From YouTube: Special Events Team Meeting
Description
January 26, 2022
A
Go
ahead
and
get
started.
This
is
one
of
our
favorite
days
of
special
events.
When
we
have
tree
fort,
you
guys
are
so
awesome
in
your
presentation,
so
welcome
to
the
meeting
today.
We're
really
excited
to
hear
from
you,
as
always,
I'm
maria
waig,
I'm
with
the
office
of
community
engagement
in
the
mayor's
office,
just
a
couple
things
before
we
start.
A
We
have
been
saying
for
the
past
year
that
we're
excited
to
be
doing
special
events
again
and
we
are,
and
also
the
pandemic,
makes
a
lot
of
the
rules
that
we
follow
moving
forward
so
and
we
are
again
in
a
pretty
dramatic
spike
with
the
virus
and
so
continue
to
have
our
special
events,
protocols
in
place
and
we'll
continue
to
have
those
in
place
for
the
time
being
and
we'll
make
sure
that
any
any
changes
to
those
are
communicated,
but
really
appreciate
community
partners
who
have
been
working
with
us
so
closely
to
try
to
keep
events
really
safe.
A
A
No,
okay,
terrific!
Well!
Thank
you.
So
much
also
just
a
reminder
to
everyone.
This
is
a
public
meeting.
We
take
transparency
really
seriously.
So
please
remember
to
use
your
mics.
You
have
to
speak
fairly
closely
to
them,
especially
with
masks
on
just
so
that
we
pick
up
the
the
audio
for
the
recording
and
don't
say
anything
that
you
wouldn't
want
your
grandma
to
hear
you
say
in
a
public
meeting.
F
Great
thank
you
for
having
us,
I'm
eric,
gilbert,
the
festival
director
for
tree
fort
just
curious.
Do
we
have
our
presentation?
Is
it
ready
or
if
not,
I
can
just
riff
on
whatever
you
want
me
to
riff
on.
While
we
wait
yeah.
I
F
Ready
to
go
prior
to
this
so
well,
this
is
kevin.
Mazzarelli
he's
our
production
manager
and
you
guys
know
mike
ench
pretty
well.
I
think
he
runs
our
safety
department
right.
Is
that
what
we
call
it?
Yeah
cool
safety
operations,
yeah
allie
morgan
is
our
festival,
manager
and
dan
hill's
on
mike's
team.
F
Back
there
I
know
carrie
cardoni,
our
head
nurse
was
going
to
zoom
in
john
betts,
who
you
guys
somebody
you're
familiar
with
from
on
our
production
team
is
going
to
zoom
in,
and
david
broderick,
as
you
guys
know,
does
our
green
team
I
think
was
going
to
show
up.
I
don't
know
if
I
see
him,
but
that's
all
of
us
a
quick
question
regarding
the
covet
stuff
I'll
just
start
there
real
quick,
I
mean
our
assumption.
Is
we're
going
to
do
everything
we
did
that
we
did
in
september,
but
I
was
kind
of
curious.
F
A
You
know
the
data
is
driving
all
of
it,
so
it's
both
internally
and
externally.
We've
been
waiting
to.
We
have
set
a
few
different
kind
of
parameters
that
have
to
do
with
transmission
rate,
positivity
rate,
hospitals
and
crisis
standards
of
care.
The
hospitals
and
crisis
standards
of
care
has
been
one
of
the
things
that
has
really
really
driven
our
external
policies
when
it
comes
to
covid.
So
our
our
working
theory
right
now
is
as
we're
looking
towards
any
kinds
of
policy
changes.
A
L
A
Spike,
I
think
we
were
on
like
day
22
or
23,
and
we
all
just
like
were
on
pins
and
needles
excited
about
it,
and
then
we
saw
this
again.
So
I
just
I
anticipate
that,
given
the
date
of
your
event
that
we
probably
are
not
going
to
hit
that
30
day
mark
anytime
soon,
it
looks
like
we're
still
easily
a
week
out,
maybe
from
the
crest
of
this
and
then
it'll
be,
and
we
won't
start
seeing
those
results
until
I
think
late
february
or
early
march.
In
terms
of
how
that
looks.
F
F
Yeah,
exactly
yeah,
we've
been
talking
the
health
department
as
as
well
a
little
bit,
that's
kind
of
our
general
read
and
I
did
ask
them
for
if
any
updates
on
best
practices
and
stuff-
and
you
know
working
with
them
on
that
as
far
as
because
they
offered
some
support
on
the
testing
capacity.
Since
we
did
a
lot
of
on-site
testing
last
time
and
so
cool
great,
that's
kind
of
what
we
assumed
but
just
curious.
