A
A
It
is
now
5
30..
We
want
to
start
on
time.
Thank
you
all
for
showing
up
and
thank
you
all
who
are
online
viewing
this.
Let's
talk
about
district
4
issues,
town
hall,
myself
and
school
board.
Member
naomi
buckner
decided
that
it
was
appropriate
to
come
together
and
discuss
issues
with
our
our
citizens
about
district
4
issues.
I'm
a
I'm
going
to
ask
school
board
member
naomi
buckner
to
come
up
and
give
some
words,
but
I
do
appreciate
her.
A
We
can't
do
anything
in
the
silo
we
need
help
and
she
has
generously
helped
me
by
getting
dr
lewis
to
send
one
of
the
project
managers
to
speak
about
the
new
construction
at
georgetown,
not
georgetown
lord,
at
dawson,
in
saint
mary's
world,
but
come
and
give
some
words.
B
Do
we
want
him
to
come
follow
immediately
after
me?
Oh
okay,
I'm
just
creating
yes,
okay,
all
right!
Thank
you.
First,
I
I
want.
I
do
want
to
thank
council
person
tucker
for
giving
me
an
opportunity
to
come
tonight
to
talk
about
the
projects
and
update
you
on
the
projects
that
we
have
in
district
four,
especially
our
new
project
in
dawson
elementary,
and
she
has
generously
shared
this
her
her
forward
with
me,
and
I
want
her
to
know.
B
I
do
appreciate
that,
because
it's
always
good
when
the
city
and
the
school
district
can
work
together.
Nothing
can
come
of
that,
but
good
things,
and
I
also
always
want
to
take
the
opportunity
to
thank
the
people
thank
our
public
for
their
support
in
public
education
anytime.
I
have
an
opportunity
to
stand
before
people
and
greet
them.
I
always
want
to
say
thank
you.
B
Thank
you
for
your
continuous
support
of
education
in
in
our
district,
by
especially
by
voting
for
the
east
plus,
and
also
I'm
sure,
council
persons,
hunker
thanks
you
as
well.
We
like
to
work
together
and
thank
you
again
for
giving
me
this
opportunity.
A
So
I
want
to
thank
city
manager,
isaiah
hewlett
for
being
in
attendance
and
deputy
city
manager,
lisa
goodwin.
Every
time
I
reach
out
to
every
time
I
reach
out
to
deputy
city
manager,
lisa
goodwin
with
my
bright
idea.
She
always
says
yes
ma'am.
I
help
so.
I
truly
appreciate
you
and
I
appreciate
every
single
director
that
I
can
call
along
and
to
actually
present
to
you
tonight.
So
the
first
one
up
is
the
hottest
topic
in
district
four
and
that's
the
shirley
b
winston
pool.
C
Thank
you,
counselor
tucker.
I
don't
know
about
the
hottest
topic,
but
it's
still
summer
time
and
all,
but
yes,
we
will.
We
will
say
it,
it's
still
a
topic
for
sure,
but
I'm
going
to
go
through
real,
quick
kind
of
update
on
where
we
are
and
then,
if
there's
any
questions,
you
guys
feel
free
to
to
ask
as
we
go
along.
I
apologize
it's
not
on
our
screen.
C
First,
there
we
go
okay,
I
had
to
wake
it
up,
just
to
kind
of
I'm
always
the
person
that
I
feel
like.
We
need
to
go
back
to
see
where
we've
come
from
to
see
where
we're
going,
and
so
as
far
as
our
current
aquatic
facilities
you
can
see
on
the
screen.
These
are
the
current
facilities
that
we
have
here
in
columbus.
Of
course,
this
past
summer
we
operated
the
aquatic
center
and
we
operated
double
church's
pool.
C
C
We
were
losing
a
large
amount
of
water
due
to
the
cracks
and
I'll
show
you
that
in
just
a
moment
and
people
are
always
like
well,
what
do
cracks
matter
well
cracks
matter,
because
then
I
can't
keep
the
chemicals
in
the
pool
staff
can't
keep
the
levels
where
they
need
to
be
they're,
not
healthy,
they're,
not
sanitary
they're,
not
what
they
need
to
be.
We
had
a
large
number
of
contractors
and
vendors
as
well
as
public
works,
to
work
with
us
to
go
out
and
look
at
these
cracks.
C
We
did
cameras
in
the
pipes
trying
to
figure
out
where
things
were
going,
what
was
happening
to
no
prevail
there,
so
we
decided
that
at
that
point,
based
on
the
recommendations
that
we
were
given,
that
we
shouldn't
spend
any
more
money
taxpayer
dollars
that
we
really
just
needed
to
stop
and
then
to
replace
them,
and
so
that's
the
direction.
We're
headed
just
to
give
you
a
couple
of
shots
to
see
what
we're
talking
about
when
we
talk
about
pool
conditions.
C
These
are
pools
that
are
maintained
year-round,
so
it's
not
something
where
we
typically
will
drain
them
and
then
not
not
keep
water
in
them
the
rest
of
the
year,
but
we
do
have
a
lot
of
cracks.
You
see
cracks
here,
edges
of
the
pools
that
are
missing
due
to
age.
C
Here's
some
more,
you
can
see
around
our
pipes,
but
you
can
just
if
you
will
see
the
lines
where
the
cracks
are,
and
we
just
have
a
lot
of
cracks
that
could
not
be
addressed
enough
to,
like,
I
said,
maintain
the
water
as
we
needed
to
here's
a
few
more.
You
can
see
where
attempts
have
been
made
in
the
past
where
we
have
patched
them,
we
have
made
repairs,
and
yet
we
still
were
having
trouble
so
moving
forward.
Like
I
said
I
like
to
go
back,
so
we
can
move
forward
future
possibilities.
C
C
As
you
know,
last
year
in
november
the
the
city,
we
were
very
fortunate
to
receive
the
splost
that
was
voted
on
by
the
citizens
here
in
columbus,
as
part
of
that,
our
projects
as
part
of
parks
and
recreation
were,
of
course,
the
replacement
of
our
pools,
shirley
winston
right
there
on
the
list
to
be
replaced
and
where
we
are
now
so
we
started
our
process
way
before
before
we
even
had
the
funding,
if
you
will
in
preparation
for
when
the
money
would
start
which
was
may
of
this
year,
and
at
the
point
we
are
now,
we've
put
out
a
proposal,
a
request
for
proposal
for
the
the
actual
pools
to
be
built,
and
we've
just
received
those
back.
