It
would
be
developed
as

ordinance
to
revise
a
concept
plan
for
property
at
seven
thousand
woodside
executive
court
by
tyler
and
orange
approving
a
revised
concept
plan
for
property
located
at
seven
thousand
woodside
executive
court.

is
proposing
to
add
a
16
by
12
foot,
removable
stage
and
an
eight-foot
fence
on
the
executive
parks
side
in
a
fenced
play
area
for
children.
Some
of
these
additional
elements
will
be
located
within
the
100
foot,
well,
protection
circle
of
our
water.
Well,
that
is
on
that
is
adjacent
to
the
site
and
the
removable
stage
and
fenced
in
play
area
will
be
constructed
of
untreated
wood,
since
it
is
within
that
well
site.

plan

planning
commission
had
to
review
it
and
it
has
to
come
back
to
city
council.
The
planning
commission
reviewed
the
request
and
unanimously
recommended
approval
with
the
following
conditions
that
all
elements
within
the
100-foot
well
protection
circle
comply
with
all
south
carolina
department
of
health
and
environmental
control.
Rules
number
two
that
no
grand
or
significant
tree
shall
be
removed
to
install
any
of
the
proposed
site
elements
three,
that
if
and
when
the
stage
or
play
area
will
need
to
be
relocated
for
well
operations.

I
agree
with
pretty
much
everything
I've
been
in
communication
with
dhec.
As
far
as
the
well
is
concerned,
I
don't
plan
on
taking
down
trees
but
number
three.
I
feel
like
that,
because
I
have
an
attorney
right
now
and
I'm
dealing
with
yours
as
far
as
the
whole
area
that
that
should
be
part
of
the
negotiation
between
our
attorneys.

don't
really
want
to
be
locked
into
anything
because
we
haven't
come
to
an
agreement
on
the
land
right
now.

why
this
predates
our
city
attorney,
but
there
was
no
legal
agreement
with
the
then
property
owner
for
us
to
acquire
the
well,
the
just
the
footprint
of
the
well
itself,
and
that
was
brought
to
our
attention
recently.

working
with
hers,
to
transfer
the

to
acquire
the

piece
of

The

ordinance
is
set

expire
november
16th.

renewal

non-renewal,
as
the
case
may
be,
of
the
ordinance
we've
proposed,
it
could
either
be
as
part
of
a
regular
meeting
or
set
aside
as
a
special
meeting
very
good.
