Harkness
and
mayor
Pro,
tem
Stephen,
Ward,
John
I'll.
Let
you
kick
us
off.
Thank
you
mayor.
C
We'll
have
a
study
session
on
non-enterprise
fund
Capital
project
prioritization,
that
is
on
the
17th
of
April,
looks
like
we
have
times
assigned
consideration
for
citizen
of
the
year
resolution
opposing
Senate,
Bill,
23,
213,
recognition
of
elevate
Englewood
graduates,
and
we
have
some
proclamations,
United,
States,
Marine,
Corps,
Memorial,
Day,
Earth,
Day,
Proclamation,
small
business,
Suite
Proclamation
and
then
a
motion
for
a
slur.
The
slurry
seal
project,
Pirates
Cove
food
vendor
approval,
adoption
of
electric
vehicle
action
plan,
redistricting
bill,
Council,
Bill,
amending
short-term
rental
regulations
and
it
looks
like
we've
got
everything
assigned.
C
Moving
on
to
the
24th,
we
have
Parks
Rec
Library
golf
Bond
initiative
proposal
just
to
give
Council
a
heads
up
on
what
staff
is
thinking
about
and
for
you
to
give
direction
on
that.
We
have
an
update
on
preliminary
capital
projects
list
with
Council
boards
commissions
committees,
a
presentation
by
Arapahoe
County
Representatives
regarding
the
regional
opioid,
Council
and
then
item
on
six
and
final
presentation
in
a
phase
two
City
Charter
review
and
the
March
2023
financial
report.
C
Yeah
Sarah
was
that
the
which
department
submitted
the
hour
and
a
half.
C
B
Well,
I'm
just
concerned
with
the
items
on
there
because
it
could
be
a
long
night
if
that's
more
two
hours,
two
and
a
half
hours
I'm,
just
trying
to
figure
out
how
much
that
agenda
item
is
actually
going
to
take
up
because
we
do
have
outside
Council
and
that
usually
goes
about
an
hour.
C
A
A
First,
sorry,
do
we
want
to
assign
discussion,
there's
only
a
couple
that
need
it.
A
B
Yeah
we
just
do
about
like
I
said
it's
usually
about
an
hour
I
think
we
went
a
little
bit
over
an
hour
last
time.
So
I
would
say
30
minutes
discussion
as
well.
Okay,
I'm,
sorry
Steve
did
you
say
something:
I
thought
I
heard
someone
jump
in
I
did
not.
Okay.
C
Right:
May
1st,
we
have
presentation
by
chaffa
2023
budget,
supplemental
number;
two
Public
Service
Suite
Proclamation,
National,
Asian,
American,
Pacific,
Islander;
Proclamation;
a
motion
to
remove
Park,
Express,
commission,
member
and
Oldham
and
complete
streets,
intergovernmental
agreement
and
first
reading
of
code.
Adoption
for
building
environment
and.
B
D
D
C
Okay,
all
right
on
May
8th,
we
have
a
joint
session
with
the
UDC
steering
committee
and
city
council,
a
presentation
for
Municipal
Court
City
Center
discussion
regarding
l
r
code
next
housing,
follow-up
meeting
on
victims,
compensation
funds,
victims,
compensation
mechanisms
for
consideration,
questions.
C
All
right
we'll
go
on
to
the
May
22nd
agenda,
where
we'll
have
the
April
2023
monthly
financial
report
on
June
5th,
we
have
Arapahoe
County
Commissioners
meeting
with
city
council.
This
is
the
one
that
we
talked
about
during
the
city
managers
report
a
couple
weeks
ago.
They
would
like
to
be
in
person
and
we
were
thinking
we
could
start
the
just
have
that
the
study
session
for
that
hour
be
the
meeting
with
them.
If
that's
okay,
with
y'all.
C
And
we'll
have
next
the
2022
year-end
budget
supplemental
pollinator
month,
Proclamation
Juneteenth
Proclamation
Pride
Proclamation
on
June
12th
we'll
have
the
monthly
financial
report.
December.
Excuse
me:
the
boarding
commission
interviews.
C
And
then
a
second
not
at
boarding
commission
interviews
if
needed,
on
June
13th
June
19th
resolution
appointing
members
to
the
various
boards
commissions,
committees,
Parks
and
Rec
month,
Proclamation
Liberty
day,
Proclamation.
First
reading
of
ordinance
establishing
ballot
questions
to
revise
City
Charter
pursuant
to
phase
two
of
Charter
review,
June
26th
review
preliminary
fine
excuse
me
preliminary
2024
operating
and
staff
prioritize
Capital
requests
in
the
May
2023
monthly
financial
reporting.
B
C
Of
the
citizens,
oh
the
reception,
yes
I
can
ask
Madeline
when
that's
scheduled
for
we've
been
doing
it.
You
know
outside
the
regular
council
meeting.
B
As
yeah
so
I
know,
we
did
it
last
year
that
way
so
you're
right,
I
just
just
want
to
make
sure
we
have
it
on
the
calendar.
Just
so
people
are
aware
yeah
but
I
think
I.
Think
last
year
we
we
announced
the
citizen
of
the
year,
and
then
we
worked
with
the
citizen
of
the
year
to
identify
a
date,
so
I'm
sure
that
we
probably
may
do
it
similarly
this
year.
So
all
right.
B
Yeah,
it's
not
and
it's
important,
but
just
what
days
or
what
Monday's
Council
will
be
taken
off
in
July.
C
C
Okay
and
then
we
have
the
one
parking
lot
item.
I
think
this
is
actually
now
plugged
in
to
that.
The
upcoming
Charter
review
so
I
think
this
topic
is
on
that
item
so
and
then
I
actually
don't
did
not
take
down
accounts
or
requests.
Did
you
say
you
had
one
mirror.
B
A
B
I,
don't
have
anything
else,
anything
else
from
you,
mayor,
puta,.
