comment
tonight,
so
we
will
move
into
the
new
business.
So
a
couple
things
that
I
think
were
maybe
hopefully
in
a
place
to
start
discussing,
is
maybe
the
resumption
of
the
artist
meet
and
greets
that
kind
of
pairs.
With
my
next
point
of
social
media
but
hey,
I
wanted
to
propose
the
idea
of
maybe
starting
that
up
in
some
small
quantity
that's
manageable.
Actually,
can
I
skip
to
the
social
media
first
because
I
think
that
might
segue
into
it.

To
somebody
kind
of
like
what
we've
done
in
the
past
for
some
of
our
other,
some
of
the
other
content
that's
gone
out.
Is
it's
they've
just
done
such
a
nice
job
of
taking
the
content
and
putting
into
something
that's
consumable
for
the
public
that
you
know.
I
don't
think
that
I
am
that's
not
my
skill
set,
so
I
think
that'd
be
great.

we

even

know
this
is
like
tight
timing,
but
this
month,
because
to
for
applications
to
apply
to
be
on
the
board
to
be
an
artist
with
the
community,
you

receive
notifications.

think

kind

just
kick
it
off
and
start
it
again,
and
I'm
hopeful
that
in
2022
we
can
start
artists
meet
and
greets
again,
even
if
it's
on
a
quarterly
basis
or
something
at
first
that
we
could
start
bringing
people
together
and
building
up
the
community
and
face
to
face.

load

various

they
do

probably
be
one
this
year,
maybe
two
and
then
next

really

the
city

really

artist
list

it

happening,

it

be
good
just
to
if
we're
gonna
do
this
social
media
stuff,
somehow
maybe
and
just
planned
the
dates.

what
was
done

think

pandemic

and
so
I
don't
know
if
there's
an
interest

reaching
out
to
the
community
again

you
can
take
what
was
done
and
you've

a
strong
kind

format

it
is

that
would
require
public

it

broader

commission
guides
some
of
that
direction
within
you

If
city
council
felt
that
this
was
the
appropriate
way
to
move
forward
as
well-
and
I
think
julie
was
concerned,
that
is
that
gonna.

think
we
should
probably
kind
of
reread
and
go
through
it
again,
but
also
so
many
of
the
projects
that
we
do
anyway
overlap
and
we're.
You
know,
interwoven
with
some
of
the
other
council
or
commissions
and
and
divisions
within

city,
that
it
may
not
be
that
much
of
a
stretch
to
can
think
that
we
need
parks.
We
need
public
works.
I
mean
that's
kind
of
a
natural
fit
for
some
of
these,
especially
public
installations
and
and.

concerned
about
partnerships,
yeah-
and
you
know,
sean
came-
the
manager
came
earlier
to
these
meetings
and
mentioned
like
he
wants
art
to
be
everywhere
in
the
medians
yeah
kind

task,
this
commission
to
more
or
less
oversee
that
procure
it
down
the
road.
Potentially
when
there's
enough
funding
to
do
so.
So
I
think
the
direction
that's
going
isn't
too
far
off
yeah,
because
we
really
don't
have
any
other
commissions
or
departments
that
strictly
oversee
art.
Just
this
one.

it'll
be
something
that
we
want
to
maintain
momentum
on
julie.
Is
that
something
that
you
would
like
to
continue
working
on
and
gaining
momentum
to
sort
of
get
this
to
a
place
where
it's
approved
by
us,
obviously,
and
then
ready
for
city
council?

mean.
Obviously
this
is
kind
of
I
don't
want
to
say
a
stretch
goal,
but
it's
not
like
an
immediate
goal.

those
become
these
kind
of
broader
things
that
maybe
you'd
have
to
decide.
If
that's
appropriate
for
a
group
like
this,
but
there
I
think
for
the
most
part
most
of
it
has
been
is
kind
of
there.
The
meat

it
is,

needs

be
kind
of
felted
out,
and
then
we
had.

know
appendixes
in
there
that
are,
you,
know,
ingo.
It's
cultural
institutions
which
are
just
a
list
suggested
partners
again,
which
was
just
a
list.

arts
survey,
which
was
already
done
and
could
just
be
filtered
in
there
and
then
a
list
of
other
arts
plans
as
a
reference.
There's
a
lot
of
communities
our
size
that
have
these
arts
plans
that
could
be
used
as
a
reference
to
say
we're
not
that
far
off
than
what
others
are
doing
in
other
communities.

