If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
I'm
gonna
be
like
Jay
Leno
get
down
in
the
audience
here,
so
I
do
think
that
the
board
Adele
Bill
Damon,
everything
that
you've
done
to
you
know
every
Vibrant
Community
has
folks
that
care
and
do
the
things
that
they
do
so
I.
Take
my
hat
off
to
you
and
and
we're
just
trying
to
keep
up
with.
You
know
the
things
that
lead
our
city
forward
and
keep
it
the
best
and
I'm
a
little
bit
territorial.
A
But
that's
that's
been
right,
but
but
I
do
think
RP
for
doing
this
all
the
time
and
Adele-
and
you
know
our
Keisha
cousins,
they're
here
and
unfortunately,
you'll
be
you'll-
be
happy
with
what
we're
going
to
talk
about.
But
you
know,
of
course
you
know
I
used
to
make
some
jokes
about
I.
Think
the
pope
really
was
asking
about.
A
Asked
me
how
many
you
know
how
many
people
work
at
the
city
of
Biloxi
and
I
would
respond
about
half
but
I'm,
not
going
to
say
that
I'm
not
going
to
say
that.
But
you
know
there's
another
sign,
I
work
for
food
they're
working
for
food
over
in
that
corner
sure
no,
but
they
are
the
best
and
I.
You
know
for
me,
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
you
have
to
process
and-
and
you
know,
analyze
and
put
Solutions
together
and
you
don't
have
to
worry
about.
A
You
know,
worry
and
be
troubled,
but
so
I'm
never
headed.
You
know
never
had
that
problem
and
they
always
take
and
started
with
Mike
and
and
all
the
partners
that
we
have.
It
makes
it
easier
for
me
to
kind
of
ponder
the
challenges
that
come
up
and
process
what
happens
every
day
so.
A
About
an
hour
and
a
half
with
the
the
council
General
from
Canada
the
other
day-
and
we
really
it
was
a
very
interesting
person,
his
responsibilities
in
Atlanta
he's
responsible
for
all
the
Auto
industry,
all
the
imports
and
exports
from
Canada
to
the
Auto
industry,
which
in
Mississippi
never
been
to
the
coast.
So
we
we're
putting
it
on
pretty
heavy
he's
responsible
for
you
know
like
the
the
auto
industry,
Nissan
Toyota
in
in
Alabama,
I,
think,
Mercedes
and
Kia.
A
You
know,
but
it
was
a
good
character,
good,
interesting
conversations,
but
he
said
you
know,
mayor
can
I
call
you
mayor
because
in
in
Canada,
I'd
have
to
address
you
as
your
worship.
A
I
said.
Well,
let
me
run
that
by
my
wife,
but
it
didn't
work
well,
right,
yeah,
no
anyway,
but
I
do
thank
everybody.
This
is
a
good
interactive
crowd.
You
know
me
I'll,
respond
to
questions
so
as
we
go
through
this
little.
You
know
a
picture
is
worth
a
thousand
words
I
think
you
got
about
30
000
before
yesterday
coming
up
here,
so
we're
gonna,
rock
and
roll
right.
Now,
so
don't
hesitate
to
ask
a
question.
A
If
you
see
I
will
stop
the
deal
all
right
high
top
on
our
priorities,
something
that's
been
worked
about,
worked
on
for
like
30
years
and
that's
the
Keystone
new
main
gate
go
to
I.
Think
we
got
some
construction.
That's
what's
happening
right
now,
putting
the
the
base
coat
so
according
to
Mike
I,
think
we're
about
17
days
away
from
putting
the
final
swiping
and
lights
and
so
forth,
but
they're
they're
actually
doing
that.
I
think
that
was
yesterday
afternoon.
A
That
project
is
a
game
changer,
as
you
know,
even
what
we've
done
to
there,
but
you
know
they're
still
going
through
Forest
Avenue
at
this
point
in
time,
but
it's
been
an
amazing
story
with
now
Major
General
Edmondson.
