From YouTube: Special Events Team Meeting
Description
Wednesday June 22, 2022 at 9:30 AM MDT
A
We'll
call
this
meeting
to
order.
We
have
one
event
to
go
through
today
and
then
a
few
pending
approvals
to
chat
about
so
a
couple
things
one.
We
decided
because
we
just
have
one
event
presenting
today
and
they
are
virtual
out
of
town.
We
decided
to
go
to
all
zoom
just
to
make
it
easier
for
everyone
for
this
one.
So
moving
forward
we'll
be
back
in
council
chambers
doing
hybrid,
but
for
this
one
only
since
it
should
be
a
relatively
quick
meeting,
we
thought
we
would
go
all
online.
A
The
second
bit
is,
I
assume
many
folks
are
wondering
with
some
updated,
coveted
numbers,
what
that
might
mean
for
special
events
and-
and
what
I
will
say
is
this
at
as
of
today
at
this
moment
in
time,
we're
still
watching
the
data
and
evaluating
what
makes
the
most
sense
for
boise
we're
looking
at
it
really
closely
week
to
week,
and
so
we
may,
maybe
we
may
make
some
changes
depending
on
how
most
specifically
how
our
hospital
systems
are
doing,
how
our
healthcare
systems
are
doing
right
now,
the
healthcare
systems
are
very
stable.
A
So,
even
though
we
see
communities
spread,
it's
not
presenting
the
same
stress
on
our
health
care
providers,
as
as
it
has
in
the
past,
so
no
changes
right
now,
but
I
would
encourage
all
event
organizers
to
make
sure
their
coveted
plans
are
dusted
off
in
the
case
that
we
need
to
make
any
changes
or
move
quickly
on
that.
A
So
I'm
maria
wake
with
the
office
of
community
engagement
here
at
the
city
of
boise,
and
you
guys,
since
you
will
all
move
around
on
my
screen.
I
think
I'm
just
gonna
go
down
the
list
that
I
have
of
participants
and
and
ask
you
to
introduce
yourselves
one
by
one
jamie.
I
think
you
are
first
on
my
list.
C
A
A
J
A
G
Greg
pacheco,
I
t
audio
visual
tech.
A
A
K
Yeah
he's
broadcasting
from
driving
in
his
sprinters.
P
Can
you
hear
me
now?
Yes,
jody
ethan
boyce
fire
department
apologize
for
the
van,
but
I
just
wanted
to
make
the
meeting
I'm
in
transit
from
a
call
to
boise
I'll,
be
there
soon.
A
Well,
be
careful,
don't
get
distracted
by
us.
I
know
we
are
a
very
compelling
group
of
people
all
right
so
with
that.
Let's
welcome
our
event.
Organizers,
ruthanne
and
lauren.
Q
Thank
you
and
then
I
see
I
have
the
ability
to
share
my
screen,
so
I
will
pull
up
our
event
just
so
you
guys
can
kind
of
see
what
we.
Q
You
for
having
us
today,
I'm
ruthann
holtmann,
I'm
the
controller
here
at
the
nazbo
and
my
colleague,
lauren
cummings
who's,
our
chief
operating
officer,
is
also
on
so
she'll
be
jumping
in.
If
I
miss
anything,
but
hopefully
I
can
cover
everything
sufficiently
so
just
to
give
you
guys
a
little
bit
of
background.
Q
Nasmo
was
founded
in
1945
with
the
national
association
of
state
budget
officers
and
it's
a
professional
membership
organization
for
state
budget
and
finance
officers.
So
the
chief
financial
advisors
to
our
nation's
governors
and
nasbo
members
are
influential
decision
makers
in
all
50
states,
district
of
columbia
and
then
also
the
u.s
territories.
Q
We
hold
several
meetings
around
the
country
every
year.
Our
annual
membership
meeting
is
hosted
by
different
states
and
this
year
idaho's
division
of
financial
management
is
hosting
the
meeting
in
boise
and
we'll
kick
off
that
meeting
sunday
july
31st,
with
a
welcome
reception
in
front
of
the
capitol
so
we'll
we're
requesting
to
close
off
jefferson
street.
So
you
can
kind
of
see
right
here,
so
our
members
can
gather
in
the
street
in
front
of
the
capitol
we'll
have
food
trucks.
Q
So
you
can
see
my
little
mock-up
that
I
did
so
we'll
have
some
food
trucks
and
then
also
a
bar,
and
then
we'll
have
two
large
tents
with
tables
and
chairs
and
then
we'll
also
have
porta-potties.
