A
A
crowd-
yes,
it's
very
special
for
me
to
be
here
and
talk
about
something.
That's
number
one,
almost
number
one
in
my
heart.
My
wife
was
right
there,
but
you
know
she's
just
she's
laughing
at
that
right.
No,
it
is
truly
a
great
pleasure
for
me
to
talk
about
things
that
are
happening
right
now.
We've
already
accomplished
some
great
things
and
with
the
you
know,
with
the
help
of
a
lot
of
people.
First
of
all,
we've
got
about
600
employees
and
every
one
of
them
played
an
important
role.
A
Our
Council
together,
we,
you
know
we
make
things
happen
and
I'm,
first
of
all,
thankful
to
them
for
everything
we've
been
able
to
do
and
everything
we're
going
to
do,
which
is
a
lot
we're
going
to
do
a
lot
more.
So
it's
the
beginning,
we're
going
on
a
a
track
that
I
think
everyone
will
be
pleased
with.
You
know,
but
like
say
it's
a
history
and
we're
creating
history
right
now.
So
let's
go
you
ready
to
go,
wait
a
minute.
A
Yes
yeah:
this
is
good
okay,
I'm
coming
down
here
with
y'all
yeah
again
our
Keisha
cousins.
Thank
you
all
for
being
here
and
we've
done
some
good
things
over
the
last
year.
That's
new
stuff,
but
we're
talking
about
the
number
one
priority
in
in
the
city
of
Biloxi
right
now.
As
far
as
projects
is
the
opening
of
that
extension
from
Pops
Ferry
Road,
not
the
bridge
I
got
some
news
on
the
bridge
too,
but
anyway,
I
think
we
had
some
direct
results.
A
Jerry
well,
I,
think
Rouses
is
actually
their
plans
before
us
and
that
the
whole
extension
will
kick
off
an
expansion.
That
will
be
very
impressive,
but
that
is
the
number
one
priority
it's
about:
27
million,
all
in
we've
paid
we've
paid
about
5
million
in
doing
some
of
the
things
that
we've
already
done,
but
a
number
of
additions
to
that
extension
will
allow
Pop's
ferry
to
extend
to
Highway
90.,
which
then
puts
it
in
a
what
we
call
state
road
condition.
A
You
know
that
gives
us
the
opportunity
for
federal
money,
Department
of
Transportation
and
MDOT,
to
participate
in
things
like
the
bridge.
So
that
is
the
number
one
priority
I
think
a
number
of
of
businesses
you've
already
seen
opened
up,
I
know
and
come
to
the
other
ones,
not
only
there,
but
in
Howard
Avenue.
But
that
is
the
number
one
priority
at
this
point
in
time.
It's
at
m
dot,
review,
I,
see
Steve
tweets
here,
I
think
we're
I've
been
hammering
him
for
the
last
year.
A
I,
don't
know
where
we
are,
but
it's
probably
a
maybe
three
more
weeks
left
in
that
review
and
when
that
happens,
we'll
have
all
of
our
core
of
engineers
permits
see.
You
can
see.
It
goes
right
at
the
CSX
crosses
the
the
CSX
railroad
right
at
grade.
A
I'm
gonna
take
a
breath,
but
what
we
had
to
do
was
close
three
Crossings
in
order
to
add
that
Crossing
and
at
that
same
point,
there's
a
again
at
the
request
of
the
Coliseum
and
it's
commission,
we've
added
two
significant
that
you
see
it:
cuts
through
the
existing
high-rise
or
the
rising
parking
garage,
as
well
as
the
other
parking
facility.
So
there'll
be
an
underpass.
A
You
know
Disney
World,
like
underpass
there
and
then
the
extension
right
into
the
property
too,
so
that
was
at
about
3.6
million
dollars
to
the
project,
but
you
know
through
the
the
state
in
the
county
in
the
city,
of
course,
that
was
part
of
our
part
of
the
tab
was
passed
in
seven
million
of
the
bond
issue
that
we
passed
in
22..
A
So
that's
a
big
thing
and
we've
been
working
on
it
a
while,
but
that
will
put
us
in
a
position
so
when,
when
it's
right,
this
is
a
state
road
to
be
designated
as
a
state
road,
not
the
responsibility
right
now.
