learned

there's
some
kind

analytics
that
are
available
from
marmed
library
Network,
which
provides
our
catalog
Services
and
when
I,
compared
what
I've
been
looking
at
in
the
Google
analytics,
I
use
versus
the
information
from
varmint
there's
some
pretty
significant
difference.
So
I
don't
actually
know
how
totally
accurate
what
I've
been
using
is
so
just
preparing
you
for
something
that
might
look
different
or
incomplete
data.

we
I
report
on
the
month
of
July
next
month
because
been
trying
to
figure
it
out,
I
was
trying
to
do
this
transition
on
Google,
with
what
I
have
now
and
I'm,
not
sure.
If
I
did
it
successfully
like
I,
followed

assistant
and
have
provided,
but
so
I
think
I
might
have
it,
but
I
just
want
to
prepare
you
that
there
might
be
some
delay
in
getting
access,
but
for
that
stuff
going
forward.

it's

half

we're
hoping
that
we
might

tick

people

successful.
Every
time
they're
trying
to
do
borrows,
but
that's
what
we
were
encountering
was
people
trying
to
borrow
and
hoopla

That's
because
the
cap
had
been
reached
really
early,
so
we're
hoping
to
get
back
some
people
that
may
have
given
up
on
trying
to
use
hoopla,
because
that
was
their
experience.

what
we
might
do
if
the
usage
tapers
often
still
stays
kind
of
lower
than
what
we
have
been
seeing
and
then
access
360.

mention.
This
is
the
one
that
is
going
to
get
dropped.

know

I

that
last
month
or
not
I
might
not
have
no
limit
yet,
but
that
one
is
going
to
end
at
the
end
of
its
of
subscription
time,
which
is
August
31st.

like
the
data

say

little

to
say
how
many
actual
people
we
just
got
that

half
when
they
go

and
out,
and
it's
still
kind
of
an
estimate,

have
staff

and
go
out
the
main
entrance
sure

gets
it
off
a
little
bit.
So
it's
still
still
an
estimate.
But
it's

little
bit
more
accurate.

doorways

sets

lobbies.

since
March
we've
had
the
one
lobby
entrance
Point
closed
curve
and
is
deemed
as
an
emergency
exit
only
out
of

library.
So

people
only
can
come
in
this
door
right
here
and
what
we
did
use
to
ask
people
who
might
like
come
in
this
way
and
go
just
use
the
library,
as
kind
of
a
first
floor
hallway
from
one
side
or
the
other
to
the
of
the
Civics
that
parent
gotcha.

So
well,
not
so
much
that
that
we
actually
cleaned
out.
We
did
like
a
purge
of
inactive,
expired
Accounts
at
the
beginning
of
this
year.
We
also
reclassified
the
Inglewood
patrons
I,
guess
I
think
there
were
patrons
kind
of
codes
in
there
that
some
of
them
weren't
updated
for
Resident
versus
non-resident
and
we've
got
those
cleaned
up
and
updated.
So
this
is
definitely
a
much
more
accurate
representation
of
more
active
card
holders.

feel
like
study
room
sessions,
we're
actually
seeing
more
because
we're
sticking
to
our
two
hour
time
limit,
so
we're
able
to
allow
more
sessions
in
a
day.
So
we're
not
letting
people
stay
in
there
for
several
hours
at
a
time,
because
when
the
rooms
are
full
and
somebody
comes
in,
they
won't
necessarily
say
they
don't
always
ask:
oh,
is
there
a
room
available
like
if
somebody's
in
an
extra
time
in
the
study
room
it
kind
of
lets
a
person
makes
a
person
feel
like?

Oh
maybe
those
rooms
are
not
available
right
now
and
they
don't
even
ask
so
now
that
we
ask
people
leaving
their
two
hours
is
up.
It
does
next
more
available
if
they
get
used
more.
So
that's
been
really
good
volunteer
hours
on
June,
that's
our
first
full
month
with
adult
volunteers,
I'm,
usually
the
last
thing.
Last
year
there
was
only
like
three
adult
volunteers,
but
so
this
year
we
had
11
for
June.
We
had
11
adult
volunteers,
completing
54
and
a
half
hours
and
2018's
completing
252
hours,
it's
great
yeah.