We
won't
be
using
any
amplified
sound
or
anything
like
that.
It's
just
entirely
a
networking
event
and
then
the
capitol
also
will
be
open
during
the
event
that
our
members
can
either
do
self-guided
tours
or
use
the
restrooms
inside
as
well.
Q
We've
been
told
they
can
do
that
so
so
our
event
will
start
at
5,
30
p.m
and
the
overall
schedule
it
ends
at
8,
30
pm.
Q
Be
light
the
entire
time
the
food
and
drinks
will
only
be
available
between
5,
30
and
7
30
p.m,
just
for
our
members
and
the
parking
meters
will
be
signed.
I
spoke
with
vince
on
friday
by
the
city
on
saturday
afternoon,
so
they'll
be
open
to
set
up
on
sunday
when
the
food
trucks
and
the
porta
potties
get
there
and
then
we'll
start
set
up.
Our
plan
is
to
start
around
8
a.m
on
sunday,
so
the
roads
will
be
closed.
Q
That
will
give
us
time
for
the
roads
yet
to
be
blocked
off
the
tents
to
be
assembled
and
then
the
port-a-potties
and
everything
is
to
be
set
up
before
the
food
trucks
and
the
bars
arrive
later
in
the
afternoon
around
and
then
we're
planning
to
have
everything
cleaned
up
at
the
end
of
the
event
at
8
30
on
sunday
and
then
the
which
is
idaho,
tents
and
events
is
who
we're
using
the
porta
potties
and
then
the
barricade
vendor
will
pick
up
everything
by
monday
morning,
so
it
can
be
opened
back
up
to
traffic
by
9
00
a.m.
Q
So
that's
kind
of
the
overview.
For
our
event,
it's
pretty
pretty
simple.
Hopefully
it's
just
a
welcome
reception,
food
and
drinks
that
we're
expecting.
I
think
we
have
just
under
150
people.
Q
Currently,
that
number
could
go
up
as
high
as
200,
but
it
will
probably
be
right
around
the
150
that
we
put
in
our
application.
Q
So
I
guess
I
would
open
it
up
to
questions,
or
what
else
are
we
missing?
We've
submitted
our
special
event
permit
to
kelly
with
the
city
of
boise.
I
talked
to
central
district
health
and
all
of
our
food
trucks
are
already
licensed
and
have
the
appropriate
information
on
file
with
them.
Q
I
talked
to
vince
on
friday
with
the
parking
meter
so
that
we'll
come
in
and
pay
for
that
when
we
get
into
boise,
so
that
can
be
done
and
then,
as
far
as
trash
and
recycling
goes
we're
going
to
be
coordinating
with
the
ams
janitorial,
who
does
the
trash
and
recycling
at
the
capitol,
so
they'll
be
providing
all
the
receptacles
and
then
also
cleaning
that
up
at
the
end
of
the
event
that
evening
and
let's
see
what
else-
and
it
is
a
private
event
for
just
our
members.
Q
So
I
see
there's
a
chat,
sorry
yeah,
it's
a
private
event
for
just
our
members,
which
they'll
all
have
name
tags
on.
We
also
will
have
wristbands.
I
know
lauren
and
I
talk
because
we're
gonna
have
very
few
people.
Most
of
our
members
are
professional,
middle-aged
people.
There
will
be
some
families,
some
people
bring
their
families,
so
there
might
be
a
couple
of
kids,
but
for
the
most
part
everyone
will
be
over
21,
so
we'll
either
do
wristbands
for
just
everyone
who's
under
21,
which
will
probably
be
like.
Q
Maybe
a
dozen
people
not
even
or
we
can
do
the
wristbands
for
everyone
over
21.,
and
I
have
also
talked
to
the
specialty
construction
supply.
They
will
be
providing
barricade
fences
that
are
at
least
three
feet
tall
around
our
event
area.
There
will
still
be
there
will
still
be
emergency
vehicle
access,
but
they'll
be
setting
up
those
barricades.
I
think
they
said
they're,
a
plastic
they're,
okay,
that
they'll
set
up
kind
of
in
this
area.
Q
We're
not
planning
to
take
up
the
entire
street,
even
though
we'll
block
off
the
entire
street,
but
we'll
figure
we'll
just
kind
of
pin
people
into
this
area
down
here,
but
make
sure
that
they
know
to
keep
the
food
and
drinks
within
the
street
area.