When
she
was
81st,
we
we
conjured
up
and
finagled
I
was
37
million
dollar
project
to
become
reality,
I
think
all
of
our
partners
from
the
state
and
because
it
did
and
also
from
a
United
States
senators
and
and
they
did
a
tremendous
job
in
making
this
happen.
A
So
we're
you
know,
weeks
away
from
being
fully
engaged
in
online.
So
we
thank
everybody
that
had
any
part
to
do
with
that,
and
it's
been
a
journey
just
like
fixing
the
roads
and
the
north
contract
like
the
rest
of
the
North
and
the
South
contract.
But
that's
that's
where
we
are
with
Keesler
and
along
the
side
of
our
cat,
cabin
and
Scott
Delano.
This
is
a
little
bit
of
on
the
drawing
board.
You
know.
A
White
Avenue
is
a
the
old
man
cave
right
gate,
three,
the
gate
three
well:
cyber
security
and
cyber
training
I
believe
5
000.
Cyber
Airmen
are
training
cyber
security
right
there
a
year
with
the
state
of
Mississippi,
the
Mississippi
cyber
initiative
is
going
forward
and
there's
a
little
building.
That
stuff
will
happen
right
there
in
that
little
corner
of
the
campus,
actually
there's
a
enhanced,
useful
and
hand
agreement
that
will
enable
us
to
build
that
facility,
and
maybe
some
other
things
right
there
in
that
corner.
A
But
one
big
thing
is
in
the
Long
Road
long
game
is
to
take
White
Avenue
and
tie
it
back
into
judge
sequel
that
will
officially
be
outside
the
gate.
If
this
enhanced
land
use
agreement
happens,
but
that
will
be,
you
know,
part
of
Biloxi
and
part
of
the
landscape,
and
we
thank
you
to
everybody.
That's
I
had
a
part
to
do
that.
It's
a
big
I
think
we're
about
30
million
dollar
project
is
we're
with
maybe
a
little
bit
more
down
here.
Okay!
Well,
that's
y'all's!.
B
A
Little
bit
more
than
that,
no,
we
thank
you,
but
that's
that's
on
the
radar.
So
next,
okay
now
I
see
Rebecca
Powers
over
there.
This
is
something
that
is
significant.
It's
been
talked
about
a
long
time
for
four
years
in
a
row
we
had
our
ducks
in
a
row
we
had
our
engineering
done.
We
had
most
of
our
acquisition
for
this
extension.
A
This
is
taking
a
pops.
Ferry
Road,
which
is
epoxair
road
to
pass
road,
is
a
business
intersection
in
Biloxi
and
and
we're
here.
Some
interruptions
like
what's
happening
on
Beauvoir
road
now,
so
this
will
eliminate
all
of
those
kinds
of
issues
when
we
actually
put
it
in
the
ground
and
a
little
story
about
that.
We
were
at
the
Board
of
Supervisors
Monday
to
ask
their
support
for
some
additions
to
that
road
structure.
A
That's
a
I
think
that's
a
17
million
dollars,
that's
left
and
we've
already
spent
about
six,
but
through
the
state,
through
what
we've
done
our
Council
class
to
14
million
dollar
bond
issue,
seven
of
which
is
dedicated
to
doing
this.
The
Board
of
Supervisors
in
stepped
up
with
a
couple
of
million
dollars
to
put
underpasses
two
times,
as
you
see
where
it
goes
right
through
their
parking
lot
of
the
Coliseum.
A
A
like
cupboard
has
605
that
takes
it
all
the
way
to
to
67
that
we
will
get
enough
connectivity
and
enough
recognition
that
needs
to
be
designated
State
Road,
which
puts
us
in
a
position
for
some
of
the
infrastructure
money
that
will
come
down
and
that's
a
couple
of
things
we'll
mention,
but
that
will
take
you
all
the
way
from
Highway
90
to
Pops,
Ferry,
Road
and
then
again
to
the
Pop's
ferry
bridge,
which
is
Tulane
at
this
moment
and
I'll.
Raise
your
hand
if
you
think
toes
are
a
good
idea.