It's
the
responsibility
of
the
city
of
Biloxi,
every
time
that
bridge
gets
stuck
or
anything
that
happens
there.
It's
on.
A
Anyway,
everybody
don't
hesitate
to
stop
me
because
I'm
going
to
go
fast,
I
had
two
cups
of
coffee
already,
so
listen
fast,
I
see
you
the
other
thing
part
of
that
bond
issue.
Of
that
14
million
dollar
value
said
we
got
at
an
unbelievable
rate,
2.75
we're
pretty
proud
of
that
little
number,
and
so
this
is
part
of
that
14
million
dollars.
A
We
build
seven
for
the
extension
and
then
about
seven
for
recreation,
but
this
is
a
big
part
of
of
the
the
expansion
and
and
the
you
know,
creating
a
an
event,
a
place
that
will
attract
folks,
but
we
find
I
think
we
got
the
bid
or
about
ready
to
award
the
bid,
I
think
5.2
million
for
revising
and
redoing
with
use
of.
A
Do
we
have
another
slide
on
that
one
turf
fields
and
and
that
that's
what
they
go
backwards
seal,
but
all
of
those
fields
will
be
redone
and
the
drainage
will
be
perfect.
Fencing
will
be
upgraded
and
it
will
be
give
us
a
position
to
compete.
You
know
with
the
sports
tourism
position
so
that
as
well
as
the
next
slide
pickleball,
everybody
knows
pickleball
right.
A
So
we're
going
to
be
a
pickleball
Central
of
the
of
the
world,
but
at
least
the
model
World
anyhow
yeah,
but
I
think
that
has
been,
and
that
has
been
bit
in
the
water
that
little
the
that
little.
You
can't
see
the
dot
there,
but
that's
the
restroom
facilities
and
refreshment
facility
there
and
that
has
been
awarded
I,
think
it's
142
000,
but
our
next
place
is
to
provide
some
covering
and
maybe
six
more
pickleball
courts
at
that
at
that
facility.
A
A
Come
we
can't
do
it
tomorrow,
sorry
anyway,
but
no
I've
seen
it
where
malls
are
not
successful
and
they've
been
using.
It
so
hope
on
that
right
track,
go
I'm,
ready,
go
all
right.
This
is
the
boardwalk
towards
Keesler
I,
think
that's
a
prime
example
of
use
of
the
dmrs
or
thailands,
as
well
as
go
mace
and
some
of
those
funds,
but
I
think
it's
it's
a
pretty
cool
thing.
You
saw
we
covered
up
over
the
course
of
two
years.
Some
of
the
ugliest
rocks
you
haven't
seen
in
your
life.
A
Never
was
there.
No
those
weren't,
Native,
Rocks
I
can
tell
you
that
we've
got
it
right.
Okay,
Crystal's
right
there.
She
gets
to
enjoy
the
boardwalk
every
day
when
she
goes
to
work
right,
okay
and
the
other
Boardwalk.
Is
you
know
what
significant
too
that
brought
us
to
a
situation
that
is
being
considered?
You
see
that
little
ledge
a
little
knee
wall
18
inches
a
high
that
it's
sort
of
a
pilot
program
that
General's
dragons
I.
Think
we
we.
A
Conspired
maybe
to
to
make
this
a
pilot
project,
an
18
inch
knee
wall
has
stopped
the
sand
from
getting
to
Highway
90.
that
that
may
be
rolled
out.
I.
Think
across
you
know,
from
bridge
to
bridge
we're
hopeful
that
that
will
be
the
way.
You'll
see
that
Boardwalk.
On
top
of
a
the
existing
Seawall
some
places,
it's
nine
steps
in
some
places
it's
five
steps,
but
when
we
were
putting
see
we'll
go
one
more
step,
I,
don't
know.
A
If
we
had
yeah
that
heavy
sand
is,
we
were
able
to
acquire
that,
and
you
see
the
before
and
after
picture
that
we
used
437
Micron
sand.
That
means
nothing
to
everybody
right,
okay,
but
we
did
replace
that
and
you
can
see
some
of
the
Mounds
that
are
existing,
but
the
25
000
tons
of
the
same
was
spread,
but
the
heavier
sand,
which
is
you
know
about
three
times
the
grains
were
three
times
larger
than
what
has
been
dredged
up,
that
we're
replenishing,
saying
now
in
the
old
way.