Thank
you.
F
I
don't
know
and
also
kristen
myers
was
going
to
tune
in
as
well
and
just
see
yeah
and
just
so
you
guys
know
she's
going
to
be
kind
of.
We
were
kind
of
she's
going
to
oversee
our
covet
approach
this
year,
more
specifically
and
she
helped
run
it
on
site
a
lot
last
time.
So,
wherever
that
touches
on
your
team,
you
may
see
kristen
myers
in
looped.
In
so.
F
Then,
on
that
we're
we're
going
to
be
using
in
injury,
medical
care
again
on
on
site.
Now,
if
you
guys
recall,
we
actually
did
a
lot
of
vaccinations
on
site.
I
think
the
total
we
did
like
78
on
site
last
time,
and
so
our
plan
is
to
be
offering
boosters
and
doing
all
of
that
full
plan
on
our
covert
approach
too.
So
dr
rad
is
who
helped
us
so.
F
It's
kelly,
it's
totally
fine.
We
understand,
I
will
just
say
that
there's
no
real
big
changes
with
what
we're
doing
you
know,
especially
being
six
months
apart.
There
was
a
moment
in
time
where
we
thought
we
might
be
disrupted.
I
know
we
worked
with
achd
and
potentially
shifting
gears
on
where
we
were
going
to
put
the
main
stage,
but
that
all
has
been
worked
out
so.
F
And
one
thing
I
can
comment
on,
I
was
excited
to
see
that
the
boise
brewing
thing
was
right
after
us
just
because
we
are
working
directly
with
them,
but,
as
you
guys
know,
they
run
their
own
events
and
know
what
they're
doing,
and
so
I'm
glad
they're
they're
presenting
to
you
separately.
So
you
guys
cannot
understand
that.
But
that's
I
guess
that
is
relatively
new.
Doing
that
yeah.
A
That
looks
great
so
in
best
case
scenario,
we
actually
do
get
to
see
the
presentation.
I
just
beg
your
indulgence
a
little
bit.
It's
your
presentation
is
always
so
good
and
organized,
as
is
joseph's
from
boise
pride
that
we
like
to
get
them
on
tape,
because
it's
a
great
opportunity
for
kelly
to
then
show
maybe
new
event,
organizers,
hey.
This
is
the
gold
star
of
how
you
present
to
the
special
events
committee.
So
we
use
y'all
often
times
as
as
an
example
for
for
other
and
newer
events
that
are
coming
online.
I
I
M
C
N
M
E
A
F
A
F
Yeah
for
those
who
don't
know
because
of
the
nature
of
shreeford,
you
know
we
do
use
multiple
venues
all
through
downtown
and
we
kind
of
interface
with
a
lot
of
the
downtown
local
businesses.
So
one
of
the
things
that
we
is
is
intentional,
and
what
we
like
about
how
we
approach
with
tree
fort
is
there's
a
lot
of
people
that
are
involved
in
it.
It's
not
a
really
small
organization.
Basically,
every
there's
lots
of
different
ways
that
people
interface
with
the
festival
and
take
part
in
it
and
then
thus
a
lot
of
you.
O
F
A
lot
of
the
downtown
businesses,
mostly
in
the
hospitality
side
of
things,
benefit
from
it
so
and
then
all
the
different
arts,
organizations
and
artists
and
musicians
and
those
that
don't
know
we
bring
in
a
lot.
I
think
this
year
we
currently
have
35
states
represented
in
18
different
countries
of
artists
or
speakers
coming
from
different
areas
of
the
world,
so
we
also
see
it
as
a
you
know.
I
also
see
boise
just
benefits
from
it
being
this.
F
F
F
So
those
are
not
familiar.
That's
where
the
owyhee
is
the
owahi
building
up
to
the
top
right,
where
that
at
the
larger
dark
building,
and
then
we
have
those
ale
fort
tents.
We
shut
down
12th
and
grove
in
that
cross
and
we
can
walk
through
that,
more
specifically
as
needed,
but
that
orange
thing
to
the
far
on
the
left-
that's
where
our
main
stage
is
and
for
faced
out,
are
faced
to
the
to
the
east.
F
This,
I
believe,
is
showing
the
fire
corridor
that
we
leave
through
that's
grove
street
between
11th
and
12th
and
you'll,
see
kind
of
underneath
that
red
line
is
some
some
artistic
collaboration
with
the?
U
of
I
architecture
department,
and
then
we
do
have
a
stage
there
right
where
that
dip
is
that's
with
radio
boise.