A
I
can
see
that
right
now,
but
that
is
was
phase
a
of
a
project.
We
called
Biloxi
Beach
connector,
which
in
effect
would
take
67
off
of
Shriners
Boulevard
four
lane
it
down
to
highway.
To
Interstate
10
across
with
another
Causeway
from
Interstate
10
to
around,
where
the
mortgage
Area
library
would
be,
and
then
a
new
four-lane
bridge
at
the
time
in
2015
it
was
estimated.
The
whole
project
was
255
million
dollars.
A
Now
things
have
changed:
we've
estimated
just
the
Pop's
ferry
bridge,
a
four
lane
without
any
drawbridge
that
didn't
get
stuck,
was
180
million
dollars
so
and
probably
now,
if
we,
if
we
look
into
it'd,
be
over
200
million,
so
we're
going
to
have
to
you
know,
get
away
which
we
are
we're
looking
for
about
15.7
million
to
rehab
that
bridge,
so
it
won't
get
stuck
again
and
of
course
you
can't
do
anything
about
barge
traffic
or
Marine
Traffic.
A
You
know
knocking
things
out
so
we're
rolling
the
dice-
and
you
know
again
with
all
these
connectors.
It
would
be.
Evacuation
is,
of
course,
and
of
course,
defense
access
will.
This
will
all
enhance
those
positions,
but
that's
a
significant
thing
and
that's
other
than
finishing
the
case
for
that's
our
next
priority.
Our
whole
Mississippi
Coast
delegation
as
well.
As
you
know,
our
our
Council
has
is
committed
to
making
this
stuff
happen.
A
We're
in
a
mode
that
we
hope
to
wave
Mike
if
I
say
something,
that's
wrong,
we're
going
to
bid
we're
going
to
bid
it
out
in
probably
two
months:
yeah.
Okay,
that's
good,
but
anyway
we're.
B
A
And
loaded,
so,
okay,
now
along
those
lines,
you
see
that
right,
you've
seen
that
bill
in
a
while
and
about
two
years
ago,
some
new
owners
bought
that
property,
as
well
as
the
property
where
Hobby
Lobby
is
and
without
being
Donald
Trump,
or
anything
like
that
telling
you,
when
it's
going
to
happen,
but
I'll
State
my
reputation
as
a
journalist
that
that
won't
look
like
that
in
a
12
to
18
months.
A
A
All
right
blue
wall,
Road
right
that
was
a
you
know,
a
project
that
we're
going
to
interrupts
the
project
right
to
that.
Hopefully
500
feet
walked
I,
think
that
right
500
feet
up
before
Road
and
we're
cautious.
You
know
where
that
thing
sits.
You
know
next
to
some
cemeteries
and
and
those
kinds
of
things,
but
we
haven't
uncovered
anything
similar
to
what
we
did.
You
know
and
those
walks
of
cemetery
when
we
did
the
same
25
foot
right
away
from
one
sewer,
deep
sewer
and
water,
okay.
A
So
okay
now
I
mentioned
14
million
dollar
bond
issue,
seven
of
which
was
the
infrastructure
and
a
couple
of
other
projects.
But
Recreation
is
a
key
thing:
Machado
patano
came
up
with,
and
partners
with
us
and
developing
the
scheme
to
enhance
the
AJ
Holloway
Sports
Complex
5.5
to
6.5
million
is
what
we're
going
to
put
into
that.
There
are
some
things
that
are
already
happening
because
of
the
opportunity
for
recreation.
It's
always
a
big
part
of
a
you
know,
a
city.
A
It's
making
sure
that
your
your
kids
and
and
your
folks
can
have
top-notch
facilities
and
a
place
to
enjoy
tournaments
and
do
those
kinds
of
things.
But
that's
that's
we're
talking
about
all
the
drainage,
all
the
lying,
all
the
parking
and
using
turf
you
know,
and
the
infields
both
softball
and
youth
baseball,
but
also
part
of
that
commitment
to
Recreation
out
of
that
bond
is
pickleball.
