and
they
believe

business
for

a
one-man
operation
and

isn't

business

person
claims
that
he
does
all
these
specialty.

called
the
angle
specialty
Services,
Inc,
well,
I
gave
up
when
I
got
to
$1,000,000.
This
man
was
paid
for
doing
the
Christmas
tree
in
the
Civic
Center,
which
another
man
claims
he
was
paid
for
that
and
this
man
claimed
that
he
was
doing
snow,
snow
removal
and
cleaning
up
and
doing
basic
maintenance
and
repairs.

I'd
like
to
know
what
his
qualifications
are,
because
this
is
commercial
and
things
like
that
should
be
done
under
a
contract,
but
I
don't
believe
they
were
not
only
that
I
found
something
very
interesting.
I
looked
upon
another
one
called
twin
city
security,
and
there
were
even
some
comments
on
this.
Even
some
employees,
we're
not
happy
with
these
people
and
I
noticed
something
we
had
double
billing
for
one
month,
twice:
different
numbers
of
the
check
and
the
same
amounts
twice
and
I
gave
up
when
I
got
to
around
a
million
dollars.

one-man
operation
he's
only
been
a
business
for
five
years
and
he
claims,
according
to
his
website
that
he
has
on
several
sub
websites
that
he
only
collects
around.
What
is
it
I
think
he
said
something
like
30-some
thousand
dollars

year
and
yet
I
see
a
lot
more
money
and
he
has
been
paid
coming
out
of
yes,
that's
much
more
than
around
thirty
eight
thousand
dollars

year

if
I
was
only
making
thirty
eight
thousand
dollars
a
year,
I'm
a
company
that
I
was
working.

mayor

confused.
Forensic
audit
tells
the
facts

figures.
The
other
audit
only
tells
whether

not
your
procedures

correct.

have
done
a
lot

think

you're
investing
and
taking
out
a
responsibility,
yours
concern
as
the
procedures

whether
or
not
they
had
a
contract
or
whether

not
they
took
beds
you're
more
concerning

where
the
dollars
are
than
what
it's
going
to
cost.

building

construction

implementing

their
model
designs

demand

of
the
units
is
the
southwest
corner
of
Floyd
and
Logan,
but
that's
considered
a
special

district
of
the
usual
zoning
that
we
have
today.

Inglewood
forward
comprehensive
plan,
whether
we
ultimately
agree
or
not,
it
meant
a
lot
to
me
that
each
of
you
gave
me
the
time
and
it
was
very
helpful.
So
thank

I
deeply
appreciate
that
members,
Barrentine
of
Russell
have
been
sympathetic
listeners
to
my
expressed
concerns
regarding
the
comp
plan
since
2016
so
I.

Thank
you
also,
my
ongoing
concern
and
I
you're,
probably
all
tired
of
hearing
it
is
the
angular
4
comp
plans
designated
residential
transition
areas.
What
I
have
displayed
up
on
the
screen
tonight
thanks
entirely
to
member
quest
as
kind
help
and
jackie
McKenna's
and
the
technology,
people,
forgetting
that
this
slide
is
titled
a
city
of
Inglewood,
comprehensive
plan,
land-use
intensity
map
this
map.

This
is
a
map
that
neither
our
City
Council
members
nor
the
Inglewood
citizens
were
provided
during
any
type
of
the
town
halls
or
parking
gatherings
in
which
the
comp
plan
was
marketed
to
the
English
citizens.
This
lands
land
use
intensity
map
starkly
and
clearly
displays
the
full
picture
across
the
entire
city
of
Inglewood
of
the
large
yellow
swaths
of
area.

This
comp
plan,
carves
out
of
the
heart
of
the
existing,
much-loved
Inglewood,
neighborhoods
and
arbitrarily
designates
those
bright
metal
areas
as
residential
transition
areas
upon
routes,
real
estate
developers
can
now
build
new
product
types
and
mix
and
missing
middle
housing.
Types
such
as
multi-unit
land,
infill
developments
or
of
townhomes
and
four
flexes.
In
order
to
accommodate
that
says,
the
increased
housing
demands
created
in
the
Denver
metropolitan
area,
from
massive
in
migration,
main
migration
and
changing
demographics.

Households
are
now
designated
as
open
for
developers
to
convert
these
existing
homes
into
11,200
multi
up
to
eleven
thousand
two
hundred
multi-unit
households
and
their
associated
numbers
of
vehicles
completely
offsetting
what
the
biogas
supporters
believe
will
be
an
equivalent
reduction
in
vehicle
air
pollution
resulting
from
installation
of
the
biogas
project,
and
these
developments
will
permanently
damage
our
prized
small-town
ambience
in
order
to
facilitate
and
promote
these
new
multi-unit
developments
in
single-family
zone
residential
neighborhoods.
Within
these
newly
designated
residential
transition
areas
and
goed
municipal
codes
were
changed
in
2014.
To
allow
such
exceptions.