O
F
I
think
carrie's
been
having
a
hard
time
tuning
getting
on
the
zoom
link,
but
cara's
our
head
nurse
she's
been
working
with
us
on
that
for
multiple
years,
and
so
she
leads
our
first
aid
team
and
we
have
a
tent
that's
right
there
at
the
corner
of
twelfth
and
grove
and
some
other
things
and
last
year
she
was
in
in
interfacing
with
the
the
covid
protocols
team,
but
she
mostly
handles
like
minor
injuries
and
stuff.
F
We
did
have
injury,
medical
care,
providing
a
an
ambulance
on
site
and
paramedics
correct,
so
la
in
september.
We
gave
away.
I
think
I
think
I
think
we
got
close
to
100
band-aids,
I
think,
is
kind
of
where
the
data
landed.
So.
F
F
His
grandfather
didn't
want
it's
not
that
all
our
main
stage,
property
and
stuff
were
very
ada
mindful
and,
as
you
can
see
on
our
website,
we
have
a
very
clear
explanation
on
that
information
and
our
tree
for
green
team
is
led
by
david
broder.
Who
is
here
and
david?
Did
you
want
to
speak
at
all
to
any
any
plans?
I
know
you're
doing
that
wash
station
this
year
right.
N
F
This
kind
of
just
further
explains
our
the
the
setup
and
all
the
you
know.
We
will
get
you
a
finalized
list
of
all
the
peripheral
venues
that
we
use
throughout
the
city.
There
are
a
couple
new
ones,
including
boise,
brewing,
who
will
be
meeting
with
that
after
us.
F
I
keep
fogging
up
it's
hard
for
me
to
read
it
from
here:
oh
yeah.
We
we
regularly
notify
the
neighborhood
the
neighborhood's
pretty
used
to
us
at
this
point.
So,
but
I
guess
one
thing
to
comment
on
that.
I
don't
know
how
much
you
guys
are
aware
of
this,
but
this
will
be
our
last
year
in
this
location,
just
based
on
new
construction.
F
That's
going
to
be
happening
on
the
parking
lots
that
we
use,
so
the
conversation
around
this
will
be
different
for
next
year
and
we
we
don't
know
where
that
new
home
is
yet
but
we're
looking
at
it.
But
for
now
it's
it
is
nice
that
most
of
that
neighborhood
is
familiar
with
us
all
already,
but
we
still
go
through
the
process
and
make
sure
they're
they're
aware
that
we're
coming
and
what
the
dates
are
and
everything
so
david
roberts
was
wasn't
able
to
make
it
today.
F
But
those
who
worked
with
him
before
he's
our
food
and
beverage
manager
and
he
he
works
at
bitter
creek
and
red
feather
and
that
whole
thing
too,
but
he'll,
I
think,
he's
pretty
good
at
work
working
with
central
district
health,
who
I
think
are
here
yeah
with
all
that
stuff.
So
he
he
he
will
liaison
with
you
with
all
the
food
needs
and
stuff
so
traffic
plan.
C
Absolutely
I
I
haven't
seen
anything
from
john
and
adam
come
through
yet,
but
I'm
sure
that
they'll
get
me
some
stuff
pretty
soon
and
most
likely
from
what
I've
seen
on
the
mapping
and
your
presentation,
it's
going
to
be
about
the
same
thing
as
we
had
last
time:
cool
thanks.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
so
much
we'll
we'll
go
around
the
the
in-person
room
and
the
virtual
room.
Let's
start
with
central
district
health.
P
Well,
good
morning,
eric
thank
you
for
presenting
this
information
to
us,
so
we
have
heard
from
several
vendors
that
will
be
participating
in
a
new
event.
So
and
in
order
for
us
to
start
working
with
the
with
those
people,
we
would
need
a
notification
of
event
from
you
guys
in
the
vendor
list.
P
N
B
Good
morning,
good
to
see
everyone,
I've
had
a
few
quality
conversations
with
david
already,
so
I
think
we're
we're
pretty
much
set.
I
checked
with
our
operations
team,
see
how
it
went
last
fall
for
them.
B
They
said
it
couldn't
be
better.
So
that's
always
a
great
thing
to
hear
did
was
there
anything
on
your
part?
I
know
we're
playing
on
the
same
thing,
but
was
there
any.
M
B
Okay,
so
at
this
point,
even
if
it's
the
same
map
as
fall,
if
I
could
get
another
copy
of
that,
that
was
a
great
map
with
the
driving
directions
and
everything
and
then
billing
services
gonna
go
through
lance
again.
