AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX PROPERTY LOCATED ON
UNIVERSITY PARKWAY AND TO ZONE THE SAME SINGLE
FAMILY ATTACHED (RSA).
3) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Establish New Charges for Water and Sewer Service.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NEW CHARGES FOR WATER
AND SEWER SERVICE.

1) First Reading of an Ordinance to Annex Property On Dougherty Road and Zone it Planned Residential (PR).
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF AIKEN CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY
MICHEAL D. RUBIN FAMILY, LP LOCATED NORTH OF
DOUGHERTY ROAD AND TO ZONE THE SAME PLANNED
RESIDENTIAL (PR).
2) First Reading of an Ordinance to Annex 20.04 Acres on Whiskey Road and Powderhouse, Zone it Planned Commercial (PC) and Approve the Concept Plan.
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF AIKEN CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY
FERRELL LAYFAYETTE HOLLEY, JR REVOCABLE TRUST AND
TO ZONE THE SAME PLANNED COMMERCIAL (PC) AND
APPROVE THE PROPOSED CONCEPT PLAN.
3) First Reading of an Ordinance to Rezone Two Parcels on Park Avenue and Beaufort Street from Light Industrial (LI) to Residential Multifamily Low Density ( RML).
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF REAL ESTATE
OWNED BY WILLIAM DALZELL FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ( LI)
TO RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMILY LOW-DENSITY (RML)
4) First Reading of an Ordinance Approving Incentives Application for
Community Action Partnership of North Alabama for 60 Senior
Apartments in Southview Estates Located on Whiskey Road.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES, PURSUANT TO ORDIANNCE NO.
08132018 OF THE CITY OF AIKEN CODE OF ORDINANCES, FOR
A PROJECT DEVELOPED BY COMMUNITY ACTION
PARTNERSHIP OF NORTH ALABAMA - SOUTHVIEW ESTATES;
APPROVING AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INDUCEMENT
AND INCENTIVE AGREEMENT; AND OTHER MATTERS
RELATED THERETO.

PETITIONS AND REQUESTS:
1) Approval of Resolution to Continue to Participate in the Lower
Savannah Regional Housing Consortium.
A RESOLUTION AGREEING TO CONTINUE TO PARTICIPATE IN
THE LOWER SAVANNAH REGIONAL HOME CONSORTIUM.
2) Request for Approval for Expenditure of Capital Projects Sales Tax
Funds For Additional Work on the Sanitary Sewer Lines in Downtown
Grid.
3) Approval of Bid for Recreation Pump Station Force Main Replacement and Expenditure of Capital Projects Sales Tax IV Funds.
4) Reallocation of Capital Projects Sales Tax III Funds.