If
they
decide
they
want
to
go
into
the
program
at
the
capitol
they'll
have
to
leave
everything
inside
that
area.
So
I
guess
what
have
I
missed?
What
else
do
we
need
to
cover?
Hopefully
it's
straightforward,
but
you
can
you.
Let
us
know
any
questions.
You
have.
A
Great
thank
you
and
if
you
would
just
leave
the
map
up
while
we're
doing
questions
that
would
be
helpful
before
we
start
before
I
go
down
the
list.
Let
me
just
ask
if
you
considered
holding
the
event
in
the
park
rather
than
closing
the
road
for
the
event.
Q
A
Got
it
all
right?
Well,
I
I
will
let
summer
talk
about
that.
We
do
events
in
the
park
a
lot
okay
with
a
good
footprint
and
that
because
the
next,
the
next
thing
that
I
was
going
to
say
is-
and
I
will
potentially
preempt
achd,
but
it
would
be.
It
would
be
great
if,
if
we
could
have
the
road
reopen
on
sunday
after
the
event
and
not
and
not
be
closed
during
monday
morning
traffic
time.
A
So
if
you,
if
we
do,
keep
the
event
on
that
closed
street
area,
if
you
would
plan
to
be
able
to
your,
have
your
traffic
control
plan
reopen
the
street
on
sunday
night
so
that
it's
open
for
monday
morning
traffic?
That
would
be
great.
Okay,.
Q
Yeah-
and
I
will
just
have
to
double
check
with
the
tents
people,
because
I
know
they
don't
really
don't
work
on
sundays,
so
that
was
a
little
bit
hard
for
them
and
then
the
porta
potty
drop
off
and
pick
up.
So
I
can
check
back
in
with
them.
But
that
was
one
of
the
issues
that
we
were
running
into
is
that
they
wouldn't
do
a
pickup
on
sunday
night.
So
I
can
check
back
in
with
them
and
see
if
that's
something
that
we
can
make
happen.
So,
okay,
cool.
A
Let's,
let's
go
to
questions
that
folks
have
for
you
and
we
can
work
through
some
of
these
some
of
these
pieces.
I
will
start
with
a
chd.
E
Right
so
I
got
your
traffic
control
plan
and
it's
been
reviewed
and
it
looks
good.
I
don't
have
any
issues
with
it.
I
did
want
to
ask
about
your
pedestrians,
are:
are
the
sidewalks
them
everything's
in
the
street?
There's
not
going
to
be
any
restrictions
to
pedestrians
and.
E
E
We
got
a
couple
of
closures
going
on,
but
they're
looks
like
they're
just
one
day
only
thing,
so
I
don't
think
they're
gonna
impact
you
guys
at
this
point.
They
don't
tell
me
everything,
but
they
oh,
we
we
we're
looking
good
on
that
front
as
well,
so
I'll,
let
john
take
it.
L
The
second
thing
is
typically
a
core
or
whoever
getting
your
porta
potties
from
don't
deliver
on
sunday
and
don't
pick
up
on
sunday,
which
means
that
you're
either
to
have
to
move
the
porta
potties
on
your
own
or
those
porta.
Potties
are
going
to
be
in
the
end
of
jefferson
and
we're
looking
at
a
friday
night
or
a
saturday
closure
and
I'm
not
sure
which,
but
acor
typically
will
not
deliver
on
a
on
a
sunday
morning.
Q
So
we're
using
porta
pros
so
not
acor
and
I
talked
to
her
and
the
sunday
delivery
wasn't
a
problem.
I
think
it
was
just
the
sunday
night.
Pickup
was
after
their
hour
so
that
she
said
monday,
but
I
will
confirm,
but
for
them
they
didn't
seem
to
be.
That
sunday
was
a
problem.
L
Thunder
but
if
you
have
all
those
chairs
and
220
by
80
tents
in
the
center
of
jefferson,
that
may
have
an
impact
on
the
ability
for
fire
to
respond
with
a
truck
through
that
area.
A
Great,
thank
you.
That's
helpful.
The
other
question
I
have
for
you
all
is:
if
you've
connected,
I
don't.
I
don't
think
we.
Unless
I've
missed
it,
have
the
state
on
the
call.
Today
we
are
planning
to
add
them
as
as
ongoing
special
events
team
members,
I'm
not
sure
we
got
them
on
this
call,
but
have
you
connected
with
the
state
about
that
that
this
footprint
as
well
that
road
closure
also
impacts?