F
C
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
reach
out
to
john
betts
and
adam:
is
it
ichin,
ikedan
yeah
and
those
two
folks
are
wonderful
to
work
with
as
far
as
parking
we
went
through
and
we
walked
all
the
locations
that
needed
to
be
reserved
last
time
and
it
was
perfect.
I
just
took
my
notepad
wrote
everything
down
came
up
with
the
billing
sent
them
the
information
over
email
and
they
came
in
paid
for
it.
We
were
set
to
go
probably
about
a
week
ahead
of
schedule,
so
it
worked
out
really
well.
C
D
Good
morning
for
parks,
I
think
my
only
thing
is
for
story
fort.
Are
you
guys
still?
Are
you
planning
on
using
sheree
buckner
webb?
Again?
Yes,.
D
Absolutely
yes,
there's
a
little
more
questionable
yeah,
so
we
have
it
booked
wednesday
to
sunday,
for
you
guys-
and
I
think
yeah
so
we'll
just
work
with
you
on
whatever
kind
of
setup
or
anything
that
we
can
help
you
with.
For
that
and
then
my
only
other
question
is
over
by
main
stage
in
the
food
court.
Food
area:
do
you
guys
need
picnic
tables
dropped
off
again?
I
know
we've
done
that
in
the
past.
F
F
D
Q
Hi
nice
to
see
you
guys,
yes,
I
think
you're
right
and
that
everybody
knows
this
is
happening.
F
Q
Downtown
and
in
that
neighborhood
in
particular,
so
if
you
just
want
to
shoot
me
over
a
copy
of
that
letter,
so
that
if
anybody
asks
me,
I
have
it
to
give
out
that'd
be
great,
but
otherwise
I
think
you
guys
are
probably
good.
Okay.
Q
E
Well,
thank
you
again
guys
so
last
time
you
guys
did
a
great
job
we
had.
We
asked
you
to
make
some
minor
changes
with
access
and
parking
issues,
some
structure
replacement
and
you
you
were
right
on
it.
So
thank
you
for
that
last
time,
the
only
issue
that
I'd
like
to
see
a
change
as
far
as
the
secondary
stage
on
grove,
it
stuck
out
a
little
bit
further
than
we
anticipated
when
you
guys
actually
set
it
up
with
the
wooden
structures
there.
I'm
okay
with
that
layout.
E
Can
we
put
a
little
bit
more
distance
between
those
wooden
structures
to
make
that
that
s
curve,
where
the
fire
department,
laying
just
so
it's
more
gradual
rather
than
sharp,
I'm
thinking
about
our
big
100,
you
know
110
foot
aerial
truck
getting
through
there
that
that
was
pretty
much
the
only
change
I'd
like
to
see,
and,
of
course
just
you
know,
separate
fire
department,
special
event
permit
and
then
make
sure
your
food
trucks
have
all
their
fire
department
inspections,
but
other
than
that
it
was
a
great
event.
Looking
forward
to
doing
it
again.
G
Hello,
just
had
a
quick
question:
is
your
attendance
going
to
be
roughly
the
same
as
last
year.
F
We
assume
so
I
mean
we
would
like
to
allow
more
people
in
you
know
so
to
be
frank
like
because
we
definitely
cut
sales
off,
but
we're
going
to
make
that
decision
as
we
get
closer
based
on
where
the
like
data
is
and
stuff.
So,
okay,
I
guess
to
answer
your
question-
is
we
hope,
there's
more
people
that
would
be
beneficial
to
us
if
we
could
have
more
people.
F
O
F
I
do
think
from
a
general
staffing
approach.
The
schedule
will
be
very
similar,
so
if
you
have
the
notes
from.
G
N
H
You
guys
again
thank
you
for
such
a
wonderful
event
last
year
and
also
for
working
with
our
team
as
cohesively
as
you
guys
did
so
we're
going
to
do
the
same
routine,
that
we
usually
do
I'll
go
ahead
and
schedule
that
safety
and
security
meeting,
so
we
can
all
walk
through
those
elements.
A
little
bit
more
in
depth.
H
F
L
I
know
that,
obviously,
your
event
has
bled
you
know
to
various
locations
throughout
the
city
and
definitely
one
that's
not
directly
attached
is
helpful,
just
to
look
at
the
one-offs,
and
we
appreciate
you
guys,
educating
all
the
locations,
the
vendors
and
everything
you
know
just
to
continue
to
follow
the
rules
and
not
just
assume
that,
since
you
guys
are
taking
care
of
everything
with
your
main
permit,
that
they
don't
have
to
do
anything
else,
whether
it's
food,
vendors,
food,
carts,
alcohol
licensing,
so
that's
all
very
helpful
and,
of
course,
we're
always
available
to
assist
with
questions
information.