Everybody
knows
what
pickleball
is
now
right.
A
Do
you
know
there's
a
major
league
pickleball,
League,
okay,
the
Major
League
Super
Bowl,
we're
going
for
the
Major
League
Super
Bowl
down
here,
but
but
hey
that's
a
that's!
What's
on
the
radar,
that's
the
enhancement
to
the
clubhouse
and
facilities,
and
then
you
see
a
possible
another
12
additional
courts
that
we're
sitting
there
with
12.
and
I
know
some
pickleball
players
over
here
and
it's
amazing.
A
You
know
you
can
see
when
they're
in
town
and
they
come
with
the
right
profile
as
far
as
staying
you
know,
staying
in
in
local
facilities
and
so
forth,
but
that's
the
that
will
happen
very
shortly:
the
the
actually
the
clubhouse
and
restroom
facilities,
okay.
So,
okay,
now
we're
gonna
flip
back
down
to
downtown
one
of
our
major
accomplishments
was
when
we
have.
A
You
know,
there's
a
result
of
doing
what
we
did
to
two
open
and
two-way
traffic
and
doing
the
bricks
you
know
on
that
road
like
it
used
to
be,
is
a
restructure.
You
know
reconstruction
of
some
things.
Of
course
the
Community
Bank
was
sort
of
the
anchor
store
one
of
the
first
and
never
continue
to
develop
that
whole
Corner.
Today
that
the
old
and
it
looked
like
to
me
a
federal
prison,
but
the
Old
Courthouse
was
but
it
doesn't
increase
the
the
the
the
livability
of
everything.
A
So
that's
dispersed
the
next
of
course,
the
our
own
Biloxi,
a
blues
around
zero
Blues,
Club
they've
had
some
interesting
accident
and
it's
exciting.
If
you
put
700
people
in
in
that
place,
just
the
other
day
we
awarded
Jimmy
Hall
from
Wet
Willie,
you
know
keep
on
smiling,
but
anyway,
I
don't
know
if
anybody
was
here,
but
he
did
happy
birthday,
unlike
any
any
other
song,
I
heard.
So
it's
an
interesting
place.
It's
got
three
levels
and
it's
bumps
up
right
now.
A
Okay,
so
bumps
up
to
the
Box
building-
and
you
see
those
some
real
shots
of
what's
happening
today,
right
in
the
in
the
lower
left
but
they're
chipping
away
on
the
old
facade
and
they've
done
some
creative
things
in
opening
up
that
building,
and
so
we
I
think
we
said
16,
Apartments
and
then
I
think
60
000
square
feet
of
retail.
A
On
that
first
floor
and
I
know
they're
actively
pursuing
the
different
kinds
of
retail
and
restaurant
on
that
on
that
floor,
and
it
sits
right
next
to
the
Sanger,
which
is
is
exciting
too
they're
finishing
up
the
external
part
of
the
Sanger
and
our
next
phase
is
to
move
forward
and
what
we
really
want.
The
functionality
of
the
inside
the
Sanger
to
be
we're,
taking
looking
at
a
lot
of
different
options.
But
it's
really
exciting.
A
At
night,
I
saw
the
other
day
the
lights
on,
and
it
really
will,
if
you
got
that
little
soft
spot
in
your
heart
for
Biloxi
it'll
it'll
turn
it
on
even
further.
Okay
and
right
down
the
street
is
the
Old
Jefferson,
Bank
or
Wells
Fargo,
I,
guess,
right,
I
think
I
haven't
spent
or
never
could
create
a
number.
A
If
you
have
13
units
Boutique,
Hotel
and
they're,
going
strong
going
strong
with
that,
you
get
a
little
bit
further
down
the
old
board's
milk
or
josettes
they're
rocking
and
rolling,
almost
all
entirely
occupied
now
with
the
Phillips
for
billips
restaurant
right
there
in
your
lower
left,
and
that
will
be
in
action
very
shortly.
A
Okay,
on
copper,
Street,
as
you
go
north
between
quality
and
blp
paint.
