taplin

service
communication
and
responsibility.
B
For
parks
and
recreation
is
a
great
step
to
get
some
experience
if
you've
never
had
a
job
before
this
can
be
your
first
job
and
we'll
train
you
and
anything
you
need
to
know,
especially
in
our
aquatics
division.
We
offer
free
lifeguard
training.
So
all
you
need
to
know
how
to
do
is
to
swim.
I
started
my
life
in
parks
and
recreation
as
a
little
kid
as
a
participant,
and
I
had
so
much
fun
at
the
program.
A
There
are
a
few
incentive
bonuses
being
offered
if
you
refer
a
friend
to
come
and
work
with
parks
and
rec
you'll
get
a
bonus
hundred
dollars
after
they've
completed
a
season
and
if
you
spend
the
entire
season
working
with
parks
and
rec
you'll
also
receive
a
hundred
dollar
bonus.

A
C
Involves
a
lot
of
work
with,
we
call
it
the
core.
That
means
the
big
group
of
female
dancers
that
make
the
ensemble,
and
it
involves
a
lot
of
making
sure
that
everyone
is
just
right,
that
their
angles
are
the
same,
that
their
head
is
the
same,
that
their
musicality
is
the
same,
so
that,
when
audiences
come
to
see
it,
it's
really
magical.
It
really
feels
like
you're
looking
at
an
artwork.
A
If
you
would
like
to
watch
other
stories
from
the
show
go
to
this
week's
playlist,
there
you'll
find
reflections
with
interim
police
chief
mike
hartley,
ahead
of
his
retirement
from
the
bloomington
police
department,
plus
learn
about
snow
plowing
and
the
sustainability
focus
the
city
has
in
its
operations.
Thanks
for
watching.