L
Anything
as
you
get
more
people
on
board
with
that
everything
did
go
as
smooth,
as
can
be
for
a
five-day
event
in
the
middle
of
a
pandemic
last
year.
So
we
definitely
appreciate
all
the
due
diligence
on
that.
If
there's
anything
that
you
need
from
me.
Obviously
you
know
where
to
find
me,
but
otherwise
I'll
just
continue
to
work
with
rachel
with
the
safety
and
security
and
we'll
probably
see
you
again
in
a
couple
of
weeks,
great.
J
The
only
thing
I
was
going
to
say
is
they
if
they
could
submit
their
special
event,
pchd
special
event
permit
and
the
traffic
control
plan
to
us
just
went
as
soon
as
they
can
and
then
we
can
get
that
approved.
If
it's
like
last
year,
then
it
shouldn't,
be,
we
shouldn't
know
without
any
issues.
O
Eric
for
for
all
of
your
other
forts,
are
you
going
to
be
closing
down
any
other
public
roads,
such
as
the
bass
block
or
anything
like
that.
F
F
No
boise
brewing
doing
their
event
on
what
broad
street
yeah
right
in
front
of
their
their
spot,
which
I
think
that
they're
probably
covering
with
you
separately,
but
I
think
I
think
I
think
the
traffic
plan
is
still
coming
from.
My
catch,
though,
is
that
true,
yeah
yeah.
M
O
K
Yeah,
thank
you
good
morning,
crew.
Just
a
couple
of
quick
questions.
Sorry,
this
light
is
just
like.
K
Okay,
see,
I
just
wanted
to
confirm-
I
guess
mainly
for
david,
probably
but
again,
no
trash
boxes,
no
recycling
bins,
correct
you've
got
all
that
stuff.
K
J
N
We
have
a
station
that
we
are
using
for
food
for
for
reusable
bamboo
plates
so
that
we
can
get
you
rid
of
single
use.
So
no.
K
N
K
Oh
gotcha,
okay,
okay,
okay
and
I'm
assuming
I
forget
you
do
you
have
your
own
signs
like
recycling
trash
compost,
all
that
stuff.
N
Yeah
conrad
sets
us
up
with
some
carts
that
are
all
signed,
and
then
we
have
additional
signs
that
we
use.
K
N
Okay,
yes,
we
expect
too,
and
I've
already
had
conversations
with
timber
creek
for
the
compost.
Okay,.
K
Okay,
we
got
david
I'll
get
you
called
called
back
here.
I
noticed
I
missed
your
call
so.
N
A
All
right
eric
before
we
let
you
go.
Can
you
just
remind
me
before
we
go
into
the
safety
and
security
meeting?
What
what
the
number,
what
your
typical
number
of
participants
or
tickets
sold
has
been
and
then
what
you
reduced
it
to
to
accommodate
for
covid.
F
Yeah,
I
think,
typically
in
the
sort
of
main
stage
area,
which
kind
of
peaks
at
5000
is
kind
of
our
estimate.
Historically,
over
the
five
days
we've
had
like
around
the
last,
the
in
you
know,
pre
in
in
the
before
times
we
had
a
bike
like
around
20
25
000
over
the
five
days
in,
like
you,
unique
visitors,
but
not
at
any
one
point
in
time
we
reduced
like
we
buy,
and
a
lot
of
that
comes
about
40
of
our
sales
usually
happens
as
walk-up
sales
the
week
of
the
event.
F
So
this
last
time
I
think
we
cut
off
sales
two
weeks
before
the
event,
so
about
40
reduction
from
that
I
don't
know
if
we
have
final
numbers
on
what
those
unique
visitors
were,
but,
like
you
know,
usually
it's
like
5
000,
roughly
like
five
day
pass
holders,
and
in
so
it
was
probably.
I
think
it
was
around
three
thousand
that
we
had
this
last
time.
So,
okay,
but
then
the
real
noticeable
thing
was
the
lack
of
the
walk-up.
A
That
help
the
answer
answer
the
question:
yeah
it
does,
let's,
let's
just
dig
into
that,
a
little
bit
at
the
safety
and
security
meeting.
D
L
I
did
just
want
to
mention
that
your
medical
gal
carrie
is
online
great
as
she
needed
to
address
anything
I'll,
give
her
an
opportunity
to
do
so.
N
Q
L
R
A
R
Q
D
J
F
A
All
right
next
up
related
to
tree
fort
and
brought
up
in
the
presentation,
is
the
boise
brewing
tree
fort
street
party.
