you
will
love
a
new
service

making
available
this
month.

click
digital

You
can
easily
download
audiobooks
to
various

B
A
B
Right,
we
have
a
brand-new
interactive
environment,
called
Rosie's
forest,
it's
part
of
Forest,
Avenue,
libraries,
early
literacy
initiative,
and
we
will
have
a
grand
opening
on
Saturday
March
16th.
There
will
also
be
hands-on
activities
all
day
long
and
a
special
ribbon-cutting
ceremony
at
two
p.m.
so
tell
us
more.
B
While
we've
definitely
had
some
help,
we've
been
working
with
sticks,
a
local
art
and
furniture
company,
and
they
have
gone
above
and
beyond
in
helping
us
create
a
fun
interactive
forest
themed
environment.
Rosie's
forest
also
includes
an
array
of
early
literacy
activities.
Early
literacy
is
what
children
know
about
reading
and
writing
before
they
can
actually
read
or
write.
Research
shows
children
begin
to
learn
about
reading
from
the
day
they
are
born.
Children
can
learn
important
readiness
skills
now
so
that
they
can
become
good
readers.
Okay,.
B
A
B
Project
is
being
funded
entirely
through
donations
from
the
united
way
of
central
Iowa
women's
leadership
connection.
The
mission
was
to
create
an
early
literacy
initiative
here
at
the
forest
avenue
library,
and
we
were
given
at
the
donation
to
use
in
three
ways
to
create
an
interactive
environment
with
a
theme
to
purchase
materials
needed
to
promote
early
literacy
and
to
update
our
youth
computers
with
the
most
up-to-date
early
literacy
software.
