and
was
well
attended
at
the
fuge
on
Friday
November
4th,
while
final
totals
are
still
being
determined,
as
Dr
bedden
mentioned
in
his
report.
M
Everyone
was
pleased
at
turnout
and
CEF
was
especially
thankful
for
the
school
board,
directors
and
District
staff
who
attended
I
particularly
want
to
make
a
point
to
thank
the
student
volunteers
through
our
William
Tennant
Key
Club.
They
represented
us
very
well,
they
worked
hard
all
night
and
they
were
a
great
help
in
pulling
off
a
big
event
with
a
lot
of
moving
parts
and,
as
we
see
every
day
and
just
saw
earlier
tonight
from
Emma
and
Brielle,
our
Panthers
are
phenomenal
and
they
do
us
proud.
Every
single
day.
M
Now
we're
looking
ahead
to
the
Joe
Cowie
career,
lab
dedication
at
the
high
school
on
Thursday,
starting
planning
for
the
awards
breakfast
coming
up
in
April
and
the
2023
golf
outing
date
is
already
set
mark.
Your
calendars
for
June
19
2023.
have
some
fun
and
support
the
best
cause
that
I
can
possibly
think
of
our
teachers
and
our
students.
That's
it
cool.
C
C
K
I
got
a
few
things
here.
First
of
all,
we
did
not
have
a
meeting
in
October.
K
K
We
had
a
meeting
last
night
and
during
that
meeting
we
also
had
a
ribbon
cutting
for
the
reopening
of
the
North
Plaza,
which
had
been
completely
renovated
and
new,
concrete
and
grass
seeds
are
starting
to
come
up.
We
had
the
look
at
the
preliminary
budget.
K
We
are
actually
looking
at
two
two
pieces
there
and
one
with
additional
staff
and
also
the
conversion
of
a
staff
member
from
the
special
ed
Department
that
is
currently
being
funded
through
SF
funds.
That
will
now
you
know,
become
part
of
the
regular
budget
for
next
year.
K
We
have
an
enrollment
committee
meeting
at
the
end
of
this
month
and
we
have
an
open
house
meeting
for
all
the
students
prospective
students
on
December
1st
from
six
to
eight
and
we
have
closed.
We
have
an
opening
at
mbit
foreign
assistant
Direct
on
that
closed
Sunday
night
as
well.
So
we'll
start
the
interview
process
for
that
position
in
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks,
and
we
are
using
again
as
we
did
with
the
director
on
the
IU
Services.
You
know
to
facilitate
the
interviews.
K
The
business
directors
also
met.
You
know
earlier.
I
can't
believe
if
it
was
in
October
or
November
I
believe
it
was
in
October
if
I'm
correct
and
that
I
think
is
a
it's
going
to
be
a
nice
new
process
so
that
we
can
start
the
budget
process.
You
know
moving
forward
and
lace.
K
Last
thing
is
that
Dr
Patton
has
apparently
volunteered
to
fill
in
as
acting
a
superintendent,
while
Dr
Lentz
from
New
Hope
soberry
might
be
out
of
commission.
That's
it.
C
Thank
you
looks
like
we
got
a
lot
of
stuff
left
on
the
agenda,
but
we've
already
done
because
there's
a
duplication
from
12.1
to
15.2
and
then
went
down.
So
when
we
adopted
the
agenda,
nobody
looked
at
it
before
we
adopted
it
evidently,
including
me,
so
we'll
move
ahead,
12.1
right,
we're
up
to
12.1,
I,
believe
and
I.
C
Don't
know,
I
neglected
to
make
one
comment
because
it
was
passed,
but
one
morning
was
very
nice
to
get
up
watching
the
local
Fox
news
channels
of
Phillies
rally
before
one
of
the
World
Series
games
and
a
William
Tennant
band
was
there.
It
was
really
nice
to
see
them.
Kids
got
up
early
in
the
morning
and
went
down
and
wasn't
it
was
helpful
at
the
time,
but
it
was
nice
to
see
that
wave
tenant
was
one
of
the
bands
that
was
there
at
the
at
the
rally.