So
that's
really
really
awesome
the
adult
volunteers
and
others
really
helping
out
a
lot.
We've
been
starting
out
with
focusing
on
shelving
and
like
just
tidying
of
shelves
and
keeping
things
neat
and
organized
and
now
we're
starting
to
break
into
some
bigger
projects
and
things
like
that
programming.

But
I
think
they
went
to
two
senior
centers
to
you,
know:
sign
up
people
for
library
cards
and
promote
the
whole
amount
of
Liberty
service
for
adults.
As
of
June
30th,
there
were
73
people-
oh
I'm,
sorry,
there
were
98
people
total
sign
up
for
summer.
Reading,
20
people
have
picked
up
their
first
prize,
17
picked
up
the
second
funnel
prize
and
then
two
each
picked
up
the
third
and
fourth
to
your
prize.

So
like
basic
refinished,
the
whole
challenge
so
I
think
this
was
yeah
like
a
week
a
little
over
a
week
ago,
I
think
we're
well
over
100
participants
for
adult
summer
reading,
which
was
really
great.
We
were
hopeful
that
we'd
have
at
least
50,
so
we've
definitely
doubled
when
we
were
hoping
for
and
then
as
of
July
2nd.

There
are
579
babies,
kids
and
teens
registered
for
summer
reading,
78
kids
have
completed
and
I
had
oh
yeah.
Charles
K
is
in
first
place
for
the
summer
reading
trophy
so
that's
they
have
I.
Think
it's.
The
most
number
of
time
are
both
spread.
I,
don't
remember
how
she
calculates
it,
but
the
most
participants
from
that
school
and
so
that
that's
like
the
kind
of
internal
competition
of
Angola
Public
Schools.
So
that's
I,
don't
remember
who
last
won
last
year.

feel
like
it
was
a
different
school
last
year
and
one
that
kind
of
one.

my
family
was
a
different

I
don't
know
it
was
one
that,
like
historically
hadn't
ever
won,

so
they
were
super
excited
about
it
so
interesting
to
see
if
any
of
that
changes,

a
lot
of
really
good
stuff
happening
with
the
the
kids
programs
and
tea
programs.

I've
got
one
last
thing:
going
back
to
circulation.
I
just
wanted
to
highlight
again
the
folder
passes.
Another
you
know
increase
over
the
last
month
of
2015
passes
were
checked
out,
the
majority
in
general
and
his
Gardens.
There
were
37
and
21
for
Denver
Museum
of
Nature
of
the
Sciences
each
team
for
the
butterflies,
oh
16,
from
Greenfield
and
Graphics.
That's
what
everyone?

Everything
else
was
under
10.,
but
all
of
whom
were
used.

So
the
part
yeah
with
the
parks
passes
we
do
there's
the
national
park
or
sorry
state
park
passes.
The
State
Library
provides
us
with
a
survey
that
we
actually
are
supposed
to
return
back
to
the
State
Library.
So
we
don't
actually
forget
those
and
I,
don't
actually
know
I
think
they
mostly
want
to
know
like
what
day
of
the
week
and
when
and
which
Park
you
went
to
it's
a
pretty
pretty
simple
survey
but
yeah.