We
want
to
talk
about
the
volunteer
t-shirts,
because
we
so
tonight
we
would
figure
out
what
the
cost
would
be,
because
I
think
we're
going
to
have

vote

money
allocation.
For
that.
Do
you
have
a
general
idea
of
what
the
commission
for
something
like
that
would
be
so.

I
would
typically
charge
between
you
know,
but
I
wouldn't
want
to
do
it.
If
I
know
I'm
not
gonna
get
if
it
wasn't
up
to
like
three
hundred
dollars
or
something
you
know,
because
if
you
have
that
competition
they're
putting
that
work
with
not
knowing
if
they're
gonna
necessarily
get
it,
but
if
it
was
three
five
hundred
dollar,
it
would
be
at
least
worth
it
to
try
and
that's
what
I
was
hearing.
So
if
that's
that's
suitable
to
the
budget,
that's
definitely
suitable
yeah.

mention
I
was
thinking
after
our
last
meeting
about
how
we
did
get
feedback
from
at
least
one
person
in
the
community,
who
felt
quite
strongly
that
it
was
in
some
way
unethical
to
proceed
in
that
way,
because
you
were
asking
people
to
do
work
without.
You
know,
guaranteed
return
on
that,
so
just
just
to
represent.

So
he's
going
to
come
and
perform
for
an
hour
he's
an
englewood
native
then
is
great,
and
then
we
have
the
high
school
band
coming,
that's
going
to
do
performance
and
the
high
school
choir
that
will
come
for
a
performance

that
will
lead
us
up
to
the
tree
lighting
that
happens
at
5
30
that
I'm
hoping
our
new
mayor
will
agree
to
light
for
us
and
then
how
eventful
is
our
dj
and
hype?
Man,
yeah
and
then
he'll
play
out.
You
know
the
remainder
of
the
event
and.

Going
to
have
great
uplighting
and
a
photo
booth
and
the
guild
is
going
to
be
doing
a
youth
event,
so
they
can
go
and
art
make
ornaments
and
whatnot
and
the
parents
can
come
out
and
shop
or
stay
there
with
them
and
they
have
an
art
expo
going
on
at
the
same
time.
So
a
couple
of
the
artists
that
are
in
there
our
expo
are
going
to
help
with
the
events,
and
we
have
about
10
vendors
so
far
that
are
coming
so
yeah
and
we
just
keep
promoting
it.

funds
that
you
get
so
graciously
contributed
and
that
is
going
to
be
great
and
we
have
we'll
have
at
least
five
heaters
out
there
for
people
to
stand
around
and
stay
warm
and
we
I'm
working
with
the
school.

can't

her
name
is
yet
but
she's
working
with
her
the
arts
drama,
okay,
the
drama
teacher
to
see
if
anyone
wants
to
come
and
just
dress
up
as
elves
and
kind
of
just
be
scurrying
around,
and
then
I'm
also
working
to
see.

We
do
have
an
art
exhibit
in
the
library
right
now,
but
various
veterans
who
put
together
works
and
they
view
the
library
you'll
see
that
the
walls
are
now
aligned
with
our
from
these
veterans
and
there's
a
reception
that
I
believe
is
going
to
take
place
tomorrow,
night.

city's
looking
for
new
applicants
for
the
cultural
commission,
and
I
am
at
a
point
where
I
think
I

done
what
I
can
do

want
to
thank
everybody
for
the
city,
council
and
everybody
on
the
staff

allowing
me

be
part

business
folks

asking

that,

you

right

public
works,
does
that
you
could

one

those

community
as

say
a
couple
words,
because
I
just
really
appreciate
your
thoughtfulness
and
pander
at
all
times,

you
really

laid
the
groundwork
for
so
much
of
what
we
do
right
now

that
takes
a
lot
of
guts

work
that
I
don't
think
a
lot
of
people
realize
just
to
get
things
going
within
a
community
and
within
a
city
and
we're
better
for
you
because
of
you.

so

people
don't
see
right
is

mean
those
crosswalks
took
us
three
years.

know
I
mean
when
we
first
talked
about
the
horses.
There
was
a
lot
of
no's
that
were
first
put
out
there
that
you

they
see
the
end
result,
but
they
don't
know
it
takes
years
to
get
into.