I
think
the
governor's
ingress
and
egress-
and
I
imagine.
A
Know
not
itda,
I
was
thinking
about
capital
administration.
Q
Yes
and
keith,
I
want
to
say
his
last:
oh
last
name.
Yes,
I
believe
so
yeah,
so
we've
been
in
touch
with
him.
Okay,.
L
K
Maria
I
have
the
state,
they
were
just
texting
me
that
would
be
the
security
director
over
there.
They
are
aware
of
this,
but
they
did
want
to
make
sure
that
there
is
an
understanding
that
they
will
need
to
get
in
and
out
of
that
driveway
potentially
so.
K
To
make
sure
that
that's
available
to
them
right
in
front
of
the
capitol
steps
and
then
also
with
the
parking
lot
john
was
just
talking
about
it's
going
to
need
to
be
signed.
So
you
don't
have
people
leaving
that
parking
area,
because
it's
actually
a
public
parking
area
when
it's
off
hours
for
the
post
office.
So
you
don't
want
people
leaving
that
and
going
out
onto
jefferson
and
getting
hung
up
in
your
traffic
control.
K
A
Great,
so
I
think
just
given
this,
the
states
like
that
would
be
the
question.
I
would
have
it's
unclear
from
the
map
with
the
tables
down
the
middle
of
the
street
if
they
would
be
able
to
get.
Q
Yeah,
I
think
the
entrance
to
the
post
office
parking
is
over
the
here,
so
we
plan
to
have
it
where
we
start
actually.
Pending
I
mean
the
road
will
be
blocked
out,
but
there
would
be
barricades
if
people
needed
to
get
out
on
over
here
on
jefferson.
We
could
do
that,
but
we
won't
have
our
event
area
start
until
after
that,
like
crosswalk,
so
it
should
be
where
the
driveway
in
front
of
the
capitol
and
that
crosswalk
would
be
clear.
So
we
would
start
to
the
east
of
that.
Q
I
Q
Probably
not
exactly
the
scale
and
I
don't
think
the
cross
plus
is
on
there,
but
we
plan
to
start
on
the
east
side
of
that.
A
A
When
the
governor's
there
yeah
yeah,
so
I
think
that's
the
question
is:
if
there's,
if
there's
room
there,
so
we
just
need
to
look
at
that
a
little
bit
more
closely.
All
right,
I'm
just
gonna,
go
down
the
list
vince!
You
are
up
next.
J
I've
we've
already
got
everything
worked
out
for
the
parking,
so
we're
set
to
go
we'll
put
the
police
order
signs
on.
I
think
we're
going
to
put
them
on
at
the
end
of
our
shift
saturday.
Is
that
correct
saturday?
Is
this
we'll
put
them
on
the
night
before
the
event
how's?
That.
J
Yep,
we'll
put
them
at
the
end
of
our
shift
on
saturday
and
we'll
be
set
to
go
for
sunday
morning
and
then
monday
morning,
we'll
come
over
and
remove
those,
and
what
we
have
seen
in
that
location
on
jefferson
is
there
is
some
definitely
commute
traffic
going
on,
but
the
parking
is
super
limited
in
there
until
about
like
one
or
two
o'clock
in
the
afternoon
we
start
seeing
that
come
in
so
you
you
know.
J
A
D
Sorry,
I'm
multitasking
with
that
little
amount
of
people.
I
think
we're
good
medically.
So
no
questions
on
my
side.
Great.
M
I
G
Yeah,
thank
you
maria,
so
yeah,
so
just
to
confirm
so
ams
is
supplying
all
of
the
trash
and
recycling
receptacles.
For
this
event,.
Q
Correct
yes
and
they'll
be
picking
picking
everything
up
at
the
end.
Yes,.
G
Okay,
okay
and
I
mean
yeah,
we
can
work
offline,
but
definitely
I'd
love
to
see
at
least
the
recycling
have
signs
on
them,
just
designating
them
as
recycling
and
then
I'll
get
with
you
just
to
kind
of
see
what
kind
of
waste
is
going
to
be
generated
even.
G
O
Good
morning,
so
I
am
a
little
like
john
mentioned,
I'm
a
little
concerned
about
access
there,
I'm
very
happy
to
see
your
thinking
about
fire
access
all
the
way
through
that
jefferson
street
right.