There
are
about
eight
units,
eight
cottages
on
the
drawing
board
and
I.
Think
all
of
these
things
that
passed
the
RC-
and
you
know
the
planting
so
just
much
past,
just
I
wish
it
could
happen.
So
they've
invested
okay
again
with
a
lot
of
fanfare.
A
We
actually
got
this
down
from
the
White
House
Hotel,
the
aqua
Suites,
which
would
be
right
on
the
on
the
highway
and
and
then
there's
also
some
some
things
next
to
it,
between
the
White
House
right
there
on
the
corner,
White
Avenue
and
a
couple
of
pieces
of
property
White,
the
White
House
hotel
is
expanding
and
with
an
event
center
and
some
more
Suites
on
that
corner.
So
that's
going
to
light
up
anyway,
again
got
a
little
bit
further
down
the
road.
A
You
see
the
expansion
of
the
big
plate,
arcade
and
entertainment
and
I
think
they
had
some
murals
going
in
the
last
couple
of
days,
but
that's
firing
away
in
Into,
the
Wilderness
family
has
been
putting
some
doing
a
lot
of
things
to
invest.
It
brings
me
I'm
gonna,
take
a
breath
just
a
minute.
My
wife
said
be
sure
you
get
some
water
she's
talking
to
you
right
now,.
A
But
Peter,
you
know
audience
right:
we've
been
successful,
I
think
I,
don't
know
who
sued,
who
I
think
the
Secretary
of
State
sued
us
and
we
we
were
successful
in
the
local
court
and
then
the
other
day.
We
were
up
at
the
Supreme
Court
and
it
was.
It
was
interesting
because
if
you
see
some
of
the
work
that
he's
done
and
some
of
the
energy
that
he
puts
on
the
table,
there's
a
replacement
of
that
Pier.
A
Unlike
any
Pier
you'll,
see
on
the
Gulf
Coast
I,
don't
know
if
you've
been
to
Galveston,
it's
all
the
Pleasure
Pier,
but
if
we
think
we've
got
the
clearance
and
he's
got
the
capital
and
the
energy
to
do
something
like
that,
it
would
be
appear
like
you.
You
won't
see
them
anywhere
on
the
Gulf
Coast.
So
we're
thankful
that
they're
in
a
position
to
move
it
forward.
A
We
think
we're
positioned
in
Peter
by
the
end
of
the
year
by
the
end
of
the
year,
we'll
get
you
know
the
the
the
blessing
from
the
Supreme
Court.
So
I
did
another
story,
Peter
and
Tim
Holloman,
and
you
know
we
were
up
there
and
they
were
all
again
and
first
thing
they
go
up
to
the
podium.
You
got
a
little
green
light,
yellow
light
red
light
means
you
got
to
shut
up
when
that
red
light
comes
on,
and
the
first
thing
you
do
is
to
make
it
pleased
the
court.
A
So
I
got
a
kick
out
of
10..
So
yesterday,
on
Monday,
when
it
was
pretty
appeared
at
the
the
board
of
supervisor
said,
may
I
please
the
board
and
Tim
Holloman
before
I
made
my
presentation.
So
anyway,
that's
a
little
piece
of
useless
information.
Okay,
I'm
ready
go
again.
A
little
bit
further
on
down
is
oh
Hooters,
it's
turning
into
Azteca
and
that's
a
significant
investment.
It's
always
tough
to
follow
business,
but
they're
significantly
invested
and
they
have
enough
momentum
to
go
forward
with
it
a
little
bit.
A
B
A
Okay
in
the
trampoline
center,
it's
got
a
trampoline
park.
That's
right
down,
you
know
by
the
pennies
building
and
that's
happening
too.
So
there's
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
momentum,
and
that
brings
me
two
things
that
we
kind
of
Drive
our
issue.
First,
you
know
20
and
maybe
30
percent
of
the
taxes
or
the
the
revenue
that
comes
from
Gaining
right.
A
Is
it
another
billion
dollar
year?
For
these
eight
casinos?
