A
A
B
All
right
so
good
morning,
everyone
welcome
to
today's
mirrors
managers.
Meeting
for
Wednesday
October
5th
online
with
me
is
assistant,
City
clercera,
Harkness
city
manager,
Sean
Lewis
city
clerk,
Stephanie,
Carlisle,
mayor
proton,
Stephen,
Ward,
City
attorney,
Tamara,
Niles
and
assistant
city
manager,
Tim
Dodd,
that's
everyone!
C
All
right,
October
10th,
we
have
the
historic
preservation
study
about
Kenyan.
We
have
a
strategic
plan:
dashboard
presentation,
draft
Economic,
Development
strategic
plan
presentation
regarding
proposed
revisions
to
municipal
code
regarding
telecommunications,
right-of-way.
A
So
this
meeting
will
this
meeting
will
be
special
meeting
versus
a
study
session.
Okay,.
D
B
A
B
D
Yes,
the
PowerPoint
is
actually
fairly
short.
It's
only
seven,
slides
or
so,
but
we've
also
attached
to
the
agenda
item
proposed
revisions
to
Municipal
Code
to
strengthen
our
ability
to
regulate
in
this
area.
Okay,.
E
Yeah
I
mean
I
think
as
an
initial
discussion.
20
minutes
is
probably
sufficient.
We
may
have
to
take
another
bite
at
this
apple
later,
but
I
think
this
is
probably
gonna
be
fairly
short.
D
E
C
Then,
on
the
insurance
one
we,
this
is
coming
in
the
final
hours
about
65
000
over
that
1.9
percent
that
we
built
into
the
budget.
We
think
we
can
cover
that
in
contingency,
but
it
did
come
in
at
3.8
above
instead
of
1.9
disappointing,
but
it's
a
dollar
difference
of
about
65
000
but
you'll,
see
you'll,
see
that
in
the
memo.
C
Great
moving
on
October
17th
we've
got
a
resolution
to
approve
amendment
number
one
to
City
attorney
employment
agreement
resolution
regarding
Civic
Center
storage
stand
recognition
of
the
Museum
of
outdoor
Arts,
recognition
of
citizens,
planning
school
graduates,
approval
of
a
change
order
with
Stanley
consultants
for
on-call
engineering,
our
short-term
security,
additional
funding.
C
Still
on
the
17th
Edda
2023
budget
approval,
approval
of
emotion
or
an
ordinance
rather
authorizing
the
IGA
for
use
of
the
Civic
Center
for
polling
as
a
polling
Center
by
the
way
Stephanie.
This
is
this
is
the
agreement
that
will
require
us
to
shut
down
the
community
room
and
dedicate
that
solely
to
voting
right
for
about
a
month.
A
Yes,
from
mid-october
till
mid-november,
so
yes,
this
this
meeting
will
be
impacted
and
we
just
have.
We
can
use
council
chambers,
but
we
cannot
use
the
community
room
at
all.
C
Ahead
on
the
17th,
we
also
have
approval
of
a
budget
ordinance.
This
is
second
reading
of
the
budget,
the
next
four
after
that
are
all
budget
Appropriations
or
approval.
C
We
also
have
second
reading
of
the
IGA,
with
Cherry
Hills
Village
for
vehicle
maintenance
and
repair
and
approval
of
an
ordinance
amending
code
regarding
trees
and
shrubs
technician.
First,
reading
an
IGA
with
Littleton
and
Sheridan
Sheridan
nope,
because
Littleton
with
regard
to
sewer,
connect,
District
agreements.
C
A
A
So
just
food
for
thought
on
that
and
then
also
we
I
guess
we
can
go
back
through
and
verify
consent
items,
because
I
I
know
that
all
the
budget
ordinances
were
7-0.
But
do
you
still
want
those
to
go
on
the
main
agenda
or
under
consent.
A
B
C
A
Okay,
so
that'll
help
with
the
link
of
the
meeting,
so
we
can
change
all
those
Sarah.
Does
it
look
like
everything
else
is
got
something.
E
I
I
think,
first
of
all
size
of
the
contract
and
secondly,
just
to
it's
been
typical
for
these
technical
items.
Coming
from
it
to
get
pulled
for
questions.
A
Yeah
see
custodial
Services
contract.
E
E
B
D
A
Okay
and
then
we'll
fix
all
the
second
readings
and
then
oh,
can
you
go
up
one
more
Sarah,
first
reading
for
trees
and
shrubs?
Oh
it's
already
marked.
Yes,
sorry
about
that.
B
C
B
B
A
We
don't
either
so
sorry,
okay
and
then
really
quickly
on
this
Council
Bill
63,
sewer,
connector
District
agreements
is
that
okay
to
put
on
consent.
C
No,
this
is
just
the
annual.
B
C
A
E
A
B
D
C
All
right
first
study
session
is
monthly
financial
report
for
September
and
phase
two
presentation.
Three
Charter
review
amendments.
C
C
November
7th
code,
next
technical
Provisions,
20,
23
fees
and
rate
schedule,
Council
bill
on
the
meeting
sections
regarding.
C
Hello
number:
seven
amending
a
number
of
codes
regarding
animal
empowerment.
C
C
Next
housing
and
neighborhoods-
oh
sorry,
that's
too
similar,
tovs
and
I.
Think
we've
got
all
these
okay,
they're
gonna
be
four
or
five
of
these
code.
Next
updates
back
to
back
on
a
different
section
of
code
and
then
in
first
quarter
of
2023
is
when
you'll
start
seeing
ordinances
that
amend
the
development
code
based
on
these
study
sessions
and
then
also
December
5th.
We'll
have
Student
Art
calendar
artist,
recognition,
renewal
or
contract
within
the
transportation
for
the
shuttle.
C
C
We'll
let
you
decide
next
meeting
and
then
study
session
for
charges
to
the
Enterprise
funds
and
component
units.
C
Adults
and
requests
one
ten
three
Anderson
can
we
be
provided
with
a
comparative
analysis
of
the
custom
questions
in
the
biannual
Poco
survey
because
they
were
omitted
from
the
final
report
and
then
it
wasn't
really
a
counter
request,
but
direction
of
Staff
regarding
a
master
plan
of
the
master
plans
for
general
fund
CIP
and
then
just
and
planning
is
already
working
on
this.
This
kind
of
visioning
session,
with
Edda
trying
to
think
about
some
options
for
for
actually
both
of
those
directives
on
the
master
plan
and
on
the
visioning
session.
