consideration
of
the
council
work
plan
for
the
upcoming
fiscal
year,
which

go
from

2022
until
june
30th
2023
we've
visited
the
work
plan
a
few
times
now
in
council,
and
so
mr
city
manager,
jim
troop.

do

staff
presentation
and
I
do
commend
the
staff
for
putting
together
the
work
plan,
particularly
the
deputy
city
manager,
katie
namura,
who's
taken
the
laboring
ore
and,
I
think
done
a
really
good
job,
consolidating
a
lot
of
the
information
from
our
past
meetings.
It's
a
very
ambitious
work
plan,
albeit
one
that
has
proven
some
really
good
success
in
the
last
couple
of
years
in
putting
forward
particular
projects,
and
so
mr
city
manager,
would
you
like
to
introduce
the
item
or
the
presenter
for
this
item?.

to
be

department

make
sure
the
bandwidth
constraints
are
still
satisfied,
and
so
here
are
all
the
items

the
proposed
work

note
that
some
of
these
items
skip
numbers.

the
reference
numbers
from
attachment,
a
which
include
all

the
items
so
that
we
can
have
one
number

refer

each
item

case
that
would
facilitate
council
discussion,

so
the
recommendation
is
to
adopt
the
fiscal
year.
2022-2023
city
work
program,
and
we
will
the
next
step
in
this
kind
of
process
is
for
budget
adoption.

the
work
program
is
adopted,
those
budget
numbers
will
be
included
in
the
final
for
adoption
by
council.

city
council

form

the
parks

recreation.

grassroots

impact
on

plans
and

one

top
priorities
to
be
considered
for
next

representing
the
quinlan
nal
dogs
group,
which
is

area
attached

memorial
park
and
is
very
well
shaded,
with
lots
of
redwood
trees.

a
road
on
one
side
which
is
not
much
used
from
driving
perspective
because
it's
just
a
dead
end.
It
does
worry
us
a
little
bit,
but
we
are
still
fairly
comfortable,
encouraging
other
dogs
and
you
know
keeping
them
under
control
and
having
a
lot
of
fun
over
here.
The
dogs,
little
dogs,
big
dogs,
all
of
them
come
here,
have
a
lot
of
fun,
get
along
well
with
each
other,
and
I
look
forward
to
initiating
the
quinlan
dogs
off
leash
trial.

40
members

whatsapp
group
and
we
have
over

25
dogs.
Different
dogs
come
at
different
times
of
the
day,
but
what
we
are
asking
for
is
two
hours
in
the
evening,
one
hour
before
sunset
to
one
hour

sunset,
so
it
matches
the
seasonal
timings,
and
I
am
truly
appreciative
of
the
city
council
for
having
worked
through
this
prioritization.

our
group
organized
for
eventual
linda
vista,
little
and
delicate
dog
group.
We
have

linda
vista's
group,
99
members
and
growing
for
linda
vista.
The

the
beginning

the
speech
tonight
is
an
example
of
our
video
collection.

so
far
collected
57
days
of
one
hour,
videos
and
pictures

corresponding
counts
of
number
of
dogs,
adults
and
children.
We

saved
each
video

date

data
stamps
as
evidence

each
data
point.
The
data

saved

been
collected
in
a
spreadsheet
for
linda
vista
group.

dollars
are
under
operational
status
in
the

park

represent

group

dogs

I
would
like

say
that
we
have
a
very
vibrant,
organized
and
very
well-behaved
group
of
dogs
at
the
mountain
vista
park.

organized
play
group
and
we

really
looking
forward

be
considered

a

trial

dressed

halloween
dog
party
last
october,

able

achieve
this
with
a
lot
of
coordination
and
we
can
ensure
that

we
had

fun

members

stay

already

thinking

wanted

what
we

planning
and
evaluating

we
already

comment

do
with
the

name
of
the
park,
and
so
what

request

that
we
renamed
this
item
to
be
lawrence,
mitty
park
delivery
or
something
to
that
effect.

stage

we've
purchased
the
property
we've
annexed,

consultant

been
engaged
and
is
starting
to
do
the
work
on
the

forward
as
opposed

prolonging
the
experience.

has

on

preference
would
be
to
keep
them
distinct

relationship

far

gone,

was

decay

have

deliberately
considered
transfer

choice

safety

drawing
board
and
examine
some
of
these
assertions.

also

coincidentally,
had

opportunity
to
meet
the
person
who
supervised
virtually
all
of

upgrades
to
city
hall
in
1986,
and
I
learned
that
some
seismic
retrofitting
was
already
done.
That

yesterday
over

the
groundbreaking
ceremony
which
all
of
our
council
attended
for
the
canyon
crossing
project.
So
I
think
that
there
are
significant
amounts
of
work
that
can
be
done
from
our
council
again.
I
would
recommend
a
subcommittee
working
together
with
city
manager
and
the
director
of
public
works
to
try
to
investigate
this
in
in
thorough
detail.

it's
extremely
disconcerting
to
hear
that
seismic
retrofits

from
an
estimate
of
20
million
dollars
to
become
somewhat
comparable,

comparable

price

brand

more

and
the
homeless
issues
and
the
sessions
that
they
had.

found

helpful.

center

association,
mental
arithmetic
and

assessment

every

inception

resilience

ability
for
them
to
bring

forward
into

the

thing

that
there
were
parallel
sessions
for
for
the
days
for
the
two
days
of
the
conference
and
each
of
those
sessions
were
covered
by
our
council.

sure
that
that
happened,

had
really
valuable.

discussions
and
panels
there.
The
very
last
panel
that
I
attended
actually
had
a
developer
there.
Talking
about
you

the
various
things
happening
throughout
the
state,

I

say

got
up
and
made
a
comment
about

whether
you
know
it

appropriate
for
housing
laws
to
go
ahead
and
be
invoked,
and
actually
you
know
exacerbate.

parts

housing
crisis

looking
at

project

our

our
case,
under
a
ministerial
review
process,
deliver
what

significant

create

project

amount

renewable
energy

the
current

proposed
and
that
we
agreed
with
is
that
pg

is
also
now
looking
to
get
renewable
energy
in
their
portfolio
and
they're
actually
now
offering
that
to
silicon
valley,
clean
energy,
along
with
the
other
suppliers
that
are
out
there.

are
continuing
to

move
that
bar
down
the
road
in
terms
of
getting
more
and
more
renewable
energy
getting
away
from

fossil

noteworthy

they've
put

dollars

fund

target
would
be
1100
ev
chargers
within
the
silicon
valley,
clean
energy
territory.

policy

funding,
and

hopefully

support

we
alluded