It's
mine,
no
he's
fine,
but
it's
three
years
in
a
row,
it's
hard
to
explain
again
18
months
in
a
row,
our
sales
tax
revenue,
which
is
all
this.
These
kinds
of
issues
remember
18
months
we're
over
a
million
dollars.
It's
never
happened.
They're
in
the
worst
of
time,
two
years
in
a
row
exceeds
whatever
you
know,
the
the
gross
Gaming
revenue,
which
is
they
pay
their
taxes.
You
know
12
12
of
that
every
every
month.
B
A
A
Okay,
now
I
might
get
on
a
soapbox
here.
I
got
two
legislators,
but
they
don't
understand.
I.
Try
to
get
my
two
Warriors
over
here
in
the
legislature.
Give
us
a
little
bit
better
deal
we'll
make
you
more
money.
Okay,
so
that's
thailands,
I
won't
even
talk
about
tidelines,
okay,
but
okay
go
on,
but
anyway
yeah
this
again.
This
is
a
significant
and
I
think
they're,
all
rented
I
mean
that's
significant
investment
and
they
want
you
know
another
phase
and
another
opportunity
to
move
forward.
It's
amazing
two
three
and
four
bedrooms
yeah
anyway.
A
That's
significant
these
folks
that
see
this
opportunities
and
and
put
their
money
in
the
ball
game.
That's
significant!
So
we
must
be
doing
something
right.
The
environment
must
be
right
to
these
folks
coming
every
day.
These
are
the
stuff.
I
can
talk
about
I
can't
you
know
you
wouldn't
believe
stuff
I
can't
talk
about,
but
all
right
this
is
another
okay.
We
talked
about
AJR
Sports
play
complex,
that's
a
right
over
by
the
behind
the
Sonic.
Isn't
it
there's
200
rooms?
It
was
a
200.
I
think
so.
A
A
Is
it
open
yet
a
couple
few
days
away,
but
it's
in
the
ground
ready
to
go
and
who
doesn't
like
chicken
you're,
not
American,
if
you
don't
like
fried
chicken
all
right
and
then
Camp
David,
which,
if
you
see
that
giant
American
flag,
that's
where
it
is
up
a
little
bit
further
down
that
leads
to
okay,
just
kind
of
hand
close
right
there.
That
leads
to
a
challenge
we're
going
to
see.
There's
a
Cedar
Lake
bridge,
it's
not
a
full-lane
bridge.
A
This
is
the
one
that's
where
challenged
as
far
as
getting
heavy
duty
trucks
and
so
forth.
We're
doing
some
study.
Mike
studies
to
a
grant
to
do
a
study
on
what
can
be
done
as
far
as
replacing
or
stiffening
up
the
bridge,
so
traffic
can
flow.
That's
a
really
North
from
City
Lake,
going
north
towards
67.
A
Now
a
little
bit
in
wall
Market
on
the
south
of
the
on
the
Oakland
South,
there's
a
probably
an
8.2
million
dollar
indoor
shooting
range,
and
that
has
some
significant
support,
and
these
you
know
you
never
would
guess
you
know
somebody
could
put
eight
million
dollars
or
somebody
could
fire
a
gun.
But
it's
serious
and
you
know
they've
done
their
research
and
they've
done
NFC
Las
Vegas
to
see
some
of
the
opportunities
that
tourists
and
and
our
local
law
enforcement
you
know
will
be
utilizing
this
okay
and,
of
course,
Margaritaville.
A
You
saw
the
the
ferris
wheel,
especially
at
night,
if
you're
coming
over
the
bridge,
it's
pretty
exciting
to
to
see
that
activity.
There's
a
little
in
the
lower
left,
a
little
Challenge
and
I.
Don't
know
if
I'm
supposed
to
say
this
or
not,
but
I'm
gonna
say
it
that
little
there
was
the
opportunity
to
have
a
buy,
a
drink
and,
and
the
you
know
the
floor
group
raises
up,
so
you
can
have
them
those
best
for
you
and
everything,
but
there
was
an
obstacle
with
the
ABC.