It
would
be
nice
to
try
to
get
some
feedback
on
the
culture
past
views
and
there
might
be
a
way
for
us
to
do
that,
because
I
think
in
the
text
keeper
they
have
to
put
in
their
email
address,
so
we
can
always
find
out
if
we
can
do
a
follow-up
once
they
check
something
out.
That
includes
a
little
survey.

so
maybe
I
don't

if
it

summer

first,
the
fall,
we're
going

book
club
keys,

think
there's.
Actually
it's
just
about
four
or
five
spots
for
photos
in
the
current
guide.
To
put
that
photo
back
in
again,
because
we
have
communications
made
us
one.

we
were,
we've
been
trying
to
encourage
people
to
do
get
at
least
the
computer
use
card
which
allows
them
two
hours
right
off
the
bat
right.
So
that's
gonna.
If
you
use
a
two-hour
card
versus
four
thirty
minute
passes
it's
going
to
skew
the
number,
so
that
potentially,
is
something
because
we
have
been
trying
to
encourage
people
to
do
that
because
it
seems
like
here.

Sometimes
if
there
are
people
who
cause
disruptions,
because
when
we
don't
know
anything
about
them
or
they're
locked
in
with
a
guest
pass,
there's
no
way
to
glean
any
information
about
the
person
at
all,
so
that
was
kind
of
one
of
the
motivators
for
it.
Let's
really
encourage
people
like
sell
the
fact
that
they
can
get
two
hours
and
the
carton's
good
for
a
year,
and
so
we
have
been
probably
issuing
a
few
more
of
those.
How
do
they
get
the
card?

Can
have
more
time
if
they
request
it
and
a
staff
member
has
to
extend
it.
We've
been
trying
to
work
with
our
software,
for
that
is
used
for
walking
into
the
patron
computers
to
automatically
extend
time.
If
there's
free
computers
available,
we
haven't
really
seen
whether
or
not
that's
actually
working
or
not,
because
nobody
really
stays
beyond
that.

A
lot
of
the
time
they
just
leave
them
they're
two
hours
it's
up
or
they
only
use
they
use
less
than
two
hours
so
I
haven't
and
when
we
have
people
they're
so
used
to
asking
for
time
before
their
time
runs
out.
That
staff
will
extend
it
for
another
30
minutes
from
that
point,
so
it
kind
of
skews
whether
the
software
can
actually
work
to
do
the
automatic
extension.

The
the
tech
lab,
if
people
request
to
use
the
tech
lab
that
actually
is
a
three
hour
time
limit
in
there,
and
so
that's
something
the
supervisors
and
I
have
been
discussing
as
well
is.
We
do
often
have
open
computers,
so
we
were
discussing
whether
or
not
we
would
just
make
the
computer
use
for
a
day
three
hours
instead
of
two,
but
there's
always
the
option
for
people
to
have
more
time.
If
they
weren't
busted
with
a
staff
member,
then
they
have
to
manually
extend
it.

One
of
those
exclusions
that
was
basically
a
violation
of
previous
exclusion,
was
re-issued
as
an
individual
exclusion
for
100

months
yeah,
because
the
prior
was
120
so
1800,
maybe
and
then
the
others.
Those
are
just
things
where,
like
maybe
we
needed
to
call
the
normal
Response
Unit
for
somebody
you
order
just
a
call
for
medical
assistance
or
things
like
that.

it
was
really
I
mean
the
biggest
thing
that
we
did
on
this
in
service
day
was.
We
did
several
kind
of
just
like
Icebreaker
team
building
activities
where
people
just
got
to
know
each
other
a
little
bit
better.

2023
alone,
I
think
we
had
10
new
employees
and
then
we
just
and
then
we
had
some
kind
of
smaller
training
sessions
and
then
time
for
people
to
just
work
out
products.

that
was
good
and
we
did
a
call
up
with
reception
like
button
rather
than
ordering
it
and
I.
Don't
think
that
there's
really
and
I'm
still
like
working
on
stuff
with
the
the
school
like
I
mentioned
about
Uber
driving,
surround
I'm,
still
kind
of
working
through
that
and
some
of
the
details
with
Merman
and
the
school
district
and
making
sure
I
can
connect
with
the
people
I
need
to
during
the
summer.
So
and
if
the
ever
present
struggle
of
snacks
that's
another
one.

