A
A
Michelle,
do
you
know
if
the
Public
Works
staff
has
reviewed?
This
request
is
a
permanent
easement.
A
B
C
All
right,
so
first
they'll
call
the
meeting
to
order.
The
first
is
approval
of
the
minutes
they
were
attached.
So
can
I
have
a
motion
to
approve
the
minutes.
C
B
A
C
Okay
approved
all
right
with
my
vote
being
abstention
and
so
recognition
of
public
comment.
I,
don't
think,
there's
anyone
on
are
these
meetings.
Do
we
have
to
have
them
posted
in
available
I'm
just
wondering,
because
if
the
link,
if
the
public
couldn't
get
onto
the
link.
B
C
But
is
are
we
we
are
it's
unclear
to
me
whether
we're
Bound
by
the
same,
like
open,
meeting
lines
as
a
public
meeting
would
be
because
if
we
are,
then
we
technically
can't
have
the
meeting
right.
B
Yeah,
yes,
that
we
may
be
bound
by
it.
C
C
Okay,
so
in
that
case,
I
guess
what
I'd
like
to
do
then,
is
maybe
not
have
this
be
an
official
meeting
just
because
of
that,
and
what
we
could
do,
though,
is
just
have
a
discussion
on.
C
We
can't
take
a
vote
then
on
anything,
but
we
could
still
have
our
discussion
on
each
signage
and
we
could
also
just
talk
about
the
CDOT
permanent
easements,
but
then
I
asked
Michelle
to
set
up
a
meeting
for
next
week,
anyways,
because
we
need
to
officially
vote
for
a
board
president
and
then
Jackie
had
an
item
that
she
wanted
us
to
discuss
and
so
I
think
what
we'll
do
is
we'll
set
up
a
meeting
next
week.
C
We'll
have
the
election
for
board
President.
We
will
have
public
comment
if
anyone
wants
to
comment
and
we
will
talk
about
Jackie's
item
and
then
we'll
also
carry
over
the
CDOT
permanent
easement
to
that
meeting.
Okay,
do
you
want
to
do
a
quick
update
now
on
that
you
signage,
or
should
we
just
hold
off
on
all
of
this
until
we
can
meet
next
week
and
have
it
posted.
B
A
Yeah,
my
only
question
about
the
permanent
easements
is
that
Public
Works
staff
need
to
review
the
request
and
feel
comfortable
they
can
accommodate.
This
will
not
affect
their
work
any
negatively
in
the
future,
because
yeah
I
think
we
do
need
their
input
before
we
can
vote.
Unless
you
have
a
Converse
have
had
a
conversation
with
the
public
works
staff
already.
C
No
I've
I've
talked
to
the
I,
had
a
call
with
the
proponent
from
CDOT
and
I
had
a
call
with
Eve
attorney
about
it,
and
I
need
to
follow
up
with
the
youth
insurance
company,
but
I
have
not
talked
to
Chris
nor
Trey,
nor
the
teams
that
would
be
doing
the
work
so
I
can
reach
out
to
them.
Okay,.
A
C
C
A
B
C
So
could
you
put
Michelle
like
on
the
agenda
for
next
week
like
something
like
you
know,
attorney
engagement
or
attorney
involvement
and
then
see
if
Tamara
is
able
to
come
and
participate
in
that
discussion.
C
I
mean
I
could,
if
you
prefer
it
that
way,
I
could
certainly
just
reach
out
to
Tamara
and
I
could
just
talk
to
her
and
then
report
back
to
to
both
of
you.
A
Either
way
will
be
fine
yeah,
but
I
just
feel
I,
don't
know
if
we
are
the
right
entity
to
make
decision
about
great
development.
Cd
the
Community
Development
staff.
There
will
be
a
council
of
interest
if
they
are
on
the
board,
so
we
are
in
a
very
between
a
rock
and
a
hard
place.
