A
Let
me
record
last
night,
but
stephanie
rita
can
do
it.
A
Okay,
all
right
good
morning,
everybody,
it
is
march.
The
16th
the
day
before
st
patrick's
day
from
my
irish
self
and
in
this
mayor
manager
meeting
is
linda.
Olsen
alex
dortek
jade,
truskett
reed,
daniel
sierra
sean
lewis
and
stephanie
carlisle
and
jade
told
me
that
she
has
several
items
that
need
to
find
a
placement.
So
I
thought
maybe
it'd
be
good
if
she
told
us
what
those
were
to
begin
with,
so
that
we
knew
where
we
might
be
able
to
put
them
in.
B
Yeah,
so
the
first
item
that
we
sort
of
kind
of
ran
into
ran
into
some
things
with
with
placing
them
was
the
fourth
of
july
celebration,
they'd
like
to
get
on
the
calendar
as
soon
as
possible.
However,
we
were
hesitant
to
put
it
on
the
26th
one
option
that
they
brought
forward
was
possibly
switching
the
mali
trust
fund
to
the
fifth
and
then
keeping
the
fourth
of
july
celebration
on
the
22nd.
Does
that
work?
For
you
guys.
A
B
That
I
am
not
sure
of,
but
that
was
a
recommendation
that
christina
underhill
provided
to
me.
So
I
they
would
be
fine
with
pushing
it
out
to
the
fifth.
B
Okay,
perfect,
so
let
me
go
ahead
and
just
throw
that
guy
over
there
and
then
the
other
issue
that
we
ran
into
was
a
little
farther
down
the
calendar.
So
we
have
a
little
bit
more
time
to
think
about
it.
If
you
need,
we
do
have
our
board
of
border
commission
interviews
happening
on
may
24th.
B
We
also
have
the
udc
steering
committee
applications
and
interviews
they're,
also
wanting
to
take
place
with
those
in
march
or
no,
I'm
sorry
may
not
march.
I
apologize
for
that,
and
so
we're
sort
of
looking
for
some
direction
with
how
you
guys
would
like
to
proceed
with
the
interviews.
B
If
we
were
to
have
them
both
in
the
same
night,
it
would
certainly
be
a
very,
very
long
night,
also
they've.
They
were
hoping
to
possibly
have
it
separated
a
little
bit
since
it
is
introduction
of
a
new
temporary
committee,
as
well
as
the
main
board
and
commission
interviews
that
are
being
done
to
fulfill
vacancies.
B
Would
you
like
to
see
those
happen
in
the
same
week?
Or
would
you
like
an
extra
session
to
happen
or
is
there
another
way
that
you
guys
would
like
to
arrange
the
meetings
so
that
we
we
can
accommodate
these.
D
E
B
Yeah
no
and
they'll
actually
be
providing
that
40
minute
udc
update
at
the
on
the
22nd.
So
the
reason
why
it
was
40
minutes
is
because
they'll
be
going
in
depth
and
with
the
steering
committee
as
well
as
a
whole
bunch
of
other
stuff.
So
unfortunately,
we
weren't
able
to
really
get
that
presentation
time
down
off
of
the
40
minutes.
E
A
B
So,
depending
on
applicants,
they
have
estimated
out
two
hours
for
that
portion
of
time.
But
again
that
is
depending
on
applicants
and
how
many
need
to
be
interviewed.
D
A
C
I'm
not
sure
on
the
timing,
but
this
this
is
the
committee.
I
was
actually
surprised
to
see
this
this
late,
because
this
would
be
the
committee
that
would
really
be
trying
to
help
provide
recommendations
to
council
with
regard
to
the
rewrite
which
we
were
really
trying
to
do
in
2021.
A
B
We
could
possibly
move
it
on
to
the
may
10th
study
session.
My
only
fear
is
taking
away
time
for
these
other
study
session
topics
that
may
come
up
so
may
may
end
up
being
a
tighter
month
for
study
session
items,
but
that's
certainly
an
option
as
well
too.
If
you
want
to
move
it
up
to
may
10th
or
possibly
earlier,
but
I
do
know,
a
lot
of
our
study
sessions
are
pretty
filled
out,
except
for
maybe
the
26th.
E
A
E
C
I
I
have
I
thought
on
that
also.
I
was
just
texting
brad
the
exact
same
question,
so
maybe
we
can
put
this
in
the
parking
lot
and
come
and
until
we
have
a
little
more
information
on
because
I
know
brad
and
wade
have
met
with
some
council.
