County
voters,

and

are

have
effect
on

struck
me
that
when
it
was
presented
to
us
by
the
director
it
was
kind
of
a
limousine
approach,
and
perhaps
we
could
offer
some
sort
of
a
middle
way
or
more
moderate
option
in
our
report.

comment
on
you

debt
funding
guidance
on
how
to
approach
it.
The
return
on
investment
component
that
we've,

especially
with
the
project

bring

step
forward
that

guys

year

they
bring
in

consultant

projects

hanging

heard

buying
grocery
stores,
to
keep
the
grocery
store
in
the
community,
but
also
being
able
to
generate
employment
and
revenue
for
the
community.

don't
know
if
there's
any
creative
ways
that
we
can
start
to
think

to
what

bonds

policy
would
be

great
thing
and
then
we

instructure
it
and
make
sure
we
have
time
to
kind
of
discuss

frustration

indicator

work

feeling
good

work
they

doing,

couldn't
get
to

constraints,

so

big
difference
from
last

accomplishment

work

not

destination
that

recruit

more
diverse

etc,
etc,

that
speaks

people
feeling

their
work

a
part
of
it

came,
it
was

director

into

heard

at
this

to

get

information

but

hearing
more

side
on
a
lot

that
stuff
would
be
really
beneficial

focus

reflection

some
guidance

to
what
we
want

got
into
it.

wasn't
looking
to
have
some
really
specific.

One
observation,
though,
that

make
that's.
Maybe
something
for
you
to
consider
for
future
years
is
obviously
your
presentations
are
tied
to
the
Strategic
plan,
but
they're
also
Department
specific.
So
there
may

a
few
kind
of
global
projects
like
this
one.
So
this
one
really
was
was
really
interesting
and
thinking
great
about
it
is
that
it
really
was
an
organic
effort,
including
depart
including
employees
from
across
different
departments.

that
being
said,
it
wasn't
really
like
coordinated
specifically
by
a
department
some,
so
our
office
kind
of
you
know
is
where
kind
of
the
fiduciary
part
of
the
responsibility
laid,
and
you
know
some
of
the
meetings,
scheduling
and
stuff
like
that.
But
it
really
was
leaders
from
multiple
departments
that
led
it,
which
Maybe
is
just
to
be
honestly,
why
it
kind
of
like
fell
through
the
crack,
so
to
speak
in
terms
of
how
it
was
presented
to
you
by
the
department,
so
I'm
happy
to
provide
you
with
a
copy
of
the
plan.

example

the
next
step

that

implementing

we

time

year

things
to
focus

like
the
Dei
plan
like
to
me.
This
is
something
we
can
spend
an
entire
meeting
on
in
our
next
cycle
going
through
and
provides
more
tangible
feedback
on

hear
about
regularly,
so
we
kind
of
call
it
out
like
we
want
to
hear
more
as
you're
doing
projects
about
the
updates
of
the
projects.
We
update
our
questions
moving
forward
and
maybe
even
be

little
bit
thoughtful
about
specific
questions
to
each
department
to
get
these
updates.
So
we
address
it
in
both
the
report
and,
more
importantly,
integrate
it
into
our
process
to
get
better
feedback
in
future
years.