C
We
just
recently
met
and
are
reviewing
what
we've
received,
and
so
once
we've
had
a
chance
to
review
the
proposals
that
we
have
received,
we'll
be
selecting
a
vendor
contractor
to
move
forward
on
the
design
build
of
those
new
pools.
For
us.
The
look
is
to
begin
demo
of
the
current
the
pools
as
they
are
now.
If
you
will
we're
looking
to
tear
out
the
shells
that
currently
exist
but
to
try
to
salvage
the
buildings,
the
restrooms,
the
showers,
the
concession
area,
in
an
effort
to
save
money,
we're
hopeful
that
that
will
be
the
case.
C
We
don't
know
until
we
get
into
the
project
and
see
how
things
are
tied
together,
because
obviously
the
pool
is
tied
to
that.
The
construction
of
the
pool
is
tied
to
that
where
the
water
is
exchanged
and
where
it's
stored
is
part
of
that
building.
But
our
hope
is
that
we
can
work
with
some
someone
to
be
able
to
to
at
least
manage
to
save
as
much
as
we
can,
because
we're
looking
at
the
overall
cost
and
the
cost
savings
that
that
would
give
to
us
as
we
go
forward.
C
I
told
you
guys
I'd
be
short
and
sweet
and
simple,
but
that's
basically
where
we
are
at
this
point
is
for
us
going
through
the
the
proposals,
picking
a
contract
or
someone
as
we
go
forward
and
then
to
start
demoing,
the
the
ones
that
we
have
now,
while
simultaneously
getting
those
contractors
to
give
us
design,
builds
on
what
that
would
look.
D
But
my
question
is
in
the
future:
what
steps
or
what
actions
are
y'all
going
to
put
in
place
to
prevent
the
pools
from
going
down
again,
because
you
know
that's
an
exorbitant
amount
of
money
to
you
know,
let
the
pools
deteriorate
then
rebuild
them
deteriorate
and
rebuild
them.
So
we
can't
do
that
cycle.
C
Well,
you're,
looking
like,
I
said,
you
see
the
pools
we're
putting
in
2002,
so
we've
gotten
about
20
years,
roughly,
not
quite
20
years
out
of
those
pools,
so
our
intent
is
to
continue
to
maintain
them,
as
we
always
have
to
have
the
staff
to
maintain
them
and
to
continue
to
keep
water,
because
the
biggest
thing
is,
if
we
take
the
water
out
of
them
most
of
the
time.
C
That's
when
you
start
to
have
issues,
but
the
issues
we
had
are
underneath
the
shells,
if
you
will
the
actual
pool
itself
so
underneath
it
somewhere
and
for
us,
it's
just
not
worth
the
health
and
the
safety
of
our
community
to
continue
to
keep
it.
C
Pools
are
all
built
in
the
same
way,
but
when
you
talk
about
a
commercial
pool
that
has
different
pool
features
and
different,
it's
not
just
your
backyard
rectangular.
If
you
will
just
your
rectangular
pool,
but
when
you
start
talking
about
all
the
pool
features
and
the
pumps
and
the
slides
and
all
the
things
that
we
have.
C
We
have
a
lot
of
lines
that
go
under
the
pool
and
around
the
pool,
and
so
our
intent
is
to
try
to
make
sure
that
when
we
rebuild
these,
we
do
it
in
such
a
way
that
those
could
be
better
maintained
so
that
we
always
have
access
to
them,
which
we
don't
know
but
great
question.
Thank
you
so
much.
C
Thank
you
great
question.
No
we're
because
we'll
be
adding
splash
pads
that
were
part
of
the
splost.
This
will
not
go
back
as
as
a
soul
splash
pad,
meaning
that
that's
not
all.
That
would
be
there
we're
looking
at
the
design.
Of
course,
we
haven't
done
the
designs
just
yet,
but
we're
looking
at
trying
to
go
back
if
funding
is
is
available
and
enough
we're
looking
at
going
back
with
something
what
we
have
similar
to
what
we
have
now,
but
at
the
same
time
adding
a
splash
pad
feature
as
part
of
it.
C
C
If
we
can
keep
those
two
bodies
separate,
that
would
be
more
beneficial
to
us,
but
we're
looking
at
going
back
with
something
that's
zero
entry,
so
that
we
can
always
have
any
citizen
to
be
able
to
enjoy
the
pools,
meaning
they
can
access
it
from
a
zero
depth.
Entry.
There's
no
stairs
someone
in
a
wheelchair,
someone
with
a
handicap
can
still
get
in
the
water
same
with
children.
C
A
F
Thank
you
for
joining
us
this
evening.
I
do
want
to
give
you
a
overview
of
the
project,
because
many
of
you
may
not
have
seen
the
project
we.
We
did
start
this
project
a
couple
of
years
ago,
as
far
as
doing
the
traffic
studies
and
and
developing
some
concepts,
but
obviously
that
was
during
cove
time,
so
we
didn't
get
quite
the
response
that
we
would
like
to
have
had
at
some
of
the
public
meetings.
F
We
do
plan
to
have
another
public
meeting
to
kind
of
kick
off
the
design
phase
of
this
project
probably
next
month,
and
I
will
be
getting
information
out
once
we
get
the
time
and
the
location
schedule,
and
we
would
love
for
you
to
get
that
information
out
to
your
neighbor
so
that
we
can
get
input.
That's
our
goal
is
input.
F
The
reason
behind
the
steemil
road
project
was
the
concerns
that
we
were
hearing
from
the
neighbors
and
our
city
manager,
mr
isaiah
hughley,
who
actually
came
up
on
several
of
these
incidences,
but
there
have
been
a
number
of
fatalities.
Now
it
shows
four,
but
there's
that
we
know
there's
been
more
than
that.
It
just
depends
on
what
period
of
time
you're
looking
at,
and
this
shows
the
general
locations
for
the
period
that
the
study
was
looking
at,
where
those
were
and
that's
a
lot
within
a
neighborhood
area.
F
I
mean
this
is
generally
residential
area,
and
that's
a
lot
for
for
that
type,
and
this
is
just
some
brief
data-
I'm
not
going
to
try
to
go
through
all
the
details
on
the
crash
information.