I
believe
has
this
never
come
up
about
the
udc
steering
committee.
A
E
D
B
C
B
I
apologize
my
screen
is
frozen,
I'm
going
to
try
and
unshare
one
more
time
and
then
hopefully
it'll
start
working
again.
Please
bear
with
me
for
one
moment.
Sorry.
A
B
A
C
All
right,
the
march
22nd
study
session
will
include
the
monthly
financial
update,
udc
assessment
report
presentation
and
that's
on
the
findings
of
the
public
outrage.
C
C
C
I
do
think
that
they
anticipate
discussion
on
that
night
and
certainly
questions
from
council
about
different
sentiments
that
came
up
so.
D
C
I
think
that's
so,
okay,
so
the
the
other
one
that
doesn't
have
a
time
frame
allotted
was.
It
was
my
item,
but
I
don't
yes,
so
the
the
overview
draft
capital
would
just
be
the
same
item
that
we
discussed
last
night.
However,
in
thinking
of
that
again
I
we're
going
to
planning
and
zoning
commission
because
there's
there
are
capital
items
we're
going
to
them.
I
believe
march
26th.
C
C
I
did
just
get
a
response
on
from
brad
on
that
syrian
committee,
so
you
know
there
was
a
steering
committee
formed,
but
there
will
also
be
for
the
actual
rewrite
the
pnz
will
be
the
steering
committee
but
planning
staff,
and
our
consultant
is
suggesting
a
new
group
of
citizens
appointed
by
council.
C
B
Yeah,
I
moved
the
last
item
to
april
5th.
Could
we
possibly
get
a
discussion
time
for
the
july
4th
celebration.
A
B
I
believe
it's
actually
about
the
traditional
event
that
inglewood
holds
for
fourth
of
july.
C
B
D
D
E
A
Yeah,
I
think
I
think
no
pun
intended
sparks
will
fly
so
maybe
intended
sparks
will
fly.
I
think
we're
gonna
need
at
least
20
minutes.
A
C
We
can
ask
that
of
parks
to
have
someone
there,
because
they
are
a
driving
force
in
this
decision.
D
D
E
E
A
Well,
the
fourth
of
july
celebration
is
the
room
on
april
5th,
for
that,
or
is
it
just
too
late?
If
we
don't
do
do
it
right
away.
B
They
were,
they
were
really
hoping
to
get
in
front
of
you
as
soon
as
possible,
but
if
it
is
too
full
on
that
day,
we
may
be
able,
or
april
5th
was
the
day
that
I
originally
had
it
on
there.
But
they
were
really
hoping
to
get
in
front
of
council
as
soon
as
possible.
D
I
think,
because
if
they
are,
if
it
is
moving
forward,
they
need
to
be
getting
vendors
lined
up,
and
that
type
I
mean
the
plans
obviously
need
to
start
happening
sooner
rather
than
later.
A
I'm
sure
that's
the
case,
I'm
just
thinking
that
we're
also
in
a
pandemic
where
we're
winding
down
and
will
we
know
more
even
two
weeks
later,
whether
we're
approaching
this
vaccination
status
and
yeah.
But
maybe
we
just
are
hopeful,
I
mean
things
are
way
different
than
they
were
a
year
ago
or
even
last
october
november.
A
Yeah,
it's
a
lot
on
it.
That
night.
C
All
right,
we
have
a
few
study
session
items:
first,
mali,
trust
fund
expenditure,
recommendations,
preliminary
2022
revenue
expenditure
forecast
and
now
that's
a
good
placement
of
this
overview
of
draft
capital
and
one-time
supplemental
budget
expenditure
list
and
then
moving
on
to
regular
items.
We
have
approval
of
the
2021
2022
sustainability
plan,
rewrite
of
the
aec
west
contract
for
inspection
services.
C
This
is
the
contract
for
renewal
of
the
contract
for
co-responders.
First
reading
of
vacation
right-of-way
for
alpine
and
the
stormwater
bond
issuance
talk
about
a
beefy
agenda
executive
session
for
acquisition
and
sale
of
property.
C
E
C
A
D
A
If
we
have
a
conversation
about
every
single
one
of
these,
so
I
wonder
maybe
we
just
wait
and
see
what
happens
and
then,
if
they're,
if
they're
budgeted
for
we've
planned
for
them.
We've
already
approved
the
budget
right.
So
these
aren't
any.
C
And
even
though
the
all
health
network
does
have
the
additional
caseworker,
we've
we've
approved
that
contact
three
times
two
times
before.