A
You
can't
serve
Liquor
on
an
amusement
ride,
so
that's
a
little
bit
of
a
stretch,
so
we
that
makes
a
lot
of
sense
right
anyway.
That's
149,
140
million
dollars
worth
of
you,
know
family
entertainment
and
that's
a
part
of
what's
happening
so
and
there's
some
some
things
on
the
drawing
board
north
of
there
too,
just
north
of
that
property
Point
Cadet.
This
is
eight
million
dollars
worth
of
Mike,
eight,
seven,
seven
that
we're
in
actually
the
lay
down
stage
the
bid
is
awarded.
A
A
Mike
and
I
grew
up
close
to
that
my
wife.
We
were
all
kind
of
what
we're
used
to
doing
that
bay
and
a
lot
of
activities
like
boat,
races
and
so
forth,
and
over
the
years
these
rocks
the
ugliest
rocks
in
the
world.
Something
done
to
preserve
that
that
roadway,
but
anyway
it
was
a
project.
We're
very
pleased
and
proud
of
I
worked
with
DMR
in
order
to
do
some
funding.
A
But
that's
that's
done
and
I
think
it's
really
well
used
at
this
point,
and
this
is
something
November,
29th
I
believe
we're
gonna
cut
the
rim,
the
official
ribbon
cutting
of
the
this
is
I
call
it
the
seawall
walkway
between
Oak
Street
and
the
small
craft
Harbor.
There's
a
18
inch
knee
wall,
which
I
saw
last
night
people
using
it
as
a
bench.
The
intent
is
to
keep
the
sand
from
blowing
onto
the
highway
and
and
of
course
it
does.
A
A
lot
of
cool
things
will
be
some
some
cosmetic
enhancements
to
that.
But
it's
it's
a
way
to
kind
of
again
enhance
that
beachfront
experience
along
those
lines.
I
think
we
had
a
bicycle
group
a
podcast,
so
they
had
about
80
bicyclists,
enjoying
that
the
Youtube
Peter.
How
do
you
get
to
YouTube
It's,
a
YouTube
thing
podcast
or
whatever
you
call
it,
but
also
in
addition,
Chief
will
verify.
This
I
saw
a
man
with
a
on
a
riding
lawn
mower
down
on
it.
A
Yo,
yes,
back
on
the
sand,
yeah
of
the
the
Oak
Street
situation,
I
think
we're
out
to
bid
on
what
we
call
our
heavy
sand
or
heavier
sand.
Bigger
grains,
400,
Micron
versus
200,
Micron
yeah.
Everybody
knows
what
a
micron
is
Right,
millions
of
them.
Okay,
anyway,
that's
going
to
keep.
You
know
the
same,
staying
on
the
beach,
but
that
replenishment
is
about
25
000
tons,
they're
being
trucked
in
and
being
spread.
A
You
can
see
the
the
markings
of
the
where
the
sand
will
be
distributed
in
play
and
anyway,
that's
that's
there.
Okay,
now,
let's
go
back
to
Fred
the
most
you
know
and
I
use
his
quotes
all
everywhere,
but
we
probably
our
most
famous
blocks
here
and
so
we're
in
the
process,
and
we
did
actually
put
this
bronze
statue
and
you
know
the
really
creative
I
thought
it
was
created.
Anyhow,
it
looks
like
this
is
sitting
on
top
of
the
Saturn
V
rocket.
A
But
let
me
tell
you
if
you
could
look
in
the
little
picture:
it's
a
favorite
landing
spot
for
seagulls
and
poor
Fred
never
had
white
hair,
but
Mike
had
a
creative
solution.
We
gotta
again.
No,
don't
anybody
from
Peter
something
like
that.
Don't
come
talking
to
me,
but
he's
gonna
have
a
necklace
that
will
you
know
run
these
seagulls
off.
Is
that
right?
A
So
anyway,
I
see
last
night
we
we
looked
at
just
a
couple
of
the
lighting.
We
got
to
rearrange
some
lightings
Christy
you're,
listening.
Okay,
all
right,
but
anyway,
that's
that's
about
it.