The
thing
that
you
do
as
part
of
a
traffic
study
is
you
look
at
not
only
the
numbers
but
the
type.
So
when
you
do
design
work,
you
know
what
you're
trying
to
correct,
and
so
the
methods
that
you
treat
at
an
intersection
will
address
those
again.
This
is
just
some
traffic
information
giving
you
the
average
speeds.
F
Amount
of
traffic
creating
traffic
congestion,
we
actually
did
a
road
safety
audit,
and
that
was
representatives
from
the
engineering
consulting
firm
representatives
from
the
engineering
department.
F
Looking
at
all
the
elements
and
and
noting
things
that
we
saw
that
were
problem
areas
that
needed
to
be
addressed,
we
had
public
input.
Of
course
this
was
done
online
because
again,
this
was
during
covet
time.
We
did
get
a
lot
of
response.
We
sent
out
mailers
and
had
some
sent
back
in
to
try
to
identify
what
the
residents
were
seeing
you
live
out
there.
You
travel
the
corridor,
you
know
more
about
what's
going
on
than
we
would
just
by
coming
out.
F
G
F
Wanted
better
sidewalks,
they
had
safety
concerns
about
the
existing
sidewalks.
They
had
concerns
about
the
children
walking
along
the
corridor.
Speeding
was
obviously
a
concern.
Speeding
is
a
is
very
much
a
concern
in
most
of
our
neighborhoods.
There
is
a
lot
of
speeding
and
a
lot
of
speeding
complaints
and
that's
something
we
as
a
city
are
going
to
have
to
look
at
and
develop
programs
for,
because,
obviously
we
can't
do
this
same
thing
in
every
neighborhood,
but.
H
G
F
F
G
F
F
This
is
kind
of
ideally
what
we
a
typical
section
that
could
be
used
where
you
have
a
sidewalk
on
one
side:
a
five
foot
sidewalk,
which
is
the
city
standard.
On
one
side,
you
have
a
grass
or
landscape
buffer
area,
two
lanes
of
traffic,
one
in
each
direction
and
then
another
buffer
area.
Of
course,
curve
and
gutter
would
be
added
in
proper
drainage,
another
buffer
area
landscape
and
then
a
ten
foot
shared
path.
F
This
is
another
option
again,
it's
very
similar
to
the
other
one,
just
shifting
things
and
you'll
notice
that
on
the
path
side,
there
is
pedestrian
lighting
for
individuals
that
want
to
use
that
trail
during
evening
hours
again.
This
is
just
a
concept
of
what
it
could
look
like,
and
I
know
it
may
be
difficult
due
to
the
scale
signalized
intersection
at
steam
mill
realignment
of
that
intersection.
F
You
will
notice
over
I-185
the
plan.
Is
we
discussed
different
options
on
how
to
treat
that
whether
you
widen
the
existing
bridge
structure,
but
we
felt
like
it
would
be
safer
and
probably
more
economical
and
easier
to
permit,
because
of
the
level
of
permitting
required
to
go
over
185
there.
It
would
involve
fhwa
and
g
dot.
It
would
be
a
pedestrian
bridge,
that's
what's
currently,
which
would
make
it
separate
from
the
existing
bridge
used
by
the
cars.
F
F
G
F
With
all
of
the
general
state
of
the
economy-
and
I'm
sure
most
of
you
have
felt
an
impact
of
that
construction
was
originally
anticipated
to
be
about
13
million
500
right
of
way
about
a
million
500
utility.
It
will
require
utility
relocation
as
part
of
the
project,
so
the
original
estimate
was
around
17
million.
F
As
councilor
tucker
noted.
This
is
one
of
our
band
one
t-splice
projects,
so
that
means
we
are
already
gearing
up
to
start
working
on
the
design
and
getting
it
ready
for
construction
as
the
funds
come
available.
So
right
now
sting
meal
has
for
the
present
cost
estimate
that
was
put
into
the
t.
Slots
was
22
million,
500
500
000,
I'm
sorry,
22
million
500
000.
Let
me
get
that
right.
F
J
F
F
G
F
F
Sometimes
it
is
a
speeding
problem
or
a
congestion
problem.
You
see
things
differently
when
you're
out
there
walking
along
okay.
J
Now
the
reason
for
asking
that
question
man
is
because
parkwood
drive
the
area
where
the
old
shirley
went
to
shelby
winston
used
to
be
at
okay.
The
individual
citizens
now
are
using
that
park
as
a
hangout
spot
and
a
lot
of
times,
individuals
that
are
there.
They
park
the
vehicles
at
the
park
and
then
they
use
parkwood
drive
as
a
racetrack,
and
so
is
anything
to
be
done.
Possibly
speed,
bumps
out
there
in
that
area
or
something.
F
Well
again,
we
don't
have
a
program
for
speed
tables
any
longer.
We
were
using
pre-manufactured
speed
tables
and
we
developed
a
problem
because
they
would
not
stay
anchored
into
the
asphalt.
F
Would
happen
is
the
bolts
would
work
their
way
out
from
the
force
of
the
cars
hitting
the
table?
It
would
rock
it.
The
boats
were
working
their
way
out
and
damaging
vehicles,
and
that
became
a
hazard,
so
we
had
to
remove
them
and
many
of
them
have
been
removed,
so
we're
working
toward
some
other
options
and
potentially
bringing
back
a
speed
table.
But
you
have
to
have
a
way,
because
the
city
doesn't
have
enough
money
to
put
a
speed
table
in
every
neighborhood,
but
some
other
options.
F
J
Now
you
mentioned
temporary
speed,
bumps
correct.
F
F
You
need
to
have
a
way
that
you
can
resurface
up
to
that
speed
table.
Ideally
what
you
see
in
some
developments
like
an
apartment
complex,
is
they
use
concrete?
So
that's
something
we're
looking
at
so
we,
but
we
have
to
consider
future
maintenance
as
part
of
that
design.
Okay
and
the
spacing
is
important
too.
If
you
don't
have
them
spaced
properly,
then.
G
F
F
F
Thank
you
and
I
do
encourage
you
whenever
we
get
that
date
and
time
and
location
that
you
will
please
come
out
and
join
us
and
offer
any
additional
comments
or
questions
or
concerns
that
you
might
have
on
this
project.