Full-Time
is
holding
a
steady,
full
episode
through
a
budget
supplemental
request
to
City
Council
of
January.
We
were
also
approved
for
two
reasons,
so
we
have
added
two
full-time
positions
and
the
two
or
the
four
part-timers
that
we
got
in
January
they're,
just
it's
just
not
as
effective
as
we
were
hoping
for
in
terms
of
stability
of
scheduling
sure.
So
that's
why
we're
looking
to
convert
those.

know
other
opportunities,
they
moved
back
to
whatever
state
that
they
had
been.
You
know
had
been
from
originally
both
my
positions
coming
up,
yeah
other
Library
districts
to
pursue
full-time
work,
or
they
got
like
a
job
at
a
library
closer
to
where
they
lived
and
things
like
that.
That's
a
couple
of
reasons
that
have
happened
over
the
last
year.

The
other,
the
other
hard
thing
we
have
with
our
existing
part-timers
is
the
ability
for
some
of
them
to
work
the
number
of
hours
we're
looking
for,
because
some
of
them
come
up
again.
If
they
have
health
insurance
through
Medicaid,
they
have
limitations
to
how
much
income
they
can
earn
right.
So
that's
been
a
new
problem.
We've
been
encountering
over
the
last
like
six
to
eight
months.

the

can't
replace
the
things
we
need
staff
triggers
to
do
it

alleviate
some
of
the
kind
of
you

paintings
the

to
use,

computers
or
look
at
Patron
information,
and
things
like
that
like
it
helps
free
up
time
for
that,
but
yeah
we're

struggling
with

the
format

employees

assigned
their
goals
right
now,
so
we're
trying
to
evaluate
and
hopefully
redesign
that
if
we
can
but
it's
going
to
require
some
changes
to
the
Staffing
schedule
which

all
of
our
current
employees
can
fulfill.
So
that's
another
issue.

the

not
being
like

is

you
don't
want.

it's
been
things
like
supporting
additional
staff
to
go
to
conferences
this
year,
supporting
candy
and
some
of
the
the
events
and
sort
of
supporting
some
things.

discussed
last
time

whether
or
not
we
needed
to
stipulate
that
form
submitted
to
the
city
are
subject
to
quora.

do
not
have
to
do
that
and
Tamara
Niles.

City
attorney

like

you
don't
have
to
put
it
on
there,
like
any
any
communication
that
occurs
between
citizens
in
the
city
in
any
format,
is
subject
or
the
Colorado
open
records
act.

one
request

pretty
neat
request
sure.
So
the
item
was
not
removed
and
then
any
other
inquiries
I

had

just
kind
of
conversational
where
people
would
ask
like
I.
Don't
want
my
kid
checking
this
out
and
they
would
you
know
direct
appearance
that
they're
responsible
for
overseeing
what
their
child
checks
out.
It's
perfectly
fine
for
them
to
limit
that.

way

good
work

initially,

myself
and
several
of
the
library
staff
who
wrote
the
initial
requests
and
make
a
determination
and
then
respond
back
to
the
requester,
because
the
requester
was
not
happy
with
that
decision,

can
ask
they
could
then
in
turn
say
we
would
like.
The
library
board
to
you
know,
discuss
it
further,
and
so
then
it
would
be
brought
to
the
library
board,
either
as
a
whole
or
small,
like
subcommittee,
to
review
and
discuss
and
make
a
final
decision,
and
that
decision
would
be
final.

Hampton
theater

Civic
Center
area.
We
are
doing
happy

P.M
till
5
30,
with
some
fun
games
and
food
trucks,
and
then
the
concert
starts
at
6.
Pm
they'll
also
be
food,
trucks
and
alcohol.
In
case
you
missed
the
happy
hour
in
the
July
12th,
which
is
tombara
Pirates
Cove
adult
night,
so
no
kids
in
the
park
Sydney.

We
might

o'clock

on
Saturday.

a

Saturdays
people,

work

we
only

hours
