B
All
right
good
morning,
everyone
welcome
to
today's
mayor
manager.
Meeting
for
Wednesday
February
15th
online
with
me
is
Deputy
city
clerk,
Sarah,
Harkness
city
clerk,
Stephanie
Carlisle,
Deputy
city
manager,
Tim
Dodd,
City
of
City
attorney
terminal
city
manager,
Sean
Lewis
and
mayor
Pro,
tem,
Stephen,
Ward,
Sean
I'll.
Kick
it
off
to
you.
C
All
right,
thanks
mayor
on
the
21st
of
February,
we
had
the
proclamation
discussion
for
all
the
proclamations
for
the
year
sustainability
and
the
Strategic
plan
and
a
study
session
regarding
July
December
city
council
meeting
schedule.
So
do
we
have
times
on
these
looks
like
we
need
discussion
time
on
the
Strategic
plan.
C
All
right,
moving
on
to
regulars
items,
we
have
the
2023
budget,
supplemental
number
one
resolution
of
support
for
ground
lease
agreement
between
Englewood
McClellan,
Reservoir
and
Integrity
Motors,
a
word
of
a
contract
to
Jalisco
International
for
Dartmouth
Bridge,
renewal
of
a
contract
for
services
with
us,
IC
Locating
Services
for
our
utility
locates.
C
Second
reading
second
reading
of
the
most
excuse
me
various
sections
of
code
amending
those
and
then
a
proven
ordinance
authorizing
water
efficiency
plan
ordinance
regarding
an
IGA
with
Arapahoe
County
and
the
Tri-Cities
for
the
Homeless
Action
Plan
and
amendment
to
municipal
code
regarding
licensure
of
hotels,
bed
and
breakfasts,
and
last
but
not
least,
South
Broadway,
Hawk
signal
IGA.
E
B
And
if
why
mayor
pretend
you're
going
to
be
leading,
this
I
I
would
not
be
Independence.
A
In
the
South
Broadway
Hawk
signal,
IGA
looks
like
it
got
postponed
to
a
later
meeting
that
just
popped
up
yesterday,
so
that
one
is
off.
There
are
quite
a
few
second
readings,
let's
see
so.
The
study
session
is
an
hour
and
then
resolution
for
a
couple
resolutions
can.
A
D
A
few
things
that
are
marked
as
flexible
that
I
think
we
might
want
to
consider
moving
the
ground
lease
could
be
a
shorter
or
long
discussion.
It's
kind
of
unpredictable,
but
that
says
somewhat
flexible
bait
slogan.
Enhancements
is
flexible.
D
B
Beckham
the
only
issue
I
have
with
that
is
that
may
March
6th
is
the
public
hearing,
so
we're
potentially
pushing
these
out
unless
we
make
it
a
special
special
meeting
a
week
from
Monday
but
I
guess
my
concern
would
be.
If
we
follow
the
regular
schedule,
we
potentially
would
be
moving
those
to
late
in
March.
D
C
Interesting
yeah,
this
I
mean
we
certainly
have
had
longer
quite
a
bit
longer
agendas,
but
it
is
your
meeting.
What
else
would
you
like
to
push
off.
D
I
think
if
we,
if
we
just
take
those
two
items
off,
that
gives
us
a
little
more
wiggle
room,
I
had
I
had
highlighted
all
of
the
flexible
items
as
as
potentially
moving,
but.
C
I
mean
yes,
I
trust
the
Departments.
If
they
say
it's
flexible,
okay,
you
know
it's
just
going
to
create
compression
on
a
you
know,
a
future
item
right
now:
the
sick,
March
6
agenda
as
the
public
hearing
public
hearing
through
two
motions
and
an
ordinance
first
reading.
C
A
There
was,
there
was
one
I'd
I
was
able
to
move
two
off
that
were
flexible,
but
one
he
really
needs
to
move
it
forward.
He
says
it's
very
time
sensitive,
so
I,
don't
I,
don't
know.
B
A
D
Bingo
see
attorney
Niles,
Hazard
Andres
well,.
B
Go
ahead,
City
attorney.
B
F
I
I
tried
logging
in
a
doc
and
I've
been
talking,
but
no
one
can
hear
me:
okay,
I
undocked.
We
did
add
a
this
amendment
to
the
bed
and
breakfast.
This
is
a
step
for
the
short-term
rental
code,
because
if
we
were
adopting
the
revisions
for
the
short-term
rental
code
that
we
were
proposing,
then
it
would
inadvertently
deregulate
bed
and
breakfast
so
I
put
this
on
the
agenda
as
not
flexible,
because
I
want
it
to
come
before
Council
before
the
short-term
rental
ordinance.
But
it's
flexible.
F
If
you
say
it's
flexible,
so
it
could
be
moved
as
well.
B
E
C
All
right
the
study
session
on
the
27th.
We
have
review
and
discussion
of
remaining
UDC
revisions,
media
procedures,
Communications
Police,
2023
events,
McClellan
Reservoir,
Foundation
properties
and
the
January
monthly
financial
report.
B
E
C
Yeah
I,
don't
remember
it
with
since
I've
been
here.
This
has
kind
of
in
relation
to
the
different
officer-involved
shootings
we've
had
Etc,
so
I
could
see.
C
But
Sarah
can
you
put
that
reduce
that
to
15
minutes
and
let
the
department
know
yes.
