A
B
You
may
notice
we're
looking
at
a
little
different
screen
this
morning,
we're
trying
out
a
different
system
instead
of
creating
this
duplicate
excel
spreadsheet,
which
we've
had
for.
I
guess
long
before
I
got
here
too,
and
I
don't
know.
Maybe
it
was
in
word
back
then,
but
we're
just
going
straight
to
I
compass
and
making
edits
live
into
what
you
all
see
when
you,
you
know,
get
the
council
newsletter
each
week
and
yeah.
So
we
don't
have
the
transfer
of
information
problems
so
we'll
see
how
it
works.
This
is
a
pilot.
C
A
We're
good!
Well,
I
have
a
recommendation.
I
have
an
idea
right
off
the
bat
that
could
change
all
of
these
in
a
bit.
Well.
Well,
maybe
not
the
seventh,
but
I'm
I'm
wondering
on
the
13th
is
when
we're
doing
that
tour,
and
I
can't
remember
how
that
got
initiated,
because
it
must
have
happened
when
I
was
maybe
out.
A
A
B
Yeah
we
can
ask
community
development
if
they
can
reschedule
that.
A
I
mean
did
they
need
us
to
see
it
before
something
that
they're
wanting
to
present?
Is
that
why,
or
is
it,
it
was
really
we've
done
tours
before
we
haven't
done
them
in
a
while,
it's
nice
to
do
one.
D
No,
I
was
going
to
say
mayor.
I
was
the
one
that
kind
of
initiated
this
just
because
it's
just
an
area
that
I
just
felt
that
I
personally
wanted
to
go
visit,
so
that's
kind
of
how
it
got
kick-started
and
then
community
development
just
felt
take
every
agreed.
It
made
sense
to
kind
of
invite
the
rest
of
council
as
well.
So
there
is
no
urgency
to
it.
A
Right
so
I
don't
know
if
that
makes
sense
to
do
it
like
that,
it's
certainly
darker
by
then
and
everything.
So
it's
not
the
same
as
doing
it
like
soon
when
it's
light
out
and
we
can
really
see
the
whole
area.
So
that's
really.
That
is
a
major
drawback,
but
there's
no
problem
in
doing
it
on
the
13th.
I
was
just
thinking
if
we
wanted
to
have
the
new
council
members
see
it,
but
maybe
it
doesn't
matter.
A
B
Really
like
that
idea
and
sorry
daniel,
I
forgot
that
you
initiated
that.
But
what,
if
we
did,
a
city
tour
city
facilities
like
a
couple
of
facility
tours
on
the
on
that
in
between
night,
because
I
really
like
the
idea
of
getting
people
together,
putting
them
on
a
bus
and
kind
of
thinking
of
the
continuation.
A
A
A
Oh
okay,
I
guess
we'll
wear
masks.
I
I'm
fine
either
way
that
is
part
of
the
onboarding
of
new
council
members
is
to
do
some
serious.
You
know
presentation
of
what,
where
what's
and
often
it's
the
water
plant
and
some
of
the
other
buildings
I
had
you
know
I
spent
a
whole
morning
with
rick
gillard
and
I
when
we
first
came
on
and
and
did
a
tour
none
of
the
council,
all
the
council
members
were
invited,
but
nobody
wanted
to
come
because
they
already
knew
it
all.
A
C
A
That
be
it
no
cheryl
has,
but
that
was
before
you
came.
A
B
Well,
we
can
put
that
on
a
future
study
session
agenda.
Maybe
so
we
can
get
going
on
this
agenda.
A
B
Well,
we'll
we'll
check
with
community
development
on
flexibility
there.
A
We're
going
to
do
the
dog
thing
that
night
now
and
then
the
executive
sessions.
So
no,
I
was
just
thinking
of
a
way
to
lighten
it,
but
yeah.
A
But
I
I
I'm
fine
with
leaving
it
on
the
13th.
It
was
simply
an
idea
that
I
thought
would
be
everybody's
new
at
it.
No
one's
seen
it
before
it's
putting
people
at
the
same
level.
B
No
worries
all
right
september
7th.
We
have
the
proposed
budget
changes
overview,
so
we'll
go
over
everything
that
has
changed
and
tomorrow
we'll
get
the
updated
property
tax
numbers
from
the
county,
so
hopefully
we'll
have
a
little
more
cushion
there.
And
then
we
have
bird
scooter
rental.
B
D
A
C
Yeah,
I
must
have
missed
out
in
the
last
one
I
apologize
did
you
say
it
was
10
minutes.
D
B
Okay,
so
that's
how
that's
gonna
work
and
then
the
historic
neighborhood
map,
let's
see,
did
we
put
a
time
frame
on
that.
B
So
this
is
going
to
be
mayor,
pritham,
a
discussion
between
hpc
with
a
couple
of
hpc
members
presenting
and
discussing
the
new
neighborhood
map
that
we
have
kind
of
created
with
hpc
staff
and
hpc
have
worked
together
on
that
and
just
the
community
outreach
that's
going
to
go
along
with
that,
and
just
council's
first
glance
at
that
map.
A
Well,
it
goes
all
the
way,
but
it's
really
it's
it's
only
120
homes,
but
but
that
that's
indicative
of
that
they've
dug
deep
enough
to
know.
I
know
the
floyd
place.
Folks
have
another
overlay.
There
too,
I
mean
that's
registered
in
the
county.
