our

our
state
and
our
city,
the
many
challenges
that
we
have
to
face

let
us
face

that,

us
divide
us,
we
pray
for
this
real
estate
committee
to
make
good
decisions
on
behalf
of
his
citizens
of
charleston
and
the
staff
that
we
depend
so
heavily
on
for
proper
information
to
carry
out
our
duties.

update
regarding
sumar
street
and
a
proposed
extension
of
a
deadline
from
may
1st
2022
to
august
1st
2022,
and
I
see
mr
pullman

the

looking

ashley

the

I
assume
you're
going
to
be
given
the
staff
presentation
on
this

really
too

a

Just
this
is
a
request
into
you
guys,
so
tomorrow
we're
going
to
be
showing
a
much
more
robust
update
in
terms
of
what
we've
accomplished
thus
far
and
right
now.
What
we're
asking
is
for
an
extension
of
the
mou,
so
it
does
run
out
on
may
1st
and
we've
done
some
phenomenal
work
between
when
it
was
started
and
now
in
conjunction
with
landmark
enterprises.

additional
time
to
continue
to
refine
the
design
in
the
process
and
come
to
a
more
realistic,
guaranteed
maximum
price.

see
our
partners
from
landmark
on
the
screen
with
us
and
the
west
asheville
revitalization
commission
had
a
briefing
of
the
updated
plans
last
a
week
ago
monday,
and
it
was
very
robust
discussion
that
we
had.
It
was
a
wonderful
presentation
that
dinosaur
presented
the
he's
the
architect
selected
by
landmark,
and
so
one
of
the
things
I
think
is
sort
of
the
hold
up
on
this,
and
these
guys
can
can
correct
me
if
I'm
in
off
base
on
this.

Of
course,
that's
gonna
change
the
dynamics
of
the
cost
of
doing
this
project,
so
we
just
need
a
little
more
breathing
room,
not
that
I'm
excited
about
a
an
extension,
because
these
guys
will
all
tell
you
how
much
I've
been
fussing
and
fuming
in
clamoring
to
getting
this
project
on
a
much
more
fast
track.

got
to
face
the
reality
of
this
to
make
sure
we
got
all
of
our
numbers
lined
up.
So
this
is
a
necessary
90-day
extension
and
it's
just
this
for
the
betterment
of
this
project.
However,
I
as
eric,
will

correct

this

I
think
we're
even
tomorrow,
we'll
have
a
presentation
before
city
council
and
then
we're
on
a
timeline
for
this
concept
of
plans
to
go
before
the
design
review
board,
and
that
is
eric.

still
moving
forward
with
the
other
components
of
this
project,
and

want
the
public
to
be
aware

that

90-day
request

and
I
have
had
very
good

about
this
project
and

appreciate
his
input

the

members

the
commission

council
members

annexations

one

and

I

to
entertain
a

we

and
other
areas

the
city
working

annexation