I
think
and
I'm
open
for
questions.
You
know
whatever
you
want.
You
know
don't
hold
back
because
I'm
running
out,
yeah
I,
don't
have
a
question.
B
People
really
wanted
difference,
and
how
do
we
get
the
barcode
and
done?
How
do
we
do
this?
How
do
we
do
that?
We
were
never
able
to
and
to
finally
see
it
come
to
tuition
like
you,
've
got
to
be
where
you're
just
going
to
think
about
it.
We
almost
had
to
give
up
on
the
journal,
but
for
us
Friday
night
was
down
at
50s.
Moving
out.
I
was
like
please
yeah.
A
A
Going
back
to
what
friends
you
know,
Fred
I
use
this
story
all
the
time
Fred
was
he
just
made
89
the
other
day
and
he
was
in
a
paper
boy.
He
did
everything
he
was
supposed
to
his
mother
said:
okay,
he
liked
pool
right
and
there
was
a
shot.
I.
Don't
think
we
have
that
on
in
this
shot,
but
the
union
bar
had
the
you
know
biggest
pool
hall
that
you
had.
A
It
was
really
well
well
known
and
used
and
so
forth,
but
he
said:
Biloxi
was
a
15
000
people
yeah
a
little
bit
of
Tourism,
mostly
Seafood,
until
1941.
When
our
grandparents
generation
went
out
and
got
Keystone,
can
you
still
feel-
and
they
always
tell
me
it's
Keystone
Air
Force
Base.
It
was
Keisha
field.
You
know
in
the
40s
and
there's
a
big
shot
of
like
six
thousand
soldiers
on
on
Howard,
Avenue
Fred
explains
it
look.
A
He
said
it
jumped
from
about
15
000
people
until
about
over
a
hundred
thousand
people
almost
overnight
and
they
keep
these
soldiers
in
Airmen
in
tents
and
embarrassed
and
then
let
them
go
on
payday
right.
So
Fred
Hayes
tells
the
story.
I
learned
geometry
from
watching
these
Hustlers
trying
to
hustle
all
these
soldiers
in
this
part,
so
I
mean
it
had
a
purpose
for
everything.
That's
why
you
could
see
in
this
shot
every
form
of
entertainment.
You
could
possibly
you
know,
think
of
and
some
you
can't
think
of,
but
yeah
anyway.
A
You
can
look
at
that
picture
and
just
see
and
that's
what
we're
trying
to
bring
those
with
our
own
flavor
of
things.
You
know
we're
all
on
the
stamp
and
Bucks
is
unique.
You
know-
and
this
is
another
little
pitch-
I
did
I-
think
it
was
in
Detroit
the
other
day
talking
about
who
we
are
where
we
are
in
1699,
I.
Think
in
March
of
1699
PA
Illinois
D'iberville,
founded
Biloxi,
and
for
some
of
our
neighbors
to
the
east
or
to
the
West.
A
You
know,
Dale
Greenwell
is
probably
the
most
noted
historian
talks
about
where
he
took
his
Skip
and
you
know,
with
Ship
Island
passes
where
the
main
boat
wasn't
able
Road
to
a
little
cut,
just
just
right
at
the
mall.
Okay,
now
I
don't
know
where
how
he
knew
them
all
was
going
there,
but
that's
where
it
was,
but
that's
the
truth.
You
know
then
and
I'm,
that's
the
story
and
I'm
sticking
to
it.
A
So
any
other
questions
I'm
happy
to
to
go
on
and
on
you
know,
I've
got
to
be
in
Gulfport
at
10
30
so,
but
I
have
to
leave
before
then,
but
anyway.
I
do
thank
y'all.
I
hope
that
it
wasn't
rambling
too
much,
but
it's
something
that
I
feel
very
very
strongly
about,
and
my
family
allows
me
to
to
do
those
things
that
that
I
want
to
do.
It
is
sort
of
an
addiction
for
me
and
but
it's
a
good
thing
for
me,
so
I
thank
y'all
appreciate
it.
