A
B
Morning,
everyone
welcome
to
today's
mayor's
manager.
Meeting
for
Wednesday
September
14th
online
with
me
is
city
clerk,
Stephanie
Carlisle,
mayor
Pro,
tem,
Stephen,
Ward
assistant
city
clerk,
Sarah,
Harkness,
City
attorney,
Tamara,
Niles
and
city
manager,
Sean
Lewis.
It
is
still
an
early
morning
for
me,
so
Sean
I'll.
Let
you
kick
it
off
thanks.
C
Man
we'll
start
with
September
20
September
19th
I've
got
a
couple
of
study
sessions.
Innovative
housing
Concepts,
we'll
give
an
update
to
council.
This
is
something
that
we
ask
for
a
while
back
and
to
make
an
annual
presentation,
if
possible,
also
appointment
in
the
eve
board
member
that
will
be
Tim
Dodd
and
need
to
appoint
someone
in
the
absence
of
the
Public
Works
director.
C
C
Second
reading
of
an
ordinance
amending
code
regarding
manager,
registration
for
liquor,
licenses,
liquor,
licensees
except
first
reading
for
code
Amendment
for
public
offenses
reclassified
as
misdemeanors
under
Colorado
law,.
D
One
thing
that
we
did
have
come
up
is
an
item
was
pushed
down
that
was
originally
scheduled
as
a
study
session,
so
we
will
be
in
a
position
where
we
won't
have
that
full
hours
worth
we've
tried
to
move
some
things
up
and
we're
not
able
to
do
that
so
I
guess
we
just
need
your
direction
on
if
we
post
the
regular
meeting
to
begin
early
or
if
you
think
these
will
just
kind
of
fill
in
that
hour's
worth
of
study
session
time
and
maybe
take
a
break.
C
B
E
B
And
Steve
I
actually
will
be
out
this
coming
Monday,
so
you
would
be
leading
the
meeting
so
I
I
understand
where
you're
coming
from
I'm
fine
keeping
a
seven
I
think
what
we
did
last
time
was
more
personal,
so.
D
B
Okay
Steve
since
you're
running
the
meeting:
do
you
want
to
start
at
seven?
Then
the
city
council
meeting.
E
A
C
Right
and
Tim,
Dodd
and
I
will
both
be
at
icma
in
Columbus,
the
international
City
Management
Association
conference
annual
conference
I
will
be
on
virtually,
but
both
and
I'm
not
sure
about
Tim.
He
indicated
he
could
be,
but
I
would
like
for
him
too,
but
I
would
like
for
him
to
enjoy
the
evening
sessions
and
other
activities
if
he
can
so
just
to
make
that
public
Tim
all
right.
Moving
on
to
the
26th,
we
have
a
presentation
study
session
regarding
Charter
review
items
provisions
we
have
studies
set.
C
All
of
these
are
study
sessions,
budget
Workshop
to
finalize
2023
budget,
placeholder,
I,
think
well,
I!
Guess
we'll
hear
from
Council
on
the
public
hearing.
If
we
want
to
have
this,
that
placeholder
item
we'll
have
a
study
session
on
monthly
financial
report,
the
Edda
budget
presentation,
public
rights
of
way,
discussion,
Contracting,
approach
for
emergency,
on-call
water
line,
repair
services.
A
B
A
E
A
A
A
B
E
D
B
We
talked
about
this
in
the
sewer
water
board
last
night.
I
could
see
this
being
like
a
10-15
minute
discussion.
A
C
D
Yeah,
that's
on
the
regular
meeting
night,
so
I
want
to
make
sure
we're
good
on
that.
C
F
Yeah
I
mean
I,
think
the
Strategic
plans
just
harder
to
know
how
long
it
will
go.
The
youth
advisory
I
think
could
definitely
be
done
in
a
10
minute
presentation.
But
again
it's
hard
to
know
the
discussion
on
either
of
them.
F
Yeah,
so
actually
it
was
the
youth
commission,
one
that
I
moved
for
two
reasons.
Number
one
just
needs
a
little
bit
more
time
and
number
two
because
we'll
be
in
Columbus,
and
the
Strategic
plan
really
can't
be
moved
because
it's
the
closeout
for
quarter
three,
which
doesn't
end
until
the
end
of
September.
F
A
Got
only.
D
Sorry
I
got
lost
sorry
about
that.
A
C
B
C
I
think
littleton's
discussion
on
this
was
pretty
long,
but
yeah
the
results
are
just
bad
Nationwide,
okay,.
B
C
F
The
contents
already
been
approved
in
the
Strategic
plan.
It's
just
what
I
have
been
mentioning
to
council
that
we're
going
to
have
a
public-facing
dashboard
that
the
public
can
interact
with
on
on
the
performance
data.
C
Sounds
good
all
right,
so
anything
else
on
the
third.
C
Oh
sorry,
I
thought
we'd
already
gone
over
those
resolution:
renewal
contract
with
Hill
Petroleum
for
both
fuel
Proclamation
for
indigenous
peoples,
day
code
enforcement
month;
three
on-call
contracts
for
services,
businesses
and
utilities.
C
First
reading
the
bill
we're
going
to
telecommunications
and
right-of-way
first
reading
approval
of
an
IGA
with
Cherry
Hills
Village
for
vehicle
maintenance,
repair;
first
reading
code
sections
billing
cycles
for
utility
billing
first
reading
regarding
amendments
to
traffic
code
procedures
and
definitions,.
C
October
10th,
we
have
a
historic
preservation
study
by
pinion
draft
Economic
Development
strategic
plan.
C
C
And
then
on
the
17th
we'll
have
recognition
of
citizens
that
have
graduated
from
planning
Academy
Proclamation
regarding
the
Museum
of
outdoor
Arts,
first
reading
for
the
ordinance
regarding
customer
service
standards
or
cable
TV.
C
I
don't
have
any
unless
you
all
can
think
of
any
items
for
they
came
out
of
council
meeting
on
Monday
with
regard
to
council
requests.
Did
anybody
else
pick
up
any
I.
D
Real
quick
I
just
wanted
to
bring
up.
We
do
have
two
requests
for
proclamations
coming
up
and
so
per
our
policy
if
they
weren't
on
the
pre-approved
list,
we're
going
to
put
those
under
either
Council
Members,
Choice
or
Mayor's
Choice
for
just
consensus
to
bring
forward.
So
we
do
have
two
of
those
coming
forward.
One
for
conflict
resolution
month
and
one
for
Emergency
Management
month
are
weak
yeah.
So
just
a
heads
up
on
those.
D
B
That
there's
a
timing
issue,
I
won't
be
there
on
Monday,
so
Council,
Members,
Choice
or
Mayor's
Choice,
depending
on
the
date
that
you
want
to
bring
it
in
front
of
us.
I
think
would
be
fine.
D
B
B
Do
you
have
anything
I'm
good?
Thank
you
all
right,
mayor,
pretend
I'll,
give
you
a
call
here
in
a
second
all
right.
Everyone!
Well!
That
concludes
today's
mayor
manager.
Meeting
everyone
have
a
great
day.
You
too,
bye.