A
G
I
Good
evening,
everyone
I
don't
have,
if
you
will
a
presentation,
but
I
do
want
to
share
with
you
a
new
initiative
that
we
have
that
we
started
several
months
ago.
It
is
called
the
all
hands
on
deck
campaign.
I
don't
have
to
tell
you
what
our
community
has
looked
like
over
the
last
two
and
a
half
years
of
this
pandemic.
I
I
mean
from
one
end
to
the
other
all
over
the
cities,
not
just
in
one
part
of
columbus,
it's
everywhere,
not
only
that
you
know
that
we've,
of
course,
had
the
issues
with
just
picking
up
our
containerized
waste
and
other
the
bulk
waste
from
yard
waste
to
the
refrigerators
and
mattresses
and
all
of
those
things.
The
city
has
put
in
a
lot
of
money
to
hire
contractors
to
assist
us
with
that.
I
think
we
have.
I
Finally,
we
could
finally
see
you
know
a
little
relief
in
that
you
don't
see
as
much
of
that
out
there
now,
but
not
to
say
that
it's
not,
we
still
have
work
to
do,
and
so
what
we
are
looking
at
doing-
and
this
will
be
our
third
one,
starting
tomorrow-
we've
been
in
our
regency
park.
I
We've
met
with
the
community
there
east
urban
heights,
and
tomorrow
we
will
be
meeting
with
the
holly
hills.
Community
at
frank,
chester,
rec
center
from
5
30
to
7,
and
the
intent
of
the
all
hands
on
deck
campaign
is
first
of
all,
you
have
to
understand
the
city
can't
do
we
can't
do
it
by
ourselves.
This
is
a
community
problem
created
by
the
community,
and
so
when
you
see
trash
and
litter
everywhere,
we
need
our
citizens,
our
community,
to
come
together
to
help
us
thus
all
hands
on
debt
campaign.
I
I
We
have
parks
and
recreation.
We
have
metro,
we
have
you
know,
mcp
is
out
there.
We
have
other
agencies
because
a
lot
goes
on
in
the
neighborhood,
and
so
what
we're
looking
to
do
is
meet
with
the
neighborhood
we're
going
to
provide
them
with
the
little
stick
pickers.
You
know
where
you
pick
up
the
trash,
we'll
give
them
garbage
bags,
gloves
everything
that
they
need
to
pull
together
those
members
in
their
community
to
help
clean
up
their
neighborhood.
I
What
we're
going
to
do
when
they
do
that
they
bag
it.
They
pick
it
up,
they
bag
it
we're
going
to
come
behind.
We
will
pick
it
up
now.
Not
only
are
we
going
to
just
pick
up
what
they
have
bagged,
we're
also
going
to
come
in
and
make
sure
that
any
bulky
items
you
know
the
refrigerator
the
white
goods
stuff,
that
we
call
refrigerators
and
the
you
know,
mattresses
and
those
kinds
of
things,
we'll
pick
bring
a
grab
ball
and
we'll
pick
all
of
that
up.
I
We're
also
going
to
bring
a
grab
ball
to
pick
up
any
of
the
piles
of
yard
waste.
Again,
you
know
all
of
our
containerized
waste
yard.
Waste
is
picked
up
by
our
contractor
amways,
so
we're
going
to
make
sure
that,
as
we
go
neighborhood
to
neighborhood
that
we
bring
our
resources
in
to
clean
up
that
area
and
there
have
to
be
neighborhood
champions.
You've
got
to
have
neighborhood
champions
in
any
neighborhood.
I
That's
willing
to
to
be
that
that
spokesperson,
that
person
out
to
help
coordinate
to
coordinate
those
efforts,
and
so
that's
what
we're
looking
to
do,
and
so
that's
what
this
all
hands
on
debt
campaign
is
all
about.
If
you
have
in
your
neighborhood,
if
you
know
that
that
has
not
yet
happened,
no
one
is
contacting
you.
Please
call
my
office.
Please
call
my
office,
you
can
call
me
at
706-225-3108.
I
And
I
will
work
with
you
to
get
a
date
that
we
can
assist
you
in
pulling
all
of
that
together.
At
the
end
of
the
day,
this
is
our
community.
We
love
columbus,
columbus,
it's
beautiful,
you've
heard
about
the
amenities
and
all
the
things
that
we're
looking
to
do
are
you
know,
of
course,
on
the
pool
side.
I
There's
a
lot
more
things
you
have
not
heard
about
you,
there's
a
lot
of
construction
that
you
see
going
on
and
the
one
thing
that
we
don't
want
in
the
mix
is
a
dirty
community,
and
so
I
need
your
help
to
help
us
help
you
and
so
again,
that's
the
all
hands
on
debt
campaign.
Please
call
my
office
at
any
time
any
questions,
706
225.
I
E
Containers
that
are
that
we,
the
old
containers,
we're
still
waiting
for
those
to
be
picked
up.
Can
you
give
us
a
timeline
or
date
when
the
old
containers
are
going
to
be
picked
up.
I
Okay,
let
me
tell
you
what
we're
doing
we
started
that
early
on
we
had
sent
out
some
dates
of
when
those
things
when
you
would
be
able
to
come
neighborhood
by
neighborhood
or
route
by
route.
When
you
could
place
your
old
cans
out
to
be
picked
up,
but
we
were
still
kind
of
hot
into
being
backlogged
on
picking
everything
up,
and
so
what
happened?
I
Is
people
were
putting
them
out
and
you
know
we're
picking
up
what
you
put
out,
because
this
is
your
your
time
and
you
know
on
saturdays
and
then
they're
calling
us
and
wait.
Somebody
picked
up
a
trash.
I
Can
it
wasn't
meant
to
be
picked
up,
so
we
put
a
halt
on
it,
and
so
what
we're
looking
to
do
now
and
as
a
matter
of
fact,
director
drel
short,
is
here,
stand
up
drill,
wave
your
hands
so
that
they,
this
is
the
director
of
public
works,
drill
short
she
and
I
had
a
conversation
just
this
week
or
last
week
last
week
and
decided
that
what
we
think
we're
going
to
do
and
she
we
have
not
made
the
announcement
yet,
but
instead
of
saying
this
is
when
it's
going
to
be
we're
going
to
put
something
out
and
ask
people
just
to
call
3-1-1.
I
If
you
want
your
can
picked
up
that
way,
it's
easier
that
way.