Do
we
have
kate
and
colin.
L
A
R
To
go
hi,
can
you
hear
me?
Yes,
oh
great
cool.
How
are
you
guys
thanks
for
having
me,
so
we
will
be
working
with
tree
fort
this
year
being
a
venue.
We
will
not
be
operating
the
full
five
days
as
a
venue
we're
just
looking
at
that
thursday,
friday
saturday
operating
as
a
venue,
so
the
24th,
through
the
26th
times,
are
going
to
vary
a
little
bit
as
the
event
gets
more
popular
later
in
the
week,
so
we're
adjusting
kind
of
our
times
to
that
we
will
be
closing
down
the
street.
R
It's
a
similar,
close
closure
that
we've
done
for
our
anniversary
party
that
we
usually
hold
in
june,
so
it'll
be
sixth
street
to
broad
and
then
the
alleyway
that
hugs
our
building
coming
off
abroad
in
front
of
the
brewery
will
be
closed
off.
So
access
will
remain
for
the
fallow
residents
on
both
the
alley
and
coming
in
from
fifth
to
broad.
R
Over
to
that
alleyway,
like
I
said
it's
a
similar
closure,
we've
done
in
the
past,
it
will
be
a
free
entry
with
a
kind
of
an
emphasis
on
tree
for
pass
holders.
Just
in
case
we
do
get
busy,
so
there
will
be
some
it's
like
crowd,
control
management
within
there
just
seeing
how
busy
we
get.
We
will
not
be
blocking
any
public
street
parking,
so
we
don't
have
to
worry
about
that.
R
Let's
see
and
then
yeah
we'll
just
be
kind
of
working
with.
However,
security
management
and
everything
with
tree
fort,
what
you
guys
best
suggest
for
our
venue
in
particular,
we
will
higher
up
and
make
sure
that
security
is
looked
after.
R
As
far
as
scheduling
goes,
we're
looking
at
thursday
being
open
to
the
public
5
to
10
that
friday
being
open
four
to
ten
and
saturday
being
up
in
three
to
ten
to
the
public.
The
our
tap
room,
brewery
area
will
remain
open
our
regular
business
hours
twelve
to
ten,
but
the
stage
will
be
operating
for
the
public
between
those
times.
I
just
mentioned.
R
R
Our
staff
here
will
all
kind
of
operate
as
staff
for
the
venue
itself
as
well,
not
just
the
tap
room
and
then
we'll
just
have
additional
seating
bathrooms
in
the
tap
room,
as
well
as
some
porta-potties
outside
as
too
we're
going
to
start
announcing
to
our
neighbors
in
surrounding
businesses
this
coming
month
and
let
them
know
and
that
we're
going
to
be
taking
over
the
block.
So
all
that
announcements
and
notifications
to
our
neighbors
should
be
done
well
before
well.
Before
trevor,
they
will
have
a
good.
O
R
P
Hey
hi,
kate,
nice
to
see
you
so
for
your
event,
we
would
really
need
to
know
if
you
have,
if
you're,
going
to,
if
you're
planning
on
having
your
food
trucks
or
food
vendors
participate
in
so.
R
Sure,
right
now,
at
the
moment
that
we
do
not,
depending
on
how
many
tree
fort
gets
signed
up,
they
might
shoot
some
over
to
our
blocked
off
block.
But
right
now
we
don't
have
any.
But
if
that
changes
I'll
be
sure
to
give
you
that
list.
P
B
Good
morning,
kate,
this
is
conrad
with
republic
services,
and
this
this
go
around.
I
noticed
that
boise
brewing
already
has
their
own
trash
account,
which
makes
it
nice
and
easy
for
me.
You
get,
as
you
probably
know
you
have
friday.
Pickup
for
trash
and
you're
you're,
always
welcome
to
add
an
extra
service
dump
on
thursday,
saturday
or
the
following
monday.
So
I
know
you're
aware
of
that
option,
and
I'm
good
with
this.
Thank
you.
Q
C
Hi
kate,
this
is
vincent
parking.
I
noticed
that
you
said
that
you
guys
weren't
going
to
be
using
any
parking
over
off
of
sixth
and
on
fifth
street,
so
I
think
that
we're
okay.
I
just
wanted
to
point
out
that
there
are
a
couple
of
loading
zones
that
you
guys
could
use
they're
on
5th
street,
I'm
sorry
6th
street
5th
street
and
they're
going
to
be
between
broad
and
myrtle
and
then
broad
and
front
street.