A
A
They've,
actually
dig
the
sand
and
processed
the
saying
that
the
lighter
sand,
the
very
very
light
sand
uses
for
rocket
and
the
result
was
the
was
the
heavier
saying
so
that
you
know
that's
pretty
pretty
strong
there
and
we
can
attest
that
the
heavier
sand
couple
with
the
knee
wall
is
working
and
I
know
the
city
of
Biloxi,
public
works
and
Recreation
have
to
clean
up
some
of
the
stuff
that
that
blows
in
in
order
to
to
make
it
safe,
friendly
and
beautiful.
A
That's
our
goal
and
I
can't
say
enough
about
our
employees
and
about
you
know
the
whole
cooperation
of
the
city
of
Biloxi,
as
well
as
DMR
in
the
county
and
the
state,
and
when
it
comes
to
doing
what
needs
to
be
done,
Biloxi,
you
know,
as
as
we
tried
to
explain,
things
is
not
a
49
872
population
Town
got
seven
thousand
hotel
rooms
that
are
pretty
much
full
on
every
weekend.
So
it's
when
you
go
after
you
know,
Market
driven
opportunities.
A
You
got
to
factor
that
in
and
so
it's
our
job
to
say,
hey
this
we're
double
the
population
in
essence,
and
you
know
we
actually
support
that
I
Know
Chief,
we
we
have
a
bunch
of
you-
know,
statistics
that
say
that
a
lot
more
people
here
on
especially
right
now,
when
it's
so
nice
and
comfortable
outside
right,
okay,
go
so
we're
talking
about
doing
things
that
need
to
be
done
or
what
not
on
our
responsibility.
This
was
four
days
ago
and
that's
right
there
by
the
Beau
Rivage
right
there.
A
A
Now,
as
I
talked
about
the
same,
we
had
a
collaboration
of
I
think
we
last
year
right
before
cruising,
we
removed
sand
to
the
tune
of
about
six
hundred
thousand
dollars.
We
got
200
from
the
tourism
200
from
the
county
and
we
put
up
200.,
but
that's
the
thing.
That'll
keep
people
coming
back
and
keep
loving,
keep
them
loving
what
they
say
in
their
tracks,
but
that's
the
kind
of
effort
that
needs
to
be
done.
A
Okay,
see
you
again
that
you
know
that
little
addition
right
there
used
to
be
72
parking
places
there
at
the
Lighthouse.
We
did
a
little
redesign
and
we
put
Fred
Hayes
the
statue
on
top
of
the
Saturn
Vine
and
it's
a
very
popular
place,
and
it's
only
it's
sort
of
the
hey.
Welcome
to
Biloxi
moment.
I
think
you
did
see
the
Fourth
of
July
a
pretty
good
size,
American
flag
hanging
from
the
from
the
lighthouse.
You
know,
I
want
to
give
my
wife
credit
on
that
we
had
a
25-foot
flag.
A
That
would
work
perfect
for
me:
okay,
okay,
going
into
real
projects
now,
we've
just
completed
all
the
dredging
to
the
city
of
Margaritaville
on
in
the
center
State,
without
all
of
that
it
has
been
dredged
out
and
removed,
and
the
floating
docks
were
becoming
are
all
on
order
and
we'll
be
getting
here
and
being
installed.
That's
about
one
third
of
the
of
the
harbor.
The
next
play
is
to
dredge
the
center
section
right
there,
where
you
see
a
few
boats
in
in
the
middle,
but
that's
on
the
way,
a
total.
A
But
probably
you
know
if
we
get
the
funding,
we
need.
Probably
all
the
the
docks
will
be
floating
and
will
be
up
to
date
as
far
as
power
and
just
convenience.
It's
a
lot
easier
to
to
use
this.
This
technology
I
think
Billingham.
Marine
is
the
ones
that
have
been
very
successful
across
the
gulf
child
and
anyway,
that's
ongoing
again
floating
docks.
That's
right
there
that
yields
place
on
pops.
Ferry
and
that's
you'll,
see
a
lot
of
things.