We'll
then
come
out
and
get
it
instead
of
saying.
You
know
anybody
on
the
tuesday
routes
put
your
trash
can
out,
and
then
you
have
folk
who
have
failed
to
bring
it
in
who
wanted
him,
but
they
left
it
out
there
and
then
we
come
and
get
it.
I
So
you
know
we
didn't
want
that
to
happen
again,
and
so
what
we're
going
to
do
is
have
you
to
contact
3-1-1,
make
a
request
for
us
to
come
and
pick
up
your
old
can
and
then
that's
when
we'll
come
and
pick
it
up,
and
so
we'll
do
it
like
that?
Okay,
we'll
tell
you,
give
you
a
date
to
put
it
out,
because
what
we're
doing
is
picking
them
up
only
on
saturdays,
not
during
our
regular
pickup
days.
Okay,
and
so
that's
that's
what
we're
looking
at
doing.
Yes,
sir.
H
I
got
a
question
about
the
you
said:
the
the
construction
projects,
all
the
work
been
going
on
so
just
I
said
this
last
night.
H
It's
hard
to
see
that,
and
I
like
on
the
websites
like
you
go
to
look
for
the
wbs
just
to
see
what
should
be
going
on
the
dates
it's
hard
to
find
and
if
you
don't
have
access
to
the,
if
you're,
not
an
employee
of
the
city,
sometimes
you
can't
get
access
to
it,
so
not
to
throw
stones
but
it'll
be
great
like
to
see
like
they
keep
touting
the
the
the
railroad
the
bridge
it's
gonna
be
done
by
2023
and
all
that
stuff,
but
just
looking
at
it
every
day,
riding
by
and
never
see
anybody
out
there
working
like
oh
no
quality
control
or
anything
it's
hard
to
believe
that
would
happen,
but
for
transparency
purposes,
it'll
be
good
for
those
who
might
understand
how
this
stuff
works
to
talk
to
others
like
okay,
this
was
a
work
breakdown
schedule
this
one
to
come
out.
H
Do
this
you
know
cause.
I
know
y'all
can't
explain
everything
you
know
yeah,
because
you
got
your
heads
down
working,
but
my
frustration
has
been
like
I
said,
seen
this
for
years
and
years
and
years,
and
we
keep
saying
that
and
it's
like
how
long
does
the
project
get
to
go?
You
know
before
it's
like
overdue,
and
when
does
somebody
come
out
there
and
start
pushing
the
contractors
to
have
folks
out
there,
because
my
background
I
had
to
go
out
there
every
day
and
do
that
because
they
would
they
would
not
show
up
some
days.
H
I
Yeah
well,
of
course,
we
have
a
lot
of
construction
going
on
in
columbus
and,
as
you
can
see,
even
just
here
on
macon
road
you'll
see
them
working
at
night.
They
it's
hard
for
them
to
work
during
the
day,
you're
not
going
to
see
a
lot
of
contractors
out
during
the
day
working
because
it's
just
too
much
traffic,
and
so
of
course,
our
director
of
engineering
is
here,
she's,
helping
of
course
working
those
projects,
and
so
it's
out
there
and
what
we
do
you
will
have.
You
know.
I
know
that
you're.
I
This
is
not
you're,
not
here
all
the
time
you
just,
of
course
retire
coming
back,
but
our
the
deputy
city
manager,
over
planning
in
engineering
and
all
of
those
are
development.
She
gives
updates
constantly
about
role
projects,
and
so
you
can
at
any
time
go
onto
the
our
websites
on
ccgtv
to
go
back
and
review.
All
of
those
videos
of
all
of
the
updates
of
our
transportation
project
grow
our
projects,
road
projects,
they're
numerous.
I
J
I
F
But
pam
hodge,
who
is
the
deputy
city
manager
over
finance
and
construction
pro
ryan.
F
Work
for
her
or
with
her
one
thing
that
we
are
talking
about
doing
is
developing
website
not
it'll,
be
linked,
of
course,
to
all
the
city
web
pages,
but,
like
you
said,
sometimes,
if
you
have
to
drill
down
into
engineering
or
planning
or
inspections
and
codes
or
parts
and
reckon
to.
F
G
F
You
don't
see
something
happening
a
lot
of
times
we're
waiting
on
a
utility
to
get
out
of
the
way
and
or
there's
a
conflict,
and
we
got
to
come
up
with
a
resolution,
something
we
didn't
know
about
in
advance
of
the
project.
So
sometimes
it
doesn't
look
like
something's
happening,
but
there
are
things
happening.
E
Yes,
I
had
another
question.
I
guess
the
piggyback
on
his
the
interstate
185..
Is
that
a
city
project
or
is
that
a
federal.
I
H
H
Because
we
I
mean
that's
something
like
once
again
transparency.
I
would
love
to
see
like
the
mayor
or
whoever
like
get
on
here
and
say:
hey
I'm
in
their
face
and
he
might
be
doing
that,
but
it
shouldn't
not
be
so
hard.
I
had
to
go
find
it.
You
know
what
I'm
saying
I
should
be
able
to
I'm
not
sure
what
it
means,
like
I
heard
about
the
the
website
and
having
like
a
knowledge
management
sale
to
do
all
this
stuff,
and
that's
that's
a
great
idea.
H
We
do
all
the
time
in
my
my
history,
but
that
that
project
185
that
just
bothers
me,
because
it
seems
that
I
could
be
wrong,
but
I've
been
army
30
years.
It
seems
like
it's
been
30
years.
You
know
in
stretches
and
then,
like
I
know,
my
son
got
a
ticket
one
time
out
there
and
and
you
you
compound
it
with
construction
zone
and
it's
like
600
and
I
think
it
was
15
miles
over
and
I
called
the
police
chief
in
the
sheriff
like
I
got.
H
It
is
that
a
construction
zone
why
I
have
never
seen
anything
out
there
but
cones,
and
then
they
send
me
the
ordinance
and
the
code
and
everything,
but
also
so
you
saying
that
then
at
some
point
I
should
see
somebody
working
on
the
highway.
But
then
they
come
back
and
that's
a
that's
a
state
project
and
we
don't
know
when
they're
going
to
complete
it.
How
long
so
once.
K
H
Can
somebody
go
up
there
to
the
state
and
have
them
come
out
here?