C
D
A
E
C
C
We've
got
strategic
plan,
dashboard
progress
report,
and
I
think
this
is
also
where
we
are
yes.
The
next
item
is
approval
of
modifications
to
the
strategic
plan,
which
I
believe
will
include
your
summer
of
2020..
C
Let's
see
yes
from
the
retreat,
is
this
or
did
we
already
do
the
retreat
changes?
Anyway?
We
got
you
have
modifications
coming
and
then
electronic
records
the
records
management
system,
this
contract's
over
a
hundred
thousand,
so
it
has
to
come
to
council
and
then
an
iga
with
rtd
for
funding
of
the
inglewood
trolley.
C
Jade,
I
think
the
modifications
could
be
consent
on
strategic
plan,
but
I'm
not
well.
I
guess
you
could
have
the
dashboard
be
consent.
B
Sorry
I
was
on
mute.
I
did
update
the
consent
form
or
the
consent
line,
though.
D
A
C
Okay,
moving
on
to
april
26th,
we
have
monthly
financial
update,
polco
offly
survey,
update.
C
B
Sorry,
I
just
moved
that
one
up
it
should
be
on
may
10th.
I
apologize
based
off
the
direction
we
got
earlier.
B
This
will
be,
I
believe
this
will
be
a
proclamation,
so
we
currently
don't
have
any
study
session
items
for
that
night.
A
We
usually
do
it
on
a
study
session.
Normally
it's
around
it's
like
may
10th,
so.
A
B
Okay,
I
will
update
them
and
let
them
know
that
you
guys
are
thinking
about
june
and
then
I
believe
the
17th
was
chosen
as
it
was
the
closest
day
to
the
birthday
of
englewood.
So.
D
D
C
Right
and
and
then
we
have
the
may
24th
boarding
commission
interviews,
discussion,
yep,
oh
daniel!
Well,
is
there
anything
else
on
the
agenda.
E
C
I
did
have
a
question
you
you
asked
some.
I
got
two
essentially
council
requests.
Last
night,
one
was
from
councilmember
russell
we're
gonna
resurrect
some
of
the
information
about
how
eve
and
emerf
work,
but
also
you
asked
a
question
and
I
did
not
get
it
down,
but
I
thought
this
probably
would
be
a
council
request.
C
Okay,
but
what.
E
Was
yeah
about
extending
it,
so
I'll
have
I'll
just
explain
it
more
on
monday
night
and
then
the
second
one
was
make
having
a
discussion
about
a
a
change
on
title
16
regarding
vacations.
Yes,.
E
C
No,
I
was
going
to
say
the
same
thing,
so
I
think
maybe
I'd
be
interested.
I
have
not
heard
of
that
in
other
cities,
but
I
would
be
interested
in
doing
some
staff
doing
some
research
on
number
one.
There
is
state
law
around
that
okay
and
we
also
have
things
in
the
development
code.
For
instance,
when
we
abandon
it
goes
split
between
the
two
property
owners
adjoining
there.
There's
some
rules
around
that.
C
A
For
I
remember
going
through
this
with
craig
hospital
and
vacating
emerson,
there
might
be
a
good
council
request
response,
given
the
state
and
city
ordinances,
I
don't
know,
but
we
were
making
58
million.
I
don't
it
was.
It
was
crazy.
The
use
tax
off
of
their
59
million
project.
A
Okay,
the
other,
the
other
thing
that
I
had
was-
and
maybe
this
is
just
a
quick.
Maybe
it's
a
council
request,
but
the
executive
committee
for
metro
mayors
yesterday,
a
couple
of
the
cities
were
talking
about
c
dot,
expecting
municipalities
to
do
plowing
on
cdot,
responsible
roads,
and
I
wonder
who
is
who's?
Have
we
had
to
step
in
on
santa
fe
at
all
or
any
other
tran,
any
other
areas
where
they're
sort
of
letting
the
municipalities
do
it
and
not
have
to
take
care
of
it?
A
C
Okay,
are
you
thinking,
council
requests
on
that
or.
A
Where
yeah
to
ask
maria
are,
we
are
we
ending
up
taking
care
of
c
dot
responsible
roads,
we're
we're
much
less
of
a
c-dot
oriented
city
than
some
of
the
big?
You
know
border
cities,
but
yeah.
Let's
get
an
update.
Are
we
having
to
take
care
of
that
and
how
do
we
do
we
get
reimbursed?
Are
we
just
doing
it
out
of
the
kindness
of
our
hearts
because
it's
easier
to
do
it.