A
If
you
go
over
pops,
Ferry
you'll
see
a
lot
of
boats
tied
up
and
that's
been
very
successful
and
you've
done
a
tremendous
job.
You
know
far
boaters
and
and
again
we
want
more
and
more
of
that
activity.
Sandra,
of
course,
we're
completed.
Excuse
me
with
the
exterior
we
have
been
talking
and
interviewing
folks
to
help
manage
not
only
the
Sanger,
but
the
events
that
we
would
have
to
the
city
would
have
at
the
MGM
Park,
which
may
not
be
MGM
Park.
A
If
you
have
a
need
to
your
business
needs
to
do
some
advertising,
that's
up
for
for
consideration,
and
so
we
will
look
at
an
opportunity
for
a
company
to
come
here
and
manage
not
only
the
events
at
the
Sanger,
but
at
the
MGM
Park
and
the
Civic
Center,
which
is
an
outstanding
facility
that
we
really
we
have
not
really
pressed.
A
A
thousand
people
can
be
seated
there,
but
everybody
that
sees
it
sees
the
character
in
The.
You
know
the
the
iconic
kind
of
situation
that
we
have
here
that
we
need
to
press.
There
will
be
again
a
a
fundraising
effort
and
we
get
everybody
the
ability
to
be
part
of
this
single
renovation
and
the
single
reopening.
You
know
with
bricks
and
some
of
these
other
events
so
keep
pocket
books
ready.
It's
coming
all
right,
go
again.
A
The
next
X
on
the
list,
I
think
we
just
opened
with
Beverly
Martin
the
boat
ramp
at
the
right
across
from
Treasure
Bay
through
the
side
of
Camellia
Street
and
there's
about
40
slips
top-notch
slips
right
now
we
have
two
places
on
the
beach
there
tune,
Street
and
in
one
little
slip
at
the
small
craft
all,
but
this
will
kind
of
add
to
that
component
and
we'll
actually
take
in
that
beach
and
convert
it
into
parking.
The
big
long,
40,
foot,
boats
and
trailers
would
be.
A
A
Keesler
has
a
lot
of
issues,
because
almost
one
half
of
Keesler
Drive
comes
through
that
area,
so
that
that
about
three
million
dollars
will
help
dredge
that
and
alleviate
anything
that
comes
through
Forest
Avenue
right
by
the
new
main
gate
it
registered
at
by
you
and
will
be
in
a
mode
of
doing
that
very
shortly.
A
Of
course,
you
know
some
of
the
infrastructure
I
think
we
probably
have
120
130
million
dollars
of
of
the
Katrina
recovery
infrastructure,
components
going
and
that's
deep
soar,
water
and
storm
drain,
St
Michael's
one
and
two
on
the
point
is
wrapping
up
I
think
we
were
told
by
the
vendor
that
everything
east
of
of
Oak
Street
will
be
paved
to
its
final
surface,
starting
in
probably
two
weeks
and
then
the
the
ongoing
that
will
maybe
last
from
Howard
Avenue
and
tying
all
Street
Holly
Street,
all
those
things
tiny
in
so
that
deep
sewer
will
be
tied
into
the
kitchen's
value
processing
plant
that's
happening
over
I
think
it
should
be
complete
by
20
24th
of
June
of
24.,
the
from
the
beach
road.
A
All
the
way
to
I
think
White
Avenue.
That
stuff
is
primarily
on
the
beach
and
some
interesting
things
happen
to
in
this
project.
Interesting
things
happen
to
all
of
all
these
projects
on
the
St
Michael's
along
Howard
Avenue.
This
was
about
a
year
ago
between
Crawford
Street
and
Rosetti
Street.
A
You
know,
blux
is
an
old
town
right,
a
lot
of
oyster
shells
and
they
used
to
use
creosote
to
keep
the
dust
down
well
creosote
piles
up,
and
so
there
was
a
pool
19
feet
down
that
we
had
to
remove
2500
of
hazardous
creosote
and
dispose
of
that
and
that
stopped
us
for
about
four
months.
But
anyway,
you
can
see
some
of
that
work,
but
just
like
that
happened
same
contractor
by
the
way.