Explain
to
us
why
it's
been
in
my
estimate
just
looking
regularly
twice,
you
know
twice
a
month,
it's
been
double
just
years
and
that's
that's
crazy,
because
I
know
that
money
is
way
over
budget
now
and
oh
somebody's
paying
for
that,
and
I
can't
believe
he's
on
the
state
paying
for
it,
because
I
know
you
know
big
fish
takes
little.
Fish
will
be
us
yeah.
I
We
have
a
department
of
transportation
representative
that
works
very
closely
with
columbus,
so
yeah.
That's
who
works
on
our
behalf
at
g
dot
and
so
very.
H
I
There
and
so
anything
that
happens
or
fails
to
happen
engineering
and,
of
course
our
leadership
works
closely
with
them
to
make
those
things
happen.
But
I
feel
your
pain
and.
I
F
I
I
I
B
B
B
The
current
excitement
is
about
the
combination
of
dawson
and
saint
mears,
so
you
will
have
an
opportunity
to
ask
them
questions
about
that.
I
also
want
to
invite
you
to
our
groundbreaking
ceremony
this
saturday
at
9
30
for
for
the
dawson
and
st
mary's
projects
project.
If
you
have
nothing
to
do,
we
will
be
happy
to
have
you
there
this
saturday
morning
at
9
30.,
dr
anderson.
B
A
K
Fairly
brief
overview
of
some
of
the
projects
that
were
happening
throughout
our
entire
district
as
well,
specifically
in
district
four.
We're
really
excited
about
the
community
support
with
the
eastwatch
dollars:
east
columbia,
columbus,
magnet
academy,
as
you
see,
there's
a
bunch
of
dirt,
but
we
are
actively
working
to
change
that
area
into
a
fully
soldered
field
for
our
students
as
well
as
outdoor
bleachers.
So
that
will
be
a
really
nice
athletic
feel
for
them.
K
Forest
road
and
georgetown
elementary
schools,
we've
updated
their
serving
line
equipment
and
their
cafeterias
georgetown
elementary.
We
have
a
couple
of
school
beautification
projects
going
on
just
recently.
We
did
some
installs.
You
can
see
there
to
motivate
the
students
in
the
hall
with
their
trophy
cases,
we'll
also
be
doing
carpet
replacement
projects
throughout
the
building
and
exterior
painting
of
the
entire
school
kendrick
high
school.
We
completed
a
hvac
renovation
project,
so
the
entire
building
now
has
a
new
renovation
hvac
system.
K
Excellent
we've
removed
some
things
in
their
banner,
but
we're
working
to
modernize
that
space
significantly,
and
that
is
a
project
that
just
started
this
weekend.
So
we're
looking
forward
to
what
that's
going
to
end
up
wesley
heights
we've
been
replaced
their
cooking
equipment
in
the
cafeteria
some
district-wide
projects.
We
are
actively
working
to
upgrade
our
it
infrastructure.
K
As
you
know,
we
are
now
a
one-to-one
district,
so
that
means
that
our
wi-fi
system
is
really
strained,
so
we're
looking
to
install
all
new
network
cables,
new
network
switches
and
upgraded
cameras
at
our
high
schools
and
middle
schools.
So
this
project
is
actively
going
on
in
many
schools.
It's
already
been
completed,
but
we
will
continue
to
work
on
that
throughout
this
coming
academic
school
year.
K
K
It
will
combine
dawson
elementary
as
well
as
saint
mary's,
magnet
academy.
It
will
be
on
the
site
on
the
land
for
dawson
elementary,
so
currently
that
land
is
undeveloped.
We
are
actively
removing
the
trees
and
leveling
that
land,
so
we
can
start
construction
as
our
school
board.
Member
representative,
represented
mentioned,
we'll
have
the
groundbreaking
ceremony
on
saturday
for
the
brand
new
elementary
school
hope
you
can
join
us.
K
G
K
G
L
For
that
that
update,
but
I
do
have-
I
have
an
observation
as
well
as
a
question
and
the
observation
is,
I
would
ask
that
you
place
the
dollar
amount
on
those
projects,
because,
since
it
is
tax
dollars
that
lets
the
folks
know
where
their
money
is
going
and
and
the
other
the
other
question
that
I'd
have
is.
L
K
Sure
so,
every
month
we
provide
the
school
board
with
an
update,
a
written
report
for
our
construction
projects,
which
include
a
detailed
tally
of
the
dollar
amount,
the
amount
that's
been
spent
and
what's
budgeted
that's
presented
every
month
and
it's
available
online.
Every
odd
month,
you
will
receive
a
picture
show
of
the
updates
of
the
construction
projects
as
well
as
dollar
amounts
and
where
those
dollars
are
being
spent.
So
all
of
our
funding
is
very
transparent.
K
It's
online
and
you
can
see
that
information
in
great
detail
as
far
as
the
budgeted
projects,
as
well
as
the
expenditures
to
date,
the
currently
the
exit
ramp
off
of
185
has
not
started.
However,
it
is
currently
under
construction
under
design,
and
so
it
will
happen
eventually.
We
have
a
lot
of
for
that
space
at
at
the
stadium
as
well
as
this
is
a
significant
project.
That's
not
going
to
happen
overnight.
It
is
not
something
that
is
a
school
based
project.
It
is
something
that
I
believe
is
with
jesus.
I
cannot
speak
to
that.
K
I
Sorry,
just
a
couple
of
questions
you
know
I
went
to
both
dawson
and
st
mary's
grew
up
in
dawson
estates.
We
did
and
just
a
question
on
the
school
itself.
Is
it
going
to
be
located
in
the
bowl?
That's
currently
there
right
now,
there's
a
bowl
behind
dawson
and
then,
of
course,
I
know
that
you
have
cut
down
and
level
or
about
to
level
along
kennedy
street
as
you
enter
into
dawson
and
state.
Is
there
going
to
be
also
a
cut,
an
entry
or
exit
there
on
kennedy
into
the
neighborhood?
It
is.
G
K
It
is
on
the
side
street
there
it
will
be
in
the
bowl
it
will.
That
will
be
in
the
bowl
that
area
there
will
be
a
significant
retention
wall.
Soda
will
sit
down
a
little
bit,
which
is
one
reason
why
the
front
rendering
of
the
school
is
so
impressive,
because
the
houses
along
that
will
look
down
on
it.
