Development Incentives for Construction of a 60-Unit Affordable
Apartment Complex for Seniors 55 and Older.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO.
08132018 OF THE CITY OF AIKEN CODE OF ORDINANCES, FOR
A PROJECT DEVELOPED BY ARON BOLDOG - THE MAGNOLIA;
APPROVING AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INDUCEMENT
AND INCENTIVE AGREEMENT; AND OTHER MATTERS

7) First Reading of an Ordinance to Sell Property at the Northwest Corner of Edgefield Avenue NW and Florence Street.