B
C
A
B
I'm
are
we
on
the
20,
the
budget,
so
it's
going
to
just
include
updated
revenue
numbers.
Yes,.
A
D
A
A
D
A
B
All
right
next,
we
have
public
caring
for
the
pud
at
hammond's
avenue,
1070
hampden
avenue.
B
A
motion
to
amend
the
city
of
england.
Council
policies
were
a
lot
regarding
electronic
participation
and
proclamations
tamra.
Can
you
remind
us
what
the
proclamations
part
of
that
is.
A
C
A
B
All
right
and
then
we
have
a
an
award
of
contract
for
us,
285
congestion,
mitigation
study,
tri-cities
homelessness,
plan
of
action,
adoption,
broken
teeth
golf
course:
back
9,
irrigation
renovation.
This
is
to
the
level
of
cost
that
it's
in
your
your
spending
authority,
consideration
of
alley,
improvement
agreement,
the
3
900
block
of
broadway
in
a
coma.
A
And
we
just
think
fine
but
and
we've
talked
about
it
before
I
know
yeah,
I
don't
know,
let's
leave
it
in
consent,.
B
Content
right,
we
have
built
for
ordnance
city
center
england
station
rezoning.
B
Yeah,
I'm
not
remembering
if
we
changed
a
lot
on
that
something,
and
then
we
have
a
second
reading.
Excuse
me
on
the
iga,
with
arapahoe
county
for
arapahoe,
county
sheriff's
or
oh
open
space
right
for
jason
park
improvements.
B
I
guess
that
one
was
not.
This
is
oh
for
oh
first
amendment.
No,
it's
a
second
reading.
Was
this
not
unanimous.
C
B
B
A
B
Well,
the
last
one
added
was
the
historic
neighborhood
map,
we're
just
we're
we're
holding
up
a
lot
of
stuff
waiting
on
that
map
to
get
going,
but.
A
B
C
Or
all
these
motions,
the
only
one
that
I
don't
have
going
on
or
off
consent
is
the
285
mitigation.
Would
you
like
that
to
be
on
or
off
consent
agenda.
A
B
B
So
this
is
just
the
two
items:
if
we
keep
the
bus
tour
and
then
we
we're
adding
this
shade,
this
is
the
one
where
we
added
last
night,
the
dog
discussion,
off-leash.
A
B
Anything
else
to
change
on
this.
Besides
adding
the
dog
part.
B
We'll
have
we'll
have
this
is
where
we
move
his
direct
preservation,
so
this
is,
may
not
be
possible
either
consumption
areas
when
we
discuss
first
study
session
tamara
will
be
leading
that
englewood
environmental
foundation,
cop
payoff
and
dissolution.
A
A
We've
got
things
to
do:
they're
they're
wanting
to
keep
moving
framework
agreement
with
the
lnr.
A
C
B
Okay
and
then
did
we
ever
put
time
on
eve
dissolution.
I
don't
think
so.
A
Well,
the
discussion
on
consumption
areas:
we
don't
have
a
discussion
time
on
that
either
so.
C
Yes,
yeah:
I
have
to
hit
this
filter
for
it
to
update
it.
So.
B
And
then
we
have
the
proposed
budget
hearing
and
then
proposed
arpa
spending
plan,
and
we
we
should
have.
This
will
be
after
our
public
input
has
ended,
which
is
garnered
a
lot
of
feedback
actually.
C
B
A
C
B
And
generally,
we
don't
have
too
many
people
that
come
to
the
public
hearing
on
the
budget
that
night,
so
so
the
27th
just
two
items
right
now
august
financial
report
and
finalizing
the
budget.
B
B
A
C
B
B
And
then
we
should
have
public
a
second
reading
of
the
budget.
Oh
well,
that
is
not
on
there.
C
So
second
readings
populate
after
first
readings
have
been
approved,
they're
entered
by
the
city
attorney's
office.
So
that's
why
we
typically
only
see
second
readings
following
the
regular
meetings
for
the
next
regular
meeting.
A
B
A
C
It
is
not
currently
on
the
seventh
because
it
has
not
been
added.
We
are
waiting
for
approval,
but
it
will
be
added
on
there
and
then
doc
parks
will
be
added
to
the
13th.
A
I
know
I
know
you
suggested
putting
it
on
consent,
sean
I
or
maybe.
C
So
my
notes
that
I
had
was
to
remove
the
last
13
words,
add
the
amount
of
the
tax
and
then
not
on
consent
agenda
as
a
resolution
for
what
I
captured
last
night
for
that
one
right.
A
She
sent
me
a
text
afterwards.
All
right,
I
think.
That's
it
anything
else,
oh
cons.
I
know
you
have
to
leave
with
danielle,
but
were
there
any.
B
Yeah
we
had
a
question
about
the
title:
16
video
we'll
probably
go
ahead
and
answer
that
one
I
I
was
able
to
answer
it
in
the
meeting,
but
did
anybody
else
get
another
council
request.
B
A
A
A
C
Think
so
we
are
canceling
next
week's
manager
meeting.
A
Okay,
if
there's
anything
new
that
comes
up
for
the
14th,
maybe
that's
what
we
do
we'll
do
it.
If
we
need
to
okay
sounds
good.
This
is
we're
it's
902
and
we're
joining
the
mayor
manager
meeting
have
a
great
great
rest
of
the
week.
Everybody
take.
