First,
we
bring
you

buzz
for
the

15th
through
the
21st
share
your
input
on
earn
sick
and
safe
leave.
On
the
let's
talk,
bloomington
page,
the
city
council
appointed
a
task
force
to
develop
an
ordinance
requiring
the
provision
of
paid,
earned,
sick
and
safe
leave
to
individuals
working
for
businesses
located
in
bloomington.
A
It's
intended
to
promote
and
protect
the
well-being
of
the
bloomington
workforce
and
support
the
council's
strategic
priority
of
equity
and
inclusion.
You
can
provide
your
input
if
you're,
a
bloomington,
employee
or
employer
in
the
city.
The
surveys
can
be
found
at
the
web
address
listed
on
your

B
This
project
will
be
done
in
two
separate
phases.
The
first
phase
is
here
in
20
this
year,
2021,
where
we
will
be
upgrading
the
sanitary
sewer
along
east
old
shock
from
24th
to
28th
and
then
also
28th
avenue
from
east
old
shock
up
to
american
boulevard
and
then
in
2022
will
be
phase
two,
which
will
be
continuing
that
work
on
american
boulevard
from
28th
to
just
east
of
34th.
B
We
have
some
underground
tunneling,
that's
being
done
under
the
lrt
tracks
here
at
28th
and
82nd,
and
also
where
we
tie
in
up
at
american
boulevard,
we'll
be
doing
some
underground
tunneling
and
the
remainder
of
the
work
is
done
with
open
trench
where
they
open
up
the
roadway
and
and
lay
the
pipe.
A
A
The
cool
parks
and
rec
robot,
who
stripes
city
fields,
has
a
name
after
an
exciting
voting
process,
with
many
names
to
choose
from
residents,
went
with
linus
be
sure
to
give
linus
and
our
amazing
park
keepers
a
wave.
The
next
time
you
see
them
out
and
about
that
is
the
buzz
on
bloomington
today
for
the
week
of
september
15th
through
the
21st.