If
you
remember
long
ago,
yo
like
me,
you
remember
the
The
Crossover.
B
A
Broke
a
little
bit
equipment
there,
but
anyway,
that
those
kinds
of
things
are
to
be
expected
when,
when
these
projects
go
forward
like
it
is,
but
they're
they're
moving
right
along
okay,
see
you,
okay,
that's
it
questions.
I
know,
I've
forgotten
something,
but
I
did
you
know
again
it's
a
great
pleasure
for
us
to
evaluate
this.
Action
is
non-stop.
It
comes
every
day,
man
and
if
I
could
tell
you
about
half
the
things
you
know
that
are
that
are
happening
or
are
actually
being
considered.
I
think
it
would
inspire
you.
A
So
you
know
it's
a
great
pleasure
for
me
to
be
the
mayor
and
a
great
honor
for
me
and
for
y'all
to
kind
of
listen
to
me,
some
of
the
strange
things
that
I
come
up
with,
but
I.
You
know
I
talk
fast
and
I
think
fast.
So,
anyway,
questions
this
is
a
question.
Anybody
have
any
questions.
C
A
A
You
know
this
is
perfect
timing,
the
Band-Aid
Solutions.
First
of
all,
we
can't
have
that
bridge
breaking
right.
That
bridge
work
doesn't
work,
no
matter
what
kind
of
surface
you
got
it
nobody's
moving
on,
so
we
probably
have
ready
for
some
approval,
and
you
know
to
to
get
rolling
is
to
fix
to
rebuild
the
whole
structure
right.
A
A
C
A
A
That's
that's
important,
and
you
know
and
I
think
these
additions
and
these
improvements
will
enable
people.
B
A
You
know
Rouses
to
be
successful
and
you
know
I
think
direct
result
of
what
the
improvements
were
doing,
but
it
needs
to
be
a
state
designated
Road.
First
of
all,
you
know
we
had,
you
know
we're
a
big
part
of
the
state
big
part
of
the
county.
It
needs
to
be
a
state
road
and
I.
Don't
know
how
we
got
the
pleasure
of
owning
that
bridge.
B
A
A
About
a
a
grocery
store
that
we've
been
trying
since
for
the
last
five
years
to
do
that,
one
of
the
good
things
again
I
kind
of
alluded
to
is
that
you
know
when
you
get
these
these
people
like
Rouses,
and
these
these
stores
they
look
at
what
marketing
studies
you
know.
What's
the
drive
time,
you
know
how
many
people
live
within
two
minute
drive
time.
What
is
your
household
income?
Those
kinds
of
factors?
What
is
your
opportunity?
Well,
that's!
That's!
Fine
and
good.
In
normal
situation,
we're
not
normal
right.
A
I
said
you
know
we
got
49
872
people
in
the
last
census,
but
we
got
that
many
people
staying
in
hotel
rooms
on
a
weekend
right,
seven
thousand
hotel
room
and
you,
if
you
apply
those
Market
studies,
you
know
it
becomes
different.
This
because
I
think
this
this
market,
like
I,
said
I'm
not
supposed
to
mentioned
the
name
Market.
It's
such
a
market
but
it'll
be
successful
because
you
look
the
the
walk
time
drive
time
between
the
College
Street
and
you
know
our
our
new
Division
Street,
it's
Prime.
We
have
right
across
from
quality.
A
The
seafood
market
is
where
we're
talking
about.
So
you
know
in
the
old
days
we
thought
a
lot
of
development
would
take
place,
but
I
think
that's
a
direct
result
of
the
success
we've
had
you
know
again.
This
is
the
we're
in
a
casino
we've
ever
eight
casinos.
This
is
three
years
in
a
row
and
we're
gonna
bust,
a
billion
dollars
in
Gross
Gaming
revenue.
A
So
that's
unbelievable.
You
know
so
we're
real
pleased
and
proud
of
the
Partnerships
and
the
working
relationship
we
have
with
everybody,
but
it
does
give
us
some
momentum
and
some
challenges
to
to
do
what
needs
to
be
done
in
order
to
keep
that
business.
Coming
yeah,
good
question,
Davis
anybody
else.
A
Yeah
yeah
there
is
and
that'll
be
considered.