R
Do
you
need
to
be
notified
if
we're
going
to
be
taking
up
those
loading
zones,
or
are
we
just
able
to
snag
them.
H
Q
Hi
kate,
this
is
heather
with
the
dba
and
I
feel,
like
you
have
done
this
neighborhood
notification
quite
a
few
times.
You
you've
got
it
under
control.
If
you
need
the
form
for
the
sign-offs,
let
me
know
I'll
shoot
it
over
to
you
and
yeah.
I
think
you
guys
will
be
great.
E
Okay,
this
is
jesse
with
boise
fire.
I
don't
see
any
major
access
issues.
It
looks
pretty
good.
How
big
is
the
stage.
E
R
The
top
of
my
head-
I
don't
know
we-
I
did
just
talk
to
a
tree
for
production
coming
over
there,
that
they
have
the
stage,
but
I
don't
know
the
specs
on
that.
Just
yet
it
shouldn't
be
in
the
street,
though
our
idea
is
that
it
will
be
up
on
that
sidewalk
in
front
of
the
front
of
the
building,
so
there
shouldn't
be
any
stage
in
the
street,
but
I
will
have
to
get
back
to
you
on
that.
On
specific
specs
of
this
yeah.
E
R
R
Or
so
we
are
kind
of
into
this
space.
We
are
planning
on
getting
a
catering
permit
for
that
area
and
using
it
for
the
artists
space.
Okay,
so
they
can
store
stuff
and
everything.
So
boise
weekly
won't
be
open
to
the
public,
but
we
will
be
utilizing
the
space
for
just
some
storage
issues
but
or
storage.
E
Okay,
okay,
I've
already
talked
with
colin
about
that
too.
So
he's
he's
pretty
aware
of
that
issue,
but
no
that's
all
the
concerns
I
have.
Thank
you.
Everything
looks
pretty
good.
G
Hello
dwight
with
boise
police,
were
you
guys,
looking
for
anything
any
extra
services
from
police?
For
this
event,.
R
Not
at
the
moment,
unless
you
have
some
officers
that
would
like
to
come,
have
a
good
time
and
hang
out,
but
at
the
moment
no
we
are
planning
on
having
some
hired
security
staff
there,
but
we're
going
to
kind
of
fall
under
that
umbrella
of
all
of
treefort's
security
and
then
specifically,
the
staff
we'll
have
from
the
hired
security.
R
G
Okay,
yeah:
we
will
have
officers
down
at
tree
fort,
so
I
think
that
should.
H
Good
morning,
this
is
rachel
with
emergency
management.
What
I'm
looking
at
is
just
needing
to
kind
of
get
all
that
finalized
documentation
that
we
want
to
be
able
to
compile
on
the
back
end.
H
So
the
final
map,
looking
at
your
traffic
control
plan,
so
we
can
verify
that
ingress,
egress
routes,
how
that
security
is
going
to
look
either
at
your
footprint
or
bpd
or
whoever's
going
to
be
supporting
you
there
and
then
also
what
your
overall
covered
19
plan
is
going
to
be,
as
we
will
very
likely
still
be
in
the
midst
of
covid
at
the
time
of
this
event,
so
we're
going
to
want
to
walk
through
that
same
plan
like
we
did
with
you
guys
before.
N
L
Hi
kate:
this
is
kelly
with
the
city
clerk's
office,
nice
to
be
in
touch
with
you
again
so
soon,
and
we
appreciate
you
guys
doing
your
due
diligence.
You've
been
in
good
communication
and
getting
everything
in
ahead
of
time.
I
know
that
you
have
a
few
smaller
events,
so
this
one
seems
to
be
a
little
bit
bigger
with
the
multi-day
and
whatnot.
So
if
you
do
need
anything
as
far
as
assistance
with
the
food
trucks,
the
vendors
things
like
that,
you
know
you'll
still
submit
everything.
L
Just
like
you
do,
for
your
anniversary
party
and
hoptober
festival
with
your
list
of
food
trucks
and
anything
like
that
that
you're
having
over
there
and
then
I
will
be
with
rachel
on
the
safety
and
security
meeting.
So
just
anything
like
that
that
you
need
assistance
with
and
connecting
the
dots
and
helping
rachel
just
to
make
sure
that
all
those
aspects
are
in
one
place.
Don't
hesitate
to
reach
out.
J
Hey
how's
it
going,
we
we've
already
been
communicating
via
email
and
yeah,
I'm
just
waiting
for
the
scp,
and
then
I
haven't
had
a
chance
to
really
look
at
your
traffic
control
plan.
But
one
of
the
things
I
notice
is
there's
no
pedestrian
restrictions
other
than
what
is
currently
already
out
there
is
that
gonna?