K
So
we
wanted
them
to
see
something
that
was
attractive
as
opposed
to
just
the
top
of
the
roof
of
a
building,
so
it
is
intentionally
designed
as
such,
because
it
sits
low
and
there
will
be
entrances
from
the
street
that
will
take
you
into
it.
The
bus
parking
lot
will
have
an
entrance,
as
well
as
the
car
rider
and
the
front
entrance
of
the
school
of
kennedy
street.
E
I
guess,
on
that
same
note,
on
the
entrances
on
kent,
they're
gonna
be
both
on
kennedy
street
and
how
is
that
traffic
gonna
affect
the
people
in
the
neighborhood
of
dawson
estates.
I
came
down
north
star
yesterday,
and
traffic
for
pickup
at
dawson
elementary
was
bagged
up
all
the
way
to
saint
mary's
road.
E
K
I'll
answer
the
question
about
the
stadium:
first,
because
that's
easiest,
the
carver
spencer
game
will
not
be
at
the
new
stadium.
It's
at
memorial.
I
do
not
know
off
the
top
of
my
head.
What
is
the
first
game
that
is
at
the
stadium?
I
don't
know
but
board.
Member
buckner
is
going
to
look
that
up
for
us
to
tell
us
what
the
first
game
at
the
stadium
will
be,
but
as
far
as
the
car
rider
traffic,
older
schools
like
dawson
and
st
mary's,
were
not
designed
with
a
modern
car
rider
in
mind.
K
So
as
time
progresses,
more
parents
bring
their
students
to
school
than
used
to,
and
so
older
schools
don't
have
the
ability
to
stack
those
cars
on
their
campus,
but
newer
schools
are
designed
to
be
able
to
do
that.
So,
if
you
look
at
a
newer
school
design
such
as
dorothy
height
elementary,
you
can
see
that
they
don't
typically
have
cars
that
ride
out
into
the
street,
because
the
school
campus
is
designed
to
house
those
cars.
K
A
So
I've
had
a
lot
of
constituents,
call
me
and
reference.
This
is
really
number
two
top
issue.
Besides
shirley
b
winston
pool
the
residents
in
dawson
estates
are
very
concerned
about
the
traffic
pattern
and
not
only
the
traffic
pattern,
but
also
in
reference
to
a
house
that
is
on
the
line
right
now,
where
you're
doing
the
construction
that
one
house
right
there.
A
That's
one
issue
and
then
also
exactly
what
you
said
in
reference
to
the
traffic
and
it
seemed
like
we
would
have
kept
northstar
drive
in
the
plan,
some
kind
of
way
and
not
win
in
dawson
estates
unless
we
were
widening
the
road
or
or
doing
something
different,
because
right
now
visually,
I
can't
see
it
and
if
I
can't
see
it,
I
can
imagine
that
other
people
probably
can't
see
it
either.
A
I
was
praying
that
more
dawson
estates
residents
would
come
out,
but
we
really
need
to
have
probably
another
meeting
with
the
residents
of
dawson
estates
because
they
will
be
the
most
impacted
by
this
new
school.
We're
appreciating
new
school,
it
looks
beautiful,
but
they
need
to
understand,
and
I
also
need
to
understand
exactly
this
new
traffic
pattern
and
how
it's
going
to
impact
people
coming
in
in
from
work
going
to
work
with
a
school
right.
There.
K
Thank
you,
so
all
of
the
neighbors
that
are
immediately
surrounding
the
property
we
have
met
with
them
individually
or
we,
and
if
they
were
not
home
when
we
met
with
them,
we
provided
them
with
our
contact
information.
We've
had
signage
out
at
the
beginning
of
the
project
before
it
started
for
three
weeks
with
our
phone
number
to
call
us.
If
they
had
information,
it
was
a
like
a
street
sign.
It
would
blink
with
our
information.
K
A
G
K
K
When
we
build
a
new
property,
we
do
an
assess,
not
official
traffic
study,
but
we
do
an
assessment
as
to
an
engineering
assessment,
the
best
way
to
control
the
traffic
with
modern
construction.
As
I
spoke
to
earlier,
the
design
of
the
school
is
designed
to
be
able
to
house
on
its
campus.
The
car
riders,
which
is
very
different
than
older
construction
like
dawson
and
st
mary's,
so
again,
will
be
very
similar
to
our
newer
buildings,
dorothy
height
as
well
as
erin
cohn.
K
K
Yes,
so
the
design
of
the
school
and
location
the
school
on
that
property
is
very
intentional
to
be
able
to
the
best
location
on
that
property
to
house
the
traffic.
So
not
only
are
we
looking
to
house
the
building,
but
we
also
need
to
house
the
cars
for
the
car
writers,
so
that
was
very
intentional.
The
location
of
the
school
for
the
new
new
school
was
picked
very
intentionally
and
we
were
also
comparing.
K
We
compared
several
sites
and
I
missed,
but
we
were
part
of
the
conversation
as
to
whether
or
not
to
use
the
dawson
site
versus
the
saint
mary
site.
They
both
have
large
amounts
of
land,
but
based
upon
the
engineering
design,
the
dawson
site,
and
that
available
land
is
more
readily
available
to
house
the
school,
as
well
as
the
cars.
B
And
it
was
also
better
for
a
traffic
flow
than
saint
mary's.
In
that
discussion
I
remember
while
I'm
here
I
want
to
I'll
tell
you
that
first
game
will
be
excuse
me
first
game
in
that
stadium
will
be
october
20th
and
it
will
be
kendrick
kendrick
versus
a
school
called
sw
magnet
whatever
that
is,
but
it
will
be
october.
20Th
awesome.
A
Okay,
approximately
and
not
maybe
this
is
for
school
board
member,
but
do
you
know
how
many
students
are
at
both
schools.
A
Has
more
300
students,
okay
and
the
reason
why
I
was
asking-
and
I
do
know
about
dorothy
height
and
how
it
sits
back
and
I'm
just
thinking
about
how
many
car
riders
might
be
coming
parents
coming
to
and
from
the
area,
trying
to
estimate
that
we
take
an
estimate
on
how
many
walkers
bus
riders
and
is
that
information
out
on
the
website.
K
The
estimate
for
car
riders
and
walkers
that
information
is
not
readily
available
because
it
fluctuates
and
you
don't
have
to
be
a
walk.