What
Inglewood
Engel
its
long-standing
miss
Apple
Code
protections
for
existing
designated
zone
districts,
see
attached
Inglewood
says
they
are
not
forcing
anyone
out,
but
in
reality,
existing
English
citizens
who
find
themselves
now
in
designated
residential
transition.
Areas
who
hope
to
remain
in
their
beloved,
modest
bungalows
will
find
their
small
small
town
tree
filled,
neighborhoods
and
their
single-family
homes.
They
invested
their
lives
and
slowly,
surrounded
and
built
up
with
man-made
canyons
of
townhomes
and
for
plexes
Sidney,
significantly
fewer
trees
and
quadruple
the
number
of
vehicles
on
their
neighborhood
roads.

goal
is
to
have
the
city
of
the
City
Council,
make
the
necessary
Corrections
to
both
the
existing
comp
plan
and
the
England
Municipal
Code
that
are
needed
in
order
to
appropriately
elevate
respect
and
protect
our
existing
English
citizens,
who
proudly
invested
in
their
modest
Inglewood,
single-family
homes
and
neighborhoods,
with
every
understanding
that
the
Zone
district
they
invested
their
lives
in
was
a
foundation
I
put
upon
which
they
could
trust.
Those
single-family
neighborhoods
with
front
and
backyards
will
remain
a
valuable
commodity
for
young
families,
and
additions
can
always
be
added
when
families
grow.

location

funding

dollars,

we've
learned

right

healers

bring
awareness

watched

heard
members

Committee

our
previous
city

manager
come
before
council
and
justify
spending
in
the
same
breath
continued
to
promote
the
fear
of
a
fiscal
cliff
as
well
as
going
so
far
as
to
consider
a
regressive
head
tax
upon
those
that
work
for
our
city,
all
of
that's
foolishness,
and
it
really
must
stop.
We
have
a
revenue
problem
in
Englewood.
We
don't
have
excuse
me.
We
have
a
revenue
problem
in
Englewood
and
we
have
a
spending
problem.

We've
taken
on
capital
projects
that
a
city
our
size
should
not
have
committed
to.
We
have
departments
that
are
not
providing
the
value
that
they're,
just
their
descriptions
are
calling
them
to
do
case
in
point
is
with
regards
to
community
development
in
an
economy
that
is
a
robust
as
the
one
that
we
are
experiencing
to
have
as
many
vacant
spaces
on
Broadway
never
mind
off.
Broadway
is
embarrassing,
to
say
the
least.
The
municipalities
are
surrounding
wood
are
not
experiencing
the
same
level
of
vacancy.
Does
Englewood
hold
the
directors
of
its
organizations
accountable.

that

doesn't

to
be
the
case.
Having
worked
for
one
of
the
largest
companies
in
the
world

been
responsible
for
years
of
fall
planning,
I
can
tell
you

methodology
of
coming
before
council
and
asking
how
much
will
you
let
us
spend
as
a
department
as
opposed
to
council
asking?
How
much
will
you
be
cutting
this
year
is
wrong.
Our
previous
leadership
obviously
did
not
establish
the
appropriate
mindset
when
addressing
budgets.

aren't
here

build
an
empire
we're
here
to
serve
the
citizens.
This
should
be
the
prime
directive.
Make
no
mistake.
It
currently
is
not
the
attached,
spreadsheet
and
I
did
send
everyone
an
email
today

a
spreadsheet,
showing
the
discrepancy
between
the
2018
budget,
as
well
as
the
rad
tool
which
is
used.

on

budget
going
forward
has
large
discrepancies,
and
it's
been
noted
a
number
of
times
this
evening,

well
as
in
previous
meetings
in
that
spreadsheet
and
I
just
gave
you
guys,
basically
just

summary
sheets

chose
to
stop
top
spending
accounts
in
addition
to
a
few
others.
The
discrepancy
between
the
two
when
it
comes
to
dollars
and
FTEs
is
appalling.

want

answer
how
the
Inglewood
finance
and
how
council
can

good
conscience
make
a
decision
on
a
new
budget
based

these
numbers.

citizens
of
Inglewood
demand
that
we
are
fiscally
responsible

our

this
is

best
budgets

have
seen.

can
you
make
these
statements
when
your
own
tools
meant
to
guide
you
in
creating
and
approving
the

than
a
ploy

gather

be

against
citizens
in
the
event

should
be

or
the
city
justify
their
mailing
strategy?

everyone
receives

warrant

emergency

reality
is
nothing
has
changed

three

be
immediately
connected
to
the
culvert

stated
was
not
the
city's
responsibility.

a
dead
end
where
other
than
another
flood.

plan
taken
off
of
the
Englewood

report
regarding
the
flood
of
July
24th?

is
responsible

providing
this
report?

it
and
honestly,
I
would
like
to
see
it
now?
If
there
is
no
report,
then
I
ask

you

find

was
it
the
fire
marshals,
responsibility
the
police
department,
the
city
manager
or
Public
Works?
Why
have
we
received
no
documentation,
no
departmental
emails
or
correspondence?

The
Houston
in
July
Leo
was
transferred
to
a
mine
layer
named
the
Oglala
and
kenneth
was
stuck
on
the
Lark
on
December,
the
7th
of
41.

out
of
the
water
in
Pearl,
Harbor,
I'm,
sure
you've
heard
of
it
Leo
survived
that
hit
and
went
on
to

career

funds