There
is
about
38
to
40
feet
wide,
and
so
what
we're
looking
for
is
a
20-foot
fire
lane
through
the
entire
thing.
But
if
you
can
keep
you
said,
the
tents
are
20
by
80
is
that
is
that
correct.
O
Q
I
believe
so
the
lady
I'm
working
with
with
at
hotends
and
events,
says
that
she's
worked
with
the
fire
permits
before
and
she's
they've
done.
Events
on
that
road
before
and
then,
if
we
kept
the
tents
to
one
side,
there
was
still
enough
room
to
get
through.
So
I
will.
M
C
Q
Dimensions
with
her,
because
I
don't
know
the
exact
dimensions
but
yeah,
it
should
be
yeah
from
what
she
said.
It
should
be.
Okay,.
O
O
Towards
the
capitol
yes
towards
the
capitol
the
lane
closest
to
the
capitol
building,
that
way,
we
don't
have
to
pull
hoes
through
tents
and
chairs
and
stuff
like
that
yeah
and
then
the
other
thing
is,
of
course,
idaho
attention
event
should
they
should
apply
for
your
tent
permit,
so
that
that
won't
be
a
problem,
the
food
trucks.
I
know
you
did
mention
that
they're
all
ready
to
go
and
have
their
licenses,
but
they're
also
require
a
separate
fire
department
inspection.
O
They
all
should
know
this,
but
there's
still
some
stragglers
out
there
that
don't,
and
so
I'm
going
to
send
you
a
document.
If
you
could
forward
this
document
to
all
your
food
truck
vendors
and
not
just
forward
but
ensure
that
they
receive
it,
get
confirmation
that
they
receive
the
document,
because
we
will
shut
them
down
during
the
inspection
if
they
don't
have
proof
of
inspection,
which
is
a
little
blue
sticker
that
we
give
them.
F
And
then
is
that
a
one-time
inspection
they
may
have
already
had
completed,
or
this
is
special
for
each
event.
They
show
up
at.
O
C
H
A
K
Good
morning,
so
I
just
want
to
take
a
quick
look
at
the
footprint
and
just
reiterate
that
ingressy
dress
that
we
absolutely
need
to
make
sure
we
have
as
much
room
as
possible.
So
that
includes
your
barrier.
Fencing
whatever
you
guys
are
doing,
is
quickly
removable.
K
So
we
just
want
to
make
sure,
however
you're
putting
that
together
we
can
move
it,
get
it
out
of
the
way
quickly
if
needed,
we
would
prefer
if
it
was
manned
or
you
had
people
that
were
prepared
to
move,
though,
should
there
be
an
emergency,
so
that
makes
it
easier
for
when
we
get
there.
The
other
part
is
I'm
looking
at
your
bar
food
truck,
that's
near
the
post
office,
and
it
looks
like
it's
kind
of
pointed
across
the
roadway.
K
Instead
of
like
in
a
parking
space
situation,
can
we
go
ahead
and
turn
that
east-west
instead
of
north-south?
So
then
we
don't
have
to
worry
about
that
blocking
the
road
either.
That
would
be
awesome
and
then,
in
talking
to
the
state
security,
they
said,
they've
been
in
contact
with
you
they're
aware
of
your
plan
and
just
the
same
thing.
They
need
to
keep
that
access
available
to
their
roundabout
driveway
right
there
in
the
front
and
then
just
ensuring
that
they
go
and
sign
the
post
office
parking
for
you.
K
A
N
Hi,
hey
thanks.
Your
group
did
reach
out
to
us
and
it
is.
I
was
talking
to
maria
about
it.
The
park
is
only
available
for
community
events,
so
I
appreciate
you
guys
reaching
out
ahead
of
time
and
I'm
sorry
we
can't
put
in
a
private
event
right
there
or
the
hard
alcohol.
I
know
that
makes
the
bar
so
much
fun.
So
if
you
need
to
move
anything
into
the
park,
we
can
definitely
talk.
You
know
if
you
need
somewhere
to
put
it
for
the
morning
of
you
know,
so
traffic
can
open.
N
B
N
Yes
and
feel
free
my
contacts
on
this
on
this
group's
special
event
application.
So
we
can
work
on
it
great.
A
P
Sorry
about
that
that
was
perfect
timing.
I
was
gonna
comment
and
then
my
phone
overheated
hey,
it's
like
it's
been
addressed
already
and
I'm
sure
jesse
did
and
if
we
can
just
keep
that
emergency
lane
open,
I
think
that'll
meet
the
needs
of
the
state
as
well
as
boise
fire.