You
don't
have
to
be
a
car
rider,
it
changes
daily,
but
we
do
have
numbers
on
what
we
anticipate
for
a
school
that
will
house
approximately
700
students.
So
we
would
anticipate
with
normal
car
ridership
that
that
would
be
approximately
20
of
those
students
would
be
car
riders.
A
Okay,
well,
you
have,
since
the
school
now
has
their
own
law
enforcement.
Will
those
individuals
be
out
there
directing
traffic
at
the
beginning
when
the
school
does
actually
open
to
kind
of
mitigate
some
of
the
issues
you
know
with
the
traffic
patterns.
K
So
that
is
based
upon
the
needs
without
the
throughout
the
district
and
those
schools.
Not
all
schools
have
the
need
for
police
presence
in
order
to
control
traffic,
especially
those
schools
that
are
not
located
on
a
major
artery.
But
if
it
is
a
walk
zone,
it
will
likely
have
a
cross
card
at
st
mary's
has
a
crossing
guard,
and
so
those
types
of
resources
are
determined
by
the
location
and
need
of
the
school.
B
K
Yes,
we
monitor
traffic
at
all
of
our
schools
that
begin
the
school
year,
make
adjustments
as
needed
throughout
the
district
with
our
resources,
the
schools
that
are
along
major
arteries
typically
have
a
police
officer.
The
schools
that
are
with
the
large
walk
zone
have
crossing
guards
as
resources
allowed
throughout
the
district,
but
I
cannot
speak
to
now
what
resources
will
be
available
or
what
needs
will
be
available
will
be
needed
throughout
the
district
in
order
to
address
those.
A
All
right,
so
this
was
the
first
of
our.
Let's
talk
about
district
4
issues.
I
will
say
that
if
you
have
a
concern,
you
want
to
say
something:
okay,
if
you
have
a
concern
or
you
want
us
to
talk
about
something
within
district
four,
not
even
you
know
a
district
four.
If
it's
something
else
please
reach
out
to
me,
I
want
to
start
doing
these
town
halls,
at
least
on
a
quarterly
basis.
I
know
some
updates
that
I'ma
speak
to
deputy
city
manager,
lisa
goodwin,
about
in
reference
to
our
cameras.
A
I
also
spoke
with
some
individuals
at
another
community
about
the
cameras
in
carver
carver
park,
and
they
just
had
some
concerns
in
reference
to
how
do
we
retrieve?
You
know
the
the
data,
the
images?
If
someone
was
out
you
know
in
the
area,
possibly
shooting
or
vandalizing,
or
you
know
doing
something
illegal.
If
we
could
pull
retrieve,
you
know,
how
would
they
go
about
getting
in
contact
with
whoever?
I
don't
know
if
there
will
be
a
cpd.
A
L
Yes,
ma'am,
I
I
just
want
to
go
on
record
and
publicly
say.
Thank
you.
Thank
my
school
board
member.
I
don't
even
live
in
district
four
and
I
thank
the
city
officials
and
the
school
board
representative
for
coming,
and
I've
often
said
this.
Those
of
you
listening
outside
I
mean
out
in
the
public.
L
If
you
don't
think
that
issues
or
concerns
affect
your
neighborhood,
because
you
don't
live
there,
just
keep
living
because
sooner
or
later
it
will
so.
I
just
want
to
thank
you
all
go
on
record
for
sending
it
because
it
does
mean
a
lot
and
I
wish
every
and
I
hope
the
council
members
are
listening
to
this.
Every
district
does
this,
because
this
is
impactful,
because
this
shows
where
our
money
is
going
and
when
I
hear
folks
on
the
street
talk
about
well,
they
got
the
gentleman
here.
L
We
were
talking
about
taxes
a
few
minutes
ago,
but
you
need
to
see
it
where
it's
going
and
I
just
want
to
just
say.
Thank
you.
The
only
thing
that
I
say
and
I
said
is
to
every
elected
official.
You
probably
all
unheard.
It
meetings
need
to
happen
on
saturdays,
I've
said
that
a
hundred
times-
and
I
keep
saying
and
I'm
gonna-
keep
saying
it
because
the
single
mother
can't
get
here
at
five
o'clock
at
six
o'clock
at
seven
o'clock,
because
I
got
another
job
to
go
to.
Thank
you
very
much.
A
Thank
you,
mr
broadwater.
A
I
will
tell
you
that
while
I
was
looking
at
you,
I
was
going
to
say
that
that
hopefully
the
next
time
and
I'm
gonna
owe
every
last
employee
something
to
eat,
but
the
next
time
it
will
be
on
a
saturday,
because
that
is
important
and
actually
the
first
town
hall
that
I
had
was
at
canaan
baptist
church
and
it
was
on
a
saturday
and
it
was
a
a
packed
house.
So
he
is
correct.
People
do
come
out
on
saturday.
A
I
do
want
to
thank
all
of
you
for
coming
out
today
and,
as
I
said,
if
there
is
something
a
issue
that
you
have
that
you
would
like
to
see
discussed
during
these
town
halls.
Please
reach
out
to
me,
and
I
just
want
to
thank
everyone
again.
Thank
you,
dr
travis,
for
coming.
I
didn't
mean
to
beat
up
on
you,
but
my
citizens
been
beating
up
on
me,
but
I
appreciate
you.
It
was
very
informative
and
I
agree
with
marvin
broadwater.
A
A
I
did
not
realize
things
cost
that
much,
but
it's
in
we
have
it's
a
standard
right.
It's
a
standard
that
we
have
to
keep
one.
Putting
these
large.
You
know
different
things
within
these
facilities
we
can't
just
go
to
lowe's
and
home
depot
is,
is
something
specific
that
we
have
to
order,
and
I
was
looking
at
the
presentation.
A
I
really,
if
you
would
have
put
some
dollars
amounts
behind
it.
We
could
show
this
is
what
went
in
district
four,
you
know,
and
and
people
need
to
see
that
they
ask
questions,
and
I
also
want
to
thank
you
all
in
reference
to
the
band,
because
I
get
a
call
from
miss
sandra
williams
all
the
time.
I
appreciate
you
actually
handing
it
handling
that
band
room
and
I'm
going
to
thank
trent,
chester,
chelsea's
barbecue
publicly,
because
he
is
one
of
my
sponsors
because
I'm
going
to
do
food
for
the
band.
Thank
you.
