(3) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Annex Property
at 1804 Pine Log and Zone it Residential Single-Family (RS-15).

(4) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Enter into a
Development Agreement with Beazley Development Co., Inc. for Water
Service on Wire Road.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF AIKEN TO
ENTER INTO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH BEAZLEY
DEVELOPMENT CO., INC.
(5) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Amend the
2022-2023 Budget to Include Plutonium Settlement Funds.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF
AIKEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2022, AND
ENDING JUNE 30, 2023, FOR THE GENERAL FUND, ROAD
MAINTENANCE FUND, AND WATER AND SEWER FUND.

(1) First Reading of an Ordinance to Annex Property at 19 Russellwood
Court and Zone it Residential (RS-15).
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX PROPERTY LOCATED AT 19
RUSSELLWOOD COURT AND TO ZONE THE SAME
RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY (RS-15).
(2) First Reading of an Ordinance to Annex Property at 1107 Williams
Drive and Zone it Residential Single-Family (RS-15).
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1107
WILLIAMS DRIVE AND TO ZONE THE SAME RESIDENTIAL
SINGLE-FAMILY (RS-15).
(3) First Reading of an Ordinance to Annex Property at 1892 Huckleberry
Drive and Zone it Residential Single-Family (RS-15).

(4) First Reading of an Ordinance to Annex 3.38 Acres on East Pine Log
Road and Levels Church Road, Zone it Planned Commercial (PC), and
Approve a Concept Plan.

INTERSECTION OF EAST PINE LOG ROAD AND LEVELS
CHURCH ROAD AND TO ZONE THE SAME PLANNED
COMMERCIAL (PC) AND TO APPROVE A CONCEPT PLAN.
(5) First Reading of an Ordinance to Rezone Property on Sundy Avenue and
Jake Place to Planned Residential (PR) and Approve a Concept Plan.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF REAL ESTATE
OWNED BY WILLIAM CLYBURN FROM RESIDENTIAL SINGLEFAMILY (RS-10) TO PLANNED RESIDENTIAL (PR) AND TO
APPROVE A CONCEPT PLAN.

PETITIONS AND REQUESTS:
(1) Request to Approve a Fireworks Display on July 4, 2023, at the Reserve
Club of Woodside.
(2) Approval of a Resolution to Provide Water Service to Property at 1410
Hampton Avenue NW.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROVISION OF WATER
UTILITY SERVICES TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1410
HAMPTON AVENUE NW.
(3) Adoption of New Horizons 2023 Action Items.
(4) Approval of a Resolution for Financial Participation Agreement with
South Carolina Department of Transportation for University Parkway.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF AIKEN TO ENTER
INTO A FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH THE
SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
UNIVERSITY PARKWAY WIDENING PROJECT.
(5) Approval of Marketing Agency for Parks, Recreation & Tourism
Department.
(6) Scheduling of Aiken Municipal Development Commission Meeting.
