1) Consideration of the Minutes of the Meeting of September 26, 2022.

1) Proclamation Recognizing Bill Collins for his Service as a Tax Preparer
for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance ( VITA) Program.

AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX PROPERTY LOCATED AT 475
TOWN CREEK ROAD AND TO ZONE THE SAME RESIDENTIAL
SINGLE-FAMILY (RS-15).
3) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Annex 123 and
154 Ginger Lane and Zone Them Planned Commercial ( PC).
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX PROPERTY LOCATED ON GINGER
LANE AND TO ZONE THE SAME PLANNED COMMERCIAL ( PC).

NEW BUSINESS: Consideration of:
1) First Reading of an Ordinance to Adjust the 2022- 23 Budget to Include
Accommodations Tax Funds for Visit Aiken/City of Aiken Projects.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF
AIKEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2022, AND
ENDING JUNE 30, 2023.

PETITIONS AND REQUESTS:
1) Approval of Memorandum of Understanding with Volunteer Income
Tax Assistance (VITA) Regarding Facility Space at the H. O. Weeks
Center.
2) Approval of Acceptance of Grant Award from S.C. Department of
Parks, Recreation and Tourism for Rehabilitation of Smith-Hazel Park
Project.