I'm
sure
jesse
will
go
out
there
and
make
some
measurements
and
confirm
that.
But
that
was
my
only
comment.
Sorry
about
the
technical
difficulties.
A
Oh
no
worries
all
right.
Thank
you
so
much
for
letting
us
grill
you
today.
A
We
are
all
really
passionate
about
having
really
great
events
in
boise
and
keeping
everybody
as
safe
as
possible,
and
we
know
it's
like
a
lot
of
different
organizations
to
navigate
so
thanks
so
much
if
we
can
just
follow
up
on
a
couple
of
those
pieces
of
information.
You've
got
plenty
of
time,
so
I
know
we'll
be
able
to
get
that
figured
out.
So
thank
you
so
much
you
guys.
Q
Excellent
you're
welcome
and
if
you
need
anything
else
from
us
or
any
clarifying,
let
us
know
when
do
you
need
all
this
information.
M
A
Oh,
I
don't
know
that
it's
like
a
big
like
deciding
thing,
I
think
just
it,
everybody
just
kind
of
signs
off,
and
sometimes
some
of
some
folks
can
be
a
little
slow,
we're
trying
to
get
faster.
But
this
isn't
we
don't
approve
or
deny
at
this
meeting
it's
more
of
an
opportunity
for
folks
to
just
ask
questions
and
then
be
able
to
sign
off
in
the
system.
A
Q
A
All
right,
we
have
four
pending
approvals
in
front
of
us
world
village
4th
of
july
fireworks,
twilight,
criterium
and
opera
in
the
park.
The
one
that
is
most
pressing
is
world.
Village
looks
like
it
still
needs
sign
off
from
a
substantial
number
of
folks
are.
Is
there
anything
anyone's
waiting
on
that?
We
can
help
follow
up
on.
O
Jesse,
I'm
still
I
contacted
them
this
morning,
but
I'm
still
waiting
for
them
to
file
their
fire
department.
Special
events
permit
stage
specifications
but
they're,
supposedly
working
on
that
this
morning,.
D
I
this
is
cameo.
I
need
to
double
check
because
I'm
on
a
different
computer
right
now,
but
I
think
that
I
had
asked
them
to
something
about
the
medical
plan.
Let
me
double
check
on
that
that
I
have
not
received
yet
either.
So
I
think
that's
what
I'm
waiting
on.
H
A
Okay,
well,
if
folks
could
get
about
signed
off
on
or
if
you're
having
trouble
getting
information
back
from
them,
just
ping,
us,
let
us
know
and
see
if
we
can
facilitate
that
and.
B
So
if
we
could
get
that
permit
signed
off
on
by
tomorrow,
that
would
really
be
helpful
and
kelly
might
be
able
to
hop
on
and
help
facilitate
that,
but
the
sooner
we
can
get
that
done
the
better.
So
as
we
work
through
each
one
of
you
that
are
on
the
list
perks,
can
we
kind.
N
B
B
All
right,
thank
you.
We
talked
fire
public
works.
G
B
Okay,
so
you
guys
are
good
perfect,
I
don't
know.
Do
we
have
anybody
from
central
district
health
on
today?
I
don't
think
so
and
then
dba
and
then
rachel
anything
from
your
team.
No.
B
A
Also
after
action
reports
that
are
due
by
the
end
of
this
month,
the
block
party
for
idaho
gives
boise
spring
run,
ymca
famous
idaho,
potato
marathon,
and
the
hayden
beverage
concert
would
be
great
to
have
after-action
reports
on
all
of
those
events.
A
And
then
it
looks
like
it
printed
funny
on
the
my
printout
due
at
the
end
of
july,
so
we've
got
a
bit
of
time
to
wait
on
this.
Is
the
saver,
idaho
and
a
live
after
five.
E
I
summer
I
went
ahead
and
I
didn't
get
a
traffic
control
plan
or
a
special
event
permit
for
the
boise
fireworks.
I
went
ahead
and
used
last
year's
traffic
control
plan
for
americana
and
I
don't
think
we
had
a
special
event
permit
last
year
either
so,
but
anyway,
so
are
we
going
to
just
follow
the
exact
same
thing?
Otherwise,
I
may
need
a
new
traffic
control
plan.
N
N
A
All
right
thanks,
everyone
we'll
keep
you
all
updated
on.