C
Yeah,
it's
the
I
think
this
is
Parks
Rec
Library
golf
their
event,
schedule.
B
I
think
in
10-minute
discussion,
possibly
if
that
is
just
pretty
straightforward:
McClellan
Reservoir
Foundation
properties.
What
do
you
think
of
their
mayor
pretend
about
20
minutes.
D
B
C
C
Moving
on
to
March
6,
we
have
the
public
hearing
for
the
Pud
1314
West
Oxford
and
public
hearing
for
maker
subdivision
Broken,
Tee,
Golf,
Cart,
Fleet
discussion,
a
procurement
of
70
new
golf
carts,
any
for
some
reason.
I
thought
there
were
three
things
on
there:
I
mean
for
well
just
three
all
right.
Moving
on.
E
D
C
All
right,
13th
of
March
Congressman
Crowe
discussion
with
City
Council
housing,
discussion,
City
piping,
City,
ditch
piping
project,
update
utilities,
construction
manager,
general
contractor
Contracting
process
and
approach.
C
March
20th
boarding
commission,
a
member
appointment
recognition,
big
direct
Creek
diversion
project
construction,
City,
ditch
piping
project
construction
manager,
con
general
contractor
approved
participation,
agreements
for
opioid
settlements,
with
team
of
pharmaceuticals
and
allerkin
Finance,
as
well
as
Walmart
CVS
Walgreens
IGA
was
city
of
Littleton
for
dispatch.
All
Health
mobile
Response
Unit
code,
cleanup
for
fermented
beverage
license,
approve
a
bill
for
an
ordinance
electric
grounding
facilities,
easement
at
Bellevue,
Park,
short-term
rental,
ordinance.
C
First
reading
for
Sam's
PUD
stamps
Automotive
PD.
First
reading
of
a
major
subdivision:
Sam's
Automotive
March,
27th,
February
monthly
financial
report,
presentation
by
Arapahoe
County
Representatives
regarding
Arapahoe
County,
Regional,
opioid,
Council
presentation,
5,
phase,
two
City
Charter
April
3rd
draft
electric
vehicle
action
plan,
strategic
plan
updates,
ordinance,
approving
Comcast,
cable,
TV
franchise
agreement.
B
Not
for
me
other
than
the
fact
that
doesn't
look
like
we've
started
populating
this
spreadsheet,
with
the
budget
dates.
B
Yeah
and
then
Sean
the
the
ones
that
came
up
on
was
it
last
Monday
night
or
not
this
past
Monday,
but
a
week
ago
the
the
ones
with
meeting
with
the
UDC
steering
committee
meeting
with
the
court
don't
think
I
saw
that
those
two
there
was
a
fourth
one:
wasn't
there
Premiere
Pro
10?
What
was
the
other
one.
D
C
Right
I
think
we
we
got
some
redirect
from
mayor
Pro
Tim
Ward
on
the
quartz
one.
So
we
think
that
that's
in
Court's
Court
that
they
would
be
I
mean
they
need
to
take
the
lead
on
that.
Based
on
the
requests
and
information.
C
F
Oh
okay,
can
you
hear
me?
Yes,
okay,
okay,
I
had
to
undock
again
it's
my
charger
too.
I
have
forwarded
the
information
to
kanitha
the
courts
administrator
regarding
the
request
for
what
should
be
presented
during
the
study
session.
C
And
then
I
have
a
meeting
with
some
potential
Consultants
on
the
master
plan
of
Master
plans.
But
at
this
point
we
don't
really
know
the
process.
Nobody
at
the
city
has
really
gone
through.
C
These
are
pretty
unusual,
but
we
found
a
contractor
who
could
potentially
at
least
advise
us
on
how
to
structure
something
like
that.
So
we'd
like
to
get
a
little
bit
more
information,
but
we'll
definitely
get
that
added
to
the
schedule.
D
D
B
Cool
nothing
else,
other
so
Sean
I
mentioned
this
to
you.
Yesterday,
I
potentially
am
going
to
have
to
be
out
on
business,
for
the
public
hearing
on
the
6th.
I
will
call
in,
but
Tamara
just
remind
me,
it's
okay
for
me
to
to
be
remote
for
that.
I
can
call
in
for
that
public
hearing,
correct.
F
Yes,
I
will
con
I
I
think
the
liberation
of
council
policies
was
that
there's
just
no
remote
attendance
at
executive
sessions?
That's.
B
A
I
have
just
one
thing:
South
Platte
renew
was
looking
at
dates
for
their
joint
study
session
and
they
were
thinking
Thursday,
August
17th
in.
B
The
morning
I
saw
that
on
my
calendar
for
this
for
August
I'm,
okay
with
that
surprisingly
I
think
I
have
a
lot
going
on
on
that
17th.
A
B
All
right
actually
I'll
go
ahead
and
bring
that
up
on.
Well,
let
me
see
here:
I
won't
be
here
this
coming
Monday,
so
I
guess
just
verifying
with
staff
or
with
with
members
of
council.
They
can
make
that
seven
table
would
be
good.
Sarah,
okay,.
B
Okay,
any
anything
else
from
staff,
so
all
right
and
with
that
that
concludes
today's
mayor's
managers.
Meeting
everyone
stay
safe
and
stay
warm
have
a
great
day.
Thank
you.