You
know,
we've
got
the
drive
down
areas
for
the
beach
equipment,
but
yeah.
That's
all
part
of
the.
What
we
need
to
do
again.
This
was
a
pilot
project
for
to
keep
the
same.
We
were
paying
you
know
by
500
000
on
our
nickel
a
year
just
keeping
the
sand
off
the
beach.
So
those
are
the
things
that
we
need
to
to
make
make
sure
everyone
enjoys.
A
What
we
have
you
know
and
I
did
come
up
with
a
talk
with
Jamie
Miller
last
night
as
a
matter
of
fact,
so
this
is
a
joke.
So
y'all
laugh
when
I
tell
you
to
laugh,
but
you
know
what's
been
happening
right.
How
many
shark
attacks
have
you
had
a
bunch
of
shark
attacks
all
over
up
and
down
back
in
2015
I
just
became
mayor
Jamie
Miller
was
the
DMR
director
right
Preston.
Do
you
remember
that
so
A
lady
just
wanted
to
explain
to
me?
A
Hey
I'm
from
the
point
like
you
are:
do
I
get
on
the
phone
and
she
says
I'm
worried
I'm,
worried
about
the
tourists.
I
said:
what
are
you
worried
about?
So
the
Sharks,
the
Sharks
I,
think
there's
a
tank.
Some
places
in
Florida
and
I
said
you
know:
ma'am
I
get
it.
You
know
you
you're
from
the
point
like
us
and
that
that's
a
it's
a
big
problem,
but
you
know
Biloxi
and
the
coast
is
a
little
different.
We
got
all
of
these
estuaries
and
rivers.
You
know
dumping.
A
That
wasn't
working
so
so
I'm
banging
on
the
computer,
while
I'm
talking
to
her
and
just
so
you
know
how
did
I
get
in
this,
but
anyway
she
said
no
I
think
we
need
to
build
a
shark
fence
from.
A
How
do
I
get
out
of
this
I
said?
Well,
that's
that
may
be
a
good
idea
and
you
probably
did,
but
you
need
to
call
Jamie
Miller,
yeah
I
tell
that
story
over
and
over
and
over
again,
but
along
those
line
we
had
this
conversation.
Jamie
thought
this
was
a
good
situation.
Now
you
heard
about
well,
first
of
all,
sharks.
There
did
anybody
else
attacked
by
a
shark
on
our
beach.
Okay,
are
you
about?
A
You
know
undertow
and
those
kinds
of
things
we
never
had
that
so
I
think
we
need
to
buy
an
insurance
policy
and
put
it
out
around
the
country.
You'll
get
a
million
dollars
if
you
could
eat
if
you
attacked
by
shark
in
Biloxi
or
I
drowned
by
undertale.
You
thought
that
was
a
good
idea
anyway.
A
But
you
know
the
assessor,
you
know
the
use
of
the
beaches
is
beautiful
and-
and
you
know
it,
you
know
it's
sort
of
a
blessing
that
we
have.
You
know
the
the
river
system.
So
it's
not
beautiful
water
like
like
Destin
and
all
we
do.
We
do
have
beautiful
water
on
the
outside,
go
to
Ship
Island.
Take
your
a
visitorship
island
you'll,
see
the
water
that
you
want
to
see,
but
I
think
it's
sort
of
a
a
blessing.
A
A
B
B
A
Right,
I
think
that
that's
done
I
think
that's
doable.
That's
done!
Okay,
yeah!
Because
they're
working
you
know
again.
There
was
a
a
bulldozer
in
front
of
the
Waffle
House
right
by
the
Coliseum
that
there
was
a
bulldozer
was
holding
this
as
they
dug
through.
You
know
surprises
everything
that
mostly
that's
like
20
feet
off
of
the
right-of-way
going.
A
You
know
towards
the
tie
into
the
deep
Shore
and
the
force
mains,
but
no
every
day
is
a
challenge,
and
we
we
would,
you
know,
meet
it
if
we
can
and
then
we'll
devise
a
way
to
meet
it.
If
we
can
so
all
right.
Well,
you
all
been
easy.
I
hope,
I
made
sense.
I
wasn't
going
too
fast,
but
there's
a
lot
of
ground
to
cover
and
they'll.