R
So,
just
just
a
couple
more
like
picket
barricade
fences
from
event
rents
to
kind
of
keep
people
more
on
the
sidewalks.
But
it
will
be
a
free
entry
for
any
potential.
R
R
And
I'll
get
that
that
essie
I
did
forward
or
I
did
a
fax
set
over,
but
it
doesn't
have
our
updated
liability
insurance
on
there.
So
I'll
get
that
to
you.
I
appreciate
your
patience.
O
Hey
kate,
this
is
john
broad
street.
The
closure
for
broad
street
actually
has
to
go
from
fifth
to
sixth,
and
that
has
to
be
reflected
in
your
traffic
control
plan.
It
can
be
a
hard
closure
at
the
alley,
but
what
we
want
to
do
is
we
want
to
intercept
general
traffic
on
broad
street,
so
it
doesn't
try
to
go
through
there
and
then
have
to
turn
through
the
alley
to
get
out
to
myrtle
street
okay.
And
if
you,
if
you're
talking
a
larger
vehicle,
that's
going
to
be
very
difficult.
R
R
Kind
of
stuff-
okay,
all
right
I'll,
follow
up
with
mike
on
that,
then
I
see
what
you're
saying.
N
R
K
Just
a
couple
of
quick
questions
for
you,
so
one
is,
there
will
be
poured
alcohol
throughout
the
closed
off
area.
Correct,
like
you'll.
Have
it
inside
an
outsider.
R
R
Right
now,
our
plan
is
to
have
a
jockey
box,
so
we'll
have
plastic
cups
and
then
some
cans
as
well
stuff.
That's
already
canned
and
probably
glassware
inside
the
tap
room.
But
we
might
do
only
plastic
in
there,
depending
on
what
the
crowds
kind
of
look
like.
K
Okay,
okay,
well
yeah
great
love
to
hear
the
uses
of
cans.
Obviously
you
know
I
was
just
thinking
there's
any
way,
since
this
is
sort
of
associated
with
treefort.
Now,
if
you
can
get
a
hold
of
any
of
their
steel
cups
or
somehow
just
to
reduce
that
that
was
plastic
cups.
That's
that's
just
a
suggestion.
K
Yeah
yeah
just
an
idea
and
then
so
yeah.
If
you
do
get
any
food
vendors,
would
you
please
let
me
know
too,
because
I
can
send
you.
We
have
a
new
low
waste
guide
specifically
for
event
coordinators,
but
also
for
the
vendors
just
to
kind
of
help
them
you
know
make
some
maybe
lower
waste
choices,
cool
so
but
yeah.
If
you
could
just
let
me
know
and
then
yeah,
so
you
you're
only
requesting
the
five
trash
boxes
and
five
recycling
bins.
K
R
K
K
Well,
cool!
Well,
I
will
also
send
you
some
new
signs
like
our
new
recycling
and
trash
signs.
I
don't
know
if
you
did,
you
get
those
for
your
anniversary.
A
All
right,
thank
you.
Well,
thank
you,
kate,
so
much
for
being
with
us
and
figure
out
the
follow-ups
that
we
have
from
you
and
look
forward
to
a
fun
event.
A
C
Yes,
they
have
everything
into
us,
and
so
we're
set
to
go
with
them.
Okay,.
A
Great
sean
and
debbie:
do
you
have
what
you
need.
P
We
have
not
heard
from
them.
Unfortunately,
you
have.
H
Just
waiting
to
hear
what
the
police
staffing
ended
up
being.
A
Great
kelly,
you
might
want
to
just
follow
up
with
the
applicant
on
the
on
central
district
health.
Let
them
know
that
that's
the
outstanding
okay
and
one
after
event
review
that
we're
still
pending
everything
is
due
by
the
end
of
this
month.
I
think
we've
got
most
of
what
we
need,
but
if
anyone's
got
any
outlying
bits
of
information
for
the
after
action
report
for
the
idaho
potato
drop,
we'd
love
to
have
that
in
by
the
end
of
the
month,
and
we
will
likely
have
the
applicant
in
to
discuss
that
with
them.
L
Nope,
we
are
good
there,
rachel
and
I've
been
working
on
getting
that
updated
and
we'll
get
it
formatted
and
just
send
out
for
everybody
to
have
a
copy
of
if
they
can't
access
the
sharepoint.
So
as
you
saw,
two
new
applications
came
out,
but
I
think
I
got
eight
this
week
already,
so
that
will
be
updated
and
then
you
guys
can
continue
to
plan.
So
thank
you.
