10th.
This
is
a
special
meeting
because
of
a
roof
problem
on
a
residence
at
7:21,
Park
Avenue,
where
the
metal
roof
is
has
failed
and
they
have
water
entering
the
interior
of
the
house.
So
it
kind
of
is
an
emergency
and
we
were
attempting
to
have
a
special
meeting
here.
We
need
a
quorum
of
four.
We
don't
have
that
because
of
sickness.
So
we'll
have
to
adjourn
this
meeting
and
then
this
item
will
be
moved
to
the
